Claims (14)

  1. 一種觸控面板,包括電極層和保護層,其特徵在於:所述保護層覆蓋於所述電極層上,所述電極層上包括多個間隔設置的透明電極和蝕刻區域,所述保護層覆蓋透明電極並且填充於蝕刻區域內,所述保護層中均勻分散有包括折射率大於1.8的透明金屬氧化物以及助溶劑,使該保護層的折射率與所述透明電極的折射率相匹配。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的觸控面板,其中所述透明金屬氧化物是二氧化鈦或者二氧化鋯。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述的觸控面板,其中所述透明氧化物占所述保護層材料的百分比(按其重量百分比)為1%-20%。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的觸控面板,其中所述保護層的材料是聚矽氧烷。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1所述的觸控面板,其中所述助溶劑為二氧化矽。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的觸控面板,其中所述助溶劑占所述保護層材料的重量百分比為1%-10%。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的觸控面板,其中所述保護層的折射率是1.6-2.0。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1所述的觸控面板,其中所述保護層的厚度為0.5-3μm。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的觸控面板,其中還包括一基板,所述電極層的透明電極設置於該基板上。
  10. 一種觸控面板製造方法,包括:將折射率大於1.8的透明金屬氧化物粒子添加至保護層材料中,再添加助溶劑 使透明金屬氧化物粒子均勻地分散在保護層材料中;以及將該保護層材料敷設於多個間隔佈設的透明電極上,並且填充於所述多個透明電極之間的蝕刻區域內而形成一保護層,使得該保護層的折射率與所述透明電極的折射率相匹配。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述的觸控面板製造方法,其中所述透明金屬氧化物是二氧化鈦或者二氧化鋯。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第10或11所述的觸控面板製造方法,其中所述保護層的折射率為1.6-2.0。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述的觸控面板製造方法,其中所述助溶劑是二氧化矽。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述的觸控面板製造方法,其中在覆設所述保護層之後,還對所述觸控面板進行熱處理,使所述保護層形成於所述透明電極上。
