Description
本發明係關於在PCB上含有LED元件的電池模組。更特定言之,本發明係關於包括至少兩個電池槽的電池模組,其包括:保護性電路板,其裝設於電池模組側表面並以電力連接至電池模組;至少一個LED元件,其裝設於該保護性電路板上並顯示電池槽的操作狀態變化;覆蓋板,其配備用於LED元件之透光的窗並裝設於電池模組側表面以環繞該保護性電路板;和透光性LED覆蓋物,其裝設於覆蓋板內側以對應覆蓋板的窗,以發射自LED元件發射的光。
在近來使用量提高的二次電池中,對於可用於產品(如行動電話等)的矩形二次電池具高需求,此因就電池形狀而言,其厚度小之故,且對於具有高能量密度、高放電電壓、高電力輸出安定性等的鋰二次電池(如鋰離子電池、鋰離子聚合物電池等)具有高需求。
根據外部和內部結構特性,二次電池大約分類成圓筒形電池、矩形電池和囊型電池。其中,特別地,可以高積體程度堆疊並具有相當低之寬對高的比之矩形電池和囊型電池受到注目。
此外,二次電池也因為作為電動載具、混合電動載具等的能源而受到注目,針對使用化石燃料之現有的汽油載具、柴油載具等之空氣污染等,其為替代品。因此,由於二次電池的優點,所以使用二次電池之應用越來越廣泛,且未來會將二次電池用於更多領域和產品。
因此,二次電池的應用領域和產品多樣化,電池亦多樣化以提供對應的電能輸出和容量。此外,施用於領域和產品的電池強烈要求小尺寸和質輕。
例如,每個小型行動裝置(如行動電話、PDA、數位相機、筆記型電腦等)使用一至三個小且質輕的電池槽,以對應較小尺寸和較輕重量的趨勢。反之,中至大規模裝置,如電動載具、混合電動載具等,因為要求高電能輸出和高容量,所以使用多個電池槽以電力連接的電池模組(亦稱為“中至大規模電池組”)。此處,電池模組的尺寸和重量直接與中至大規模裝置的容納空間、電能輸出等有關並因此,製造商致力於製造相對小且質輕的電池模組。
電池模組包括多個電池槽並因而必須檢視和控制各電池槽的操作狀態。例如,須藉由偵測各電池槽的物理操作狀態(如電壓、溫度等)確保最適操作狀態和安全性。此物理操作狀態之偵測係藉由用以測定電壓的連接
元件(如電線之類)連接至各電池槽(其為測定標的)的控制單元之構造,或在各電池槽(其為測定標的)的外表面或附近裝設溫度感知器之構造,且其偵測訊號使用連接元件連接至各電池槽的控制單元之方式實現。
同時,當使用鋰二次電池作為電池模組的單
元電池時,必須更小心地考慮電池模組的安全性。在插置/脫離程序中,鋰二次電池驅動陽極之相對大的體積變化。即,在重覆充電和放電的期間內,鋰二次電池重覆地膨脹和收縮,並因此而因為此膨賬和收縮而提高內部電阻,此造成電池效能明顯降低。此外,因為電解質的分解所產生的氣體而使得電池殼分離,因此造成電解質漏出及可能發生失火或爆炸情況。此外,一些電池槽中引發的燃燒或爆炸持續轉移至其他電池槽,此會引發嚴重情況。
因此,考慮這些問題,須檢視使用鋰二次電
池作為單元電池之中至大規模單元電池的各電池槽的操作狀態,一些相關技術揭示使用LED元件作為顯示單元以顯示各操作狀態之變化的技術。
但是,當LED元件用以顯示電池槽的操作狀
態之變化時,光學顯示單元的覆蓋物造成光學損失,因為LED的光線筆直,所以光不易擴散,因此,自LED元件發射的光難被肉眼察覺。此外,當以獨立的擴散膜處理LED元件或藉製成獨立燈而使LED元件外露時,為了使LED元件的光擴散,須要額外的製程,使用較大量的組件,且其外觀不佳。
此外,考慮裝備電池模組之裝置的結構特
性,極需製造緊密、結構高度安定的電池模組。
因此,極需開發針對這些問題和符合此要求
之技術。
因此,以本發明解決前述問題及尚待解決的其他技術問題。
即,本發明一方面係提出電池模組,其包括:覆蓋板,其配備用於LED元件之透光的窗並裝設於電池模組側表面以環繞該保護性電路板;和透光性LED覆蓋物,其裝設於覆蓋板內側以對應覆蓋板的窗,以發射自LED元件發射的光,藉此,LED元件發射的光有效地擴散並因此易被肉眼察覺,並得到完全遮蔽效果並因此而可能直接自PCB產生光。
本發明的另一目的係提出電池模組,其使用簡化的製程,無額外製程(如擴散膜接合至LED元件或LED元件因製成獨立燈而外露)地製造。

此外,使用包括樹脂層和金屬層之積層片的囊型電池殼,電池槽可施用於二次電池。
根據本發明之電池槽可以施用於電極組合品經含鋰的電解質浸滲的鋰離子二次電池、電極組合品經凝膠型含鋰的電解質浸滲的鋰離子聚合物電池等。
通常,鋰二次電池包括陰極、陽極、分隔
器、和含鋰鹽的非含水電解質。
陰極可藉,例如,將陰極活性材料、導電

分隔器介於陰極和陽極之間且,作為分隔器
者可為具有高離子穿透性和高機械強度的薄絕緣膜。分隔器通常具有0.01至10微米的孔徑和5至300微米的厚度。作為分隔器者可為,例如,烯烴聚合物(如聚丙烯)製的片或非梭織物;或玻璃纖維或聚乙烯,其具有耐化學品腐蝕性和疏水性。使用固態電解質(如聚合物之類)作為電解質時,固態電解質亦可作為分隔器。

有機固態電解質的例子包括聚乙烯衍生物、
聚環氧乙烷衍生物、聚環氧丙烷衍生物、磷酸酯聚合物、聚賴胺酸、聚酯硫醚、聚乙烯醇、聚二氟亞乙烯、和含有離子解離基的聚合物。
無機固態電解質的例子包括,但不限於,鋰

此外,欲改良充電/放電特性和阻燃性,例
如,吡啶、亞磷酸三乙酯、三乙醇胺、環狀醚、乙二胺、n-甘醇二甲醚、六磷酸三醯胺、硝基苯衍生物、硫、苯醌亞胺染料、N-取代的唑烷酮、N,N-取代的咪唑烷、乙二醇二烷基醚、銨鹽、吡咯、2-甲氧基乙醇、三氯化銨之類可添加至非含水電解質中。依需要地,欲賦予不可燃性,非含水電解質可以另包括含鹵素的溶劑,如四氯化碳和三
氟乙烯。此外,欲改良高溫儲存特性,此非含水電解質可以另包括二氧化碳氣體。
同時,裝設在保護性電路板上的LED元件顯
示電池槽之操作狀態的變化且,特別地,操作狀態可為選自由電池槽的充電和放電狀態、根據電池槽的溫度變化或電池槽的體積變化之不正常操作狀態、和電池槽的容量所組成之群組中之至少一者。
現有的LED元件具有光顯示單元的覆蓋物造
成光學損耗及自LED元件發射的光因為LED的光線筆直而不易擴散並因此而難被肉眼察覺的問題,因為LED覆蓋物包括用於使光以擴散反射方式穿透之導光板,所以根據本發明的LED覆蓋物可針對前述問題。
對於此導光板沒有特別的限制,只要其具有
重複不規則性的一般構造,以誘發擴散反射即可。特定具體實施例中,此導光板可具有不均勻表面,以使得穿透的光折射和散射且可由透光塑膠材料形成。
因此,由於根據本發明之電池模組包括透光
性LED覆蓋物,所以自LED元件發射的光在通過透光性LED覆蓋物的同時會被散射和擴散並,據此,易被肉眼察覺。
此外,根據本發明之電池模組中,覆蓋板裝
設於電池模組側表面以完全環繞該保護性電路板以提供完整的遮蔽作用。
特定具體實施例中,覆蓋板可包括配備於其
內部中心的偶合零件,以同時固定該保護性電路板和該LED覆蓋物。
因此,保護性電路板可以穩固地固定在覆蓋
板的內部中心並亦可使得自LED元件發射的光經由形成於覆蓋板上之用於透光的窗至外部。
此外,覆蓋板可以另於其外表面處裝設外部
覆蓋物。此外部覆蓋物可形成電池模組的外觀並提供完整的遮蔽作用。
另一特定具體實施例中,電池模組可包括基
板,其包含容納零件,該容納零件配備於該基板的上表面上,而電池槽的安裝狀態為電極端點位於側邊方向且其周圍有向上彎曲的側壁;及上覆蓋板,其位於反面,具有基於電池槽之電極端點為向下彎曲的側壁並固定至基板的上表面以形成電池模組的上表面。
該基板和該上覆蓋板彼此經由支架固定。
特別地,該支架具有第一側藉,較佳地,焊
接偶合至該基板的側壁和第二側藉扣接偶合至該上覆蓋板的側壁。
介於該支架和該上表面之間的扣接可以使用
上覆蓋板的彈性變形而實現,例如,在上覆蓋板的側壁形成凸出部分,形成具有對應於支架側壁的凸出部分之尺寸的下凹部分,並使凸出部分偶合至下凹部分。
凸出部分和下凹部分的對應位置可包括扣接
孔並藉由使用扣接元件經由扣接孔而彼此固定。
因此,上覆蓋板因為其彈性而輕易偶合至支
架且,據此,更易實現組合品的偶合程序且上覆蓋板會牢固且安定地固定至與保護性電路板和LED覆蓋板固定在一起的覆蓋板。
本發明提出包括電池模組之電池組和包括該
電池組作為電源之裝置。
根據本發明之電池模組具有結構安定性高之
非常緊密的結構。因此,包括此電池模組之此電池組可以施用於要求小裝設空間和對於抵擋外力具有安全性的各種裝置。
裝置的例子包括,但不限於,電動工具、電
動載具(EV)、混合EV(HEV)、和插入式HEV(PHEV)、E-自行車、E-摩托車、電動高爾夫車、和用於儲存電力的系統。
由前述者顯見者,根據本發明之電池模組包括LED元件,其光線經有效地擴散並因此而易被肉眼察覺,具有完全遮蔽作用並因此而能夠直接自PCB產生光,並具有結構安定性高的緊密結構。

現將以對照以下實例的方式,更詳細地描述本發明。這些實例僅用以說明本發明且不應對本發明之範圍和精神構成限制。
圖1為根據本發明之具體實施例之電池模組100的圖。圖2為偶合至圖1之電池模組100的側表面之覆蓋板的放大透視圖。
對照圖1和2,電池模組100包括保護性電路板210裝設於電池模組100的側表面並電力連接至電池模組100,LED元件(未示)裝設在保護性電路板210上並顯示電池槽之操作狀態的變化,覆蓋板200配備窗110,
其用於自LED元件發射的光之穿透並裝設於電池模組100的側表面,以完全環繞保護性電路板210,和透光性LED覆蓋物220裝設於覆蓋板200內側以對應覆蓋板200的窗110以發射自LED元件發射的光。覆蓋板200的外表面處裝設外部覆蓋物230。
圖3為根據本發明之具體實施例之覆蓋板200的圖。
對照圖3,覆蓋板200的內部中心配備偶合零件以同時固定保護性電路板210和LED覆蓋物220並藉此而同時固定保護性電路板210和LED覆蓋物220。可防止經固定的保護性電路板210和LED覆蓋物220因為電池槽的外在衝擊或內部變形而落至外側、旋轉之類並因此可達到組合品之效能增進的效果。
圖4為根據本發明之具體實施例,LED覆蓋物220和保護性電路板210的截面圖。圖5為根據本發明之具體實施例,LED覆蓋物220的平面圖。
對照圖4,用以顯示電池槽之操作狀態的變化之LED元件211位於保護性電路板210上並顯示資訊,如電池槽的充電和放電狀態、根據電池槽的溫度變化或電池槽的體積變化之不正常操作狀態、和電池槽的容量等。
如前述者,LED元件211因為覆蓋板200的窗110而造成光學損耗,且自LED元件211發射的光因為LED的光筆直而不易擴散並因此而難被肉眼察覺。針對這些問題,裝設透光性LED覆蓋物220以發射自LED
元件211發射的光。
對照圖5,LED覆蓋物220包括用於使光以擴
散反射方式穿透之導光板230,且該導光板230具有不均勻表面,以使得穿透的光被折射和散射且係製自透光塑膠材料。
不均勻表面使得自LED元件211發射的光在
通過具有不均勻表面的導光板230的同時散射和擴散並因此而使得自LED元件211發射的光易被肉眼察覺。
圖6為根據本發明之另一具體實施例之電池
模組的透視圖。
對照圖6,上覆蓋板500包括向下彎曲的側壁
510並其藉裝設於基板300處的支架400偶合至基板300。
特別地,上覆蓋板500包括凸出部分511、
512和513,凸出部分對應於形成於支架400的下凹部分。凸出部分511、512和513包括可以藉栓分別與下凹部分的扣接孔扣接的扣接孔(未示)。
使用上覆蓋板500的彈性變形,上覆蓋板500
藉扣接而偶合至支架400並藉此而使得上覆蓋板500易藉其彈力而位於支架400的右方位置。據此,易實現組合品的偶合程序。
此外,上覆蓋板500的外表面配備強化珠520
以增進上覆蓋板500的剛性並沿著上覆蓋板500的邊緣配備多個通氣孔530。
由前述者顯見者,根據本發明之電池模組包
括前述覆蓋板並因此而使得組合品的偶合程序更易實現且覆蓋板可以牢固和安定地與保護性電路板和LED覆蓋物固定在一起。

Claims (15)
- 一種包含至少兩個電池槽的電池模組,該電池模組包含:保護性電路板,其裝設於該電池模組側表面並以電力連接至該電池模組;至少一個LED元件,其裝設於該保護性電路板上並顯示該等電池槽的操作狀態變化;覆蓋板,其配備用於該LED元件之透光的窗並裝設於該電池模組側表面以環繞該保護性電路板;和透光性LED覆蓋物,其裝設於該覆蓋板內側以對應該覆蓋板的窗,以發射自該LED元件發射的光,且其中該電池模組包含:基板,其包含容納零件配備於該基板的上表面上,而電池槽的安裝狀態為電極端點位於側邊方向且其周圍有向上彎曲的側壁;及上覆蓋板,其位於反面,具有基於該等電池槽之電極端點為向下彎曲的側壁並固定至該基板的上表面以形成該電池模組的上表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電池模組,其中該等電池槽係板型電池槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項之電池模組,其中該等板型電池槽係矩型二次電池或囊型二次電池。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電池模組,其中該等電池槽係鋰二次電池。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電池模組,其中該操作狀態包含選自由該等電池槽的充電和放電狀態、根據該等電 池槽的溫度變化或該等電池槽的體積變化之不正常操作狀態、和該等電池槽的容量所組成之群組中之至少一者。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電池模組,其中該LED覆蓋物包含用於使光以擴散反射方式穿透之導光板。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之電池模組,其中該導光板具有不均勻表面,以使得穿透的光折射和散射。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之電池模組,其中該導光板包含透光塑膠材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電池模組,其中該覆蓋板包含配備於其內部中心的偶合零件,以同時固定該保護性電路板和該LED覆蓋物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電池模組,其中該覆蓋板的外表面另配備外部覆蓋物。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之電池模組,其中該基板和該上覆蓋板彼此經由支架固定。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項之電池模組,其中該支架具有第一側藉焊接偶合至該基板的側壁和第二側藉扣接偶合至該上覆蓋板的側壁。
- 一種電池組,其包含如申請專利範圍第1至12項中任一項之電池模組。
- 一種裝置,其包含如申請專利範圍第13項之電池組作為電力來源。
- 如申請專利範圍第14項之裝置,其中該裝置係選自由電動工具、電動載具(EV)、混合EV(HEV)、和 插入式HEV(PHEV)、E-自行車、E-摩托車、電動高爾夫車、和用於儲存電力的系統所組成之群組。
