Claims (13)
- 一種氧濃縮裝置,係壓力變動吸附型之氧濃縮裝置,包含有填充有可優先選擇吸附氮而非氧之吸附劑之吸附床、及將加壓空氣供給至該吸附床之加壓空氣供給機構,且吸附去除原料空氣中之氮,生成未吸附之氧,並藉流量設定機構以預定流量供給氧氣,其特徵在於包含有:氧濃度感測器,係檢測該氧濃縮裝置所生成之氧氣濃度者;及溫度感測器,係測量環境溫度者;該氧濃縮裝置尚包含有溫度起因控制機構,該溫度起因控制機構係進行依氧濃度檢測值,增減該加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量,將氧濃度維持在預定濃度之控制,且,當該溫度感測器之檢測值超出預定之閾值時,依該溫度感測器之檢測值,進行該加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量之控制者,其中前述溫度起因控制機構係於該氧濃縮裝置啟動中,前述溫度感測器檢測出不到預定之該閾值之溫度下限值之值時,進行不允許該加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量之減少之控制的控制機構。
- 一種氧濃縮裝置,係壓力變動吸附型之氧濃縮裝置,包含有填充有可優先選擇吸附氮而非氧之吸附劑之吸附床、及將加壓空氣供給至該吸附床之加壓空氣供給機構,且吸附去除原料空氣中之氮,生成未吸附之氧,並藉流量設定機構以預定流量供給氧氣,其特徵在於包含有: 氧濃度感測器,係檢測該氧濃縮裝置所生成之氧氣濃度者;及溫度感測器,係測量環境溫度者,該氧濃縮裝置尚包含有溫度起因控制機構,該溫度起因控制機構係進行依氧濃度檢測值,增減該加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量,將氧濃度維持在預定濃度之控制,且,當該溫度感測器之檢測值超出預定之閾值時,依該溫度感測器之檢測值,進行該加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量之控制者,其中前述溫度起因控制機構係於該氧濃縮裝置啟動中,前述溫度感測器檢測出不到預定之前述閾值之溫度下限值之值,且供給風量低於預定風量時,進行不允許前述加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量之減少之控制的控制機構。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之氧濃縮裝置,其中前述溫度起因控制機構係於裝置啟動時,前述溫度感測器檢測出不到前述閾值之溫度下限值之值時,不論氧濃度感測器之檢測值為何,進行將前述加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量以高於對應於該氧濃度檢測值之供給風量之值供給之控制的機構。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之氧濃縮裝置,其中前述溫度下限值為5℃。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之氧濃縮裝置,其中前述溫度下限值為5℃。
- 一種氧濃縮裝置,包含有填充有可優先選擇吸附氮而非氧之吸附劑之吸附床、及將加壓空氣供給至該吸附床之加壓空氣供給機構,且吸附去除原料空氣中之氮,生成未吸附之氧,並藉流量設定機構以預定流量供給氧氣,又,該氧濃縮裝置包含有:氧濃度感測器,係檢測所生成之氧氣濃度者;及流量感測器,係測量氧氣流量者;該氧濃縮裝置尚包含有流量起因控制機構,該流量起因控制機構係進行依氧濃度檢測值,增減該加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量,將氧濃度維持在預定濃度之控制,並且當該流量感測器之檢測值脫離預定之範圍時,進行不允許該加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量之變更的控制者。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之氧濃縮裝置,其中前述流量感測器之檢測值之閾值係根據前述流量設定機構之設定值個別分配,或者不根據設定流量值而分配之值。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之氧縮濃裝置,其中前述流量起因控制機構係當前述流量感測器之檢測值在前述流量設定機構設定值之+10%以上或-10%以下時,不論氧濃度感測器之檢測值為何,進行不允許前述加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量之變更的控制。
- 如申請專利範圍第6~8項中任一項之氧濃縮裝置,其中前述流量感測器係超音波式或熱線式流量感測器。
- 一種氧濃縮裝置,包含有填充有可優先選擇吸附氮而非 氧之吸附劑之吸附床、及將加壓空氣供給至該吸附床之加壓空氣供給機構,且吸附去除原料空氣中之氮,生成未吸附之氧,並藉流量設定機構以預定流量供給氧氣,又,該氧濃縮裝置包含有:氧濃度感測器,係檢測該氧濃縮裝置所生成之氧氣濃度者;溫度感測器,係測量環境溫度者;及流量感測器,係測量氧氣流量者;該氧濃縮裝置尚包含有控制機構,該控制機構進行溫度起因控制及流量起因控制,該溫度起因控制係進行依氧濃度檢測值,增減該加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量,將氧濃度維持在預定濃度之控制,且,當前述溫度感測器之檢測值脫離預定之閾值時,依前述溫度感測器之檢測值,進行前述加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量之控制,又,該流量起因控制係當前述流量感測器之檢測值脫離預定之範圍時,進行不允許該加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量之變更的控制。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項之氧濃縮裝置,其中前述控制機構係於該氧濃縮裝置啟動中,前述溫度感測器檢測出不到預定之前述閾值之溫度下限值之值,且供給風量低於預定風量時,進行不允許前述加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量之減少之控制的控制機構。
- 如申請專利範圍第10或11項之氧濃縮裝置,其中前述控制機構係於裝置啟動時,前述溫度感測器測出不到前述 閾值之溫度下限值之值時,不論氧濃度感測器之檢測值為何,進行將前述加壓空氣供給機構之供給風量以高於對應於該氧濃度檢測值之供給風量之值供給之控制的機構。
- 如申請專利範圍第1~3、6或10項中任一項之氧濃縮裝置,其中前述氧濃度感測器係氧化鋯式或超音波式氧濃度感測器。
