Description

藥物輸送裝置
本發明有關藥物輸送裝置。更特別地是,其有關諸如自動注射器的注射裝置,用於注射流體藥物,其中在該藥物已被輸送之後,與該注射裝置有關聯的針保護套筒被運動或滑動,以覆蓋該注射針。

於一實施例中,本發明包括一具有遠側及近側端的注射裝置,包括:外殼;針保護套筒,可相對該外殼縱向地運動;容器夾具,可由非輸送位置相對該外殼縱向地運動朝該裝置之近側端進入輸送位置;針保護套筒彈簧,可操作地耦接於該針保護套筒及該容器夾具之間,使得該針保護套筒可由最初位置被縱向地運動朝該裝置之遠側端進入啟動位置,及由該啟動位置朝該裝置之近側端進入末端位置,其中當針保護套筒由其最初位置運動至該啟動位置時,該針保護套筒彈簧變形達第一數量,且當該容器夾具由其非輸送位置運動至該輸送位置時,該針保護套筒彈簧變形達第二數量。更特別地是,該針保護套筒可藉由該針保護套筒彈簧從該啟動位置被縱向地運動朝該裝置之近側端進入末端位置。再者,變形之第二數量可為大於變形的第一數量。
於一些較佳實施例中,該針保護套筒彈簧係可操作地耦接於該針保護套筒及該容器夾具的近側端之間。
於一些實施例中,該外殼能包括一部份或多數部份,譬如其可包括一遠側外殼零件及一近側端外殼零件,該近側端外殼零件係閂扣、軸向地固定至該遠側外殼零件。當組裝該注射裝置時,多數部分外殼提供優點。
在所有實施例中,該注射裝置包括一具有針及塞子/活塞之藥物容器,該藥物容器被配置在該容器夾具內。
在所有實施例中,該注射裝置包括一驅動機件,當該針保護套筒係在該啟動位置時,該容器夾具隨同該藥物容 器能藉由該驅動機件相對該外殼被由該非輸送位置縱向地運動朝該裝置之近側端進入該輸送位置,使得於該輸送位置中,被配置在該藥物容器上之針突出超過該注射裝置的近側端。

針保護套筒彈簧5之近側端被支撐在該針保護套筒2的接觸構件6上之遠側地引導、圓周凸部7上。該針保護套筒彈簧5的遠側端被支撐在該容器夾具20上所形成之近側引導的軸環21上。如此,當該針保護套筒2被移入其啟動位置時,該針保護套筒彈簧5被偏向達第一數量,看圖3及4。既然該針保護套筒2係在該遠側方向中運動達該距離“d”,該針保護套筒彈簧5被偏向達視該距離“d”而定的數量。該結果之彈簧力量可使用虎克定律被決定。
如上述,該針保護套筒之運動或具有任何中介構件的針保護套筒於該遠側方向中之運動作動該裝置。根據例如在圖5及6中所顯示之一實施例,該針保護套筒2的遠側端係配置有在遠側地引導之支臂30,該等支臂被配置有徑向地朝內延伸的突出部份32。這些突出部份被配置成與大致上管狀構件36的外表面上之許多凸部34配合,該管狀構件36此後被稱為轉子。作為該驅動機件的一部份或一零組件之轉子被連接至該外殼,使得該轉子係可旋轉,但被防止可關於該外殼軸向地運動。最初,當該針保護套筒係於其最近側、最初位置時,該突出部份32關於該轉子被定位在位置II,看圖5。當該針保護套筒2係在該遠側方向中相對該裝置及至該轉子運動時,該突出部份32沿著該等凸部34運動。該針保護套筒係藉由導引機件在旋轉方面鎖定至該外殼。既然與該突出部份接觸之凸部34的其中一者係相對於該縱軸L傾斜,該轉子36被強迫 轉動。當該針保護套筒2隨後進入其最遠側、啟動位置時,其中該近側外殼零件3的近側端表面38緊靠著該接觸構件6之在遠側地引導的凸部40,看圖3及4,該突出部份32係關於該轉子在位置VI中,看圖5。當該轉子已轉動某一數量時,亦為該驅動機件的一部份之貫穿及注射引發機構(未示出)被作動。
該注射裝置可被以該技藝中所習知之不同方式引發,例如藉由僅只關於該外殼位移該針保護套筒朝該遠側端、例如該轉子之純粹轉動造成該引發,或藉由首先關於該外殼位移該針保護套筒朝該遠側端部,且接著操作一引發構件,或藉由首先操作一引發構件,且接著關於該外殼位移該針保護套筒朝該遠側端。
當該注射裝置被作動時,該自動貫穿及連續地該自動注射被開始,亦即被連接至該容器夾具之驅動機件的一部份或一零組件隨同該藥物容器,關於該針保護套筒及關於該轉子由非輸送位置運動朝該近側端至輸送位置,直至該容器夾具的肩部21緊靠著該針保護套筒2之邊緣22,看圖3。被連接至該容器夾具之驅動機件的該部份或零組件被鎖定至該轉子,使得該容器夾具被防止縮回。
於另一選擇實施例中,該肩部21可緊靠著該近側外殼零件的內表面之邊緣,以避免逆轉,其當該容器夾具衝撞該彈簧偏向式針保護套筒之邊緣時能以別的方式發生。該藥物隨後被輸送經過該針11。如上面所討論,達成該自動貫穿及自動注射的不同方式係在該技藝中已知。例 如,該自動貫穿及自動注射係經過一驅動機件被達成,在此只有來自一彈簧的力量被轉移至隨同該容器夾具運動該容器及注射該藥物,或經過一驅動機件被達成,在此來自第一彈簧之力量被轉移至隨同該容器夾具運動該容器,且來自第二彈簧的力量被轉移及注射該藥物。
在該注射裝置已被引發之後,既然該容器夾具隨同該藥物容器在該近側方向中位移一距離“1”,看圖3,除了視該距離“d”而定的第一數量以外,該針保護套筒彈簧5被變形達第二數量,其係視該距離“1”而定。這增加該針保護套筒彈簧5之彈簧力量。
於該容器夾具隨同該藥物容器於該近側方向中之位移期間,該針在近側地突出超過該針保護套筒2的近側端,如在圖7及8中所視。
在該藥物已被輸送之後,該注射裝置係由該注射部位移去,且由於該針保護套筒彈簧5,該針保護套筒2係於該近側方向中由其啟動位置位移至其末端位置,看圖9,該針保護套筒彈簧藉由一力量被偏向達該第一距離“d”及該第二距離“1”,該力量係大於由該最初位置移位該針保護套筒2達該距離“d”所需要之力量。如此,該針保護套筒2能夠在該近側方向中被移位達一段距離,該距離係大於該針保護套筒2於該遠側方向中被位移的距離“d”。該針保護套筒2於該近側方向中被位移足夠遠至其末端位置,其中其近側端在近側地突出超過該針11之尖部,看圖9。當該針保護套筒2係於該末端位置中時, 在此其近側端在近側地突出超過該針的尖部,該突出部份32已關於該轉子在該近側方向中沿著該轉子36的凸部34行進至位置X,看圖5。於此行程期間,該突出部份32已通過過一楔子形止動構件42,看圖5,該止動構件42防止該針保護套筒於該遠側方向中、亦即由該末端位置至該啟動位置之任何隨後運動。當然應了解其他型式之鎖定構件可被利用,藉此該針保護套筒2的鎖定構件嚙合該注射裝置之對應鎖定構件。於此位置,亦即該針保護套筒2係於其末端位置中。該針保護套筒2接著被防止免於在該遠側方向中運動。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種注射裝置,具有遠側端及近側端,包括:外殼(1);針保護套筒(2),可相對該外殼縱向地運動;容器夾具(20),可由非輸送位置相對該外殼縱向地運動朝該裝置之近側端進入輸送位置;針保護套筒彈簧(5),可操作地耦接於該針保護套筒(2)及該容器夾具(20)之間,使得該針保護套筒(2)可由最初位置被縱向地運動朝該裝置之遠側端進入啟動位置,及由該啟動位置朝該裝置之近側端進入末端位置;當該針保護套筒(2)由其最初位置運動至該啟動位置時,該針保護套筒彈簧(5)變形達第一數量,且當該容器夾具(20)由其非輸送位置運動至該輸送位置時,該針保護套筒彈簧(5)變形達第二數量,其中該針保護套筒彈簧(5)係可操作地耦接於該針保護套筒(2)的朝遠側表面及該容器夾具(20)的近側表面(21)之間,其中該針保護套筒(2)上的朝遠側緊靠邊緣(22)被配置用於和該容器夾具(20)的該近側表面(21)合作,以界定該輸送位置。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之注射裝置,其中於其最初位置中,該針保護套筒(2)在近側端突出超過該外殼(1)之近側端達一預定距離。

  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項之注射裝置,另包括驅動機件,當該針保護套筒(2)係在該啟動位置時,該容器夾具(20)隨同該藥物容器(10)能藉由該驅動機件相對該外殼(1)被由該非輸送位置縱向地運動朝該裝置之近側端進入該輸送位置,使得於該輸送位置中,被配置在該藥物容器(10)上之針(11)突出超過該注射裝置的近側端。
