Claims (10)
- 一種保護罩,用來包覆一光源模組之一燈頭組件,該燈頭組件係用以驅動該光源模組,該保護罩包含:一第一殼體,包含一第一卡合部;以及一第二殼體,包含一第二卡合部且該第二卡合部對應該第一卡合部,當該第二卡合部卡合該第一卡合部時,該第一殼體與該第二殼體共同包覆該燈頭組件,且該燈頭組件之外表面分別距離該第一殼體與該第二殼體之外表面一距離。
- 如請求項1所述之保護罩,其中該第一卡合部包含至少一第一卡勾與至少一第一卡槽,該第二卡合部包含至少一第二卡勾與至少一第二卡槽,該至少一第一卡勾用來卡合於該至少一第二卡槽,該至少一第二卡勾用來卡合於該至少一第一卡槽,且該第一殼體與該第二殼體係由相同模具所製成。
- 如請求項1所述之保護罩,其中該第一殼體另包含一第一散熱腔室以及連接於該第一散熱腔室之一第一容置腔室,該第二殼體另包含一第二散熱腔室以及連接於該第二散熱腔室之一第二容置腔室,當該第二卡合部卡合該第一卡合部時,該第一散熱腔室與該第二散熱腔室共同包覆該燈頭組件之一散熱件,且該第一容置腔室與該第二容置腔室共同包覆該燈頭組件之一驅動模組。
- 如請求項1所述之保護罩,其中該第一殼體與該第二殼體分別具 有複數個第一破孔以及複數個第二破孔,且該燈頭組件所產生之熱經由該第一破孔以及該第二破孔傳導至該保護罩外。
- 一種光源模組,包含:一導光棒,具有一第一端以及相對該第一端之一第二端;一發光單元,設置於該導光棒之該第一端與該第二端的至少其中之一上;一燈頭組件,耦接於該發光單元,係用以驅動該發光單元發光;以及一保護罩,包含:一第一殼體,包含有一第一卡合部;以及一第二殼體,包含有一第二卡合部且該第二卡合部對應該第一卡合部,當該第二卡合部卡合該第一卡合部時,該第一殼體與該第二殼體共同包覆該燈頭組件,且該燈頭組件之外表面分別距離該第一殼體與該第二殼體之外表面一距離。
- 如請求項5所述之光源模組,其中該第一卡合部包含至少一第一卡勾與至少一第一卡槽,該第二卡合部包含至少一第二卡勾與至少一第二卡槽,該至少一第一卡勾用來卡合於該至少一第二卡槽,該至少一第二卡勾用來卡合於該至少一第一卡槽,且該第一殼體與該第二殼體係由相同模具所製成。
- 如請求項5所述之光源模組,其中該第一殼體另包含一第一散熱腔室以及連接於該第一散熱腔室之一第一容置腔室,該第二殼體另包含一第二散熱腔室以及連接於該第二散熱腔室之一第二容置腔室,且該燈頭組件包含:一散熱件,連接於該發光單元;以及一驅動模組,耦接於該發光單元且連接於該散熱件,當該第二卡合部卡合該第一卡合部時,該第一散熱腔室與該第二散熱腔室共同包覆該散熱件,且該第一容置腔室與該第二容置腔室共同包覆該驅動模組。
- 如請求項7所述之光源模組,其中該散熱件具有複數個缺口結構,分別對應該第一卡合部與該第二卡合部,該缺口結構允許該第一卡合部以及該第二卡合部通過,以使該第二卡合部卡合該第一卡合部。
- 如請求項7所述之光源模組,其中該第一殼體具有一第一肋部,用來區隔該第一散熱腔室以及該第一容置腔室,該第二殼體具有一第二肋部,用來區隔該第二散熱腔室以及該第二容置腔室。
- 如請求項7所述之光源模組,其中該散熱件表面具有複數個散熱鰭片。
