Description

具切換功能之主動式觸控筆
本創作係提供一種具切換功能之主動式觸控筆,尤指透過推移件於筆體外部縱向位移,使得各控制區間變化各導電彈性體與筆體間之接觸狀態,進而驅動電路板發出不同訊號至預設觸控裝置以切換觸控操作。
按,現今科技快速發展,各式電子裝置如手機、電腦或電視等無不朝向能讓大眾以更簡易操作之方向發展,而相較於過去以按鍵輸入操作指令之方式:如電腦透過外接鍵盤供使用者按壓以輸入指令;亦或是舊式手機透過按壓按鍵撥打電話等,現今係以觸控方式為主流,如筆記型電腦、智慧型手機或平板電腦等各式電子裝置皆係以觸控方式供使用者操作,其係透過於電子裝置之螢幕成像有指令或軟體圖示,而使用者再以手指或觸控筆靠近或者按壓螢幕來啟動功能操作,故使用者不需輸入複雜之文字指令即可直接完成電子裝置之操作。
其中,觸控筆多係於表面設置有複數按鍵,以供使用者能透過按壓各按鍵來開啟各種不同之功能操作,如更換書寫顏色、清除、切換視窗或截圖等,藉此減少以往逐步點選以開啟功能所產生之操作時間或繁雜之操作步驟。
然而,隨著電子裝置之功能多樣化,觸控筆表面之功能快 捷按鍵也隨之增加,並於使用者握持觸控筆時,容易因觸控筆表面外露之功能按鍵而產生誤觸,進而開啟非預期之功能操作,使得電子裝置不利於使用者進行操作。
是以,如何解決習用觸控筆因表面外露之快捷按鍵所產生 誤觸之問題,即為從事此行業之相關廠商所亟欲研究改善之方向所在者。
故,發明人有鑑於上述缺失,乃蒐集相關資料,經由多方 評估及考量,並以從事於此行業累積之多年經驗,經由不斷試作及修改,始設計出此種藉由推移件於筆體外部縱向位移以切換觸控功能,以防止外露功能按鍵而產生誤觸的具切換功能之主動式觸控筆。
本發明之主要目的乃在於藉由推移件於筆體之上筆管外部 縱向位移,使得推移件之各控制區間變化各導電彈性體與筆體間之接觸狀態,而產生不同之輸入訊號至電路板,以驅動電路板發出不同訊號至預設觸控裝置以切換不同功能之觸控操作,故不需於筆體表面設置多個功能快捷按鍵,進而防止使用者於握持觸控筆時產生誤觸而開啟非預期之功能操作,藉此提升觸控筆之操作便利性。

為達成上述目的及功效,本發明所採用之技術手段及其構造,茲繪圖就本發明之較佳實施例詳加說明其特徵與功能如下,俾利完全瞭解。
請參閱第一、二、三、四、五、六圖所示,係為本發明之正面立體外觀圖、移除推移件後筆體之局部正視圖、推移件之局部正視圖、俯視剖面圖、控制裝置及推移件之局部側視剖面圖、電路板之等效電路示意圖,由圖中所示可清楚看出,本發明係包括筆體1、控制裝置2及推移件3,其中:如第一圖所示,該筆體1具有下筆管11,而下筆管11於前側設有觸控頭111,並於下筆管11相對觸控頭11之另側設有導電材料製成之上筆管12,且下筆管11及上筆管12內部形成容置空間10,而上筆管12設有鏤空部13,又鏤空部13設有二個橫向相間隔之穿孔130,且二個穿孔130係連通於容置空間10。
如第二圖所示,該控制裝置2設有電路板21,且電路板21表面電性連接有二橫向相間隔之導電彈性體211。配合第六圖所示,該電路板21之電路配置係包括電壓源VDD 、與導電彈性體211數量相同之電阻R1及R2、控制單元212以及二個開關SW1、SW2,該電壓源VDD 分別電性連接至二個電阻R1及R2一端,又二個電阻R1 及R2另端分別電性連接至開關SW1及SW2一端,二個開關SW1及SW2一端再分電性連接至控制單元212,且二個開關SW1及SW2另端接地(ground)。
如第一圖及第三圖所示,該推移件3於表面由上至下依序 設有四個控制區間S1、S2、S3及S4,控制區間S1設置有右側控制鍵31、控制區間S2設置有左側控制鍵31、控制區間S3設置有二個橫向並排控制鍵31、控制區間S4則並無設置控制鍵31,且如第五圖所示,各控制鍵31係分別包括彈性體311及凸塊312,且凸塊312為設置於彈性體311頂端。
如第三圖、第四圖及第五圖所示,本發明具切換功能之主 動式觸控筆於組裝時,筆體1係以容置空間10供控制裝置2之電路板21組裝,而電路板21表面之二個導電彈性體211為分別露出於鏤空部13之穿孔130並抵貼於上筆管12內壁面,另將推移件3活動組裝於筆體1之上筆管12表面,且推移件3係可於上筆管12外部呈縱向往復位移,又推移件3表面之四個控制區間S1、S2、S3及S4係位於及鏤空部13之相對上方。則可藉由上述筆體1、控制裝置2及推移件3組構成本發明具切換功能之主動式觸控筆。
如第五圖及第六圖所示,前述開關SW1、SW2係分別 對應一導電彈性體211,且開關SW1、SW2分別於其相對應之導電彈性體211抵貼於導電材料製成之上筆管12內壁面時,則該開關SW1、SW2為導通狀態(即閉路);而且開關SW1、SW2分別於其相對應之導電彈性體211於無與導電材料製成之上筆管12內壁面接觸時 ,則該開關SW1、SW2為斷路狀態(即開路)。
前述筆體1於上筆管12設有鏤空部13,以及將推移件3設置於上筆管12表面僅係為較佳實施例而已,該實施例並非用以限定本發明之申請專利範圍,本發明於實際應用時係可將鏤空部13以及推移件3設置於下筆管11或筆體1任意能配合二個導電彈性體211之位置等,而不應以較佳實施例為限。
本發明具切換功能之主動式觸控筆係可應用於電容式觸控筆等,並於實際使用時將筆體1對位於預設觸控裝置之觸控螢幕表面,再透過推移件3於筆體1之上筆管12外部縱向位移,以供控制區間S1~S4內之各控制鍵31分別朝鏤空部13抵壓導電彈性體211或不抵壓導電彈性體211,藉以使導電彈性體211接觸或不接觸於上筆管12內壁面,以供切換開關SW1及SW2之導通或斷路狀態,藉以分別產生(0,1)、(1,0)、(1,1)或(0,0)四種不同之訊號輸入至控制單元212,進而驅動控制單元212發出不同訊號至預設觸控裝置,以供下筆管11之觸控頭111於觸控螢幕執行不同功能之觸控操作,如更換書寫顏色、清除、切換視窗或截圖等。
前述控制裝置2之電路板21表面設有露出鏤空部13之二個導電彈性體211僅係為較佳實施例而已,該實施例並非用以限定本發明之申請專利範圍,本發明於實際應用時,控制裝置2之電路板21表面亦可設置有一個或複數個相間隔之導電彈性體211,而推移件3之表面亦可配合導電彈性體211之數量及位置而設有不同數量及位置之控制區間S,進而於推移件3縱向位移時,透過改變各導電彈性體211與上 筆管12之接觸狀態來發出不同訊號至控制單元212,而不應以較佳實施例為限。
本發明具切換功能之主動式觸控筆係透過推移件3於筆體1之上筆管12外部縱向位移,以供推移件3之各控制區間S1~S4改變各導電彈性體211與筆體1間之接觸狀態,藉此產生不同之輸入訊號至電路板21,以驅動電路板21切換觸控筆於觸控螢幕之操作功能,而不需於筆體1表面設置多個功能快捷按鍵,進而防止使用者於握持觸控筆時產生誤觸而開啟非預期之功能操作,藉此提升觸控筆之操作便利性。
是以,以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,非因此侷限本發明之專利範圍,本發明為主要針對具切換功能之主動式觸控筆,其係透過推移件3於筆體1外部縱向位移,以供推移件3之各控制區間S1~S4改變各導電彈性體211與筆體1間之接觸狀態,進而產生不同之輸入訊號至電路板21,以驅動電路板21發出不同訊號至預設觸控裝置,進此切換觸控筆於觸控螢幕之功能操作,故舉凡可達成前述效果之結構、裝置皆應受本發明所涵蓋,此種簡易修飾及等效結構變化,均應同理包括於本發明之專利範圍內,合予陳明。
綜上所述,本發明上述具切換功能之主動式觸控筆於使用時,為確實能達到其功效及目的,故本發明誠為一實用性優異之創作,為符合發明專利之申請要件,爰依法提出申請,盼 審委早日賜准本案,以保障發明人之辛苦創作,倘若 鈞局審委有任何稽疑,請不吝來函指示,發明人定當竭力配合,實感德便。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種具切換功能之主動式觸控筆,係包括筆體、控制裝置及推移件,其中:該筆體於內部形成容置空間,並於筆體表面設有與容置空間連通之鏤空部;該控制裝置為設置於容置空間內,並具有發出訊號至預設觸控裝置以執行觸控操作之電路板,而電路板電性連接有外露於鏤空部之一個或複數相間隔的導電彈性體;該推移件為設置於筆體表面且位於鏤空部相對上方,並於推移件表面設有一個或一個以上之控制區間,該一個或一個以上之控制區間係藉由推移件縱向位移來改變各導電彈性體與筆體間之接觸狀態,以供驅動電路板發出不同訊號而於預設觸控裝置執行不同觸控操作。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具切換功能之主動式觸控筆,其中該筆體具有下筆管,下筆管前側設有觸控頭,並於下筆管相對觸控頭之另側設有上筆管,且控制裝置設有位於下筆管及上筆管內部之電路板,又各導電彈性體為電性連接於電路板表面,而推移件為設置於上筆管表面。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具切換功能之主動式觸控筆,其中該控制裝置之電路板配置有電壓源,電壓源分別電性連接有與導電彈性體數量相同之電阻一端,各電阻另端分別電性連接有藉由導電彈性體接觸筆體以導通之開關一端,各開關一端再分別電性連接有發出訊號至預設觸控裝置之控制單元,而各開關另端接地。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具切換功能之主動式觸控筆,其中該推移件之控制區間係分別設有至少一個控制鍵或完全不設置控制鍵,且控制鍵係為彈性體,而各彈性體頂端分別設有朝鏤空部內抵壓於導電彈性體之凸塊。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具切換功能之主動式觸控筆,其中該筆體之鏤空部設有對應導電彈性體數量之穿孔,且各開關為分別對應露出於一穿孔。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之具切換功能之主動式觸控筆,其中該筆體之鏤空部具有二個橫向相間隔之穿孔,而控制裝置之電路板於表面設有二個分別露出於穿孔之導電彈性體,再另於推移件表面由上至下設有四個控制區間,各控制區間內係分別設有右側控制鍵、左側控制鍵、二個橫向並排控制鍵以及無設置控制鍵。
