Description

鎖固裝置
本發明涉及一種鎖固裝置,特別是一種用於固定光伏模組的鎖固裝置。
光伏模組通常藉由鎖固結構鎖固於支架上,常用的鎖固結構包括一固定件安裝於支架上及一壓緊件用於將光伏模組壓緊於支架上,然後利用螺桿穿過壓緊件後鎖入固定件內。習知固定件通常是螺母,螺母在放入中空的支架後會落入支架的底部,在將螺桿鎖入螺母時很難對螺母進行定位操作,安裝不方便。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種安裝方便的鎖固裝置。
一種鎖固裝置,用於將一光伏模組鎖固於一支架,支架包括一底板、自底板的兩側向上延伸形成的兩相對的側板及自兩側板的內側分別向內延伸形成的兩擋板,兩擋板之間形成一間隙,該鎖固裝置包括一壓緊件、一固定於支架的固定件及一螺桿,固定件包括一底部、自底部的中部向上延伸形成的頸部、形成於頸部上方的頭部及自頭部的兩側分別向外延伸形成的兩擋止部,固定件的底部置於支架內並與兩擋板的下緣相抵接,兩擋止部分別抵接於兩擋板的上緣,螺桿穿過壓緊件後鎖入固定件內將光伏模組壓制於壓緊件與支架之間。
相較習知技術,本發明鎖固裝置的固定件利用底部及擋止部將固定件定位於支架的間隙處,方便對固定件進行定位,安裝比較方便。

請參閱圖1至圖4,本發明鎖固裝置1的較佳實施方式用於將兩光伏模組200鎖固於一支架100上。支架100包括一底板101、自底板101的兩側向上延伸形成的兩相對的側板102及自兩側板102的內側分別向內並向下延伸形成的兩L形的擋板103。兩擋板103之間形成一間隙104。
請一併參閱圖5及圖6,鎖固裝置1包括一壓緊件20、一固定件30、一螺桿40、一螺母50及一彈簧60。
壓緊件20包括一底壁21及垂直延伸自底壁21兩側的兩側壁22。每 一側壁22的頂端向外延伸形成一壓板23。底壁21中心開設一通孔211。每一側壁22的內側鄰近壓板23處分別向內凸設一長條狀的卡榫221。每一壓板23的下側凸設複數防滑部231。
固定件30包括一長方形的底部31、自底部31的中部向上延伸形成的頸部32、形成於頸部32上方的大致呈方形體的頭部33及自頭部33的頂端左右兩側分別向外並向下延伸形成的兩擋止部34。頭部33開設一貫通頭部33的前後兩側壁的T形收容孔331,T形收容孔331內設有一臺階部333。頭部33沿垂直底部31的方向開設一連通收容孔331的通孔334。擋止部34包括一與頭部33的左右側壁平行的主體板341及自主體板341的底端向頸部32的方向並向下彎折形成一呈L形的抵接部343。固定件30的底部31的寬度小於間隙104的寬度以適於固定件30側立時能自間隙104穿入支架100。固定件30的底部31的長度大於間隙104的寬度,以將固定件30定位於支架100。
螺桿40包括一頭部41及一桿部42。
請一併參閱圖3及圖4,組裝時,將固定件30側立使底部31自間隙104進入支架100內,然後旋轉固定件30,使固定件30的底部31卡抵於兩擋板103的下緣,頸部32收容於間隙104,兩抵接部343分別抵接於兩擋板103的上緣,進而將固定件30定位於支架100的間隙104處。將螺母50置於T形收容孔331內的臺階部333上。
螺桿40的桿部42依次穿入壓緊件20的通孔211、彈簧60以及通孔334後,鎖入螺母50。螺桿40的頭部41直徑略小於兩側壁22之間的距離以使頭部41能在兩側壁22之間旋轉。頭部41的直徑略大於兩卡榫221之間的距離,以使頭部41自兩卡榫221之間擠入後,頭 部41可定位於兩卡榫221及底壁21之間,使螺桿40與壓緊件20不易脫離。
請一併參閱圖3,轉動螺桿40可將光伏模組200鎖固於壓板23與支架100之間,壓板23下側的防滑部231用於增大壓板23與光伏模組200之間的摩擦。固定件30的底部31的長度大於間隙104的寬度擋止於兩擋板103的下緣防止固定件30自間隙104脫出。固定件30的兩抵接部343分別抵接於兩擋板103的上緣,避免固定件30完全落入支架100內,方便螺桿40鎖入螺母50。將螺桿40的頭部41定位於兩卡榫221及底壁21之間,可使壓緊件20附著於螺桿40的頭部41而不至於順著桿部42落於支架100上,安裝光伏模組200時,不需要用手先將壓緊件20抬起,可以直接將光伏模組200置於壓板23的下方,操作比較方便。
圖7為鎖固裝置的另一種實施方式,其中固定件30a的頭部33a的頂端向下開設一螺絲孔334a,螺桿40的桿部42依次穿入壓緊件20的通孔211及彈簧60後直接鎖入固定件30a的螺絲孔334a,進而省去了螺母50。
請參閱圖8及圖9,分別表示固定件30衍生變化出的各種不同的實施方式。
其中圖8中的固定件30b包括底部31b、自底部31b沿左右方向的中部向上延伸形成的頸部32b、形成於頸部32b上方的頭部33b及自頭部33b的兩側鄰近頸部32b處分別向外水平延伸後再向內並向下傾斜彎折形成的兩概呈V形的擋止部34b。頭部33b的頂端向下開設一螺絲孔334b。固定件30b的底部31b左右方向的寬度大於間隙104,故而底部31b可擋止於兩擋板103的下緣防止固定件30b自間 隙104脫出。固定件30b的兩擋止部34b分別抵接於兩擋板103的上緣,避免固定件30完全落入支架100內。螺桿40的桿部42依次穿入壓緊件20的通孔211及彈簧60後直接鎖入固定件30b的螺絲孔334b。
圖9中的固定件30c包括底部31c、自底部31c沿左右方向的中部向上延伸形成的頸部32c、形成於頸部32c上方的頭部33c及自頭部33c的兩側鄰近頸部32c處分別向外水平延伸的兩平板狀的擋止部34c。頭部33c的頂端向下開設一螺絲孔334c。固定件30c的底部31c左右方向的寬度大於間隙104,故而底部31c可擋止於兩擋板103的下緣防止固定件30c自間隙104脫出。固定件30c的兩擋止部34c分別抵接於兩擋板103的上緣,避免固定件30完全落入支架100內。螺桿40的桿部42依次穿入壓緊件20的通孔211及彈簧60後直接鎖入固定件30c的螺絲孔334c。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,在爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種鎖固裝置,用於將一光伏模組鎖固於一支架,支架包括一底板、自底板的兩側向上延伸形成的兩相對的側板及自兩側板的內側分別向內延伸形成的兩擋板,兩擋板之間形成一間隙,該鎖固裝置包括一壓緊件、一固定於支架的固定件及一螺桿,固定件包括一底部、自底部的中部向上延伸形成的頸部、形成於頸部上方的頭部及自頭部的兩側分別向外延伸形成的兩擋止部,固定件的底部置於支架內並與兩擋板的下緣相抵接,兩擋止部分別抵接於兩擋板的上緣,螺桿穿過壓緊件後鎖入固定件內將光伏模組壓制於壓緊件與支架之間,該固定件的頭部開設一收容孔,收容孔貫通固定件的頭部的側壁,頭部沿垂直底部方向開設一與收容相連通的通孔,一螺母置於收容孔內,螺桿穿過壓緊件、支架的間隙及固定件的通孔後鎖固於螺母。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鎖固裝置,其中一彈簧套設於螺桿上並位於壓緊件與固定件的頭部之間。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鎖固裝置,其中每一擋止部包括一自頭部的頂端一側向外並向下延伸形成的與頭部的側面平行的主體板及自主體板的底端向頸部的方向並向下彎折形成一概呈L形的抵接於對應擋板的上緣的抵接部。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鎖固裝置,其中兩擋止部是自頭部的兩側鄰近頸部處分別向外水平延伸形成。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鎖固裝置,其中兩擋止部是自頭部的兩側鄰近頸部處分別向外水平延伸後再向內並向下傾斜彎折形成。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鎖固裝置,其中固定件的頭部沿垂直底部方 向設一螺絲孔,螺桿穿過壓緊件及支架的間隙鎖固於固定件的螺絲孔。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鎖固裝置,其中固定件的底部的長度大於兩擋板之間的間隙的寬度,底部的寬度小於兩擋板之間的間隙的寬度,以將固定件側立時能自間隙穿入支架並定位於該支架。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鎖固裝置,其中螺桿包括一桿部及一頭部,壓緊件包括一底壁及垂直延伸自底壁兩側的兩側壁,每一側壁的頂端向外延伸形成一壓板,底壁中心開設一供螺桿的桿部穿過的通孔。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之鎖固裝置,其中壓緊件的每一側壁的內側鄰近壓板處向內延伸形成一卡榫,兩卡榫末端之間的距離小於螺桿的頭部的直徑,螺桿的頭部定位於兩卡榫與壓緊件的底壁之間。
