Description
本發明係關於一種預防及改善齲齒之口腔保健磷酸鈣複合物及其製法與衍生之組合物。
牙齒的構造包括,位於牙冠表面之牙釉質(enamel),內層為牙本質(dentin)及富含神經、血管之牙髓(pulp);牙釉質和牙本質因主要成分為氫氧基磷灰石(hydroxyapatite,HAp),故皆屬於高度鈣化之硬組織,然而倘若長時間處於酸性環境中,易因酸蝕導致礦質流失而軟化,長時間後則會出現破壞性變化而形成齲齒(caries)或俗稱蛀牙,咸認為其為一種由多重因子與口腔衛生有直接的關聯的疾病(multifactor disease)。
由於口腔殘留醣類等食物,經細菌發酵後產生大量的酸性代謝物,致使牙齒表面因礦質流失進而在牙釉質形成窩洞或蛀孔,如侵蝕入至牙本質,甚至深入牙髓腔,極可能造成全面性的傷害而失去牙齒。另外,隨著社會高齡化,或因生理機能退化,或服用藥物(如抗憂鬱症)之副作用,影響唾液腺功能導致口乾症狀,使得唾液(saliva)分液量減少,缺乏緩衝酸性作用而使pH值下降,造成口腔酸性環境,大幅增加齲齒的發生率。
在口腔環境中,液相(唾液)與固相(牙釉質)間磷酸鹽和鈣離子保持去礦化(demineralization)與再礦化(remineralization)之動態平衡,但常因種種因素導致平衡失調,致使去礦化機會增加,因此如果能抑制口中細菌之孳生,或緩衝其軟性飲料與細菌代謝產生之酸性,甚至具有促進修復牙齒之能力,均有助於預防與改善齲齒狀況,避免疼痛甚至缺牙等問題。
前人針對齲齒問題,常利用不同的原料添加於產品中,常見的有木糖醇(xylitol)及氟化物(fluoride),其中木糖醇為抑制口中細菌繁殖以降低口中酸性,而氟化物之作用為加強牙齒結構之耐酸性,儘管上述方式均可減緩牙齒去礦化之進行,以達到預防齲齒之目的,但其並無直接改善牙齒之能力。另外,氟化物無法長時間滯留於口腔中,易因唾液沖刷流失,限制其功效之完全發揮。
依據牙齒之動態平衡機制,如能提升口腔環境磷酸根和鈣離子的濃度,將有助於再礦化之進行,而在各種不同之磷酸鈣鹽類中,又以非晶性磷酸鈣鹽類(amorphous calcium phosphate,ACP),因其具有較佳的溶解度而為理想之磷酸根及鈣離子供應來源。儘管如此,ACP在生理環境中與水接觸後,即開始產生相轉變生成具結晶性之氫氧基磷灰石,而降低溶解度,再者,ACP在口腔或牙齒表面滯留時間短,不易充分發揮其功效。針對此問題,澳洲墨爾本大學Eric Reynolds於2004年利用酪磷蛋白經酵素分解後之胜肽片段為載體與ACP錯合,形成核殼(core-shell)結構,發展出酪蛋白磷酸胜肽-非晶性磷酸鈣(casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate,CPP-ACP)複合物,以穩定ACP之非晶性結構,避免ACP轉變為結晶性磷酸鈣,維持較高溶解度特性,並提高ACP在口腔表面之附著性,延長在口腔中滯留時間,提供持續及有效率之預防齲齒功能。然而儘管其具有良好之預防齲齒效果,但因其成分中含有酪蛋白,並不適合具有乳蛋白過敏症(milk protein allergy)者食用,對患有此症者具有相當的風險,使該產品之普及性較受影響。
因此,許多先前研究均欲尋求可改善上述問題之口腔組合物。
中華民國專利公開第200600111號揭示一種潔白牙表面的方法,其包含非同時地塗抹一種潔白組合物至表面,該潔白組合物包含至少一種口腔可接受之過氧化合物,及導入一種體積至多達約2.5毫升之一種微粒化之活化組合物至表面,其重點在於塗抹潔白組合物及導入活性組合物係分別進行。此外,該專利申請案提到聚麩胺酸為抗牙結石劑之選擇之一,甘油磷酸鈣為防牙菌斑劑之選擇之一,磷酸鈣為研磨劑之選擇之一,然其並未提到聚麩胺酸與磷酸鈣的結合及其所能產生的可能功效。
中華民國專利公開第200600112號揭示一種用於口腔護理之套組,該套組包含(a)一種組合物,其包含一種口腔護理劑,及(b)一種具有口腔可接受之預調整劑浸漬於其中或塗覆於其上之吸收性織物。其中該口腔護理劑為一種口腔可接受之過氧化合物,該預調整劑為一種鹼化劑或口腔護理劑之活化劑。此外,該專利申請案提到聚麩胺酸為抗牙結石劑之選擇之一,甘油磷酸鈣為防牙菌斑劑之選擇之一,磷酸鈣為研磨劑之選擇之一,然其並未提到聚麩胺酸與磷酸鈣的結合及其所能產生的可能功效。
中華民國專利公開第200610544號揭示一種當塗覆組合物於牙表面上時供遞送口部護理物質之組合物,該組合物為一種可撓性薄膜,其包含被分散於成膜有效量之聚合性基質中之口部護理物質,該基質具有經選擇重量比之親水性成分及疏水性成分,使薄膜在一段有效遞送口部護理物質之期間內實質上可溶解於唾液中。此外,該專利申請案提到聚麩胺酸為抗牙結石劑之選擇之一,甘油磷酸鈣為防牙菌斑劑之選擇之一,其中並未提到聚麩胺酸與磷酸鈣的結合及其所能產生的可能功效。
中華民國專利公開第200637605號揭示一種牙膏組合物,其包含:一種濕潤劑;一種研磨物質;及一種抗菌有效量之包含熊果酸及鼠尾草酸之抗菌成分。此外,該專利申請案提到聚麩胺酸為抗牙結石劑之選擇之一,磷酸鈣為研磨劑之選擇之一,然其中並未特別提到聚麩胺酸與磷酸鈣的結合及其所能產生的可能功效。
中華民國專利公開第200640531號揭示一種口腔保健組合物,其包括一或多種自牛至(oregano)萃取之安全有效劑量化合物的活性成分,以及一種口服可接受載劑。此外,該專利申請案提到聚麩胺酸為牙垢控制劑之選擇之一,甘油磷酸鈣為防牙菌斑劑之選擇之一,然其並未提到聚麩胺酸與磷酸鈣的結合及其所能產生的可能功效。
中華民國專利公開第200735895號揭示一種顆粒,包含一種包含氧化物或其鹽之核心及一種生物黏附聚合物,其中生物黏附聚合物被附接至氧化物或其鹽上。此外,該專利申請案提到生物黏附聚合物可為多胜肽,該氧化物可為鹼土金屬磷酸鹽。然其重點在於該顆粒與生物黏附聚合物在固著處阻斷細菌的附著或黏附,其並未特別提到聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣的結合及該結合可促進減緩口中酸性、增進口腔附著鈣離子及幫助改善齲齒等效果證明。
中華民國專利公開第200738272號揭示一種牙用組合物,包括:活性牙用物質;至少一種高效甜味劑;及至少一種甜味改良性組合物。其另可包含甜味改良性組合物及無機磷酸鹽,此外,該專利申請案提到甜味改良性組合物可為聚麩胺酸,無機磷酸鹽可為磷酸鈣,然其並未特別提到聚麩胺酸與磷酸鈣的結合及其所能產生的可能功效。
中華民國專利公開第200806335號揭示一種雙相美白口腔保健組合物,其包括:(a)含實質上無水和口腔可接受載劑內之美白劑的第一相;以及(b)含口腔可接受載劑內之磨料和抗牙石的第二相;其中該第一相和第二相在被調製前為分開放置。此外,該專利申請案提到磷酸鈣為牙齒之研磨材料或拋光劑之選擇之一,聚麩胺酸為抗牙石劑之選擇之一。然其並未特別提到聚麩胺酸與磷酸鈣的結合及其所能產生的可能功效。
美國專利申請案公開第US 20050175959號提供一種可控制材料傳遞至口腔內孔洞之牙面之系統,可幫助牙齒修復,其中提到有效成分包括磷酸鈣粉末與聚麩胺酸膠體;然其中並未特別提到聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣的結合及其所能產生的可能功效。美國專利申請案公開第US 20090042161號提到一種固定於齒縫等位置之預防齲齒裝置,其中有效成分包括磷酸鈣粉末與聚麩胺酸膠體,以幫助牙齒修復;然其中亦未特別提到聚麩胺酸與磷酸鈣的結合及其所能產生的可能功效。
美國專利申請案公開第US 20030124066號、第US 20030152525號及美國專利第6863882號提供一種口腔保健組合物,例如牙膏。其中提到該組合物可包含磷酸肽-非晶性磷酸鈣複合體及鈣螯合物,且用於穩定氟化物。然,其中並未特別提到聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣的結合及其所能產生的可能功效。美國專利申請案公開第US 20080171001號亦提供一種包含磷酸肽-非晶性磷酸鈣複合體以助牙齒礦化之牙膏,然其亦未特別提到聚麩胺酸與磷酸鈣的結合及其所能產生的可能功效。
美國專利第5837674號及第6306822號主要關於用於減緩骨質流失或老化之磷酸肽。美國專利申請案公開第US 20060204580號、第US 20040131562號、第US 20030232071號、第US 20060204581號、第US 20050152990號及美國專利第7,455,854號皆關於仿生骨或仿生硬組織。美國專利申請案公開第US 20090035355號則是關於含有鈣-水合性膠體-複合物材料之糖果,可幫助牙齒修復,然其中並未特別提到聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣的結合及其所能產生的可能功效。
本發明之一目的在於提供一種磷酸鈣複合物及其組合物,能緩衝口腔之酸性,預防齲齒發生。
本發明之一目的在於提供一種磷酸鈣複合物及其組合物,能夠穩定非晶性磷酸鈣(amorphous calcium phosphate,ACP)之結構,維持其易溶解之特性,同時釋放適當比例之鈣及磷酸根離子,幫助牙齒修復。
本發明之一目的在於提供一種磷酸鈣複合物及其組合物,能夠增加其於口腔之滯留時間。
本發明之一目的在於提供一種磷酸鈣複合物及其組合物,增強牙齒表面硬度及牙本質小管封填能力,改善齲齒。
本發明之一目的在於提供一種磷酸鈣複合物及其組合物,可避免乳蛋白過敏症(milk protein allergy)之困擾。
因此,本發明提出一種口腔保健組合物,其包含由聚麩胺酸(γ-polyglutamic acid,γ-PGA)與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物。較佳地,其中聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣之組成比例為1%:99%至99%:1%,其更佳為10%:90%至70%:30%。
本發明另提出一種磷酸鈣複合物之製法,其包含以下步驟:配製一聚麩胺酸溶液;分別製備含鈣離子水溶液及含磷酸根離子水溶液,將其加於聚麩胺酸溶液;將包含鈣離子及磷酸根離子之聚麩胺酸溶液攪混以析出聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合之複合物;及將該析出之複合物乾燥。
本文之「口腔表面」包含口內之任何軟或硬表面,包括舌之表面、硬及軟腭、頰黏膜、牙周、牙齦及牙表面。本文之「牙表面」為一種天然牙或人工齒列,包括牙冠、牙蓋、填充物、牙橋、假牙、牙移植物等硬質表面。
本發明之口腔組合物可採適用於口腔表面之任何形式。於不同例示實施例中,組合物可為適合供沖洗、漱口或噴霧之液體溶液;潔齒劑,諸如牙粉、牙膏或牙凝膠;拋光研磨劑,諸如粉末或膏體;牙周凝膠;適合供塗刷牙表面(例如增白劑)之液體;咀嚼膠(例如口香糖);可溶解、部分可溶解或不可溶解之薄膜或條(例如增白條、牙面修復膏);牙本質小管封填劑;牙乳膏(如潔牙幕斯);牙齒填補物;牙線;食品添加物;口含錠等。除了上述外,組合物可包含活性及/或載體成份。
於某些具體實施例中,組合物適合用至小型馴養動物(例如貓或狗)之口腔表面。此一組合物通常可為動物所食用或咀嚼,且可採用例如貓或狗食、加工品或玩具之形式。
於一具體實施例中,係提供一種口腔組合物,其包含由聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物。其中聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣之組成比例為1%至99%:99%至1%,其較佳為10%至90%:90%至10%、10%至80%:90%至20%、20%至80%:80%至20%或30%至70%:70%至30%。於一具體實施例中,係提供一種磷酸鈣複合物之製法,其包含以下步驟:配製一聚麩胺酸溶液;分別製備含鈣離子水溶液及含磷酸根離子水溶液,同時將其混入於聚麩胺酸溶液;將包含鈣離子及磷酸根離子之聚麩胺酸溶液攪拌混合,以析出聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合之複合物;及將該析出之複合物乾燥。
該聚麩胺酸係可來自聚麩胺酸、其鹽類或其混合。聚麩胺酸鹽類可包含選自金屬一價與二價離子所組成之群之金屬離子。例如其可選自由聚麩胺酸鈉鹽、聚麩胺酸鉀鹽、聚麩胺酸鈣鹽、聚麩胺酸鎂鹽及聚麩胺酸鋅鹽所組成之群。
該含鈣離子水溶液可選自氯化鈣水溶液、氫氧化鈣水溶液、硝酸鈣水溶液組成之群。
該含磷酸根離子水溶液可選自磷酸氫二鈉水溶液及磷酸氫二鉀水溶液組成之群。
於一具體實施例中,係提供一種口腔組合物(例如漱口或噴霧之液體溶液、潔齒劑、牙膏、口香糖、牙線、口含錠等),其除了如上述之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物外,尚可包含一種以上口腔可接受之抗微生物(例如抗菌)成分,諸如熊果酸、鼠尾草酸、迷迭香酸、鼠尾草酚、齊墩果酸(oleanolic acid)或其混合物或選自鹵化二苯醚化合物組成之群或抗菌性酚類化合物組成之群。鹵化二苯醚化合物之一實施例為三氯沙(triclosan)。抗菌性酚類化合物包含4-丙烯基兒茶酚、對羥基苯甲酸酯(包括對羥基苯甲酸苄酯、對羥基苯甲酸丁酯、對羥基苯甲酸乙酯、對羥基苯甲酸甲酯及對羥基苯甲酸丙酯)、2-苄基酚、丁基化羥基茴香醚、丁基化羥基甲苯、辣椒素、香旱芹菜酚、木焦油醇、丁香油、癒創木酚、鹵化聯苯酚(包括六氯酚及溴氯酚)、4-己酯間二酚、8-羥基喹啉及其鹽類、水揚酸酯(包括水楊酸薄荷酯、水楊酸甲酯及水楊酸苯酯)、苯酚、焦兒茶酚、水楊醯替苯胺、百里香酚、三氯生及三氯生單磷酸鹽。
酚類化合物係可以總量約0.01%至約10%(以重量計)選擇性存在。例如,在包含本發明之組合物之牙膏或凝膠潔齒劑或漱口水中,酚類化合物之總濃度可為約0.01%至約5%,例如約0.1%至約2%,約0.2%至約1%或約0.25%至約0.5%。
其它適合之抗菌劑包括(但不限於)銅(II)化合物(諸如銅(II)之氯化物、氟化物、硫酸鹽及氫氧化物)、鋅離子源(諸如乙酸鋅、檸檬酸鋅、葡萄糖酸鋅、甘胺酸鋅、氧化鋅、硫酸鋅及檸檬酸鋅鈉)、鄰苯二甲酸及其鹽(諸如酞酸單鉀鎂、己替丁(hexetidine)、辛替丁(octenidine)、血根、氯化苄烷、溴化度明芬(domiphen bromide))、氯化烷基吡啶(諸如氯化鯨蠟基吡啶(CPC)(包括CPC與鋅及/或酵素之組合物)、氯化十四基吡啶及氯化N-十四基-4-乙基吡啶、碘、磺醯胺、雙胍納得(bisguanide)(諸如亞勒西丁(alexidine)、氯己丁及氯己丁二葡萄糖酸鹽)、N-六氫吡啶基衍生物(諸如戴莫皮諾(delmopinol)及辛太皮諾(octapinol))、夜香木蘭萃取物、葡萄子萃取物、薄荷醇、檸檬醛、桉葉醇、抗生素(諸如安滅菌(augmentin)、安莫西林(amoxicillin)、四環素、復力黴素(doxycycline)、美諾四環素(minocycline)、麥特尼唑(metronidazole)、新黴素(neomycin)、卡那黴素(kanamycin)及林達黴素(lindamycin)等)。前述抗微生物(抗菌)劑存在時,一或多種抗微生物劑以抗微生物有效總量存在,通常以組合物之重量計為約0.05%至約10%,例如約0.1%至約3%。
於一具體實施例中,係提供一種口腔組合物(例如潔齒劑、牙膏等),其除了如上述之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物外,可選擇性包含溼潤劑及至少一種研磨物質。
於一具體實施例中,係提供一種口腔組合物(例如漱口或噴霧之液體溶液、潔齒劑、牙膏、口香糖、牙線、口含錠等),其除了如上述之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物外,可選擇性包含其它成分,其包括(但不限於)抗牙結石劑、牙石控制劑、陰離子羧酸聚合物、黏度修飾劑、表面活性劑、呼吸清新劑或香料等。上述成分係可彼此組合以得到所需之性質或配合應用。
適合之抗牙結石劑包括(但不限於)磷酸鹽及聚磷酸鹽(例如焦磷酸鹽)、聚胺基丙烷磺酸(AMPS)、檸檬酸鋅三水合物、多胜肽(諸如聚天冬胺酸及聚麩胺酸)、聚烯磺酸酯、聚烯磷酸酯、二膦酸酯,諸如氮代環烷-2,2-二膦酸酯(例如氮代環庚烷-2,2-二膦酸)、N-甲基氮代環戊烷-2,3-二膦酸、乙烷-1-羥基-1,1-二膦酸(EHDP)及乙烷-1-胺基-1,1-二膦酸酯、膦基烷羧酸及任何此等藥劑之鹽類,例如彼等之鹼金屬及銨鹽。可用之無機磷酸鹽及聚磷酸鹽例如包含單鹼式、二鹼式及三鹼式磷酸鈉、三聚磷酸鈉、四聚磷酸鹽、焦磷酸單-、二-、三及四鈉、焦磷酸二氫二鈉、三偏磷酸鈉、六偏磷酸鈉等,其中鈉可選擇性地被鉀或銨取代。其它有用之抗牙結石劑包括陰離子聚羧酸鹽聚合物。陰離子聚羧酸鹽聚合物包含羧基於碳骨架上且包括丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸及順丁烯二酸酐之聚合物或共聚物,包括聚乙烯甲酯/順丁烯二酸酐(PVME/MA)共聚物。其它有用之抗牙結石劑包括螯合劑,諸如羥基羧酸鹽,諸如檸檬酸、反丁烯二酸、蘋果酸、戊二酸及草酸及其鹽類,及胺基聚羧酸,諸如乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)。一或多種抗牙結石劑選擇性地以抗牙結石有效總量存在於組合物中,通常以重量計為約0.01%至約50%,例如約0.05%至約25%或約0.1%至約15%。
於一具體實施例中,係提供一種口腔組合物(例如漱口或噴霧之液體溶液、潔齒劑、牙膏、口香糖、牙線、口含錠等),其除了如上述之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物外,可選擇性包含一種以上可用於例如幫助降低牙齦炎、牙菌斑、牙結石、齲齒之口腔可接受之錫離子源。適當之錫離子源包括(但不限於)氟化錫、其它鹵化錫(諸如氯化錫二水合物)、焦磷酸錫、有機錫羧酸鹽(諸如甲酸錫、乙酸錫鹽、葡萄糖酸錫鹽、乳酸錫鹽、酒石酸錫鹽、草酸錫鹽、丙二酸錫鹽及檸檬酸錫鹽)、乙二醇化錫等。若一或多種錫離子源存在,其總量以組合物之重量計為約0.01%至約10%,例如約0.1%至約7%或約1%至約5%。

於一具體實施例中,係提供一種口腔組合物(例如漱口或噴霧之液體溶液、潔齒劑、牙膏、口香糖、牙線、口含錠等),其除了如上述之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物外,可選擇性包含一種以上口腔可接受之抗牙菌斑劑,包括牙菌斑分裂劑。一或多種此等藥劑係以抗牙菌斑有效總量存在。適當之抗牙菌斑劑包括(但不限於)錫、銅、鎂及鍶鹽、二甲基聚矽氧烷共多元醇(諸如鯨蠟基二甲基聚矽氧烷共多元醇)、木瓜酵素、葡萄糖澱粉酶、葡萄糖氧化酶、尿素、乳酸鈣、甘油磷酸鈣、聚丙烯酸鍶及螯合劑,諸如檸檬酸及酒石酸及其之鹼金屬鹽。
於一具體實施例中,係提供一種口腔組合物(例如漱口或噴霧之液體溶液、牙膏、牙凝膠等),其除了如上述之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物外,可選擇性包含一種以上口腔可接受之消炎劑。一或多種此種藥劑以消炎有效總量存在。適當之消炎劑包括(但不限於)類固醇藥劑,諸如氟輕松(flucinolone)及氟可體松及非類固醇藥劑(NSAIDs),諸如凱特羅雷克(ketorolac)、氟比布洛芬(flurbiprofen)、依布洛芬(ibuprofen)、那波辛(naproxen)、消炎痛(indomethacin)、克羅風(diclofenac)、依拖多雷克(etodolac)、蘇靈酸(sulindac)、拖麥丁(tolmetin)、酮洛芬(ketoprofen)、芬諾洛芬(fenoprofen)、吡咯西凱(piroxicam)、那布米酮(nabumetone)、阿斯匹靈、二夫那(diflunisal)、麥可芬那(meclofenamate)、甲芬那酸(mefenamic acid)、氧苯丁腙(oxyphenbutazone)及苯基丁腙(phenylbutazone)。
於一具體實施例中,係提供一種口腔組合物(例如漱口或噴霧之液體溶液、潔齒劑、牙膏、口香糖、牙線、口含錠等),其除了如上述之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物外,可選擇性包含至少一種口腔可接受之氟離子源,其可用作抗齲齒劑。適當之氟離子源包括氟化物、單氟磷酸鹽及氟矽酸鹽,以及胺氟化物,包括歐力氟(olaflur)(N'-十八基三亞甲基二胺-N,N,N'-三(2-乙醇)-二氫氟化物)。
一或多種氟離子釋放鹽係選擇性存在,其存在時,其用量為可提供總計約100至約20,000ppm、約200至約5,000ppm或約500至約2,500ppm之氟離子。當所使用的氟離子釋放鹽為氟化鈉時,且其為僅用之氟離子釋放鹽時,其可以組合物總重量計約0.01%至約5%、約0.05%至約1%或約0.1%至約0.5%的量存在於組合物中。
於一具體實施例中,係提供一種口腔組合物(例如漱口或噴霧之液體溶液、潔齒劑、牙膏、口香糖、牙線、口含錠等),其除了如上述之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物外,可選擇性包含其它成分,諸如酵素、維生素及抗黏附劑。諸如蛋白酶之酵素被添加至供防著色及其它效果。維生素之實施例包括維生素C、維生素E、維生素B5及葉酸。抗黏附劑包括索伯(solbrol)及無花果酵素。
可用的包含本發明組合物之載體為稀釋劑、研磨劑、碳酸氫鹽、pH修飾劑、表面活性劑、泡沫調整劑、增稠劑、黏度修飾劑、濕潤劑、甜味劑、芳香劑及著色劑。一或多種載體可選擇性存在。載體應選擇互相相容或與組合物之其它成分相容者。
於一具體實施例中,稀釋劑較佳者為水,於某些組合物中(諸如漱口水及增白液)通常伴隨著醇,例如乙醇。漱口水組合物中,水對醇之重量比通常為約1:1至約20:1,例如約3:1至約20:1或約4:1至約10:1。於一種增白液中,水對醇之重量比可在上述範圍之內或之下,例如約1:10至約2:1。
研磨劑,例如為可作為光亮劑之研磨劑。任何口腔可接受之研磨劑皆可使用,然研磨劑之種類、細度(粒度)及用量應經選擇,使得組合物在正常使用下,不會過度磨蝕牙齒法琺螂質。適當之研磨劑包括(但不限於)矽石、礬土、不可溶磷酸鹽、碳酸鈣、樹脂型研磨劑、諸如脲-甲酸縮合產物等。可用作研磨劑之不可溶磷酸鹽為正磷酸鹽、聚偏磷酸鹽及焦磷酸鹽。例示性實施例為二水合磷酸二鈣、焦磷酸鈣、焦磷酸β-鈣、磷酸三鈣、聚偏磷酸鈣及不可溶聚偏磷酸鈉。一或多種研磨劑係選擇性存在,其總量為研磨有效總量,通常以組合物之重量計為約5%至約90%,例如約10%至約50%,或約15%至約30%。研磨劑存在時,其平均粒徑通常為約0.1至30微米,例如約0.5至約10微米。
碳酸氫鹽,可用於因起泡及釋放二氧化碳而賦予牙齒清潔感。任何口腔可接受之碳酸氫鹽皆可使用,包括(但不限於)鹼金屬碳酸氫鹽,諸如碳酸氫鈉及鉀鹽、碳酸氫銨鹽等。一或多種碳酸氫鹽係選擇性存在,其總量以組合物之重量計為0.1%至約50%,例如約1%至約20%。
pH修飾劑,包括降低pH之酸化劑、提高pH之鹼化劑及控制pH於期望範圍內之緩衝劑。例如,可包括選自酸化劑、鹼化劑及緩衝劑之一或多種化合物以提供pH約2至約10,或於一不同之例示實施例中,約2至約8,約3至約9,約4至約8,約5至約7,約6至約10,約7至約9等。任何口腔可接受之pH修飾劑皆可使用,包括(但不限於)羧酸、磷酸及硫酸、酸性鹽(例如檸檬酸一鈉、檸檬酸二鈉、蘋果酸一鈉等)、鹼金屬氫氧化物(諸如氫氧化鈉)、碳酸鹽(諸如碳酸鈉)、碳酸氫鈉、倍半碳酸鹽、硼酸鹽、矽酸鹽、磷酸鹽(諸如磷酸一鈉、磷酸三鈉、焦磷酸鹽等)、咪唑等。一或多種pH修飾劑係選擇性存在,其可以有效地維持組合物於口腔可接受之pH範圍內之總量存在。
表面活性劑,可用於例如與組合物之其它成分相容,藉此提供增進之穩定性以幫助經由清潔程序清潔牙表面,且當本發明之組合物攪拌時(例如在刷牙期間)提供泡沫。任何口腔可接受之表面活性劑皆可使用,其大多數為陰離子性、非離子性及兩性離子型。適合之陰離子表面活性劑包括(但不限於)C8-20

泡沫調整劑,可用於例如增加組合物於攪拌時所產生之泡沫之用量、厚度或穩定性。任何口腔可接受之泡沫調整劑皆可使用,包括(但不限於)聚二乙醇(PEGs),聚氧乙烯。高分子量PEGs係適合的,其包括那些具有平均分子量約200,000至約7,000,000,例如約500,000至約5,000,000或約1,000,000至約2,500,000者。一或多種PEGs係可選擇性存在,其總量以組合物之重量計為約0.1%至約10%,例如約0.2%至約5%或約0.25%至約2%。

黏度修飾劑,可用於例如抑制成分之沈澱或分離,或促進於攪拌液體組合物時之再分散性。任何口腔可接受之黏度修飾劑皆可使用,包括(但不限於)礦物油、石油、黏土及有機改質黏土、矽石等。一或多種黏度修飾劑係選擇性存在,其總量以組合物之重量計為約0.01%至約10%,例如約0.1%至約5%。
濕潤劑,可用於例如避免牙膏當曝露於空氣中時硬化。任何口腔可接受之溼潤劑皆可使用,包括(但不限於)多元醇,諸如甘油、山梨醇、木糖醇、或低分子量PEGs。大多數之濕潤劑可充作甜味劑。一或多種濕潤劑係選擇性存在,其總量以組合物之重量計為約1%至約70%,例如約1%至約50%、約2%至約25%或約5%至約15%。
甜味劑,可用於例如增進組合物之味道。任何口腔可接受之天然或人造甜味劑皆可使用,包括(但不限於)右旋糖、蔗糖、麥芽糖、糊精、乾燥反轉糖、甘露糖、木糖、核糖、果糖、左旋糖、半乳糖、玉米糖漿(包括高果糖糖漿及玉米糖漿固體)、部分水解澱粉、氫化澱粉水解物、山梨醇、甘露糖醇、木糖醇、麥芽糖醇、異麥芽糖、阿斯巴甜、紐甜(neotame)、糖精及其鹽、以胜肽為底之強力甜味劑、賽克拉美等。一或多種甜味劑係選擇性存在,其總量嚴格視所選擇之特定甜味劑而定,但以組合物之重量計通常為約0.005%至約5%。
芳香劑,可用於增進組合物味道。任何口腔可接受之天然或合成之芳香劑皆可使用,包括(但不限於)香草、鼠尾草、墨角藍、留蘭香油、肉桂油、冬青油(水楊酸甲酯)、薄荷油、丁香油、野月桂油、大茴香油、桉葉油、柑橘油、水果油及油精,包括那些衍生自檸檬、橘子、萊姆、葡萄柚、杏、香蕉、葡萄、蘋果、草莓、櫻桃、鳳梨等者、豆或核果衍生之芳香劑(諸如咖啡、可可、可樂子、花生、杏仁等)、吸附及包封之芳香劑及彼等之混合物。亦包含於本文之芳香劑中者為提供芳香及/或其它口中感官效果(包括清涼或溫暖效果)之成分。此等成分例如包括薄荷醇、乙酸薄荷酯、乳酸薄荷酯、樟腦、桉葉油、桉葉醇、茴香醚、丁香酚、木犀、覆盆子酮甲醚(oxanone)、α-環檸檬叉丙酮、丙烯基癒創酚、百里香酚、芳樟醇、苯甲醛、肉桂醛、N-乙基-對-薄荷基-3-羧醯胺、N,2,3-三甲基-2-異丙基丁醯胺、3-(1-薄荷氧基)-丙烷-1,2-二醇、肉桂醛甘油縮醛(CGA)、薄荷酮甘油縮醛(MGA)及彼等之混合物。一或多種芳香劑係可選擇性的存在,其總量以組合物之重量計為約0.01%至約5%,例如約0.1%至約2.5%。

於一具體實施例中,係提供一種漱口劑或漱口水組合物,其包含水、一或多種如上述之芳香劑、一或多種有機氫化合物及如上述之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物,其中複合物中之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣之組成比例為1%至99%:99%至1%,其較佳為10%至90%:90%至10%、10%至80%:90%至20%、20%至80%:80%至20%或30%至70%:70%至30%,而其總量以組合物之重量計為約1%至約10%。
於一較佳具體實施例中,組合物包含以重量計為約1%至約5%或約3%至約5%之聚麩胺酸/非晶性磷酸鈣複合物。
芳香劑的種類如前述。一或多種有機氫化合物為口腔可接受之有機溶劑,諸如(但不限於)乙醇、甘油及山梨醇。漱口劑或漱口水組合物可包含一種表面活性劑以幫助芳香劑之分散。
於一具體實施例中,係提供一種咀嚼膠組合物(例如口香糖),其包含膠基材料及如上述之聚麩胺酸與磷酸鈣彼此相互作用所形成之複合物。其中複合物中之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣之組成比例為1%至99%:99%至1%,其較佳為10%至90%:90%至10%、10%至80%:90%至20%、20%至80%:80%至20%或30%至70%:70%至30%。於一較佳具體實施例中,組合物包含以重量計自約1%至約10%之該複合物。此種咀嚼膠組合物通常可包含至少一種甜味劑及至少一種芳香劑。
膠基材料為此技藝中已知者,包括天然或合成之膠基材料或彈性體或其混合物。具代表性之天然膠基材料或彈性體包括糖膠樹膠、天然橡膠、南洋桐、橡皮膠、馬來樹膠、萊奇蓋思匹(lechi caspi)、蘇瓦(sorva)、古塔凱(guttakay)、冠膠及皮利羅(perillo)。合成膠或彈性體包括丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、聚異丁烯及異丁烯-異戊二烯共聚物。膠基以約10至約40%,較佳約20至約35%之濃度被混入咀嚼膠產品中。甜味劑與芳香劑的種類如前述。
於一具體實施例中,係提供一種可食性口腔條(例如口香糖),其包含一或多種聚合性成膜劑及如上述之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物。其中複合物中之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣之組成比例為1%至99%:99%至1%,其較佳為10%至90%:90%至10%、10%至80%:90%至20%、20%至80%:80%至20%或30%至70%:70%至30%。於一較佳具體實施例中,組合物包含以重量計自約1%至約10%之該複合物。一或多種聚合性成膜劑可選自由口腔可接受之聚合物(諸如普魯蘭膠(pullulan)、纖維素衍生物)及其它可溶性聚合物(包括此技藝中為人所熟知者)。
於一具體實施例中,係提供一種牙膏或凝膠組合物,其包含至少一種濕潤劑、以矽石為底之研磨化合物(例如矽土)、選擇之抗牙結石劑及如上述之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物。其中複合物中之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣之組成比例為1%至99%:99%至1%,其較佳為10%至90%:90%至10%、10%至80%:90%至20%、20%至80%:80%至20%或30%至70%:70%至30%。於一較佳具體實施例中,組合物包含以重量計自約1%至約15%之該複合物。濕潤劑及抗牙結石劑的種類如前述。牙膏或凝膠組合物可選擇性包含其它抗齲齒劑,諸如氟化鈉、氟化錫、單氟磷酸鹽等。除了濕潤劑,牙膏或凝膠組合物可包含以重量計約1%至約40%之水。
於一具體實施例中,係提供一種研磨劑,其包含以矽石為底之研磨化合物(例如矽土)及如上述之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物。其中複合物中之聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣之組成比例為1%至99%:99%至1%,其較佳為10%至90%:90%至10%、10%至80%:90%至20%、20%至80%:80%至20%及30%至70%:70%至30%。於一較佳具體實施例中,組合物包含以重量計自約3%至約20%之該複合物。
前述具體實施例中所提成分係可彼此組合以得到所需之性質或配合應用組合;所述具體實施例僅作例示用,非用以限制本發明範圍。
本發明藉由將聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合,形成核殼(core-shell)結構,其中因聚麩胺酸具有高度吸水、潤滑及緩衝酸性等特性,同時在結構上具有負電性,易與金屬離子螯合,故可穩定非晶性磷酸鈣之非晶結構,幫助維持易溶解之特性,同時可幫助其附著於口腔表面,特別是牙齒表面上。非晶性磷酸鈣為鈣磷比1.5之磷酸鈣鹽類,亦具有緩衝酸性能力,其近距離釋放鈣及磷酸根離子時,可幫助改善齲齒。因此,本發明不僅可以幫助緩衝口腔酸性,預防齲齒,更可進一步促進牙齒修復,以達到改善齲齒之目的。
包含聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成複合物之組合物,於以下實施例中,相對於不含此種複合物之組合物,顯示增進酸性之緩衝、鈣離子釋放及改善齲齒之功效。
以下實施例係用於對本發明作進一步說明,唯非用以限制本發明之範圍。任何熟悉此項技藝之人士可輕易達成之修飾及改變均包括於本案說明書揭示內容及所附申請專利範圍之範圍內。
包含聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之磷酸鈣複合物的製備
1.將25ml之1.5M氯化鈣水溶液與25ml之1M磷酸氫鈉水溶液,同時加入於含有5重量%聚麩胺酸-鈣之50ml溶液系統中,並予以攪拌混合,以析出聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合之複合物。
2.將析出之複合物乾燥後,即可得到磷酸鈣複合物。
所製得之複合物粉末,利用廣角X光繞射分析儀進行分析,其結果如圖1所示。本發明之複合物證明為非晶型之粉末。在製程方面,本發明複合物不需加入鹼液,即可維持非晶性之特性,製備方式更為簡易、方便及節省不必要的浪費。
包含聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之磷酸鈣複合物的製備
1.將25mL之5重量%聚麩胺酸-鈣水溶液與25ml之1M磷酸氫鈉水溶液予以攪拌混合,以析出聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合之複合物。
2.將前述析出之複合物乾燥後,即可得到磷酸鈣複合物。
所製得之複合物粉末,係以如實施例1中所述之分析方法分析,其結果如圖1所示,與實施例1具有類似之功效。
包含聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之磷酸鈣複合物的製備
1.將25ml之1.5M氯化鈣水溶液與25ml之1M磷酸氫鈉水溶液,混合於pH值穩定調控為9之水中。
2.將上述溶液加入於含有5重量%聚麩胺酸-鈣之50ml溶液系統中,並予以攪拌混合,以析出聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合之複合物。
3.將前述析出之複合物乾燥後,即可得到磷酸鈣複合物。
所製得之複合物粉末,係以如實施例1中所述之分析方法分析,其結果如圖1所示,與實施例1具有類似之功效。
一般常見之非晶性磷酸鈣的製備
1.將25ml之1.5M氯化鈣水溶液與25ml之1M磷酸氫鈉水溶液混入水中,同時利用氫氧化鈉溶液持續滴定於水溶液中,以保持pH值等於9~10,並予以攪拌混合,以析出非晶性磷酸鈣粉末。
2.將析出之粉末乾燥後,即可得到非晶性磷酸鈣
所製得之複合物粉末,係以如實施例1中所述之分析方法分析,其結果如圖1所示。一般非晶性磷酸鈣合成時,需加入鹼液,穩定調控其pH值,以維持非晶性之特性,製備方式較繁瑣耗時。
分別將本發明之磷酸鈣複合物(實施例1)與非晶性磷酸鈣(對照例1)粉末置於去離子水中,使其濃度為5重量%,於常溫下泡置48小時後取出其粉末,再以廣角X光繞射分析儀進行分析,以測試粉末維持非結晶特性之穩定度。
測試結果如圖2。本發明所製得之複合物粉末,於水中可保持其非晶型特性不致改變,然而未含有聚麩胺酸之對照例1會轉化為結晶型磷酸鈣,將因其結晶度升高而減少其鈣及磷酸根離子的溶出,其結果更可佐證複合物中聚麩胺酸具有穩定非晶性磷酸鈣,促使其穩定釋放鈣及磷酸根離子,以達到修復牙齒之功效。
分別將本發明所製得之複合物(實施例1)、非晶性磷酸鈣(ACP)(對照例1)及以CPP-ACP為配方之市售商品GC Tooth(GC Corporation,Tokyo,Japan)添加10重量%於水中,同時以水作為空白組,以1N HCl酸性溶液進行滴定,以測量溶液系統之pH值變化,表徵本發明與對照例之緩衝特性。
如圖3所示,水中滴入HCl會使其pH值快速下降而呈酸性。ACP在水中亦有緩衝效果,但由於ACP在水中會轉化成晶型的磷酸鈣,其溶解度相對較差,進而會影響到其緩衝特性,效果較本發明差。然而,本發明緩衝效果與CPP-ACP為主之配方相當。因依本發明所製得之複合物擁有不錯的緩衝特性,若應用於口腔保健,可減緩口腔中因酸性物質所造成之齲齒,具有保健牙齒等功能。此外,本發明並無利用酪磷蛋白,相較於不適用於奶蛋白過敏者之CPP-ACP而言,本技術無此顧慮。
分別將含本發明之複合物(實施例1)及以CPP-ACP為主之市售商品GC Tooth(GC Corporation,Tokyo,Japan)製成3重量%之溶液,並以純水作為空白組。利用3名受試者直接以漱口之方式,進行三日之實驗,每日三次,每次30秒,每次溶液量為30ml,其間不可以刷牙,或利用口腔保健之產品。三日後,經專業的牙科醫師,利用牙周刮匙,將牙齒及牙周附近之牙菌斑刮下收集後,進行鈣離子含量之分析,各組實驗之間保持14天之空檔,再進行另一種材料之測試。
實驗結果如圖4,發現水對於口腔表面附著之鈣離子最少,所表徵之鈣離子為口中唾液本身所有,因不可刷牙之條件而造成口中鈣離子於牙菌斑內堆積。以CPP-ACP為主之GC Tooth溶液,可以在三日提升鈣離子含量約89.8%。然而,含本發明複合物之溶液,可幫助提升鈣離子含量約121.7%,顯示出其有較佳的鈣離子附著量。故應用本發明於口腔保健產品中時,其優異之鈣離子附著能力,能增進牙齒修復。
分別將本發明所製得之組合物(實施例11)、含10重量% CPP-ACP為配方之市售商品GC Tooth(GC Corporation,Tokyo,Japan)及以ACP(對照例1)製成10重量%之溶液,並以純水作為空白組。利用健康成人之牙齒經包埋及研磨,製成牙釉質切面平台,並利用1M醋酸酸蝕3分鐘後,造成牙釉質表面損傷後,進行以下實驗。將上述不同組別之材料分別塗抹於切面平台後,分別等待15、30及60分鐘後,用純水沖去材料後,利用微硬度測試儀之探頭刻壓表面,經換算後,以表徵其硬度變化。
實驗結果如圖5,發現水(空白組)對於牙齒表面硬度並未有影響,保持酸蝕後時之現象。ACP(對照例1)所組成之溶液對於表面硬度亦未有差異,如同空白組。GC Tooth可在60分鐘時,提升表面硬度約7.6%。然而,本發明之複合物,可幫助提升表面硬度約19.4%,顯示出其有最佳的硬化效果,相對於GC Tooth而言,大幅提升近2.5倍的硬化程度。故應用本發明於口腔保健產品中時,其具提升牙齒表面硬度,改善齲齒狀況。
本發明之複合物可利用其將牙本質小管封閉,即可改善齲齒對於牙本質之侵蝕,避免侵害到牙髓腔,造成牙齒全面性的壞死。以本發明之複合物製成15重量%之組合物(實施例8),並以Arginine-CaCO3
為配方之市售商品Pro-ReliefTM
(Colgate-Palmolive Corporation,New York,U.S.)及純水(空白組)作比較,分別設計以下牙本質小管封閉實驗。
利用包埋及研磨成人之牙齒,自製成牙本質切面平台,並利用1M醋酸清除15秒,確認牙本質小管開口正常後,進行以下實驗。利用牙科慢速手機接上一般塑膠刷頭,取約適量之樣品於自製牙本質切面載台上,將刷頭沾些許水後,於牙面上刷動30秒後,利用去離子水沖洗約10秒,再利用拭鏡紙吸乾水份後,泡入磷酸鹽緩衝液中10分鐘,經過28次重複試驗後,於顯微鏡下觀察後,擷取相同大小約1.6×104
μm2
之面積,利用軟體分析其面積之孔洞總面積大小,比較各組別之差異。另外測試其經過6天後,於磷酸緩衝溶液中降解之差異。
實驗結果如圖6,結果顯示空白組對於牙本質小管之封閉性沒有作用,然而,實施例8之組合物對於孔洞密封性有縮小之效果,相較於Pro-ReliefTM
有更佳之表現。另外,在經過6天降解性試驗中,結果仍以實施例8之組合物表現最好,其組合物較可以穩定維持於孔洞中,對於牙本質小管密封性及耐久性而言,以含本發明複合物之組合物表現最佳。
圖1顯示實施例1-3之複合物粉末及對照例1以廣角X光繞射分析儀之分析結果。
圖2顯示本發明之複合物粉末與非晶性磷酸鈣經水泡置後以廣角X光繞射分析儀之進行分析之結果。
圖3顯示本發明之複合物、非晶性磷酸鈣與CPP-ACP粉末為主配方之組合物,其酸性溶液滴定時之pH值變化。
圖4顯示水、本發明之複合物與CPP-ACP粉末為主配方之組合物,鈣離子附著量比較。
圖5顯示水、包含本發明複合物之組合物、非晶性磷酸鈣與CPP-ACP粉末為主配方之組合物,對牙釉質表面硬度之影響。
圖6顯示水、包含本發明複合物之組合物與Arginine-CaCO3
粉末為主配方之組合物,對牙本質小管封閉程度之影響。

Claims (22)
- 一種口腔組合物,包含由聚麩胺酸(r-PGA)與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之聚麩胺酸磷酸鈣複合物,其中聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣的比例為5%至99%:99%至5%。
- 如請求項1所述之口腔組合物,其中該聚麩胺酸係聚麩胺酸、其鹽類或其混合。
- 如請求項2所述之口腔組合物,其中該聚麩胺酸鹽類係選自由聚麩胺酸鈉鹽、聚麩胺酸鉀鹽、聚麩胺酸鈣鹽、聚麩胺酸鎂鹽及聚麩胺酸鋅鹽所組成之群。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之口腔組合物,其中聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣在複合物中的比例為10%至90%:90%至10%、10%至80%:90%至20%、20%至80%:80%至20%或30%至70%:70%至30%。
- 如請求項1之口腔組合物,其中聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物,以重量計,約佔組合物的1%至25%。
- 如請求項1之口腔組合物,其中聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物,以重量計,約佔組合物的2%至20%。
- 如請求項1之口腔組合物,其中聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合所形成之複合物,以重量計,約佔組合物的3%至15%。
- 一種如請求項1之口腔組合物,其係用於潔齒劑、牙膏、牙凝膠、牙周凝膠、咀嚼膠、增白條、牙面修復 膏、研磨劑、牙本質小管封填劑、牙乳膏、食品添加物、牙線、可食性口腔條、口香糖、漱口水或口含錠。
- 一種如請求項1所述之聚麩胺酸(r-PGA)磷酸鈣複合物之製法,包含以下步驟:配製聚麩胺酸溶液;將含鈣離子水溶液與含磷酸根離子水溶液加入於聚麩胺酸溶液;將包含鈣離子及磷酸根離子之聚麩胺酸溶液攪拌以析出聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合之複合物;其中聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣的比例為5%至99%:99%至5%。
- 如請求項9所述之製法,其中該含鈣離子水溶液與該含磷酸根離子水溶液係先混合經初步反應後,再加入於該聚麩胺酸溶液。
- 如請求項9所述之製法,其中該含鈣離子水溶液與該含磷酸根離子水溶液,同時加入於該聚麩胺酸溶液。
- 如請求項9所述之製法,其中該含鈣離子水溶液較該含磷酸根離子水溶液先加入於該聚麩胺酸溶液。
- 如請求項9所述之製法,其中該聚麩胺酸溶液係包含選自金屬一價及二價離子所組成之群之金屬離子。
- 如請求項9所述之製法,其中該聚麩胺酸溶液係由選自由聚麩胺酸鈉鹽、聚麩胺酸鉀鹽、聚麩胺酸鈣鹽、聚麩胺酸鎂鹽及聚麩胺酸鋅鹽所組成之群之聚麩胺酸鹽類製備。
- 如請求項9所述之製法,其中該含鈣離子水溶液係選自由氯化鈣、氫氧化鈣及硝酸鈣水溶液組成之群。
- 如請求項9所述之製法,其中該含磷酸根離子水溶液係 選自由磷酸氫二鈉及磷酸氫二鉀水溶液組成之群。
- 一種漱口水,包含如請求項1之口腔組合物。
- 一種牙膏,包含如請求項1之口腔組合物。
- 一種口香糖,包含如請求項1之口腔組合物。
- 一種研磨劑,包含如請求項1之口腔組合物。
- 一種牙凝膠,包含如請求項1之口腔組合物。
- 一種口腔組合物,包含由聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣依照下述步驟螯合所形成之聚麩胺酸磷酸鈣複合物:(a)配製一聚麩胺酸溶液;(b)將含鈣離子水溶液及含磷酸根離子水溶液混入於聚麩胺酸溶液;及(c)將包含鈣離子及磷酸根離子之聚麩胺酸溶液攪拌混合,以析出聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣螯合之複合物,其中聚麩胺酸與非晶性磷酸鈣的比例為5%至99%:99%至5%。
