Claims (14)

  1. 一種背光單元,包括:一印刷電路板,其係裝設有複數個發光二極體;一導光元件,其係有多個安裝槽以容納該些發光二極體,其中該些發光二極體為側光型發光二極體,且該些發光二極體的發光表面設置於該些安裝槽之側面的方向上,其中該導光元件係包括一表面以及與該一表面相面對之一另一表面;一第一密度圖案區和一第二密度圖案區形成於該一表面之上,且該第二密度圖案區之密度係高於該第一密度圖案區之密度,以及一第三密度圖案區和一第四密度圖案區形成於該另一表面之上,且該第四密度圖案區之密度係高於該第三密度圖案區之密度;以及該第二密度圖案區設置之區域比該第一密度圖案區設置之區域更靠近該發光二極體之發光表面,以及該第三密度圖案區設置之區域比該第四密度圖案區設置之區域更靠近該發光二極體之發光表面。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之背光單元,其中該第一密度圖案區及該第二密度圖案區係形成為起伏結構中複數個突出圖案彼此交疊或彼此各自獨立之方式形成。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之背光單元,其中起伏結構中該些突出圖案係為多角錐形圖案或半球型圖案。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之背光單元,其中該第一密度圖案區係由一第一光學圖案形成於該導光元件之一第一方向或一第二光學圖案形成於該導光元件之一第二方向來形成;而該第二密度圖案區係由該第一光學圖案及該第二光學圖案之交叉圖案形成。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之背光單元,其中起伏結構中形成為該些突出圖案的該第一光學圖案或該第二光學圖案係形成直線形狀。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之背光單元,其中起伏結構中該些突出圖案係為多角錐形直線圖案或半球型直線圖案。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之背光單元,其中該第三密度圖案區及該第四密度圖案區形成之方式係使雕刻結構之圖案彼此交疊或彼此各自獨立形成。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之背光單元,其中該雕刻結構之圖案朝向該導光元件之內部形成為多角錐形圖案或半球型圖案。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之背光單元,其中該第一密度圖案區至該第四密度圖案區形成之方式係使其可包含上凸或下凹之多角錐形圖案,該多角錐形圖案之下傾斜角(σ)在35度至 70度之範圍內。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之背光單元,其中該第一密度圖案區及該第二密度圖案區係包括起伏結構中多個多角錐形圖案,且包含該第一密度圖案區之該多角錐形圖案之下傾斜角(σ)係於35度至50度之範圍內,而包含該第二密度圖案區之該多角錐形圖案之下傾斜角(σ)係於50度至70度之範圍內。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之背光單元,其中該第三密度圖案區及該第四密度圖案區係包括雕刻結構中多個多角錐形圖案,且包含該第三密度圖案區之該多角錐形圖案之下傾斜角(σ)係於35度至50度之範圍內,而包含該第四密度圖案區之該多角錐形圖案之下傾斜角(σ)係於50度至70度之範圍內。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之背光單元,其中該第二密度圖案區係形成於該導光元件之表面上,自該安裝槽形成之位置,以一向上垂直之方向平躺;該第二密度圖案區形成於一區域平躺於該安裝槽和一鄰近安裝槽間之一第一距離d1之1/5內。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之背光單元,其中該第三密度圖案區係被設置以包含至少兩個或更多的區域。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第11項所述之背光單元,其中該安裝槽與該發光二極體之間的距離可為100mm或以下。
