Abstract

The present invention relates to a tool identification structure and a preparation method thereof, and particularly to a tool identification structure and a preparation method that features multiple colors and excellent capability of identification, wherein a mark pattern containing at least a color layer is formed on a surface of a tool. The tool surface contains an electroplating layer and the tool surface is formed with a black-dying layer surrounding the mark pattern. The tool identification structure is formed through the steps of forming, roller-printing, thermal treatment, surface treatment, coloring, electroplating, removing, and black-dying, thereby, in addition to being able to enhance the anti-rust effect of the tool, greatly enhancing the color difference of the mark pattern on the tool surface because of the design that the surface of mark pattern contains a plurality of colors and the tool surface forms the black-dying layer and the electroplating layer so as to effectively enhance the identification capability of the mark pattern on the tool surface to increase the convenience of tool selection.
