本发明提供一种燃气炉,包括箱体,所述箱体内设置有燃烧器,所述燃烧器的下方或者两侧设置有氧气析出端头,所述氧气析出端头连接有供氧装置。通过设置于燃烧器下方的多个氧气析出头持续释出氧气,并与由负压引进的外部空气混合后提供给燃烧器,起到助燃作用,供氧量高、且可以调整供氧量,燃烧效率高。起到大幅提高燃烧温度的助燃作用,燃烧效能更高,降低污染物排放。

[0001] 本发明涉及燃气炉技术领域,特别涉及一种加有可持续自制氧气助燃装置的热水、供暖燃气炉。
背景技术
[0002] 现有技术提供的热水、供暖燃气炉是依靠热气排出后主机箱体内形成的负压,将外部空气交换吸入箱体,为燃烧器的工作提供新鲜空气,但是供氧少,燃烧效率不高,燃烧不充分,且氧气不能根据需要进行调整。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明提供一种燃气炉,该燃气炉的供氧量高、且可以调整供氧量,燃料的燃烧效率高。

[0005] 一种燃气炉,包括箱体,其所述箱体内设置有燃烧器,所述燃烧器的下方或者两侧设置有氧气析出端头,所述氧气析出端头连接有供氧装置。
[0006] 优选地,所述供氧装置包括:压缩机、分子筛塔、分离阀和进气消音器,所述箱体上设置有进气孔和排氮孔,所述进气孔连通所述进气消音器,所述进气消音器连通所述压缩机的进气口,所述压缩机分别连通所述分子筛塔和分离阀,所述分子筛塔连通所述氧气析出端头,所述氧气析出端头设置在所述箱体中的燃烧器的下方,所述分离阀连通所述排氮孔。
[0007] 优选地,还包括:湿化水箱,所述分子筛塔连通所述湿化水箱,所述湿化水箱连通所述氧气析出端头。
[0008] 优选地,还包括:精筛塔,所述分子筛塔连通所述精筛塔,所述精筛塔连通所述湿化水箱。
[0009] 优选地,所述箱体上设置有观察窗,所述观察窗对应所述湿化水箱的位置。
[0010] 通过实施以上技术方案,具有以下技术效果:本发明提供的燃气炉,通过设置于燃烧器两侧或者下方的氧气析出头持续释出氧气,并与由负压引进的外部空气混合后提供给燃烧器,起到助燃作用,供氧量高、且可以调整供氧量,燃烧效率高,降低了污染物排放。

[0015] 本发明实施例还提供一种燃气炉,如图1、图2和图3所示,包括箱体100,所述箱体100内设置有燃烧器108,所述燃烧器108的下方或者两侧设置有氧气析出端头105,所述氧气析出端头105连接有供氧装置。
[0016] 更为具体的,所述供氧装置包括:压缩机101、分子筛塔102、分离阀103、湿化水箱104、进气消音器106和氧气析出端头105,所述箱体100上设置有进气孔111和排氮孔112,所述进气孔111连通所述进气消音器106,所述进气消音器106连通所述压缩机101的进气口,所述压缩机101分别连通所述分子筛塔102和分离阀103,所述分子筛塔102连通所述湿化水箱104,所述湿化水箱104连通所述氧气析出端头105,所述氧气析出端头105设置在所述箱体中的燃烧器108的下方,所述分离阀103连通所述排氮孔112。分离阀103用于将分离出的氮气从该排氮孔112中排出,优选地,所述排氮孔112设置在该燃气炉的控制腔与空气进入孔同侧。优选地,该氧气析出端头105有多个,以向燃烧器108中供应氧气。另夕卜,该湿化水箱104上还设置有自动补水阀122,以及时向该湿化水箱104中补水。氧气从湿化水箱104上的气阀123进入氧气析出端头105。
[0017] 上述控制室制氧装置的各个部件既可以安装于一个相对独立的空间,也可以与其它功能组部件合理交错安装。该制氧装置工作运行所需电、水可以与燃气炉其他组部件所需水电共享。实际应用中也可以根据不同机型不同工作环境的实际需要决定是否设置制氧装置中的末端的湿化水箱。

[0019] 在其他实施例 中,在上述各实施例基础上,进一步的,所述箱体100上设置有观察窗113,所述观察窗对应所述湿化水箱的位置。以观察湿化水箱104内的情况。
[0020] 其他实施例中,上述供氧装置也可以为阀门及管道组成,以连接外部的氧气,也可以其他形式和结构的供氧装置,为燃烧器提供氧气。

1.一种燃气炉,包括箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体内设置有燃烧器,所述燃烧器的下方或者两侧设置有氧气析出端头,所述氧气析出端头连接有供氧装置。
2.如权利要求1所述燃气炉,其特征在于,所述供氧装置包括:压缩机、分子筛塔、分离阀和进气消音器,所述箱体上设置有进气孔和排氮孔,所述进气孔连通所述进气消音器,所述进气消音器连通所述压缩机的进气口,所述压缩机分别连通所述分子筛塔和分离阀,所述分子筛塔连通所述氧气析出端头,所述氧气析出端头设置在所述箱体中的燃烧器的下方,所述分离阀连通所述排氮孔。
3.如权利要求2所述燃气炉,其特征在于,还包括:湿化水箱,所述分子筛塔连通所述湿化水箱,所述湿化水箱连通所述氧气析出端头。
4.如权利要求3所述燃气炉,其特征在于,还包括:精筛塔,所述分子筛塔连通所述精筛塔,所述精筛塔连通所述湿化水箱。
5.如权利要求4所述燃气炉,其特征在于,所述箱体上设置有观察窗,所述观察窗对应所述湿化水箱的位 置。
