本发明涉及一种锁固装置,特别涉及一种用于光伏模组支架的锁固装置。
背景技术
光伏模组通常通过锁固结构锁固于支架上,常用的锁固结构包括一固定件安装于支架上及一压紧件用于将光伏模组压紧于支架上,然后利用螺杆穿过压紧件后锁入固定件内。现有技术中的固定件通常是螺母,螺母在放入中空的支架后会落入支架的底部,在将螺杆锁入螺母时很难对螺母进行定位操作,安装不方便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一安装方便的锁固装置。
一种锁固装置,用于将一光伏模组锁固于一支架,支架包括一底板、自底板的两侧向上延伸形成的两相对的侧板及自两侧板的内侧分别向内延伸形成的两挡板,两挡板之间形成一间隙,该锁固装置包括一压紧件、一固定于支架的固定件及一螺杆,固定件包括一底部、自底部的中部向上延伸形成的颈部、形成于颈部上方的头部及自头部的两侧分别向外延伸形成的两挡止部,固定件的底部置于支架内并与两挡板的下缘相抵接,两挡止部分别抵接于两挡板的上缘,螺杆穿过压紧件后锁入固定件内将光伏模组压制于压紧件与支架之间。
相较现有技术,本发明锁固装置的固定件利用底部及挡止部将固定件定位于支架的间隙处,方便对固定件进行定位,安装比较方便。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图4,本发明锁固装置1的较佳实施方式用于将两光伏模组200锁固于一支架100上。支架100包括一底板101、自底板101的两侧向上延伸形成的两相对的侧板102及自两侧板102的内侧分别向内并向下延伸形成的两L形的挡板103。两挡板103之间形成一间隙104。
请一并参阅图5及图6,锁固装置1包括一压紧件20、一固定件30、一螺杆40、一螺母50及一弹簧60。
压紧件20包括一底壁21及垂直延伸自底壁21两侧的两侧壁22。每一侧壁22的顶端向外延伸形成一压板23。底壁21中心开设一通孔211。每一侧壁22的内侧邻近压板23处分别向内凸设一长条状的卡榫221。每一压板23的下侧凸设若干防滑部231。
固定件30包括一长方形的底部31、自底部31的中部向上延伸形成的颈部32、形成于颈部32上方的大致呈方形体的头部33及自头部33的顶端左右两侧分别向外并向下延伸形成的两挡止部34。头部33开设一贯通头部33的前后两侧壁的T形收容孔331,T形收容孔331内设有一台阶部333。头部33沿垂直底部31的方向开设一连通收容孔331的通孔334。挡止部34包括一与头部33的左右侧壁平行的主体板341及自主体板341的底端向颈部32的方向并向下弯折形成一呈L形的抵接部343。固定件30的底部31的宽度小于间隙104的宽度以适于固定件30侧立时能自间隙104穿入支架100。固定件30的底部31的长度大于间隙104的宽度,以将固定件30定位于支架100。
螺杆40包括一头部41及一杆部42。
请一并参阅图3及图4,组装时,将固定件30侧立使底部31自间隙104进入支架100内,然后旋转固定件30,使固定件30的底部31卡抵于两挡板103的下缘,颈部32收容于间隙104,两抵接部343分别抵接于两挡板103的上缘,进而将固定件30定位于支架100的间隙104处。将螺母50置于T形收容孔331内的台阶部333上。
螺杆40的杆部42依次穿入压紧件20的通孔211、弹簧60以及通孔334后,锁入螺母50。螺杆40的头部41直径略小于两侧壁22之间的距离以使头部41能在两侧壁22之间旋转。头部41的直径略大于两卡榫221之间的距离,以使头部41自两卡榫221之间挤入后,头部41可定位于两卡榫221及底壁21之间,使螺杆40与压紧件20不易脱离。
请一并参阅图3,转动螺杆40可将光伏模组200锁固于压板23与支架100之间,压板23下侧的防滑部231用于增大压板23与光伏模组200之间的摩擦。固定件30的底部31的长度大于间隙104的宽度挡止于两挡板103的下缘防止固定件30自间隙104脱出。固定件30的两抵接部343分别抵接于两挡板103的上缘,避免固定件30完全落入支架100内,方便螺杆40锁入螺母50。将螺杆40的头部41定位于两卡榫221及底壁21之间,可使压紧件20附着于螺杆40的头部41而不至于顺着杆部42落于支架100上,安装光伏模组200时,不需要用手先将压紧件20抬起,可以直接将光伏模组200置于压板23的下方,操作比较方便。
图7为锁固装置的另一种实施方式,其中固定件30a的头部33a的顶端向下开设一螺丝孔334a,螺杆40的杆部42依次穿入压紧件20的通孔211及弹簧60后直接锁入固定件30a的螺丝孔334a,进而省去了螺母50。
请参阅图8及图9,分别表示固定件30衍生变化出的各种不同的实施方式。
其中图8中的固定件30b包括底部31b、自底部31b沿左右方向的中部向上延伸形成的颈部32b、形成于颈部32b上方的头部33b及自头部33b的两侧邻近颈部32b处分别向外水平延伸后再向内并向下倾斜弯折形成的两概呈V形的挡止部34b。头部33b的顶端向下开设一螺丝孔334b。固定件30b的底部31b左右方向的宽度大于间隙104,故而底部31b可挡止于两挡板103的下缘防止固定件30b自间隙104脱出。固定件30b的两挡止部34b分别抵接于两挡板103的上缘,避免固定件30完全落入支架100内。螺杆40的杆部42依次穿入压紧件20的通孔211及弹簧60后直接锁入固定件30b的螺丝孔334b。
图9中的固定件30c包括底部31c、自底部31c沿左右方向的中部向上延伸形成的颈部32c、形成于颈部32c上方的头部33c及自头部33c的两侧邻近颈部32c处分别向外水平延伸的两平板状的挡止部34c。头部33c的顶端向下开设一螺丝孔334c。固定件30c的底部31c左右方向的宽度大于间隙104,故而底部31c可挡止于两挡板103的下缘防止固定件30c自间隙104脱出。固定件30c的两挡止部34c分别抵接于两挡板103的上缘,避免固定件30完全落入支架100内。螺杆40的杆部42依次穿入压紧件20的通孔211及弹簧60后直接锁入固定件30c的螺丝孔334c。

Claims (10)

1.一种锁固装置,用于将一光伏模组锁固于一支架,支架包括一底板、自底板的两侧向上延伸形成的两相对的侧板及自两侧板的内侧分别向内延伸形成的两挡板,两挡板之间形成一间隙,该锁固装置包括一压紧件、一固定于支架的固定件及一螺杆,固定件包括一底部、自底部的中部向上延伸形成的颈部、形成于颈部上方的头部及自头部的两侧分别向外延伸形成的两挡止部,固定件的底部置于支架内并与两挡板的下缘相抵接,两挡止部分别抵接于两挡板的上缘,螺杆穿过压紧件后锁入固定件内将光伏模组压制于压紧件与支架之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:一弹簧套设于螺杆上并位于压紧件与固定件的头部之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:每一挡止部包括一自头部的顶端一侧向外并向下延伸形成的与头部的侧面平行的主体板及自主体板的底端向颈部的方向并向下弯折形成一概呈L形的抵接于对应挡板的上缘的抵接部。
4.如权利要求1所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:两挡止部是自头部的两侧邻近颈部处分别向外水平延伸形成。
5.如权利要求1所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:两挡止部是自头部的两侧邻近颈部处分别向外水平延伸后再向内并向下倾斜弯折形成。
6.如权利要求1所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:固定件的头部开设一收容孔,收容孔贯通固定件的头部的侧壁,头部沿垂直底部方向开设一与收容相连通的通孔,一螺母置于收容孔内,螺杆穿过压紧件、支架的间隙及固定件的通孔后锁固于螺母。
7.如权利要求1所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:固定件的头部沿垂直底部方向设一螺丝孔,螺杆穿过压紧件及支架的间隙锁固于固定件的螺丝孔。
8.如权利要求1所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:固定件的底部呈长方形,底部的长度大于两挡板之间的间隙的宽度,底部的宽度小于两挡板之间的间隙的宽度,以将固定件侧立时能自间隙穿入支架并定位于该支架。
9.如权利要求1所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:螺杆包括一杆部及一头部,压紧件包括一底壁及垂直延伸自底壁两侧的两侧壁,每一侧壁的顶端向外延伸形成一压板,底壁中心开设一供螺杆的杆部穿过的通孔。
10.如权利要求9所述的锁固装置,其特征在于:压紧件的每一侧壁的内侧邻近压板处向内延伸形成一卡榫,两卡榫末端之间的距离小于螺杆的头部的直径,螺杆的头部定位于两卡榫与压紧件的底壁之间。
