Description
本發明係有關一種電子直流電壓中間電路,其係用於無刷電動馬達,例如磁阻馬達,包括由二極體構成之整流電橋及連接於該整流電橋之後的電容器。
無刷馬達,如磁阻馬達,例如使用於吸塵器等家電產品,由一直流電壓中間電路供電。一被動整流電橋被使用作為交流正弦電壓之輸入級,該整流電橋將一電解電容器充電至輸入電壓之峰值。該中間電路可被視作儲存元件,馬達可經反相器由其取得能量,並可將其空載能量返回在其中。如其使用用途有設定標準時,中間電路充電產生之供電網路高頻諧波可被額外的PFC裝置(例如Power Factor Correction Inductance)抑制。中間電路被充電至交流電壓之峰值時,則交流電供電停止。藉由對馬達供電,使中間電路電容器放電,故中間電路電壓下降至交流電壓峰值以下。供電交流正弦電壓之瞬間值超越該電壓位準時,電容器開始再次充電,其使得供電網路出現跳躍式而非正弦式的電流上升。規範EN61000-3中訂定有供電網路高頻諧波振幅之最大容許值。為遵守該規定,通常皆使用PFC裝置。
本發明之目的在於進一步改良上述電子直流電壓中間電路,使其具簡單之結構。
本目的由申請專利範圍第1項達成,其使整流電橋連接兩個具不同電容量之電容器。本發明將中間電路電容器分成兩個分離的電容器。供電網路側較佳為設一具低電容量之薄膜電容器,以符合高頻諧波之規定。空載能量則輸入一第二高電容量之電解電容器中。兩電容器並聯於供電網路側的整流電橋與馬達啟動器側之間,例如連接在一反相器或電晶體電路之前方。
其他申請專利範圍係依據申請專利範圍第1項,但亦可為獨立存在。
一電容器,尤其是電解電容器,具一較高微法拉之較高電容量,例如高於50μF或高於250μF或高於500μF或高於1000μF。電容量配合馬達之空載能量。另一電容器,尤其是薄膜電容器,具一較低微法拉之低電容量,例如低於500μF或低於250μF或低於50μF。該電容器設有一截止二極體。在一較佳設計中,該截止二極體與一齊納二極體並聯。連接所謂的弱供電網路時,設置截止二極體與齊納二極體之作用在於將能量輸入空載電容器(具較高電容量之電解電容器)而使輸入電容器(具較低電容量之薄膜電容器)出現的過電壓最小化。本發明之電子直流電壓中間電路可儲存馬達之空載能量,而不會使供電網路出現超過規定之高頻諧波,故可使重量及體積比先前技術者小。以下將依據附圖詳細說明本發明一實施例。
本發明電路作用在於以供電網路2供電給一多相馬達1,並中間連接一直流電壓中間電路3。
交流正弦電壓之輸入級為一由四個二極體4構成之整流電橋5。兩並聯之電容器6及7經該雙向整流電橋5而被供電。電容器6為一具較低微法拉之低電容量薄膜電容器。第二電容器7則是電解電容器,其具較高微法拉之電容量,例如500μF。
兩電容器6、7係藉由一截止二極體8切換,由此一方式,在供電網路側只有構成輸入電容器之薄膜電容器6具一符合高頻諧波規定之低電容量。空載能量則被引導於具較高電容量之第二電容器7。
此外,兩電容器6、7並經一由電阻9與齊納二極體10串聯所構成組件而彼此連接。該由電阻9與齊納二極體10所構成與截止二極體8並聯之組件作用在於,連接所謂的弱供電網路時,可將能量輸入空載電容器(電解電容器7)而使輸入電容器出現的過電壓最小化。
馬達1被電容器後方之電晶體電路(電晶體T1
及T2
)及中間連接之另一截止二極體11而啟動。
所有揭示特徵本身皆具有發明性質。本發明揭示之特徵完全包含於本案之申請專利範圍中。

Claims (1)
- 一種電子直流電壓中間電路,其係用於無刷電動馬達(1),包括由複數個二極體(4)構成之整流電橋(5)及連接於該整流電橋(5)之後具有不同電容量的二個電容器(6,7),其特徵為,一電容器(7)具高於50微法拉之較高電容量,另一電容器(6)具低於500微法拉之較低電容量,該等電容器(6,7)藉一由電阻(9)與齊納二極體(10)所構成之組件而連接,且該組件與一截止二極體(8)並聯。
