Description
本發明係關於包含一種微粒固體、有機介質和分散劑的組成物,並且關於它們在油墨、研磨基質(millbase)、塑膠和油漆上的應用。
許多如油墨、油漆、研磨基質和塑膠材料的調配物皆需要有效的分散劑以使得微粒固體能均勻的分散在有機介質。這種有機介質可能包括極性到非極性的有機介質。因此,所尋求的分散劑須能將微粒固體同樣分散於極性和非極性的有機介質中。
US 4,224,212揭露了含有一種聚酯的分散劑,該種聚酯係由具有至少8個碳原子的羥基羧酸與一種聚(低碳伸烷基)亞胺進行反應所得。這些分散劑在非極性介質中相當有效,如脂肪族溶劑和塑膠。
EP208041揭露了含有一種聚酯的分散劑,該種聚酯係由ε-己內酯與一種聚(低碳伸烷基)亞胺進行反應所得。這些分散劑在極性介質中相當有效,如酮類和酯類。
US 4,865,621揭露了汽車燃料組成物,其包含二元酸酐、聚氧伸烷一元胺和數目平均分子量至多1343的烴基聚胺之反應產物。
經研究發現,某些分散劑具有可將微粒固體分散在許多種有機介質中的優異能力,特別是極性有機介質還有水。因此,依照本發明,提供了一種含有微粒固體、有機介質和/或水以及如式(1)所示之化合物和其鹽類的組成物:

當Z為聚胺的殘基時,它包括了聚乙烯胺或是聚烯丙基胺。不同分子量的聚烯丙基胺和聚(N-烷基)烯丙基胺可自Nitto Boseki公司購得。不同分子量的聚乙烯胺可獲自Mitsubishi Kasei公司。
當Z為聚亞胺的殘基時,其包括聚(C2 - 6
-伸烷亞胺),特別是聚伸乙亞胺(PEI)。聚亞胺可以是直鏈或特別是支鏈。直鏈的聚伸乙亞胺可以藉由水解聚(N-醯基)伸烷亞胺而製得,例如Takeo Saegusa等人在巨分子,1972,第5冊,第4470頁中所述。不同分子量的支鏈聚伸乙亞胺可購自BASF和Nippon Shokubai。聚伸丙亞胺樹枝狀高分子可購自DSM精密化學品公司,且聚(醯胺基胺)樹枝狀高分子可取自Aldrich化學品公司所生產的"Starburst"樹枝狀高分子。
其它可用的聚胺混合物類型為汽提上述之聚胺混合物所得之殘基,有時常將其稱為"聚胺底渣"。一般而言,此種伸烷基聚胺底渣之特徵在於具有少於2,通常是少於1重量%的材料會在約200℃以下沸騰。此種伸乙聚胺底渣的典型例子為來自德州Freeport的陶氏化學公司的產品"E-100",其在15.6℃下的比重為1.0168,含氮重量百分比為33.15,且在40℃下的黏度為121釐史(centistokes)。依氣體層析分析的結果顯示,此類樣品含有約0.93重量%的"輕餾分"(最可能為DETA)、0.72重量% TETA、21.74重量%四乙五胺和76.61重量%五乙六胺和更高級的聚胺。這些伸烷聚胺底渣包括環狀縮聚產物,如哌和二乙三胺或三乙四胺等更高分子量的類似物。
在一具體例中,聚胺或聚亞胺的數目平均分子量係介於300到650,000、500到600,000、600到200,000、1200到100,000或1500到70,000之間。如果是聚伸乙亞胺,則在一具體例中,其數目平均分子量不少於1200,不少於1,800或不少於3,000。

如前所述,分散劑可以鹽類的形式存在。當分散劑含有一個羧酸基時,鹽類可以是鹼金屬的鹽類,如鋰、鉀或鈉。或者是,鹽類可由氨、胺類或是四級銨鹽陽離子所形成。胺的實例為甲胺、二乙胺、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、己胺、2-乙基己胺和十八烷胺。四級銨鹽陽離子可以是一種四級銨鹽陽離子或是苯二甲烴銨陽離子。四級銨鹽陽離子可含有一或兩個具有6到20個碳原子的烷基。四級銨鹽陽離子的實例為四乙銨、N-十八烷基-N,N,N-三甲銨、N,N-二個十二烷基-N,N-二甲銨、N-苄基-N,N,N-三甲銨和N-苄基-N-十八烷基-N,N-二甲銨陽離子。

當式1中的v為0時,其所示的分散劑可以是有色酸的鹽類。有色酸可以是任何一種陰離子染料,例如每一個分子平均含有0.5到3個磺酸基之磺化或羧化的酞菁銅或鎳,或者是一種含有一個磺酸和/或羧酸基的雙偶氮染料。

涉及第一和第二種二元酸或其酸酐的反應通常是在有有機稀釋劑存在的情況下進行,而此種有機稀釋劑不會與反應物進行反應。同樣的,式(3)的化合物與二元酸或其酸酐和聚胺和/或聚亞胺之間的反應也可以在有有機稀釋劑存在的情況下進行。在一具體例中,有機稀釋劑為反應物用的溶劑。有機稀釋劑可為芳香族或脂肪族,包括鹵化衍生物。實例為甲苯、氯苯、庚烷和石油醚餾出物。通常是在沒有有機稀釋劑的條件下進行反應。

-T-NH-A-基之Z中的任何自由胺基和/或亞胺基與脲反應而輕易地製得。在一具體例中,反應是在介於80℃和140℃的溫度之下,於一種惰性環境中進行。

-T-NH-A-基之Z中大多數的胺基和/或亞胺基會與二元酸或其酸酐反應。
存在於組成物中的微粒固體可以是任何一種無機或有機固體材料,其實質上不溶於有機介質中。在一具體例中,微粒固體為一種顏料。
適合固體的實例為用於溶劑油墨的顏料;用於油漆和塑膠材料的顏料、展色劑和填料;分散性染料;用於溶劑染浴、油墨和其它溶劑應用系統的光學增白劑和紡織助劑;用於油基和反相乳液鑽探泥漿的固體;乾洗料中的微塵和固體微粒;微粒陶瓷材料;磁性材料和磁性記錄介質;如玻璃、鋼、碳和硼等用於複合材料之填料,以及分散在有機介質中施用的殺菌劑、農用化學品和藥物。
在一具體例中,可用的固體為已達到被認可等級的任何一種有機顏料,如色彩索引(1971)第三版和後續增補修訂標題為"顏料"之章節中所敘述。有機顏料的實例為偶氮、雙偶氮、縮聚偶氮、硫靛(thioindigo)、陰丹士林(indanthrone)、類陰丹士林(isoindanthrone)、蒽嵌蒽酮(anthanthrone)、蒽醌(anthraquinone)、異二苯并蒽酮(isodibenzanthrone)、三苯二、喹吖啶酮(quinacridone)和酞菁系列(特別是酞菁銅及其核鹵化衍生物),還有酸性、鹼性及媒染劑染料的色澱(lakes)。碳黑嚴格來說雖然是無機的,但是它在分散性質方面卻表現的更像是一種有機顏料。在一具體例中,有機顏料為酞菁,特別是酞菁銅、單偶氮、雙偶氮、陰丹士林、蒽嵌蒽酮、喹吖啶酮和碳黑。
無機固體包括:展色劑和填料,如滑石、高嶺土、二氧化矽、重晶石和白堊;微粒陶瓷材料,如氧化鋁、二氧化矽、氧化鋯、二氧化鈦、氮化矽、氮化硼、碳化矽、碳化硼、混合的氮化矽-鋁和金屬鈦酸鹽;微粒磁性材料,如過渡金屬的磁性氧化物,特別是鐵和鉻,例如γ-Fe2
O3
、Fe3
O4
和鈷-摻雜的氧化鐵、氧化鈣、亞鐵鹽,特別是鋇鐵氧磁體;以及金屬粒子,特別是金屬鐵、鎳、鈷、銅和其合金。
其它可用的固體材料包括農用化學品,如殺真菌劑、護汰芬(flutriafen)、貝芬替(carbendazim)、四氧異苯腈(chlorothalonil)和鋅錳乃浦(mancozeb)。
在一具體例中,本發明組成物中的有機介質為一種塑膠材料,並且,在另一具體例中則是有機液。有機液可為非極性或是極性的有機液,雖然一般是使用極性有機液。所謂的"極性"有機液是指能夠形成中度到強度鍵結的有機液,如同Crowley等人在油漆技術期刊,第38冊,第269頁"溶解度的三維解析方法"(1966)一文中所述。如前文中所定義,此種有機液一般具有5個或以上的氫鍵。
適合的極性有機液之實例為胺類、醚類,特別是低級烷基醚、有機酸、酯類、酮類、二醇類、醇類和醯胺類。此類具中強度氫鍵結之有機液的數個特殊實例可參見Ibert Mellan所著的"相容性和溶解度"第39-40頁的表2.14(此書係Noyes Development公司在1968年出版),而這些有機液皆歸屬在本發明可使用之極性有機液的範圍內。
在一具體例中,極性有機液為二烷基酮、烷羧酸和烷醇的烷基酯,特別是此類有機液總共含有至多(包括)6個碳原子。極性有機液的實例包括二烷基和環烷基酮,如丙酮、甲基乙基酮、二乙酮、二異丙酮、甲基異丁基酮、二異丁酮、甲基異戊基酮、甲基正戊基酮和環己酮;烷基酯,如乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸異丙酯、乙酸丁酯、甲酸乙酯、丙酸甲酯、丙基乙酸甲氧酯和丁酸乙酯;二醇類和二醇酯及醚,如乙二醇、2-乙氧基乙醇、3-甲氧基丙基丙醇、3-乙氧基丙基丙醇、乙酸-2-丁氧乙酯、乙酸-3-甲氧丙酯、乙酸-3-乙氧丙酯和乙酸-2-乙氧乙酯;烷醇類,如甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、異丙醇、正丁醇和異丁醇;以及二烷基和環醚類,如二乙醚和四氫呋喃。在一具體例中,溶劑為烷醇類、烷羧酸和烷羧酸的酯類。
可用來做為極性有機液之有機液的實例為成膜樹脂,其適合用來製備各種不同應用(如油漆和油墨)所需之油墨、油漆和晶片。此類樹脂的實例包括聚醯胺、如VersamidT M
和WolfamidT M
,以及纖維素醚,如乙基纖維素和乙基羥乙基纖維素、硝基纖維素和纖維素乙酸酯丁酸酯樹脂,包括其混合物。油漆樹脂的實例包括短油醇酸/三聚氰胺-甲醛樹脂、聚酯/三聚氰胺-甲醛樹脂、熱固性丙烯酸/三聚氰胺-甲醛樹脂、長油醇酸、聚醚多元醇和多介質樹脂,如丙烯酸和脲/醛。
有機液可以是一種多元醇,也就是說,具有兩個或兩個以上羥基的有機液。在一具體例中,多元醇包括α-ω二醇或是α-ω二醇乙氧酯。
在一具體例中,非極性有機液為含有脂肪族、芳香族或其混合物的化合物。非極性有機液包括非鹵化的芳香烴(例如甲苯和二甲苯)、鹵化的芳香烴(例如氯苯、二氯苯、氯甲苯)、非鹵化的脂肪烴(例如含有六個或以上碳原子完全和部分飽和之直鏈和支鏈脂肪烴)、鹵化的脂肪烴(例如二氯甲烷、四氯化碳、氯仿、三氯乙烷)和天然非極性有機物(例如蔬菜油、葵花油、亞麻子油、萜烯和甘油酯)。
在一具體例中,整個有機液中含有至少0.1重量%或1重量%或更多的極性有機液。
有機液還可選擇性地含有水。在一具體例中,有機液是不含水的。
在一具體例中,當有機液中含有水時,其含量不超過有機液70重量%,不超過50重量%,或者是不超過40重量%。
塑膠材料可以是熱固性樹脂或是熱塑性樹脂。可用於本發明之熱固性樹脂包括那些在受熱、催化或遭受UV照射時會進行化學反應並且會變得相當難熔解的樹脂。熱固性樹脂所發生的典型反應包括氧化反應或不飽和雙鍵反應,包含環氧/胺、環氧/羰基、環氧/羥基、聚異氰酸酯/羥基、胺基樹脂/羥基部分,自由基反應或是聚丙烯酸酯,陽離子聚合反應,或是環氧樹脂和乙烯醚,縮聚反應或是矽醇基..等。
聚有羥基官能性的聚合物(通常為多元醇)被廣泛用於熱固性系統中,以利胺基樹脂或聚異氰酸酯進行交聯。多元醇包括丙烯酸多元醇、醇酸多元醇、聚酯多元醇、聚醚多元醇和聚尿烷多元醇。典型的胺基樹脂包括三聚氰胺甲醛樹脂、苯代三聚氰二胺甲醛樹脂、脲甲醛樹脂和甘脲甲醛樹脂。聚異氰酸酯為具有兩個或更多個異氰酸酯基團的樹脂,同時包括單體型的脂肪族二異氰酸酯、單體型的芳香族二異氰酸酯,和其聚合物。典型的脂肪族二異氰酸酯包括二異氰酸己酯、異氟爾酮二異氰酸酯和氫化的二苯甲烷二異氰酸酯。典型的芳香族二異氰酸酯包括甲苯二異氰酸酯和聯苯甲烷二異氰酸酯。
在一具體例中,熱塑性樹脂包括聚烯烴、聚酯、聚醯胺、聚碳酸酯、聚尿烷、聚苯乙烯系、聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、纖維素和纖維素衍生物。該組成物可以依不同的方法來製備,但以濕式混熔法和乾式固體摻混法較為常用。
如有需要,組成物可含有其它成份,例如,樹脂(並非先前構成有機介質的成份)、黏結劑、流體化試劑、防沈降試劑、塑化劑、界面活性劑、消泡劑(antifoamer)、流變改質劑、平滑劑(leveling agent)、光澤改質劑和保護劑。
組成物中通常含有1到95重量%的微粒固體,正確的數量係由固體的本質以及固體和極性有機液的相對密度而定。舉例來說,在一具體例中,組成物中的固體為有機材料(例如有機顏料)時,其含有15到60重量%的固體,在另一具體例中,當組成物所含的固體為無機材料(例如無機顏料、填料或展色劑)時,其所含的固體佔組成物總重量的40到90%。
可用任何一種傳統已知用來製備分散液的方法來製備組成物。因此,固體、有機介質和分散劑可以依任何順序加以混合,然後將混合物施以機械處理,以使得固體粒子能降低至適當的大小,例如以球磨、珠磨、砂礫研磨或是塑膠研磨,直到形成分散液為止。另一種方式是單獨處理固體,以降低它的粒子小,或是與有機介質或是分散劑摻混,接著再加入其它成份,並且將此混合物予以攪拌,以產生組成物。
本發明組成物特別適合液體分散。在一具體例中,此種分散組成物包含:(a)0.5到30份微粒固體;(b)0.5到30份如式(1)所示的化合物;以及(c)40到99份有機液;其中所有的份數皆為重量份數,並且(a)+(b)+(c)的數量=100。
在一具體例中,組份a)含有0.5到30份顏料,並且此種分散液適合用於液體油墨、油漆和研磨基質。
如果組成物必需含有一種微粒固體,並且式(1)的分散劑為乾式時,通常有機液會具有揮發性,因而可以藉由一種簡單的分離方法,例如蒸發法,輕易地使其自微粒固體中移除。在一具體例中,組成物包含有機液。
如果乾式組成物基本上包括式(1)的分散劑和微粒固體時,它通常含有至少0.2重量%,至少0.5重量%或至少1.0重量%如式(1)所示的分散劑,其係以微粒固體的重量為基準。在一具體例中,乾式組成物含有不超過100重量%,不超過50重量%,不超過20重量%,或不超過10重量%如式(1)所示的分散劑,其係以微粒固體的重量為基準。
如前面所揭露,本發明組成物適合用於製備研磨基質,其中微粒固體係在有式(1)化合物和其鹽類的有機液中進行研磨。
因此,本發明還有一方面是提供一種含有微粒固體、有機液和式(1)化合物及其鹽類的研磨基質。
一般而言,研磨基質中含有20到70重量%的微粒固體,其係以研磨基質的總重量為基準。在一具體例中,微粒固體的含量不少於研磨基質重量的10%,或是不少於20重量%。此種研磨基質可選擇性含有一種黏結劑,該黏結劑可以在研磨之前或之後加入。
黏結劑為一種聚合材料,其可以在有機液揮發時使組成物結合在一起。
黏結劑為聚合材料,包括天然和合成的材料。在一具體例中,黏結劑包括聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯系、聚酯類、聚尿烷、醇酸、多醣(如纖維素),和天然蛋白質,如酪蛋白。在一具體例中,組成物中的黏結劑含量大於微粒固體數量的100%、大於200%、大於300%或大於400%。
選用之黏結劑數量所佔研磨基質的比例可在大範圍內變動,但一般不少於研磨基質之連續/液相重量的10%,通常不少於20重量%。在一具體例中,黏結劑的數量不大於研磨基質之連續/液相重量的50%,或是不大於40重量%。
研磨基質中的分散劑數量係由微粒固體的數量來決定,一般為研磨基質的0.5到5重量%。
由本發明組成物所製得之分散劑和研磨基質特別適合用於塗料和油漆,尤其是高固型油漆;油墨,尤其是彈性凸版印刷、凹版印刷和網版印刷油墨;非水性陶瓷製程,尤其是磁帶塗佈、刮刀、擠壓和射出成型製程;複合材料、化妝品、黏著劑和塑膠材料。
因此,本發明的另一方面係提供一種包含微粒固體、有機液、黏結劑和式(1)化合物及其鹽類的油漆或油墨。
如前所述,式(1)所示的許多種分散劑為新穎的物質。
因此,本發明還有一方面係提供一種如式(4)所示的化合物和其鹽類:

本發明還有一方面係提供一種如式(1)所示的化合物和其鹽類,其中Z為一種聚胺和/或聚亞胺,且其數目平均分子量不少於1200且v為0。
在一具體例中,式(1)化合物和其鹽類中的Y為C3 - 4
的伸烷氧基,(Y)x
所代表的化學鏈可含有最高75%的伸乙氧基重覆單元數,且Z為一種數目平均分子量不少於1200的聚胺和/或聚亞胺。
本發明在另一方面還提供了一種如式5所示的化合物:
其中R、R'、Y、T、A、Z、x和v之定義同前,並且W為一種氧化物或脲的殘基。
在一具體例中,可由二胺、聚胺和/或聚亞胺及一種二元酸或其酸酐之反應而獲得此化合物。因此,習於此技術領域者將會了解,化合物可包括來自式1、1a、4和5之產物的混合物。此外,化合物還可能包括具有一或多個未反應胺類、1或多個羧酸或酸酐官能基或是1或多個醯胺官能基的原子團。本發明還進一步包括文中所述可由二胺、聚胺和/或聚亞胺及一種二元酸或其酸酐之反應而獲得的任何一種化合物。
本發明將藉由以下的實施例做進一步的說明,除非特別指出,否則其中所有有關數量的數字皆係指重量份數。
將Jeffamine D2000(400克200毫莫耳,來自Huntsman公司)和琥珀酸酐(20克200毫莫耳,來自Aldrich)於氮氣環境中,在80℃之下攪拌18小時,而生成一種黏稠的黃色液體(418克),IR分析結果顯示無酸酐基的存在,並且有羰基醯胺的存在(1659公分- 1
)。此混合物所測得的酸值為26.3毫克KOH/克,並且鹼當量為2026。此為中間體1。
在80℃之下,於氮氣環境中將聚伸乙亞胺SP030(3.1克1毫莫耳,來自Nippon Shokubai MW 3000)添加至攪拌的中間體1(40克19毫莫耳)之中。經過15分鐘之後,讓整個混合物於氮氣環境中在120℃之下攪拌6小時,而產生一種琥珀色的稠狀的黏膠(41克)。此混合物所測得的酸值為16毫克KOH/克。此為分散劑1。
使用不同MW的聚伸乙亞胺來重覆進行上述的反應。
在80℃之下,於氮氣環境中將乙酸酐(2.13克20.9毫莫耳,來自Fisher公司)添加至攪拌的中間體1(40克19毫莫耳)之中。讓整個混合物於氮氣環境中在80℃之下攪拌6小時,而產生一種淺黃色的液體。此混合物所測得的酸值為26.6毫克KOH/克,且沒有可標示出胺基完全反應的鹼當量數值。IR分析結果顯示無酸酐基的存在,並且有羰基醯胺的存在(1649公分- 1
)。此為中間體2。
在80℃之下,於氮氣環境中將聚伸乙亞胺SP200(3.1克0.03毫莫耳,來自Nippon Shokubai MW 10000)添加至攪拌的中間體2(40克19毫莫耳)之中。經過15分鐘之後,讓整個混合物於氮氣環境下在120℃之下攪拌6小時,而產生一種琥珀色的稠狀的黏膠(42克)。此混合物所測得的酸值為15.8毫克KOH/克。此為分散劑2。
依照分散劑1和/或2的類似方法來製備分散劑3到36。製備分散劑3到36所用的化學品列於表1(a)到表1(c)中。分散劑31到34則需進一步反應來製備,如下所述:在80℃之下,於氮氣環境中將分散劑2(16克)置於甲苯(16克)溫和地予以攪拌,並且加入琥珀酸酐(0.87克,來自Aldrich公司)。將此混合物在80℃之下攪拌2小時,或者是直到IR偵測不到酸酐為止。結果獲得了一種橙色的溶液(32克)。此為分散劑31。
在120℃之下,於氮氣環境中將分散劑12(20克)與脲(0.65克,來自Aldrich公司)一起予以攪拌。結果獲得了一種褐色的黏稠液體(20克)。此為分散劑32。
在80℃之下,於氮氣環境中將分散劑11(20克)和35重量%的過氧化氫水溶液(1.06克,來自Fisher公司)一起予以攪拌,直到過氧化物幾乎完全反應為止,其係以澱粉碘化物試紙確認為陰性反應。結果獲得了一種褐色的黏稠液體(20克)。此為分散劑33。
在90℃之下,於氮氣環境中將分散劑21(16克)與硫酸二甲酯(0.16克,來自Aldrich公司)一起予以攪拌,直到DMS幾乎完全反應為止,其係以溴甲酚綠指示劑確認為陰性反應。結果獲得了一種淡黃色的黏稠液體(16克)。此為分散劑34。
在80℃之下,於氮氣環境中將Jeffamine D2000(400克200毫莫耳,來自Huntsman公司)和琥珀酸酐(30克300毫莫耳,來自Aldrich公司)攪拌18小時。此為中間體3。
在80℃之下,於氮氣環境中將乙酸酐(1.06克10.4毫莫耳,來自Fisher)添加至攪拌的中間體3(40克19毫莫耳)之中。讓整個混合物於氮氣環境中在80℃之下攪拌6小時。此為中間體4。
在80℃之下,於氮氣環境中將聚伸乙亞胺SP075(5.7克0.76毫莫耳,來自Nippon Shokubai MW 7500)添加至攪拌的中間體4(40克19毫莫耳)之中。經過15分鐘之後,讓整個混合物於氮氣環境中在120℃之下攪拌6小時。此為分散劑37。
利用分散劑1到40來製備一系列的品紅色研磨基質。這些研磨基質係藉由將分散劑1或2(0.65克)溶解在7.55克的溶劑混合物中(MPA:丁醇=4:1,MPA=乙酸甲氧丙酯)而製得。加入玻璃珠(3毫米,17份)和Monolite Rubine 3B(來自Heubach 2.0份),並且將混合物置於在一個水平震盪儀上進行震盪16小時。在不使用分散劑的情況下製備比較實施例。然後利用A到E的隨意等級(從好到壞)來評估所得分散液的流動性。所得的結果列於表2。
表2的結果顯示,本發明具有極性差異大有機介質之分散劑可產生良好的流動性。
前面所提及的每一個文件皆併入本文做為參考資料。除了在實施例或是其它明白指出之處以外,文中敘述材料數量、反應條件、分子量、碳原子數等數值皆須以"大約"乙詞來加以修飾。除非另外提及,本文中所提到的每一種化學品或組成物皆為商業級的材料,其可能包含異構物、副產物、衍生物和其它一般會出現在商業級材料中的物質。然而,除非特別提及,否則每一種化學組份所呈現出的用量並不包含任何經常會出現在商業材料中的溶劑或是稀釋油。應瞭解的是,本文中所設定的上下限、範圍和比例界限可以分別予以組合。同樣的,本發明每一種成份的範圍和數量可以利任何一種其它成份的範圍或數量一起使用。而在本文中所稱的"基本上包含"乙詞可允許內含一些不會對所考量之組成物的基本和新穎特色產生實質影響之物質。

Claims (7)
- 一種用於油墨、研磨基質(millbase)、塑膠和油漆之包含分散劑的組成物,其包含微粒固體、有機介質和/或水,以及如式(1)、式(2)、或式(2a)所示的化合物及其鹽類的分散劑:
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其包含微粒固體、有機介質和如式(1a)所示的化合物及其鹽類:
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中Y為C3-4 伸烷氧基且(Y)x 所代表的鏈可含有最多75%的伸乙氧基重覆單元數。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中Z所代表的基團為聚伸乙亞胺。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中有機介質為一種有機液或是塑膠材料。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中有機液中包含至少0.1重量%的極性有機液,其係以有機液的總重量為基準。
