Claims (8)

  1. 一種降低鋁板淬火變形的方法,包含:提供一試片架及複數個第一鋁板,其中每一該些第一鋁板具有一翹曲方向;將每一該些第一鋁板直立放置於該試片架中,以形成一料架,其中每兩相鄰之該些第一鋁板之該些翹曲方向係相反;以一固溶溫度對該料架進行一固溶步驟,並持溫進行一固溶時間,使該些第一鋁板轉變成複數個第二鋁板;對該些第二鋁板進行一淬火步驟,以轉變成複數個第三鋁板;以及對每一該些第三鋁板進行一整平步驟,其中該整平步驟係分別利用至少一挾持件挾持每一該些第三鋁板之相對兩側,以整平每一該些第三鋁板。
  2. 如請求項1所述之降低鋁板淬火變形的方法,其中每一該些第一鋁板之厚度實質係介於10公釐(mm)至80mm之間。
  3. 如請求項1所述之降低鋁板淬火變形的方法,其中每兩相鄰之該些第一鋁板之距離實質係介於100mm至140mm之間。
  4. 如請求項1所述之降低鋁板淬火變形的方法,其中該固溶溫度實質係介於530℃至560℃之間。
  5. 如請求項1所述之降低鋁板淬火變形的方法,其中該固溶時間係實質為3小時。
  6. 如請求項1所述之降低鋁板淬火變形的方法,其中該淬火步驟係將該些第二鋁板浸於一淬火液中,其中該淬火液包含:水;以及基於100重量份之水,10重量份至15重量份之一添加劑。
  7. 如請求項6所述之降低鋁板淬火變形的方法,其中該添加劑係聚烯羥基二醇(Polyalkylene Glycol;PAG)。
  8. 如請求項6所述之降低鋁板淬火變形的方法,其中該淬火液之溫度係實質為40℃。
