Description
本發明係在提供一種手推車結構改良,尤指一種具多功能變化應用且方便收合之推車,進而達到更為實用且方便之手推車結構改良。
按目前常見之二輪與四輪兩種手推車,分別提供兩種不同的使用方式,可由使用者視其實際需要選用之,換言之,既有的手推車只能在單一形式下工作,然而搬運工作進行時,因貨物的性質不同,有時使用立式推車較為簡單便捷,有時使用平台式推車則將較為平穩且易於操作。但由上述可知,不論是立式或平台式推車,均只能以其中一種形式使用,對於必須交替使用兩種推車的使用者而言,即必須分別購置前述兩種不同形式的推車,此不僅將增加花費,開置時亦有佔用空間的問題。本發明人便開發出US 6,938,905號專利來解決上述之缺失,唯該專利案仍有其不足而需改進之處,如手把、輪子之拆換與收合均有改進的地方。
緣此,有鑑於上述習用手推車使用上之不便,而有其改進之處,本發明人乃秉持精益求精的理念,針對上述缺失,加以精心研究改良,並經試作證明可行,遂得以首先創作出本發明。
本發明之主要目的,係在提供一種可依使用者需要做簡單的折收組合變化,即可輕易完成兩輪車推車或四輪平台板車者。
本發明之主要改良:車架,車架於框桿上組設有可收合展開之輪組,且框桿上設有套合部;手把,係組設於車架框桿上,該手把下方設有定位滑槽、彈性體、滑動卡合體、定位桿及拉動桿,其中彈性體係套入於手把管孔內,一端抵持於定位桿上,再將滑動卡合體穿入於手把內徑上,並使彈性體抵持於滑動卡合體一端,將滑動卡合體下壓拉動桿對準穿孔與定位滑槽,再取定位元件定位卡合;關節結構,係套合於車架框桿與手把之間,該關節結構上設有樞接塊、樞接座,並於樞接塊與樞接座兩端設有套合體,其中樞接座與樞接塊係可依使用者需要彎折,而套合體則分別套合於框桿與手把之套合部,而樞接塊上端面上設有數個不同角度之定位孔。
有關本發明為達上述之目的、功效,所運用之技術手段,茲舉出較佳實施例並配合圖式,詳述如下:首先,請參閱第一~八圖所示,本發明實施例主要包括:車架1、手把2、關節結構3及定位元件N,其中車架1兩側框桿10上組設有可收合展開之輪組11,且框桿10上設有套合部12與定位孔13,又輪組11係由輪座110、輪子111、角度調整裝置112組成,其中角度調整裝置112係包含有拉動部1120、定位體1121、定位片1122、彈性體1123及蓋體1124,,其中定位體1121、定位片1122與拉動部1120均受彈性體1123作用下壓,使定位體1121穿入框桿10之定位孔13內,又定位片1122與定位體1121則受拉動部1120控制,故當上拉拉動部1120上升時,則定位片1122與定位體1121同時連動上升,定位體1121即脫出定位孔13,此時輪組11即可依使用者需要收合或展開;手把2,係組設於車架1框桿10上,該手把2下方設有定位滑槽20、彈性體21、滑動卡合體22、定位桿23及拉動桿24,其中彈性體21係套入於手把2管孔內,一端抵持於定位桿23上,再將滑動卡合體22穿入於手把2內徑上,並使彈性體21抵持於滑動卡合體22一端,將滑動卡合體22下壓拉動桿24對準穿孔220與定位滑槽20,再取定位元件N定位卡合,如此,滑動卡合體22即受拉動桿24控制在手把2內徑滑動,又滑動卡合體22下方設有定位體221,又手把2上方開口處設有控制部25與可拉伸長之握把26,其中握把26上設有數個定位孔260,由拉伸控制部25來調整握把26之高低與定位,又手把2下方設有套合部27;關節結構3,係套合於車架1框桿10與手把2之間,該關節結構3上設有樞接塊30、樞接座31與套合體32、33,其中樞接座31與樞接塊30係可依使用者需要彎折,而套合體32、33則分別套合於框桿10與手把2之套合部12、27,而樞接塊30上端面上設有數個不同角度之定位孔300、301、302供滑動卡合體22之定位體221穿入定位,如此可達到數個角度之定位;定位元件N,係供使輪組11定位於框桿10上。
使用時,當欲使用兩輪推車時,僅需將擋板由車架1拉出成90°即可,再將車架1下方輪組11之角度調整裝置112拉動拉動部1120使定位體1121脫離定位孔13,再將輪子111展開後放開拉動部1120,此時定位體1121即受彈性體1123下壓再次插入另一角度之定位孔13,如此,即可輕易完成實用且方便之兩輪手推車(如第三圖所示)。
當使用四輪平台式板車時,將框桿10上之輪組11之角度調整裝置112拉動拉動部1120,使定位體1121脫離定位孔13,再將輪子111展開至定位後放開拉動部220,此時定位體221即受彈性體223下壓再次插入另一角度之定位孔13,再將手把2上之拉動桿24上拉,讓與拉動桿24連動滑動卡合體22之定位塊221脫離樞接塊30之定位孔302,將手把2上折至與車架1垂直90°時放開拉動桿24,此時拉動桿24連動之滑動卡合體22即受彈性體21下壓迫使滑動卡合體22之定位塊221套入樞接塊30之定位孔301內(如第四圖所示)。
又本發明之手推車係可收合呈平面狀,先將輪組11藉由角度調整裝置112之作用向車架1內收合,再拉動手把2上之拉動桿24,使滑動卡合體22之定位塊221脫離樞接塊30之定位孔301,再將手把2向車架1內折,此時滑動卡合體22即受彈性體21下壓,迫使滑動卡合體22前端之定位塊221套入樞接塊30之定位孔300內(如第八圖所示),如此不僅收合不佔空間且手把2與車架1係受關節結構3之緊密結合定位不會有晃動不穩之情況發生,故操作上極為方便。
由上述說明可知,本發明實施例實具有如下之優點:1.本發明之手推車結構改良,當收合平片狀時,該手把2因受滑動卡合體22之定位體221與關節結構3之定位孔300之定位,故不會有晃動之情況發生。
2.本發明之手推車結構改良,其車架1與手把2之調整藉由關節結構3控制,故調整變化可更為確實穩固與便利。
3.本發明之手推車結構改良,係可一使用者需要做兩輪手推車或四輪平台式板車變化使用,進而達到更為方便且實用之手堆車。
4.本發明之手推車結構改良,其輪子111與手把2均可折收,故運送上可更為方便不佔空間。
5.本發明之手推車結構改良,其手把2上之握把26係可依使用者之需要調整,故使用上可更符合人體工學之設計。
綜以上所述,本發明實已達到預期之目的及功效,且本發明之結構特徵,更為同類產品中前所未有之最佳創作者,當能符合發明專利之申請要件,爰依法提出發明專利申請。
惟以上述者,僅為本發明之一較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明之實施範圍,即凡依本發明申請專利範圍及創作說明內容所作之均等變化或修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (1)
- 一種手推車結構改良,包括有:車架,車架於框桿上組設有可收合展開之輪組,且框桿上設有套合部;手把,係組設於車架框桿上,該手把下方設有定位滑槽、彈性體、滑動卡合體、定位桿及拉動桿,其中彈性體係套入於手把管孔內,一端抵持於定位桿上,再將滑動卡合體穿入於手把內徑上,並使彈性體抵持於滑動卡合體一端,將滑動卡合體下壓拉動桿對準穿孔與定位滑槽,再取定位元件定位卡合;關節結構,係套合於車架框桿與手把之間,該關節結構上設有樞接塊、樞接座,並於樞接塊與樞接座兩端設有套合體,其中樞接座與樞接塊係可依使用者需要彎折,而套合體則分別套合於框桿與手把之套合部,而樞接塊上端面上設有數個不同角度之定位孔;如此,藉由上述構件之組合,即可達到可依使用者需要做調整之手推車結構改良。
