Description

影像截取裝置
本發明是一種影像截取裝置,特別是一種用於雙面掃瞄的影像截取裝置。
隨著資訊科技的進步,所需閱讀之資訊也日益爆增,電子裝置產品已經逐漸成為生活中不可獲缺之日常生活用品,在近年發展之下,用以讀取平面影像掃瞄器也日益成為重要的周邊設備。
如第1圖所示之習知技術,目前市面上之掃瞄設備,為了有更好的影像掃瞄品質,因此會選擇將結構改變,以防止對向光源射入感測器內,而造成影像品值低劣。此習之技術係在原稿按壓滾筒a1與圖像感測器的蓋玻璃a2之間配置原稿紙。此乃上下相對向配置二套系統,然而此種結構設計乃因相對向配置二套系統在水平位置上相隔開,往往造成空間上的浪費。再者,更因此種結構設計,而造成帶紙滾軸a3距離過遠,因此無法帶動較小之紙張進行掃瞄。
此外,如第2圖所示之習知技術,為了提升更好的影像品質,因此在掃瞄設備上加裝補償片b1,以達到對感測器作一補償。然此種結構之補償片b1,大都外露於紙張通道中,因此於紙張通過時,容易受到紙張之紙屑,或是油墨污染,反而造成影像品質低落。再者,由於補償片b1並未受到任何保護,因此每隔一段時間即須清潔補償片b1,以避免補償片b1過渡污染。而此種結構不但於清潔時相當不便,於清潔之同時也容易造成補償片b1之刮傷。
本發明之影像截取裝置藉由改變補償片之設置位置,並利用透明片體之加裝,用以保護補償片不受到污染及損害,解決習用技術中,補償片易受污染損害,而無法發揮作用之困擾。
以下在實施方式中詳細敘述本創作之詳細特徵以及優點,其內容足以使任何熟悉相關技藝者瞭解本創作之技術內容並據以實施,且根據本說明書所揭露之內容、申請專利範圍及圖式,任何熟習相關技藝者可輕易地理解本創作相關之目的及優點。
有鑑於此,本發明提出影像截取裝置,設置於一雙面掃瞄器上,該影像截取裝置包含:第一座體,包含相對之第一側邊與第二側邊;第一發光元件,位於第一座體內之第一側邊,並發出第一光源,用以照射文件,並經由文件反射形成第一反射光;第一補償片,位於第一座體內之第二側邊;第一感測元件,位於第一座體內並介於第一發光元件與第一補償片之間,用以接收第一反射光;第一透明片體,覆蓋於第一補償片上而保護第一補償片;第二座體,包含相對之第三側邊與第四側邊;第二發光元件,位於第二座體內之第三側邊,並發出第二光源,用以照射文件,並經由文件反射形成第二反射光;第二補償片,位於第二座體內之第四側邊;第二感測元件,位於第二座體內並介於第二發光元件與第二補償片之間,用以接收第二反射光;及第二透明片體,覆蓋於第二補償片上而保護第二補償片;其中,第一補償片調整第二感測元件之影像差異,且第二補償片調整第一感測元件之影像差異。
本發明藉由裝置於座體內之補償片,針對對向之座體作光學補償,並利用透明片體保護補償片,不但解決習用技術中,補償片容易受到污染的問題,也因為將補償片裝置於座體內,亦解決掃瞄裝置於結構空間上的浪費。
以下在實施方式中詳細敘述本發明之詳細特徵以及優點,其內容足以使任何熟悉相關技藝者瞭解本創作之技術內容並據以實施,且根據本說明書所揭露之內容、申請專利範圍及圖式,任何熟習相關技藝者可輕易地理解本創作相關之目的及優點。
請參閱第3圖、第4圖及第5圖所示,係為本發明實施例所揭露之影像截取裝置,本發明之影像截取裝置包含有第一座體10、第一發光元件11、第一補償片12、第一感測元件13、第一透明片體14、第二座體20、第二發光元件21、第二補償片22、第二感測元件23、第二透明片體24。
如第4圖所示,第一座體10為概呈矩形之結構,其中第一座體10具有第一側邊10a及對向之第二側邊10b,再者,第一座體10之一側具有第一開口16。此外,第一座體10之內更具有容置空間,惟前所述之矩形結構僅為舉例,本發明並非以此為限。
第一發元件11,位於第一座體10內之第一側邊10a,其中第一發光元件11可為冷陰極燈管或為LED,但本發明並非以此為限。再者,本發明更具有遮蓋片15,位於第一座體10內,並靠近於第一開口16處,覆蓋於第一發光元件11上,其中遮蓋片15較佳地可為一不透光之材料。第一補償片12位於第一座體10內之第二側邊10b,並設置於靠近第一開口16處,其中第一補償片12可為黑色材料或是白色材料。基此,第一感測元件13位於第一座體10內,並且介於第一發光元件11與遮蓋片15之間。其中,第一感測元件13較佳地可為自聚焦透鏡,但本發明並非以此為限。
第一透明片體14位於第一座體10之第一開口16處,並覆蓋於第一補償片12上,用以保護第一補償片12,使其不會受到文件之紙屑或油墨之沾染,而至使第一補償片12受到汙染。以本實施例而言,第一透明片體14所覆蓋之區域,連同第一發元件11及第一感測元件13皆覆蓋於其中。其中,第一透明片體14為概呈矩形之片體結構,並由為可透光之材料所製成。為前所述之第一透明片體14較佳地可為玻璃,但本發明並非已此為限。
如第5圖所示,第二座體20為概呈矩形之結構,其中第二座體20具有第三側邊20a及對向之第四側邊20b,再者,第二座體20之一側具有第二開口26。此外,第二座體20之內更具有容置空間,惟前所述之矩形結構僅為舉例,本發明並非以此為限。
第二發元件21,位於第二座體20內之第三側邊20a,其中第二發光元件21可為冷陰極燈管或為LED,但本發明並非以此為限。再者,本發明更具有遮蓋片25,位於第二座體20內,並靠近於第二開口26處,覆蓋於第二發光元件21上,其中遮蓋片25較佳地可為一不透光之材料。第二補償片22位於第二座體20內之第四側邊20b,並設置於靠近第二開口26處,其中第二補償片22可為黑色材料或是白色材料。基此,第二感測元件23位於第二座體20內,並且介於第二發光元件21與遮蓋片15之間。其中,第二感測元件23較佳地可為自聚焦透鏡,但本發明並非以此為限。
第二透明片體24位於第二座體20之第二開口26處,並覆蓋於第二補償片22上,用以保護第二補償片22,使其不會受到文件之紙屑或油墨之沾染,而至使第一補償片12受到汙染。以本實施例而言,第二透明片體24所覆蓋之區域,連同第二發元件21及第二感測元件23皆覆蓋於其中。其中,第二透明片體24為概呈矩形之片體結構,並由為可透光之材料所製成。為前所述之第二透明片體24較佳地可為玻璃,但本發明並非已此為限。
如第3圖所示,本發明利用第一座體10與第二座體20呈相對向設置,基此,位於第一座體10內之第一補償片15與位於第二座體20內之第二感測元件23呈一相對位置。於此同時,位於第二座體20內之第二補償片亦與第一座體10內之第一感測元件呈相對向位置。
再者,本發明之影像截取裝置更具有傳輸模組30,傳輸模組30為概呈圓柱狀之結構,其中,傳輸模組30較佳地可為一滾軸,但本發明並非以此為限。以本實施例而言,傳輸模組30為四隻滾軸,兩兩相對緊臨,並分別置於呈相對向設置之第一座體10與第二座體20之兩側。
當使用者欲使用本發明之影像截取裝置時,先將文件40置於相緊鄰之傳輸模組30之間,藉由傳輸模組30之滾動與文件40間所造成之摩擦力,進而帶動文件40進入第一座體10與第二座體20之間,當文件40進入第一座體10與第二座體20之間之後,第一發光元件11及第二發光元件21分別發出第一光源17及第二光源27而照設文件40。基此,位於第一座體10與第二座體20內之遮蓋片15,分別覆蓋於第一發光元件11與第二發光元件21上,使第一光源17與第二光源27無法穿透過遮蓋片15,僅能經由一固定方向發散。
基此,第一光源17照射文件40後形成第一反設光17a,並藉由第一感測元件13接收第一反設光17a。於此同時,第二補償片22對第一感測元件13作光學補償以調整影像差異。舉例來說,當第一光源17於長時間使用之下,所發出之光會隨著使用上時間的增加而產生色差,如LED紅光於剛照射之顏色輝度與使用一段時間後之顏色輝度不同,因此藉由第二補償片22之光學補償,可使LED紅光調效為剛開始照射之輝度。而第二光源27則照射文件40另一面後形成第二反設光27a,並藉由第二感測元件23接收第二反設光27a。於此同時,第一補償片12對第二感測元件23作光學補償以調整影像差異。第一補償片12之調效如前所述,在此不加以累述。
本發明藉由補償片的位置結構改變,並利用透明片體加以保護補償片,而解決習知技術為避免影像品質影響,所造成結構設計上之空間浪費。再者,本發明利用透明片體覆蓋於補償片上,不僅達到保護補償片之功效,亦能免除清潔補償片所造成之麻煩。
雖然本發明的技術內容已經以較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神所作些許之更動與潤飾,皆應涵蓋於本發明的範疇內,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (11)

  1. 一種影像截取裝置,設置於一雙面掃瞄器上,該影像截取裝置包含:一第一座體,包含相對之一第一側邊與一第二側邊;一第一發光元件,位於該第一座體內之該第一側邊,並發出一第一光源,用以照射一文件,並經由該文件反射形成一第一反射光;一遮蓋片,位於該第一座體內,並靠近於該第一開口處,貼合於該第一發光元件上;一第一補償片,位於該第一座體內之該第二側邊;一第一感測元件,位於該第一座體內並介於該第一發光元件與該第一補償片之間,用以接收該第一反射光;一第一透明片體,覆蓋於該第一補償片上而保護該第一補償片;一第二座體,包含相對之一第三側邊與一第四側邊;一第二發光元件,位於該第二座體內之該第三側邊,並發出一第二光源,用以照射該文件,並經由該文件反射形成一第二反射光;一遮蓋片,位於該第二座體內,並靠近於該第二開口處,貼合於該第二發光元件上;一第二補償片,位於該第二座體內之該第四側邊;一第二感測元件,位於該第二座體內並介於該第二發光元件與該第二補償片之間,用以接收該第二反射光;及一第二透明片體,覆蓋於該第二補償片上而保護該第二補償片;其中,當該第二光源照射該文件後形成該第二反射光,並藉由該第二感測元件接收該第二反射光時,該第一補償片調整該第二感測元 件之影像差異,且當該第一光源照射該文件後形成該第一反射光,並藉由該第一感測元件接收該第一反射光時,該第二補償片調整該第一感測元件之影像差異。
  2. 如請求項1之影像截取裝置,其中該第一座體與該第二座體呈相對向設置。
  3. 如請求項2之影像截取裝置,其中該第一補償片與該第二感測元件呈一向對位置。
  4. 如請求項2之影像截取裝置,其中該第二補償片與該第一感測元件呈一向對位置。
  5. 如請求項1之影像截取裝置,其中該第一發光元件與該第二發光元件為一冷陰極燈管。
  6. 如請求項1之影像截取裝置,其中該第一補償片與該第二補償片為一黑色材料。
  7. 如請求項1之影像截取裝置,其中該第一補償片與該第二補償片為一白色材料。
