Description

旋轉閥及吸附分離裝置 技術領域
本發明係有關於一種藉旋轉構件與固定構件間相互之滑動旋轉運動來切換流體流路的旋轉閥,及可分離空氣中之氧且供給氧至呼吸器官疾病患者等之壓力變動吸附型氧濃縮裝置中用以切換流路之旋轉閥。
背景技術
近年來,為肺氣腫、慢性支氣管炎等呼吸器官系統疾病所苦之病患逐年增加。氧吸入療法係對這些病患最有效之療法之一。另一方面,有人開發出自空氣中直接分離氧濃縮氣體之氧濃縮器,且由於使用時便利和維修管理容易,該種氧濃縮器逐漸普及作為氧吸入療法用治療裝置。
這種氧濃縮器,一般習知的有充填可選擇性吸附氮之吸附劑之吸附型氧濃縮器,其中,使用空氣壓縮機作為空氣供給機構之壓力變動吸附型氧濃縮器目前常作為居家氧吸入療法用裝置。這類裝置通常以一定循環過程反覆進行:吸附步驟,由壓縮機供給壓縮空氣至一個或多個充填有可選擇性吸附氮之吸附劑之吸附床,且在加壓狀態下去吸附氮以獲得氧濃縮氣體;及分離步驟,使吸附床之內壓減小,使氮分離,令吸附劑再生,此外視需求而定再加上均壓步驟,即,在分離步驟即將結束前,為提高吸附劑再生效率和升壓,使已生成之乾燥氧濃縮氣體一部分逆流,如此依序以一定循環過程進行俾獲得氧濃縮氣體。通常,一般係藉由利用配管連接壓縮機和吸附床且兩者間設置閥機構,如此來進行切換供給加壓空氣至吸附床之供給路徑之流路控制,但是,這種流路切換裝置具有零件數量大增且維修不便之缺點。
可改善前述缺點之裝置,已知有藉由日本專利公報特表平7-508205號(專利文獻1)和日本專利公開公報第2004-209263號(專利文獻2)揭示之內建旋轉閥之流體區分裝置,將加壓空氣供給至吸附床之模組化的氧濃縮裝置。此種氧濃縮裝置,為求可作為居家及醫療使用,必須讓裝置小型化,而前述流體區分裝置所用之機械密封式旋轉閥及固定閥部的結構,為達到模組小型化實難以使閥內具有充分之機構空間,在機械密封機構上,係設在旋轉軸側且可與旋轉軸一齊旋轉之作為滑動構件之旋轉子及設在非旋轉之殼體側之固定子,此兩者與軸心直交之面密接且可滑動以防止流体自軸周漏洩之構造,並且利用彈簧等按壓構件對軸心施加軸向負載。
通常會在所用機械密封機構中,使用潤滑油等潤滑材來減少滑動面之滑動阻抗,不過在用以切換氧濃縮裝置等呼吸用氣體流路之閥中,無法使用前述潤滑油。因此,為使閥之滑動性良好,一般設計是藉由使滑動面之平面性極其平滑以減少滑動阻抗。
發明揭示
本發明人發現將含有水分之加壓空氣等具有凝結性之氣體導入前述閥內時,流路內會發生水分等液體凝聚之現象,以及在閥之滑動面因毛細管凝結作用而有凝結水產生使微量液體進入滑動面時,暫時會在表面張力影響支配下,致使滑動阻抗變得甚大,旋轉扭力上升。雖然若使用具有超過前述扭力上升程度之旋轉扭力之馬達,就不致產生這種問題,但是就以裝置小型化、輕量化為目標而搭載以最小扭力旋轉之馬達之裝置而言,高濕度環境下的運轉將導致旋轉速度變慢甚或停止。
本發明作為用以解決前述課題者,乃係提供以下旋轉閥及搭載該旋轉閥之吸附分離裝置。
本發明之旋轉閥,係包含有:二個滑動構件,其流路具有開口且設有可相互滑動之滑動面;及機械密封機構,可藉由對前述滑動面施壓以密封流體並切換前述流路,且前述二個滑動構件均係滑動面側由疏水性構件構成,而與前述滑動面相反之側則由剛性較前述疏水性構件高之構件構成,並且該等疏水性構件和高剛性構件具有接合成一體之構造。
又,本發明之旋轉閥,係包含有:二個滑動構件,其流路具有開口且設有可相互滑動之滑動面;及機械密封機構,可藉由一邊對前述滑動面施壓以密封流體一邊滑動,以切換前述流路,且前述二個滑動構件,分別至少滑動面側具有疏水性,且剛性相互不同。
又,本發明之吸附分離裝置,係壓力變動吸附型者,包含有:多數吸附床,充填有吸附劑;供給機構,可供給處理氣體至前述吸附床;及流路切換構件,可以一定時序對來自前述供給機構之處理氣體依序加壓並將之供給至前述吸附床,使之吸附暨分離,該吸附分離裝置之特徵在於:前述流路切換構件係旋轉閥,該旋轉閥包含有二個設有可相互滑動之滑動面之滑動構件,其中一前述滑動構件之滑動面具有可供給前述處理氣體之供給口及可將處理後之氣體排出之出口,另一前述滑動構件之滑動面則形成有分配槽,並且可一邊藉機械密封方式密封前述滑動面一邊滑動,以切換流路,又,前述二個滑動構件,分別至少滑動面側具有疏水性,且剛性相互不同。

用以實施發明之最佳態樣
以下,配合參照附加圖式,詳細說明本發明實施態樣。
本發明之旋轉閥,包含有:固定子(固定構件),表面具有多數與流體流路連結之孔口;及旋轉子(旋轉構件),表面具有用以藉其本身旋轉運動以切換與前述孔口之連結之連結流路,且前述固定子與前述旋轉子,分別以具有前述孔口(流路)之面及具有前述連結流路之面作為滑動面,並藉一邊滑動一邊旋轉來切換前述流體流路之連結。旋轉子之連結流路之形狀,視固定子之孔口之數量或配置而定,可設計成各種形狀。又,本發明之旋轉閥,係作為前述固定子及旋轉子之滑動構件,至少具有滑動面之表層部由具有疏水性之材料構成。將含有水分之加壓空氣等具有凝結性之氣體導入前述閥內時,流路內會發生水液化凝聚之現象,以及在閥之滑動面因毛細管凝結作用而有凝結水產生使微量液體進入滑動面時,表面張力暫時成為主要影響因素。本發明係具有疏水性材料之滑動面之旋轉閥,所以可防止前述現象的發生,且減少滑動阻抗之異常增加和旋轉扭力之增大。
前述旋轉閥,在切換含有水分之空氣等具有凝結性之氣體之流路時甚為有效,就孔口之位置而言,在前述凝結性氣體之流路周圍,尤其是切換含有水蒸氣之空氣之閥時,在前述空氣之加壓流路周圍具有出口孔口,可將空氣自中心之入口孔口透過連結流路導入周圍之出口孔口,以防止有結露水產生時之扭力上升情況。
前述旋轉閥,當孔口數量少時,可於旋轉子表面設單一之連結流路,不過當孔口數量多時,則流路可設計成旋轉子之滑動面之同一半徑上具有多數開口部,且藉滑動面之後背部連結前述開口部間。
作為固定子及旋轉子之滑動構件所使用之疏水性材料,有氟系列材料、矽系列材料,可使用如聚四氟乙烯樹脂(PTFE)、聚醚醚酮樹脂(PEEK)、聚縮醛樹脂(POM)等。尤其以PTFE等氟系列疏水性樹脂材料為佳。還可例舉藉充填材提高強度或滑動性之材料,可使用如添加聚醯亞胺纖維作為填料之PTFE樹脂、添加碳或聚乙烯纖維作為填料之PTFE樹脂。又,顯示前述材料之疏水性之指標,一般是用水滴接觸角度,以水滴接觸角度在90°以上為佳。可符合此條件者是前述PTFE樹脂。
當二個滑動構件之滑動面由相同構件構成時,由於材料硬度相同,所以會發生滑動面一齊磨損之現象。再者,由於共材將導致黏附磨損等異常磨損,故其中一者硬度較另一者軟,可磨損單方再更換之。令固定子側為材料硬度高些許之添加聚醯亞胺之PTFE樹脂,且令旋轉子側為添加碳之PTFE樹脂,如此一來可以旋轉子側作為更換性構件。
滑動面可由如前述之疏水性樹脂構件構成,不過若僅樹脂構件,即使是前述添加充填材者,強度仍然甚弱,在機械密封這類藉彈簧等按壓以密封之方式時,施予負載之際就會引發變形。承受負載之構造體部分可使用SUS、鋁、黃銅等金屬、及陶瓷、複合材料等剛性高之材料。
疏水性材料和剛性較該疏水性材料高之材料的接合,可藉表面改質、塗布、含浸、接著等方法進行。表面改質,可舉出將自我組織化單分子膜、DLC(類金剛石)膜、更佳是添加氟之DLC膜附著在基材上的方法等。塗布,一般而言有PTFE塗布。含浸,一般廣用的有使基材表面之空隙、空孔部含浸疏水性材料之方法。
接著,包含有將PTFE樹脂或PTFE系列樹脂與金屬,更佳是不銹鋼材料接著以構成滑動構件的方法。一般而言,PTFE樹脂或PTFE系列樹脂由於接著性不佳,所以可藉由對接著表面施行鹼蝕刻處理以除去表面之氟基,來確保與環氧樹脂等接著劑之間之濕展性。又,若為增加接著面積,可採用進行噴吹式加工以接著之方法。
本發明之旋轉閥可應用在壓力變動吸附型氧濃縮裝置。即,一種壓力變動吸附型氧濃縮裝置,包含有:吸附床,充填有可選擇性吸附氮而非氧之吸附劑;空氣供給機構,可供給加壓空氣至前述吸附床;及,氧供給機構,可將在前述吸附床產生之氧濃縮空氣供給至使用者,該壓力變動吸附型氧濃縮裝置係在流路切換閥具有旋轉閥者,尤其係在將來自壓縮機等空氣供給機構之加壓空氣供給至前述吸附床之流路,具有前述本發明之旋轉閥者。
(實施例)
以下,配合參照圖式,說明本發明之實施形態之較佳實施例的旋轉閥。第1圖係本發明之旋轉閥之實施例1之結構圖,第2圖係實施例2之結構圖,第3圖係顯示作為比較例之習知技術旋轉閥之結構圖。
〔實施例1〕
配合第1圖之結構圖,說明本發明之旋轉閥之實施例1。本實施例1之旋轉閥,係具有滑動面之表層部一部分由疏水性材料構成,用以將含有自大氣擷取之水蒸氣之空氣供給至多數處理步驟中滑動閥。
旋轉構件4、6及7,藉未圖示之彈簧之反彈力按壓而相對固定構件1、2呈垂直狀態。旋轉構件4、6係以接著面5接著成一體之一體構件。固定構件1、2亦同樣係以接著面3接著成一體之一體構件。
旋轉構件4、6之中,作為滑動面側之構件4是使用PTFE系列樹脂。此PTFE系列樹脂是使用添加碳作為填料之PTFE樹脂(日本皮拉工業股份有限公司(NIPPON PILLAR PACKING Co.,Ltd)製H4C級)。又,旋轉構件4及6之中,作為與滑動面相反側之構件6是使用SUS304。旋轉構件4及6之間之接著係對構件4之PTFE系列樹脂之接著表面施行鹼蝕刻,且使之接著在SUS304之構件6。
固定構件1、2之中,作為滑動面側具有疏水性之構件2是使用PTFE系列樹脂。此PTFE系列樹脂是使用添加聚醯亞胺作為填料之PTFE樹脂(日本皮拉工業股份有限公司(NIPPON PILLAR PACKING Co.,Ltd)製Y2A級)。
固定構件1、2之中,與滑動面相反之側之構件1是使用剛性較具有疏水性之構件2高之材料的SUS304。旋轉構件1、2之間之接著係對構成具有疏水性之構件2之PTFE系列樹脂之接著表面施行鹼蝕刻,且使之接著在SUS304之構件。
此外,未圖示之前述彈簧可賦予防止空氣自滑動面漏洩到系統外之密封壓力。由同樣亦未圖示之馬達驅動裝置(動力源)產生之驅動扭力可透過旋轉軸7傳遞,使旋轉構件4、6以一定轉速(例如約2~5rpm)旋轉。利用未圖示之壓縮機壓縮含有水蒸氣之空氣,且由設在固定構件1、2之密封面(第1(b)圖)之氣體供給口(孔口)8供給。藉由設在旋轉構件4、6之密封面(第1(c)圖)之分配槽(連結流路)9,在當設在固定構件1、2之氣體出口(孔口)10之位置與分配槽9之位置一致的時候,由氣體出口10將處理氣體供給至四個處理步驟。
本實施例1之旋轉閥,在含有自大氣擷取之水蒸氣之空氣之溫度、溼度及固定構件1、2和旋轉構件4、6之溫度變化之環境下運轉時,即使發生水之凝結、結露現象,因凝結力造成之扭力上升仍僅些許,可防止自滑動面漏洩之情形,且長期穩定地連續運轉。
〔實施例2〕
接著,配合第2圖之結構圖,說明本發明之旋轉閥之實施例2。本實施例2之旋轉閥,係具有滑動面之表層部全部由疏水性材料構成,用以將含有自大氣擷取之水蒸氣之空氣供給至多數處理步驟中的滑動閥。
固定構件1係由PTFE系列樹脂單一材料形成,本實施例中是使用日本皮拉工業股份有限公司(NIPPON PILLAR PACKING Co.,Ltd)製Y2A級。又,旋轉構件2亦同樣地係由PTFE系列樹脂單一材料形成,本實施例中是使用日本皮拉工業股份有限公司(NIPPON PILLAR PACKING Co.,Ltd)製H4C級。
本實施例2之旋轉閥亦和實施例1同樣地在含有自大氣擷取之水蒸氣之空氣之溫度、溼度及固定構件2和旋轉構件4之溫度變化之環境下運轉時,即使發生水之凝結、結露現象,仍然幾乎沒有因凝結力造成之扭力上升,可防止自滑動面漏洩之情形,且長期穩定地連續運轉。
〔比較例1〕
接下來配合第3圖之結構圖,說明作為本發明之旋轉閥之比較例1之習知技術,其係滑動構件使用親水性材料之旋轉閥。固定構件2’是使用陶瓷材料。旋轉構件4’是使用一般廣用為固體潤滑劑之碳材料(碳或石墨)。
本比較例1之滑動閥,在含有自大氣擷取之水蒸氣之空氣之溫度、溼度及固定構件2’和作為旋轉構件之固體潤滑材4’之溫度變化之環境下運轉時,若發生水之凝結、結露現象,就會導致因凝結力造成之扭力上升,且超過馬達驅動裝置(動力源)之最大扭力,引起運轉不良情形。
〔變形例〕
以上配合參照附加圖式說明本發明實施例,不過本發明並不限於前述實施例1及實施例2,而是可在本發明之精神乃至範圍內作出各種形態、變形、修正等。例如前述本發明之旋轉閥各實施例中,亦可將各實施例結構利用作為用以將處理氣體分配到具有多數吸附筒或反應器、集塵器之系統的滑動閥。
又,亦可組合前述實施例1及實施例2所用之滑動構件,例如,固定構件如實施例1是將滑動面側之疏水性構件2和與滑動面相反側之高剛性構件1接合成一體之構造,旋轉構件如實施例2是由單一疏水性構件4構成。又,亦可反之,固定構件如實施例2是由單一疏水性構件2構成,旋轉構件如實施例1是將滑動面側之疏水性構件4和與滑動面相反側之高剛性構件6接合成一體之構造。
〔效果檢驗〕
使用實施例1及實施例2還有比較例1之旋轉閥,定量評價因凝結水造成滑動面之表面張力之影響。
具體而言,係測量滑動扭力以測試使滑動構件之環境氣體溫度改變,在高濕度環境下滑動面間產生之因凝結水造成之表面張力之影響。第4圖顯示扭力測量裝置之方塊圖。在恆溫恆溼之室內,使溫度維持一定,僅階段性改變相對溼度,比觀察在高濕度環境下之滑動扭力。
第5圖顯示測試結果。本發明之實施例1及實施例2,相較於比較例1,已大幅改善滑動面間產生之凝結水之表面張力造成的滑動扭力上升。
產業上可利用性
本發明之旋轉閥及搭載該旋轉閥之吸附分離裝置,縱使面對低濕度環境和高濕度環境之間之運轉環境變化,仍可減少旋轉閥之滑動阻抗變動,且可實現壓力變動吸附型氧濃縮裝置等使用本發明旋轉閥之吸附分離裝置的穩定運轉目標。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種旋轉閥,係包含有:二個滑動構件,其流路有開口且具有可相互滑動之滑動面;及機械密封機構,可一邊藉由對前述滑動面施壓來密封流體,一邊切換前述流路,且,前述二個滑動構件均係滑動面側由疏水性構件構成,而與前述滑動面相反之側則由剛性較前述疏水性構件高之構件構成,且具有將這些疏水性構件和高剛性構件接合成一體之構造。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之旋轉閥,其中前述疏水性構件係聚四氟乙烯樹脂構件。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之旋轉閥,其中前述二個滑動構件之前述疏水性構件之硬度相互不同。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項之旋轉閥,其中前述二個滑動構件之其中之一為固定構件,另一者為旋轉構件,且旋轉構件之前述疏水性構件由添加碳作為填料之聚四氟乙烯樹脂構成,而固定構件之前述疏水性構件則由添加聚醯亞胺作為填料之聚四氟乙烯樹脂構成。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之旋轉閥,其中前述高剛性構件係由金屬材料構成者。
  6. 一種旋轉閥,係包含有:二個滑動構件,其流路有開口且具有可相互滑動之滑動面;及 機械密封機構,可藉由一邊對前述滑動面施壓來密封流體一邊滑動,藉此切換前述流路,又,前述二個滑動構件,分別至少滑動面側具有疏水性,且剛性相互不同,前述二個滑動構件之其中之一為固定構件,另一者為旋轉構件,且旋轉構件之疏水材料由添加碳作為填料之聚四氟乙烯樹脂構成,而固定構件之疏水材料則由添加聚醯亞胺作為填料之聚四氟乙烯樹脂構成。
