Description

採血裝置
本發明係關於一種採血裝置,尤指一種針座較不易產生晃動之採血裝置。
隨著人們對健康觀念的提升,以及醫療設備的發展,現今,市面上已開始銷售可自行在家中量測血糖的採血器及血糖機。在量測血糖之前,係透過一採血器來採集血液,接著,再將採集到之血液透過血糖機以進行量測血糖值。
目前既有之採血器設計,係主要包括一針座與一外殼。一刺血針且收容在該針座中,該外殼內徑壁界定出容置空間,針座設於容置空間內,針座在容置空間內移動,並選擇性地延伸出外殼外,刺血針刺入人的皮膚以採集血液。
因此,本發明一實施例之目的在於提供一種針座較不易晃動的採血裝置。本發明一實施例之目的在於減少針座移動時之摩擦力的採血裝置。
本發明一實施例之目的是在提供一種採血裝置其包含一外殼、一針座以及至少一滑軌。針座可移動地設於外殼內並定義有至少一貫穿孔。滑軌固定於外殼內並貫穿於貫穿孔,使針座能夠沿滑軌移動。由於貫穿孔及滑軌會限制針座的側向移動,因此本實施例之採血裝置,相較於習知技術,具有不易產生晃動的優點。
於一實施例中,針座包含一本體及至少一側翼。本體用以設置一採血針。側翼自本體延伸而出並定義有該貫穿孔。較佳地,側翼的高度小於本體的高度。
於一實施例中,採血裝置更包含一推動結構。推動結構包含一推動鍵及一抵壓部。推動鍵露出於外殼外側。抵壓部自推動鍵朝外殼內側延伸且定義有一孔洞,其中滑軌貫穿於孔洞,使得抵壓部適於接觸側翼。一實施例中,採血裝置更包含一彈性元件。彈性元件套設於滑軌且與抵壓部分別位於側翼的兩相對側。
於一實施例中,採血裝置可以更包含一緩衝彈簧。緩衝彈簧套設於另一滑軌且位於外殼與另一側翼之間。
本發明的其他目的和優點可以從本發明所揭露的技術特徵中得到進一步的了解。為讓本發明之上述和其他目的、特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉實施例並配合所附圖式,作詳細說明如下。
有關本發明之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式之實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的呈現。以下實施例中所提到的方向用語,例如:上、下、左、右、前或後等,僅是參考附加圖式的方向。因此,使用的方向用語是用來說明並非用來限制本發明。
圖1顯示本發明一實施例之採血裝置的分解圖。圖2A顯示本發明一實施例之採血裝置之針座裝設於下蓋的示意圖。圖2B顯示本發明一實施例之採血裝置的側視圖。圖3顯示圖2A實施例之採血裝置之部分放大圖。請同時參考圖1、圖2A、圖2B及圖3,採血裝置100包含一針座4、至少一滑軌5、一外殼。針座4可移動地設於外殼內,並定義有至少一貫穿孔43(參見圖4)。滑軌5固定於外殼內,並貫穿於貫穿孔43內,使針座4能夠沿滑軌5移動。由於貫穿孔43及滑軌5會限制針座4的側向(亦即相異於滑軌5延伸方向的方向)移動,因此本實施例之採血裝置100,相較於習知技術,具有不易產生晃動的優點。
於本實施例,外殼包含有一下蓋1以及上蓋8分別具有一缺口,組合下蓋1及上蓋8時兩缺口形成一通孔18,用以供針座4從外殼內部延伸出外殼外部。滑軌5的個數為二個,每一滑軌5沿一長軸方向延伸且固定於外殼之下蓋1內。於一實施例中滑軌5亦可以固定於上蓋8。
圖4顯示本發明一實施例之針座的立體圖。針座4包含一本體44及至少一側翼,本實施例中包含有一第一側翼41及一第二側翼42。第一側翼41及一第二側翼42分別定義有一貫穿孔43且自本體44兩相對側延伸而出,使得兩側翼的位置互相對稱。二滑軌5分別貫穿於該些貫穿孔43內,因此針座4能夠沿滑軌5的長軸方向前進或後退移動,由於兩側翼41及42的位置互相對稱,使得針座4在移動時更不易產生晃動。於一實施例中,可以使第一側翼41或第二側翼42的高度小於針座4之本體44的高度,藉由上述特徵,滑軌5與第一側翼41或第二側翼42定義出貫穿孔的壁面間的接觸面積會較小,因此可以減少針座4移動時的摩察力,使針座4較容易沿滑軌5的長軸方向前進或後退移動。於一實施例,針座4亦可以不具有側翼僅定義有貫穿孔。
更具體而言,於習知結構中,利用外殼定義出配合針座4之形狀的容置空間,以使針座4在該容置空間移動,因此針座4與外殼的接觸面積較大摩擦力亦較大。為使針座4順利地在容置空內移動,容置空間必須設成較大於針座4的體積,使得針座4與容置空間之間具有較大的空隙。但較大的空隙卻會造成針座4容易晃動。相較於此,於本實施例中,滑軌5與第一側翼41或第二側翼42定義出貫穿孔43的壁面間的接觸面積小於習知技術中針座4與外殼的接觸面積,因此利用滑軌5與貫穿孔43,限制針座4側向移動能夠有效減少針座4移動時的摩擦力,使針座4能夠平順移動且不易晃動。
於一實施例中,採血裝置100可以更包含至少一彈簧,本實施例中彈簧的個數為二個。此二彈簧6且分別套設於二滑軌5,且設於第一側翼41及第二側翼42與下蓋1間。於本實施例中,下蓋1自底面延伸出有二第一檔板111及二第二檔板112,每一滑軌5分別被固定於第一檔板111及第二檔板112間,而各彈簧6於形變狀態時,一端抵靠第一側翼41或第二側翼42;而另一端抵靠下蓋1的第二檔板112。
於一實施例中,採血裝置100可以更包含一推動結構7。推動結構7包含一推動鍵71及一抵壓部72。推動鍵71露出於外殼外,於本實施例露出於外殼的一側面,且較佳的情況是推動鍵71具有多個凸塊,以增加手指與推動鍵71間的摩擦力。抵壓部72自推動鍵71向外殼內延伸,並定義有一孔洞(未圖示)。滑軌5貫穿抵壓部72的孔洞,使抵壓部72位於第一側翼41與第一檔板111間且適於接觸第一側翼41。亦即抵壓部72及彈簧6分別位於第一側翼41的二相對側。使用者可以推動此推動鍵71,透過抵壓部72施力於第一側翼41,使針座4自第一檔板111朝第二檔板112的方向移動,讓彈簧6受到壓縮產生形變。於一實施例中,彈簧6亦可以不套設於滑軌5,而套設於針座4且位於針座4及外殼間,適於供針座4一彈性力;或套設於本體44其一部分適於與外殼接觸,且適於供針座4一彈性力;或者僅要設置成針座4產生位移時彈簧6產生形變,並於一操作狀態下彈簧6釋放能量時能夠提供推動針座4,使針座4產生位移即可。
參見圖3,採血裝置100可以更包含一緩衝彈簧3。緩衝彈簧3套設於另一滑軌5(為方便說明以下以5a表示)且位於另一第一檔板111(為方便說明以下以111a表示)與第二側翼42之間。當二彈簧6釋放因形變所儲存的能量時,針座4自第二檔板112朝第一檔板111的方向移動,緩衝彈簧3能夠緩衝針座4撞擊外殼的力量,讓使用者能夠較穩固地手持採血裝置100。
針座4內部可置換地設有一採血針(圖未示),使用者可利用採血裝置100內的採血針穿刺皮膚,使其流出血液,且採血針為可更換式之結構,讓使用者使用完畢後即可拋棄採血針,避免重複使用而造成疾病的傳染。此外,一實施例採血裝置100還可以包含擊發按鈕9、針座4的射出調整結構10、窗口11用以供射出調整結構10延伸出外殼、電池蓋12及血糖試片插入口13等。
於本發明一實施例,由於貫穿孔43及滑軌5會限制針座4的側向移動,因此本實施例之採血裝置100,相較於習知技術,具有不易產生晃動的優點。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種採血裝置,包含:一外殼;一針座,可移動地設於該外殼內,並定義有至少一貫穿孔,其中該針座包含:一本體,用以設置一採血針;至少一側翼,自該本體延伸而出並定義有該貫穿孔;至少一滑軌,固定於該外殼內,並貫穿於該貫穿孔,使該針座能夠沿該滑軌移動;以及一推動結構,其包含:一推動鍵,露出於該外殼外側;及一抵壓部,自該推動鍵朝該外殼內側延伸,且定義有一孔洞,其中該滑軌貫穿於該孔洞,使得該抵壓部適於接觸該側翼。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項記載之採血裝置,更包含一彈性元件,套設於該滑軌,且該彈性元件與該抵壓部分別位於該側翼的兩相對側。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項記載之採血裝置,其中該側翼的高度小於該本體的高度。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項記載之採血裝置,更包含一彈性構件,設於該針座及該外殼間,適於供該針座一彈性力。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項記載之採血裝置,更包含一彈性元件,套設於該滑軌,且該彈性元件與該抵壓部分別位於該側翼的兩相對側。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項記載之採血裝置,更包含一彈性構件,設於該針座及該外殼間,適於供該針座一彈性力。
  7. 一種採血裝置,包含:一外殼;一針座,可移動地設於該外殼內,並定義有一第一貫穿孔及一第二貫穿孔,其中該針座包含:一本體,用以設置一採血針;一第一側翼,定義有該第一貫穿孔;一第二側翼,定義有該第二貫穿孔;一第一滑軌,固定於該外殼內,並貫穿該第一貫穿孔;一第二滑軌,固定於該外殼內,並貫穿該第二貫穿孔,藉以使該針座能夠沿該第一滑軌及該第二滑軌移動; 一推動結構,包含:一推動鍵,露出於該外殼外側;及一抵壓部,自該推動鍵朝該外殼內側延伸,定義有一孔洞,且該第一滑軌貫穿於該孔洞,使得該抵壓部適於接觸該第一側翼;以及一第一彈性元件,套設於該第一滑軌,且該第一彈性元件與該抵壓部分別位於該第一側翼的兩相對側。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項記載之採血裝置,更包含一彈性構件,套設於該第二滑軌並位於該第二側翼與該外殼間。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項記載之採血裝置,更包含一第二彈性元件,套設於該第二滑軌,且該第二彈性元件與該彈性構件分別位於該第二側翼的兩相對側。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第7項記載之採血裝置,其中該第一側翼及該第二側翼的位置互相對應。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第7項記載之採血裝置,其中該第一滑軌及該第二滑軌大致平行。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第9項記載之採血裝置,更包含一彈性構件,套設於該第二滑軌並位於該第二側翼與該外殼間。
