Description

液晶顯示裝置
本發明係關於一種液晶顯示裝置,特別是一種利用側邊固定以減少面積之液晶顯示裝置。
在現今的日常生活中,平面型的液晶顯示裝置之應用也日趨平常,並且也已經成為市場的主流。因此,現今的液晶顯示裝置的設計已經朝著輕、薄、短、小且可降低製造成本為目標。
請先參考圖1係先前技術之液晶顯示裝置組裝之示意圖。在先前技術中,液晶顯示裝置90通常是先由前框91與面板92組裝,之後再加上後蓋(圖未示),其中前框91可視為液晶顯示裝置90正面所見的邊框。先前技術之面板92的外框到前框91之側邊表面之間會預留較大的距離,例如預留11到12公厘左右的距離,以方便前框91設置螺絲柱93或是長卡勾(圖未示),讓前框91能夠與面板92或是與後蓋藉由螺絲931互相固定。但如此一來,前框91就必須要有較大的面積,不僅會增加製造成本,也無法縮小液晶顯示裝置90的體積,無法達到輕、薄、短、小的目標。
因此,有必要發明一種新的液晶顯示裝置,以解決先前技術之缺失。
本發明之主要目的係在提供一種液晶顯示裝置,其組裝時可利用側邊來固定以達到減少面積之效果。
為達成上述之目的,本發明之液晶顯示裝置包括面板、第一框體及第二框體。面板具有側面,側面設置有至少一第一鎖固孔。第一框體包括第一側邊及第二側邊,第一側邊具有至少一第二鎖固孔及至少一槽孔,面板之側面係鄰近於第一框體之第一側邊,其中至少一第一鎖固孔及至少一第二鎖固孔係藉由至少一鎖固件互相鎖固,以固定面板及第一框體。第二框體具有至少一卡勾部,至少一卡勾部係用以配合第一側邊之至少一槽孔,使得第二框體係與第一框體互相卡固。
為讓本發明之上述和其他目的、特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉出本發明之具體實施例,並配合所附圖式,作詳細說明如下。
請先參考圖2係本發明之液晶顯示裝置組裝之示意圖。
本發明之一實施方式中,液晶顯示裝置10可用於電視機或電腦顯示螢幕等,但本發明並不限於此。液晶顯示裝置10包括面板20、第一框體30及第二框體40。面板20可由反射板、導光板或薄膜層等模組所組成,用以顯示影像。由於利用面板20顯示影像之方式已經被本發明所屬技術領域者所廣泛應用,且並非本發明之重點所在,故在此不再贅述其原理。面板20具有側面21,側面21上則設置至少一第一鎖固孔22。
第一框體30包括第一側邊31與第二側邊32,第一側邊31與第二側邊32係實質上構成一L型,但本發明並不限於此。第一側邊31係鄰近於面板20之側面21,且第一側邊31亦設置至少一第二鎖固孔311。第二鎖固孔311係與第一鎖固孔22互相配合,可藉由鎖固件51互相鎖固,以同時固定第一框體30及面板20。本發明之一實施方式中鎖固件51可為螺絲,但本發明並不限於此。同時為了使第一框體30及面板20之間能固定的更穩固,可利用複數之第一鎖固孔22及複數之第二鎖固孔311互相配合,以個別藉由複數之鎖固件51互相鎖固。
第一框體30的第一側邊31上還具有至少一槽孔312,同時第二框體40內側與第一側邊31接觸之處則具有至少一卡勾部41。其中至少一卡勾部41能與至少一槽孔312互相卡固,使得第一框體30能與第二框體40互相固定。同樣地,為了使第一框體30能與第二框體40之間能固定的更穩固,可利用複數之卡勾部41以個別配合複數之槽孔312,以互相卡固。
接著請同時參考圖3到圖3B關於本發明液晶顯示裝置組裝後之相關示意圖,其中圖3係本發明之液晶顯示裝置組裝後之外觀示意圖,圖3A係本發明之液晶顯示裝置組裝後之其中一位置之剖視圖,圖3B係本發明之液晶顯示裝置組裝後之另一位置之剖視圖。
由圖3到圖3B可知,第一框體30利用第一側邊31上的第二鎖固孔311與面板20之側面21的第一鎖固孔22藉由鎖固件51互相固定,同時第一側邊31上的槽孔312再與第二框體40之卡勾部41互相卡固。因此第一框體30利用第一側邊31上不同位置的第二鎖固孔311與槽孔312,即可分別與面板20及第二框體40互相固定。並且由圖3A可知,當第一框體30與第二框體40組裝後,第一框體30上的鎖固件51之鎖固位置會被第二框體40所覆蓋住。所以當組裝完成後,液晶顯示裝置10的外觀看不見任何鎖固或是卡固的元件,可增加液晶顯示裝置10的美觀。
由於固定面板20及第二框體40之元件皆設置在側邊,第一框體30不需設置額外的螺絲柱,可縮小液晶顯示裝置10之面積。舉例而言,在本發明之一實施方式中,面板20之側面21到第一框體30之第一側邊31之距離可縮小至0.5公厘,若加上第一側邊31之厚度約2公厘,因此面板20之側面21到第一側邊31之外側的距離僅約2.5公厘。所以當本發明之面板20與第一框體30、第二框體40組裝後,可大幅減少第一框體30或第二框體40上不必要的面積,以解決先前技術中的缺失。
綜上所陳,本發明無論就目的、手段及功效,在在均顯示其迥異於習知技術之特徵,懇請 貴審查委員明察,早日賜准專利,俾嘉惠社會,實感德便。惟應注意的是,上述諸多實施例僅係為了便於說明而舉例而已,本發明所主張之權利範圍自應以申請專利範圍所述為準,而非僅限於上述實施例。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種液晶顯示裝置,包括:一面板,具有一側面,該側面設置有至少一第一鎖固孔;一第一框體,包括一第一側邊及一第二側邊,該第一側邊具有至少一第二鎖固孔及至少一槽孔,該面板之該側面係鄰近於該第一框體之該第一側邊,其中該至少一第一鎖固孔及該至少一第二鎖固孔係藉由至少一鎖固件互相鎖固,以固定該面板及該第一框體;以及一第二框體,具有至少一卡勾部,該至少一卡勾部係用以配合該第一側邊之該至少一槽孔,使得該第二框體係與該第一框體互相卡固,其中該第二框體及該第一框體互相卡固時,該第二框體係覆蓋住該至少一鎖固件之鎖固位置。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之液晶顯示裝置,其中該鎖固件係為一螺絲。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之液晶顯示裝置,其中該一第一側邊及該第二側邊係實質上構成一L型。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之液晶顯示裝置,其中該側面包括複數之第一鎖固孔,該第一側邊包括複數之第二鎖固孔,該複數之第一鎖固孔及該複數之第二鎖固孔係個別藉由複數之鎖固件互相鎖固。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之液晶顯示裝置,其中該第一側邊包括複數之槽孔,該第二框體包括複數之卡勾部,該複數之卡勾部係用以個別配合該複數之槽孔以互相卡固。
