Abstract

一種線性馬達,其包括底座、設置於該底座上之定子及裝設於該定子並能夠相對該定子運動之動子。底座上形成有與外部相連通之冷卻通道,以流通流體進行冷卻散熱。

Description

線性馬達
本發明涉及一種線性馬達。
線性馬達由於其易控制、摩擦耗損率小、能量轉換率高、噪音小等優越性能得到廣泛使用。通常於線性馬達內部設置冷卻散熱結構,以對之線性馬達之定子與動子進行降溫,確保線性馬達之正常運作。然,通常線性馬達之冷卻散熱結構設置於動子上,如於動子上設置裝有散熱片之散熱套筒,結構較為複雜,不方便組裝。
鑒於上述狀況,本發明提供一種結構簡單及方便組裝之線性馬達。
一種線性馬達,其包括底座、設置於該底座上之定子及裝設於該定子並能夠相對該定子運動之動子。底座上形成有與外部相連通之冷卻通道,以流通流體進行冷卻散熱。
本發明提供的線性馬達,其於底座上直接設置冷卻通道,結構簡單,組裝方便,其藉由流體於冷卻通道中之流動帶走熱量,進而達到冷卻降溫。

請參閱圖1,本發明實施例提供之線性馬達100,其包括底座10、設置於該底座10上之定子20及裝設於定子20並能夠相對該定子20運動之動子50。
請結合參閱圖2,底座10大致呈板狀,其上形成有與外部相連通的冷卻通道12,以流通流體對線性馬達100進行冷卻散熱。冷卻通道12包括流動部124、注入口126及排出口128。流動部124大致呈U形,蜿蜒形成於底座10,其具有開口1242。注入口126及排出口128間隔開設於底座10之一側面上並分別與流動部124相連通。注入口126與外部一供液設備相連通,用以將液體注入流動部124。排出口128用以將流動部124內之液體排出底座10,進而帶走熱量。
定子20裝設於底座10上。本實施方式中,定子20包括定子框體22及永久磁鐵組24。定子框體22大致為U型結構,其包括第一側壁224、、第二側壁226及第三側壁228。第一側壁224連接第二側壁226及第三側壁228。第二側壁226裝設於底座10上並覆蓋流動部124之開口1242。第二側壁226與第三側壁228相對設置。永久磁鐵組24包括第一永久磁鐵組242及第二永久磁鐵組244。第一永久磁鐵組242裝設於第三側壁228朝向第二側壁226之內側面上,第二永久磁鐵組244裝設於第二側壁226朝向第三側壁228之內側面上。
動子50設置於第一永久磁鐵組242及第二永久磁鐵組244之間。本實施方式中,動子50上設有線圈(圖未示)。第一永久磁鐵組242及第二永 久磁鐵組244產生之磁場能夠與動子50本身產生之磁場相互作用,進而推動動子50運動。
使用時,將水或者其他冷卻介質,經注入口126進入流動部124,再經排出口128排出。由於線圈激磁以及線性馬達100運作時所產生的熱量,會逐漸傳導到定子20上,藉由底座10的流體系統運作,將流體導入定子20之下,利用液流交換將廢熱帶走,達到降低工作溫度的目的。
本發明提供之線性馬達100,其於底座10上直接設置冷卻通道12,結構簡單,組裝方便,其藉由流體於冷卻通道12中之流動帶走熱量,進而達到冷卻降溫之目的。
可理解,冷卻通道12之數量至少為一。冷卻通道12之形狀亦不限定為U形,其亦可呈直線狀設置於底座10上,或為其它彎折形狀設置於底座10上,如具有複數連續均勻排布拐彎道的冷卻通道等等。流動部124不限定為具有開口1242之槽狀流道結構,其亦可為封閉狀之流道。冷卻通道12之注入口126及排出口128不限定形成於底座10之同一側面上,注入口126及排出口128可分別形成於底座10之不同側面上。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,於爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之如申請專利範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種線性馬達,其包括底座、設置於該底座上之定子及裝設於該定子並能夠相對該定子運動之動子,其改良在於:該底座上形成有與外部相連通之冷卻通道,該冷卻通道包括流動部,用以流通流體對線性馬達進行冷卻散熱,該流動部具有開口,該定子包括與該底座固定相接的定子框體,該定子框體包括第一側壁及與該第一側壁連接的第二側壁,該第二側壁裝設於該底座上並覆蓋該流動部之開口。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之線性馬達,其中該定子還包括固定裝設于該定子框體上之第一永久磁鐵組及第二永久磁鐵組,該動子設於該第一永久磁鐵組及第二永久磁鐵組之間。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之線性馬達,其中該冷卻通道還包括注入口及排出口,該流動部形成於該底座,該注入口及排出口間隔設置於該底座側面上並與該流動部相連通。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之線性馬達,其中該流動部呈U形。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之線性馬達,其中該定子框體為U型結構,其還包括第三側壁,該第一側壁連接該第二側壁及該第三側壁,該第二側壁與該第三側壁相對設置,該第一永久磁鐵組裝設於該第三側壁朝向該第二側壁之內側面上,該第二永久磁鐵組裝設於該第二側壁朝向該第三側壁之內側面上。
