Claims (7)

  1. 一種油壓剎車密封裝置，其包括有一油壓座、一剎車柄、一油壓桿、一連接桿、一滑管套以及一彈性件，其中：該油壓座設有一油壓室以及一與油壓室相連通之組裝室，且組裝室位於油壓座一端向外開通；該剎車柄其一端樞設於油壓座，且剎車柄對應於組裝室外側；該油壓桿可位移的組設於油壓室與組裝室，該油壓桿一端具有一位於油壓室之工作頭、一位於組裝室外側之組接頭、以及依序連接組接頭與工作頭之一第一密封段與一第二密封段，第一密封段位於組裝室內且套設有至少一密封圈，而第二密封段位於油壓室內且套設有至少一彈性圈，且彈性圈與油壓室表面接觸；該連接桿其兩端分別組接於剎車柄及油壓桿的組接頭；該滑管套滑設於組裝室內並套固於第一密封段，且滑管套內壁與至少一密封圈接觸；該彈性件包括有一設置於工作頭的組接部、一作動部以及二連接於組接部與作動部之間的變形段；如此，油壓桿作動時彈性件的作動部朝油壓室末端位移，且作動部藉由變形段的受壓彎曲而略朝組接部位移，成為緩和剎車力道；油壓下降則由變形段彈力恢復帶動作動部復位。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之油壓剎車密封裝置，其中該工作頭末端向內設有一內凹槽，而彈性件的組接部為球窩狀並組設於內凹槽，另於內凹槽槽底面與組接部之間組設有一珠體，而彈性件的變形段為弧形狀。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之油壓剎車密封裝置，其中該作動部係中空狀並位於內凹槽，且作動部末端周側環設有一階緣，而該階緣位於內凹槽槽口外。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所示之油壓剎車密封裝置，其中該至少一彈性圈套設於工作頭與第二密封段之間，而有另一彈性圈套設於第一密封段與第二密封段之間。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之油壓剎車密封裝置，其中套設於工作頭與第二密封段之間的彈性圈，其對應油壓室末端設有一環槽，而套設於第一密封段與第二密封段之間的彈性圈，其對應組裝室方向設有一環槽。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之油壓剎車密封裝置，進一步包括有一套接於組接頭與連接桿組接處之端蓋。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之油壓剎車密封裝置，其中該滑管套周側環設有一凸肋，而組裝室組設有一限制凸肋之封扣件，防止滑管套從組裝室向外側脫離。
