Description

電視頻道切換控制系統、方法及電視機
本發明涉及電視機領域，特別涉及一種電視頻道切換控制系統及方法。
目前有多種在播放電視節目時執行廣告跳躍的方法，但仍有必要提供一種新的執行廣告跳躍的方法。
有鑒於此，本發明提供一種電視頻道切換控制系統、方法及電視機。
所述電視頻道切換控制系統包括：焦點頻道設定模組，用於將當前觀看的頻道設定為焦點頻道；返回方式設定模組，用於設定焦點頻道返回方式；比對物件設定模組，用於根據設定的焦點頻道返回方式及用戶的輸入設定比對物件；切換模組，用於將所述電視機從所述焦點頻道切換到其他頻道；以及判斷模組，用於根據所述比對物件及所述焦點頻道當前播放的節目內容，判斷是否到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間；所述切換模組，還用於在到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間時，將當前頻道切換回焦點頻道。
所述電視機包括處理單元，所述處理單元包括：焦點頻道設定模組，用於將當前觀看的頻道設定為焦點頻道；返回方式設定模組，用於設定焦點頻道返回方式；比對物件設定模組，用於根據設定的焦點頻道返回方式及用戶的輸入設定比對物件；切換模組，用於將所述電視機從所述焦點頻道切換到其他頻道；以及判斷模組，用於根據所述比對物件及所述焦點頻道播放的節目內容，判斷是否到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間；所述切換模組，還用於在到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間時，將當前頻道切換回焦點頻道。
所述電視頻道切換控制方法應用於電視機，所述方法包括：將當前觀看的頻道設定為焦點頻道；設定焦點頻道返回方式；根據設定的焦點頻道返回方式及用戶的輸入設定比對物件；將所述電視機從所述焦點頻道切換到其他頻道；以及根據所述比對物件及所述焦點頻道播放的節目內容，判斷是否到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間；在到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間時，將當前頻道切換回焦點頻道。
本發明中，在焦點頻道播放廣告時，將焦點頻道切換到其他頻道，在廣告結束後，自動切換回焦點頻道，如此，用戶就不會因為廣告期間切換到其他頻道而錯過所喜愛的節目。

圖3為本發明一種實施方式中電視頻道切換控制方法的流程圖。
請參考圖1，本實施方式中的電視頻道切換控制系統100應用於電視機200中。電視機200包括處理單元21及輸入單元22。系統100執行於處理單元21，用於控制電視頻道的切換。輸入單元22可為遙控器、電視機200面板上集成的按鍵等。電視機200還可包括計時器23。
請一併參考圖2，本實施方式中的系統100包括焦點頻道設定模組11、返回方式設定模組12、比對物件設定模組13、切換模組14及判斷模組15。各個模組的具體功能結合圖3的電視頻道切換控制方法進行說明。
步驟S301中，焦點頻道設定模組11回應用戶的輸入將當前觀看的頻道設定為焦點頻道。用戶可通過按壓遙控器上的特定按鍵來選定焦點頻道。當然，在其他實施方式中，焦點頻道設定模組11也可自動將用戶喜好的頻道設定為焦點頻道。
步驟S302中，返回方式設定模組12回應用戶的輸入設定焦點頻道返回方式。在本實施方式中，返回方式設定模組12在電視機200上顯示一包括多個焦點頻道返回方式的選擇介面，供用戶選擇一焦點頻道返回方式。在本實施方式中，焦點頻道返回方式包括影像辨識返回，聲音辨識返回以及計時返回。
步驟S303中，比對物件設定模組13根據設定的焦點頻道返回方式及用戶的輸入設定比對物件。在本實施方式中，在設定的焦點頻道返回方式為影像辨識返回時，用戶可選擇焦點頻道播放的用戶喜好的電視節目的開頭片段的整個開始畫面或局部開始畫面，例如節目名稱，作為比對對象。在設定的焦點頻道返回方式為聲音辨識返回時，用戶可選擇焦點頻道播放的用戶喜好的電視節目的開頭片段的音頻內容作為比對物件。在設定的焦點頻道返回方式為計時返回時，用戶可設定一預設時間段例如廣告播放時長作為比對對象。
步驟S304中，切換模組14回應用戶的輸入將電視機200從焦點頻道切換到其他頻道。在焦點頻道播放的用戶喜好的電視節目例如電視劇的其中一集結束時，用戶可按壓遙控器將電視機200切換到其他頻道，以避免觀看廣告。當然，切換模組14也可自動將電視機200從焦點頻道切換到另一用戶喜好的頻道。
步驟S305中，判斷模組15根據比對物件及焦點頻道播放的節目內容，判斷是否到達從其他頻道切換到焦點頻道的時間。如果是，執行步驟S306，否則繼續執行步驟S305。在比對物件為焦點頻道播放的用戶喜好的電視節目的開始畫面時，判斷模組15在焦點頻道正在播放的節目畫面與比對物件的符合比例等於或大於第一預設比例時，判斷到達從其他頻道切換到焦點頻道的時間。在比對物件為焦點頻道播放的用戶喜好的電視節目的開頭片段的音頻內容時，判斷模組15在焦點頻道正在播放的音頻內容與比對物件的符和比例等於或大於第二預設比例時，判斷到達從其他頻道切換到焦點頻道的時間。第一、第二預設比例可由用戶進行設定。在電視機200切換到其他頻道後，若焦點頻道當前播放的節目畫面或音頻內容與比對物件的符和比例到達預設比例，則代表用戶喜好的電視節目已開始播放。在比對對象為預設時間段時，判斷模組15在電視機200從焦點頻道切換到其他頻道後，控制計時器23開始計時，並在計時器23的計時時長為該預設時間段時，判斷到達從其他頻道切換到焦點頻道的時間。在計時器23的計時時長為該預設時間段時，則代表廣告時間結束，焦點頻道即將播放用戶喜好的電視節目。
步驟S306中，切換模組14將當前頻道切換回焦點頻道。當然，切換模組14可在到達從其他頻道切換到焦點頻道的時間時，提示用戶是否切換回焦點頻道，如果用戶選擇切換回焦點頻道，則將當前頻道切換回焦點頻道，否則繼續播放當前頻道。
在其他實施方式中，所述系統模組11~15也可以是固化在處理單元21的韌體，是處理單元21的組成子模組。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種電視頻道切換控制系統，應用於電視機，其中，所述系統包括：
    焦點頻道設定模組，用於將當前觀看的頻道設定為焦點頻道；
    返回方式設定模組，用於設定焦點頻道返回方式；
    比對物件設定模組，用於根據設定的焦點頻道返回方式及用戶的輸入設定比對物件；
    切換模組，用於將所述電視機從所述焦點頻道切換到其他頻道；以及
    判斷模組，用於根據所述比對物件及所述焦點頻道當前播放的節目內容，判斷是否到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間；
    所述切換模組，還用於在到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間時，將當前頻道切換回焦點頻道。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電視頻道切換控制系統，其中，所述焦點頻道返回方式包括影像辨識返回，所述比對物件為所述焦點頻道播放的一電視節目的開始畫面，所述判斷模組在所述焦點頻道當前播放的畫面與所述比對對象的符合比例等於或大於一第一預設比例時，判斷到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電視頻道切換控制系統，其中，所述焦點頻道返回方式包括聲音辨識返回，所述比對物件為所述焦點頻道播放的一電視節目的開頭的音頻內容，所述判斷模組在所述焦點頻道當前播放的音頻內容與所述比對物件的符和比例等於或大於一第二預設比例時，判斷到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電視頻道切換控制系統，其中，所述焦點頻道返回方式包括計時返回，所述比對物件為一預設時間段，所述判斷模組還用於在所述電視機從所述焦點頻道切換到其他頻道後，控制所述電視機的計時器開始計時，並在所述計時器的計時時長為所述預設時間段時，判斷到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間。
  5. 一種電視機，所述電視機包括處理單元，其中，所述處理單元包括：
    焦點頻道設定模組，用於將當前觀看的頻道設定為焦點頻道；
    返回方式設定模組，用於設定焦點頻道返回方式；
    比對物件設定模組，用於根據設定的焦點頻道返回方式及用戶的輸入設定比對物件；
    切換模組，用於將所述電視機從所述焦點頻道切換到其他頻道；以及
    判斷模組，用於根據所述比對物件及所述焦點頻道播放的節目內容，判斷是否到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間；
    所述切換模組，還用於在到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間時，將當前頻道切換回焦點頻道。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的電視機，其中，所述焦點頻道返回方式包括影像辨識返回，所述比對物件為所述焦點頻道播放的一電視節目的開始畫面，所述判斷模組在所述焦點頻道當前播放的畫面與所述比對對象的符合比例等於或大於一第一預設比例時，判斷到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的電視機，其中，所述焦點頻道返回方式包括聲音辨識返回，所述比對物件為所述焦點頻道播放的一電視節目的開頭的音頻內容，所述判斷模組在所述焦點頻道當前播放的音頻內容與所述比對物件的符和比例等於或大於一第二預設比例時，判斷到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間。
  8. 一種電視頻道切換控制方法，應用於電視機，其中，所述方法包括：
    將當前觀看的頻道設定為焦點頻道；
    設定焦點頻道返回方式；
    根據設定的焦點頻道返回方式及用戶的輸入設定比對物件；
    將所述電視機從所述焦點頻道切換到其他頻道；以及
    根據所述比對物件及所述焦點頻道播放的節目內容，判斷是否到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間；
    在到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間時，將當前頻道切換回焦點頻道。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的電視頻道切換控制方法，其中，所述焦點頻道返回方式包括影像辨識返回，所述比對物件為所述焦點頻道播放的一電視節目的開始畫面，根據所述比對物件及所述焦點頻道播放的節目內容，判斷是否到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間具體為：在所述焦點頻道當前播放的畫面與所述比對對象的符合比例等於或大於一第一預設比例時，判斷到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的電視頻道切換控制方法，其中，所述焦點頻道返回方式包括聲音辨識返回，所述比對物件為所述焦點頻道播放的一電視節目的開頭的音頻內容，根據所述比對物件及所述焦點頻道播放的節目內容，判斷是否到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間具體為：在所述焦點頻道當前播放的音頻內容與所述比對物件的符和比例等於或大於一第二預設比例時，判斷到達從其他頻道切換到所述焦點頻道的時間。
