Description
本技藝屬於一種發光二極體燈具,尤其是一種使用者可以調整不同色溫的發光二極體燈具。
圖1是習知技藝
習知技藝的色溫配置方式如圖1所示,係以紅光、綠光、以及藍光三色溫的混色法調整出射光線的色溫。基材10上面安置有紅光發光二極體(R)、綠光發光二極體(G)、以及藍光發光二極體(B)。紅光發光二極體(R)電性耦合至共電極124以及第一電極121;綠光發光二極體(G)電性耦合至共電極124以及第二電極122;藍光發光二極體(B)電性耦合至共電極124以及第三電極123。這種傳統的色溫配置必須使用三顆發光二極體(R,G,B),調整時必須調整三顆發光二極體的電流強度,才能得到所想要的色溫,這種習知技藝是以三個調整變數之組合才能得到合成色溫,若是可以以比較少的變數調整而可以得到類似的效果時,對於使用者來說則是比較方便的產品。保護單元15封裝於發光二極體外部。
本技藝便是克服先前技藝使用三個變數才能調整白光色溫的發光二極體燈具產品,開發出只要使用兩個變數便可以調整白光色溫的發光二極體燈具產品。尤其是使用一顆低色溫白光發光二極體以及一顆高色溫白光發光二極體的組合來完成本技藝者。
圖2a是本技藝之燈具實施例
圖中顯示一種可調整色溫的發光二極體燈具,包含:一個低色溫白光發光二極體21a,提供低色溫光源;一個高色溫白光發光二極體21b,提供高色溫光源。一個基材20可以是電路板基材、或是金屬框架(lead frame)基材,用以安置低色溫白光發光二極體21a與高色溫白光發光二極體21b。保護單元25可以是封裝膠體也可以是玻璃燈罩等透光燈罩,封裝保護低色溫白光發光二極體21a與高色溫白光發光二極體21b。低色溫白光發光二極體21a電性耦合至共電極223與第一電極221;與高色溫白光發光二極體21b電性耦合至共電極223與第二電極222。
圖2b是本技藝之燈具控制單元實施例
控制單元30具有對應插孔32,提供第一金屬腳221、第二金屬腳222、與共電極金屬腳223插置用。控制單元30具有導線33電性耦合至外部電源(圖中未表示)。控制單元30具有調整鈕31提供使用者調整所需要的色溫。調整鈕31用以調整低色溫白光發光二極體21a與高色溫白光發光二極體21b的電流強度以便控制其照度的強弱,組合出不同色溫。
表一概略顯示色溫與表現顏色之間的關係,顯示低色溫(2500K~4000K)時,約略呈現白色偏向黃色到紅色;中低色溫(4000K~5500K)時,約略呈現白色偏向藍色;中高色溫(5500K~7000K)時,約略呈現白色偏向灰階;高色溫(7000K~8000K)時,約略呈現白色偏綠色。
表二以2500K低色溫光源與6000K高色溫光源作為範例說明,依據加權平均值得到混色以後之色溫如表中所示。在2500K為0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、與100%時,分別可以得到混色色溫為6000K、5300K、4600K、3900K、3200K、與2500K之色溫燈具,以下為其計算方法如下:
2500K*0%+6000K*100%=6000K
2500K*20%+6000K*80%=5300K
2500K*40%+6000K*60%=4600K
2500K*60%+6000K*40%=3900K
2500K*80%+6000K*20%=3200K
2500K*100%+6000K*0%=2500K
以上係以色溫的理想狀況的線性關係作為描述,實際產品會有些微差異因為實際產品的色溫特性並非理想的線性關係。

Claims (19)
- 一種可調整色溫的燈泡,包含:低色溫白光發光二極體;高色溫白光發光二極體;以及控制單元,控制所述之兩個白光發光二極體的發光強度,以產生一個混合白光,該混合白光之色溫係依據下述方程式所決定者:K=Klow *Plow +Khigh *Phigh, 其中K是所述之混合白光之色溫;Klow 是所述之低色溫白光發光二極體的色溫;Khish 是所述之高色溫白光發光二極體的色溫;Plow 是所述之低色溫白光發光二極體在所述之混合白光中的照度百分比;以及Phigh 是所述之高色溫白光發光二極體在所述之混合白光中的照度百分比。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,更包含:基材,所述之發光二極體安置其上,所述之基材係與所述之控制單元分離者。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中所述之基材,係電路板基材或是金屬框架基材。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,更包含:保護單元,用以封裝所述之發光二極體。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中所述之保護單元,係封裝膠體或是透光燈罩。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,更包含:三隻電極腳,分別電性耦合至所述之發光二極體。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中所述之控制單元係用以控制所述之發光二極體的電流。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中所述之低色溫白光發光二極體的色溫是2500K~3500K。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中所述之高色溫白光發光二極體的色溫是5000K~6000K。
- 一種可調整色溫的燈泡,包含:基材,具有相對的第一面與第二面;第一白光發光二極體,安置於所述之基材第一面,出射第一色溫的白光;第二白光發光二極體,安置於所述之基材第一面,出射第二色溫的白光;所述之第二色溫係高於所述之第一色溫;複數隻電極腳,分別電性耦合至所述之發光二極體,且凸出於所述之基材第二面;以及控制單元,用以控制所述之發光二極體的照度,以產生一個混合白光;所述之混合白光具有一個色溫,該色溫係依據下述公式所決定者:K=Klow *Plow +Khigh *Phigh, 其中K是所述之混合白光之色溫;Klow 是所述之第一白光發光二極體的色溫;Khigh 是所述之第二白光發光二極體的色溫;Plow 是所述之第一白光發光二極體在所述之混合白光中的照度百分比;以及Phigh 是所述之第二白光發光二極體在所述之混合白光中的照度百分比;其中,所述之控制單元,具有插孔,分別容納所述之電極腳;所述之插孔,具有電極接點,分別電性耦合至所述之電極腳,致使所述之控制單元得以控制所述之發光二極體的電流,而得以控制個別的發光二極體的照度。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中所述之控制單元,更包含一個使用者可以操作的控制元件,致使使用者可以調整所述之發光二極體的電流,用以改變所述之燈泡出射之混合白光的色溫。
- 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中所述之控制單元,改變所述之發光二極體的照度,用以調整混合白光的色溫,係依據一個調整表所執行者,該調整表係包含:第一行的第一數值,係所述之第一白光發光二極體在所述之混合白光中的照度百分比;第二行的第二數值,係所述之第二白光發光二極體在所述之混合白光中的照度百分比;以及第三行的第三數值,係所述之混合白光的色溫;其中,所述之第三數值的每一數值,係分別關聯於所述之第一數值中的一個數值,也分別關聯於所述之第二數值中的一個數值。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中所述之電極腳,係可以自所述之插孔分離者。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中所述之第一白光發光二極體的第一色溫係2500K~3500K。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中所述之第二白光發光二極體的第二色溫係5000K~6000K。
- 如申請專利範圍第15項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,更包含:透光護蓋,罩蓋所述之發光二極體於其中;其中所述之透光護蓋,罩蓋所述之基材第一面但不罩蓋所述之基材第二面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中Plow +Phigh =100%.
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中Plow +Phigh =100%.
- 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之一種可調整色溫的燈泡,其中所述之表格中,所述之第一數值與對應的所述之第二數值之和為100%。
