Claims (8)

  1. 一種燒機測試裝置,係用以對複數個待測面板進行燒機測試,該燒機測試裝置包含:一燒機爐本體,包含:一外殼;以及一隔板,係沿一第一方向設置於該外殼內,以使該外殼內部形成一加熱空間與一燒機空間,且該隔板具有一回風口與一出風口,藉以使該加熱空間與該燒機空間連通;複數個燒機測試架,係容置於該燒機空間內,並用以供該些待測面板沿一與該第一方向垂直之第二方向放置;一風扇模組,係設置於該加熱空間內,用以使該加熱空間內之空氣向下流動而經由該出風口輸送至該燒機空間;以及一加熱模組,係設置於該加熱空間內,用以加熱流經該加熱模組之空氣;其中,藉由該風扇模組的推動與該加熱模組的加熱,使該燒機爐本體內之空氣經由該出風口與該回風口於該加熱空間與該燒機空間內循環地流通,進而使該些待測面板進行燒機測試。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之燒機測試裝置,其中該加熱模組係設置於該風扇模組上方。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之燒機測試裝置,其中該燒機爐本體更包含一回風隔板,其係設置於該加熱空間,該風扇模組係設置於該回風隔板上。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之燒機測試裝置,其中該燒機爐本體更包含一加熱隔板,其係設置於該加熱空間,該加熱模組係設置於該加熱隔板上。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之燒機測試裝置,其中該第一方向係垂直於地面之垂直方向,藉以使該隔板垂直地面設置於該外殼內。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之燒機測試裝置,其中該出風口係位於該隔板之底端,該回風口係位於該隔板之頂端。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之燒機測試裝置,其中該第二方向係平行於地面之水平方向,藉以使該些待測面板水平地放置於該些燒機測試架。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項或第7項所述之燒機測試裝置,其中每一燒機測試架包含複數個承載平台,每一燒機測試架可相對於該燒機爐本體沿一第一移動方向移動,每一承載平台可相對於該燒機測試架沿一第二移動方向移動,而該第二移動方向係垂直於該第一移動方向。
