Description
本發明為在相當部位帶螺紋之自行鑽孔螺釘,螺釘體之一端有頭,另一端有鑽尖,即在螺釘體之對端,鑽尖至少有一第一刀刃,至少有一第二刀刃,一第一切屑槽與第一刀刃結合,自頭自由端第一起動點開始,位於鑽尖之第一面,一第二切屑槽與第二刀刃結合,自鑽尖自由端第二起動點開始,位於鑽尖第一面對面之第二面,鑽尖有一中心位於螺釘體界定之縱軸。
上述自行鑽孔螺釘用於旋緊主要在屋頂之金屬薄板與金屬支柱。
自行鑽孔螺釘具有鑽尖,可鑽一孔貫穿薄板之螺釘。德國公告之DE 198 03 672 A1專利公開之一種自行鑽孔螺釘,具有螺釘體,頭位於螺釘體之一端,鑽尖位於螺釘體之另一端,該端有第一刀刃及第二刀刃。鑽尖有兩個切屑槽自有關刀刃朝頭之方向沿螺釘之縱軸延伸。切屑槽用於移除鑽孔產生之碎屑。有關刀刃上兩個切屑槽之起動點在鑽尖上旋轉對稱。鑽尖與頭之間,自行鑽孔螺釘部分部位尚帶螺紋。
因此,本發明之目的在排除上述自行鑽孔螺釘之缺點。
本發明之目的,顯然在提供上述自行鑽孔螺釘,該螺釘之第一及第二起動點,相互對立,與鑽尖中心保持平均距離,彼此間平均距離相當於鑽尖直徑.01與.15之間,最大距離相當於平均距
離0與8之間。
起動點此一位置,參考鑽尖之縱軸,產生一非對稱尖幾何(學)。這種幾何,至少刀刃之一(在旁邊之第一及第二刀刃與第三刀刃)位於鑽尖中心內。結果,中心內移除之材料,並非被鑽尖擠壓出去,而係通過鑽尖中心兩邊之碎屑槽移除者。
平均距離相當於鑽尖直徑.03與.06之間時特別有利。如此中心內切屑之振動與移除使鑽尖達到最高設計功效。
依照本發明之自行鑽孔螺釘,示於第一至四圖中,具有帶螺紋13之螺釘體,在其部位之一中,鑽尖12及在鑽尖12之對端,有頭15。自行鑽孔螺釘10之縱軸L界定自行鑽孔螺釘10之軸向。自行鑽孔螺釘10之頭15有一轉動帶動元件16之多邊形形狀供趕錐或扳手用。
鑽尖12,在其自由端,有至少一個第一刀刃21及至少一第二刀刃22彼此間有一角度。具體實施例中示於圖式中者,一第三刀刃23位於第一刀刃21與第二刀刃22之間。第三刀刃23越過鑽尖12之中心Z,鑽尖12躺在縱軸上。
在鑽尖12內,有一第一碎屑槽24及第二碎屑槽25。兩個碎屑槽24、25自鑽尖12之自由端14,於位於鑽尖12朝頭15之方向沿自行鑽孔螺釘之縱軸L延伸。第一碎屑槽24與第一刀刃21結合,於位於鑽尖12第一邊起動點26之自由端開始。第二碎屑槽25與第二刀刃22結合,自第一邊(特別參閱第三圖對面
位於鑽尖12之第二邊起動點27)之自由端14開始。兩個起動點26、27在彼此間最大距離Y,及二者間與鑽尖12之中心Z平均距離X。該平均距離X相當於鑽尖12之直徑D .01與.15間之平均距離,距離Y相當於平均距離X之0到.08間。最好是,平均距離X相當於直徑D .03與.06之間。
平均距離X是第一起動點26與第二起動點27到鑽尖12中心Z距離之算術平均值。

Claims (3)
- 一種自行鑽孔螺釘(10),具有至少部分部位帶螺紋(13)之螺釘體(11),由縱軸(L)界定,第一端有直徑(D)之鑽尖(12),對面第二端有頭(15),鑽尖(12)至少有一第一刀刃(21),至少有一第二刀刃(22),鑽尖(12)有一第一碎屑槽(24)附加於第一刀刃(21),第一起動點(26)自鑽尖(12)之自由端(14)開始,位於鑽尖(12)之第一面,第二碎屑槽(25)附加於第二刀刃(22),第二起動點(27)自鑽尖(12)之自由端(14)開始;位於鑽尖(12)第一面對面之第二面,鑽尖(12)有一縱軸(L)中心(Z),其特徵為兩個起動點(26、27)具有最大容量(Y)相互對立與中心(Z)平均距離(X),相當於直徑之0.01至0.15倍,而容量(Y)相當於距離之0至0.8倍。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之自行鑽孔螺釘,其中距離(X)相當於直徑(D)之0.03至0.06倍。
- 如申請專利範圍第1或2項之自行鑽孔螺釘,其中有一第三刀刃(23),位於第一與第二刀刃(21、22)之間,通過中心(Z),起動點(26、27)各自面對第三刀刃之一面。
