Description

一種可收納之太陽能電池集光器
本發明係關於一太陽能電池集光器,尤其關於一種可收納的太陽能電池集光器。
由於石化能源短缺,且人們對環保重要性的認知提高,因此人們近年來不斷地積極研發替代能源與再生能源的相關技術,其中以太陽能電池(solar cells)最受矚目。主要是因為太陽能電池可直接將太陽能轉換成電能,且發電過程中不會產生二氧化碳或氮化物等有害物質,不會對環境造成污染。
為了提高太陽能電池的效率,需要增加太陽能電池的受光量。為了增加太陽能電池的受光量,會將太陽能電池置於一拋物面式集光器的拋物面焦點上。因為拋物面集光器具有一可反射光之拋物面鏡,利用平行光射向拋物面鏡後會被反射並集中於拋物面焦點的原理,讓太陽光聚集位於拋物面焦點的太陽能電池,提高太陽能電池的受光量。然而拋物面式集光器需要設置於大空間,且架設拋物面式集光器步驟繁複,所以限制了設置拋物面式集光器的地點。
一太陽能電池集光器至少包含一拋物面集光裝置;一導光柱位於拋物面集光裝置之上;一太陽能電池位於導光柱之上;以及一透光保護罩覆蓋導光柱與太陽能電池。
本發明之實施例會被詳細地描述,並且繪製於圖示中,相同或類似的部分會以相同的號碼在各圖示以及說明出現。
如第1圖所示,第一實施例之一太陽能電池集光器1至少包含一拋物面集光裝置2;一導光柱3位於拋物面集光裝置2之上;一太陽能電池4位於導光柱3之上;以及一透光保護罩5覆蓋導光柱3與太陽能電池4。其中拋物面集光裝置2包含一支撐柱21,具有一轉軸22;一滑部23可沿支撐柱21滑動地連接支撐柱21;一反射元件24,具有一中心端241與一邊緣端242,其中中心端241可轉動地連接於滑部23或固定於支撐柱21;以及複數個支架25,其中每一複數個支架25之第一端251可轉動地連接於滑部23,每一複數個支架25之第二端252可轉動地連接反射元件24之邊緣端242。
支撐柱21包含一蓄電裝置(未顯示),與太陽能電池4電連接,可儲蓄太陽能電池4所產生之電能。轉軸22可使支撐柱21進行二維運動,配合太陽運行之軌跡運動,為熟於此項技藝之人士習知之元件。滑部23裝設於支撐柱21,可沿支撐柱21滑動。經由滑部23的滑動與複數個支架25配合滑部23的相對運動,可使反射元件24伸展及收縮。反射元件24收縮後的太陽能電池集光器1方便收納,收納後的太陽能電池集光器1易於移動,所以設置太陽能電池集光器1的位置更具彈性。反射元件24具有一反射面243,位於反射元件24靠近太陽能電池4之表面,可反射光線。由第1圖觀之,反射元件24完全伸展開後可為一拋物面反射鏡。反射元件24之材料可為可撓性材料,例如布、塑料、高分子材料或金屬薄片等,並在可撓性材料之表面上形成可反射光之材料,例如銅(Cu)、鋁(Al)、金(Au)、鉑(Pt)、銀(Ag)、鈦(Ti)、鎳(Ni)或鉻(Cr)等。
如第1圖所示,導光柱3位於支撐柱21之上,將光線導向位於其上之太陽能電池4。導光柱3可為圓柱、長方柱、複合拋物面聚光器(Compound Parabolic Concentrator;CPC)、複合橢圓面聚光器(Compound Elliptic Concentrator;CEC)或複合雙曲面聚光器(Compound Hyperbolic Concentrator;CHC)等柱體,。導光柱3可為實心或空心之柱體,其材料為透光材料,例如鑽石(Diamond)、玻璃(Glass)、石英(Quartz)、壓克力(Acryl)、氧化鋅(ZnO)、氮化鋁(AlN)、塑料、聚醯亞胺(polyimide)、苯并環丁烯(BCB),過氟環丁烷(PFCB)、介電材料、Su8、環氧樹脂(Epoxy)、丙烯酸樹脂(Acrylic Resin)、環烯烴聚合物(COC)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚醚醯亞胺(Polyetherimide)、氟碳聚合物(Fluorocarbon Polymer)、高密度聚乙烯(High Density Polyethylene,HDPE)、聚氯乙烯(Polyvinylchloride,PVC)、低密度聚乙烯(Low Density Polyethylene,LDPE)、聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)、聚苯乙烯(Polystyrene,PS)、矽膠(Silicone)、氧化鋁(Al2 O3 )、氧化矽(SiO2 )、氧化鈦(TiO2 )、氮化矽(SiNx )、旋塗玻璃(SOG)、高分子材料或其他有機材料等。另外導光柱3更包含複數個散射粒子31位於導光柱3內,用以散射光線,其材料可為氧化矽(SiOx )、氧化鈦(TiO2 )、氧化(TiO2 )或氧化鋁(Al2 O3 )。
太陽能電池4位於導光柱3之上,並位於反射元件24所形成之拋物面反射鏡境的拋物面焦點,用以吸收光線並產生電流。太陽能電池4可為三五族化合物太陽能電池、矽太陽能電池、多接面太陽能電池或單接面太陽能電池。如第1圖所示,透明保護罩5覆蓋太陽能電池4、導光柱3與反射元件24之反射面243,保護太陽能電池4、導光柱3與反射元件24免於受潮或灰塵污染,增加使用壽命。透明保護罩5之材料可為塑料或高分子材料。
惟上述實施例僅為例示性說明本發明之原理及其功效,而非用於限制本發明。任何熟於此項技藝之人士均可在不違背本發明之技術原理及精神的情況下,對上述實施例進行修改及變化。因此本發明之權利保護範圍如後述之申請專利範圍所列。

Claims (11)

  1. 一太陽能電池集光器,包含:一支撐柱;一滑部,可沿支撐柱滑動地聯接於該支撐柱;複數個支架,其中每一該複數個支架之第一端可轉動地連接於該滑部;一反射元件,連接於該支撐柱與每一該複數個支架之第二端;以及一導光柱,位於該支撐柱之上,其中經由該滑部的滑動與該複數個支架配合該滑部的相對運動,使該反射元件伸展及收縮。
  2. 如請求項1所述之太陽能電池集光器,其中該支撐柱包含一蓄電裝置。
  3. 如請求項1所述之太陽能電池集光器,其中該支撐柱包含一轉軸。
  4. 如請求項1所述之太陽能電池集光器,其中該反射元件之材料包含可撓性材料及形成於該可撓性材料表面之可反射光之材料。
  5. 如請求項1所述之太陽能電池集光器,其中該導光柱之材料包含塑料、介電材料、高分子材料或其他有機材料。
  6. 如請求項1所述之太陽能電池集光器,其中該導光柱包含選自圓柱、方柱、複合拋物面聚光器、複合橢圓面聚光器與複合雙曲面聚光器所構成之群組。
  7. 如請求項1所述之太陽能電池集光器,其中該導光柱之內部包含散射粒子。
  8. 如請求項7所述之太陽能電池集光器,其中該散射粒子之材料 包含一種或一種以上之物質選自氧化矽(SiOx )、氧化鈦(TiO2 )、氧化(TiO2 )與氧化鋁(Al2 O3 )所構成之群組。
  9. 請求項1所述之太陽能電池集光器,更包含一太陽能電池位於該導光柱之上。
  10. 如請求項9所述之太陽能電池集光器,其中該太陽能電池包含選自矽太陽能電池、三五族化合物太陽能電池、多接面太陽能電池與單接面太陽能電池所構成之群組。
  11. 如請求項1所述之太陽能電池集光器,更包含一透明保護罩覆蓋該反射元件與該導光柱。
