Description

relates to a merchandising device for a vending machine that sells paper packaging, canning, bottling, or PET bottled goods. [Prior Art] In the case of the product carrying device of the present invention, a plurality of product accommodating portions that are stacked in the product in the up-down direction and a vertically long hollow space in which the product accommodating portions are spaced apart in the width direction are provided. A partitioning member and a carrying-out unit attached to the lower end side of the partitioning member are known (for example, Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2003-233866). The carry-out device includes a freely rotatable opening and closing plate that opens and closes the lower surface of the product accommodating portion, and a substantially semicircular rotation restricting plate that restricts rotation to the lower side of the opening and closing plate to a substantially horizontal position, and is provided in the product accommodating portion. The product holding plate that is in the width direction is formed by a cam-shaped abutting member that protrudes toward the inside of the product accommodating portion by abutting against a predetermined portion of the product holding plate. Further, when an arbitrary product is selected, the product holding plate protrudes toward the inside of the product accommodating portion, and is locked to the second product from the lower side of the product accommodating portion, and the second one is from the bottom. The product is held in the product accommodating portion by the product holding plate. In this state, when the rotation restricting plate restricts the rotation of the switch plate, the opening and closing plate can be rotated downward to open the lower surface of the product accommodating portion, and the most The lower product was moved out of the merchandise containment tribe. However, in the above-described product carrying device, the product holding plate is rotated downward by 1345181, and the product holding plate is housed in the unloading device. Therefore, the product holding plate is formed smaller than the carrying-out unit in the depth direction of the product accommodating portion. Therefore, for example, in order to correspond to a product such as a PET bottle in the width direction of the product holding plate, the size of the product accommodating portion in the depth direction is larger than that of the carry-out unit, and in the depth direction of the product accommodating portion. When the product is held longer than the product holding plate, the product held by the product holding plate becomes unstable. For example, if the product is tilted and the product is clogged, or the product is detached from the product holding plate, the plurality of products are carried out, and the like. In the depth direction of the merchandise accommodating department, there is an unfavorable situation in which goods are moved out. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a product carrying device that can be carried out for a good time even when there is a long product in the depth direction of the product accommodating portion. In order to achieve the above-described object of the present invention, the product carrying-out device of the present invention is provided with a product accommodating portion that accommodates a product stacked in the vertical direction, an opening and closing member that opens and closes the lower surface of the product accommodating portion, and is rotatably provided in the vertical direction. The product holding member on the inner side surface of the product accommodating portion is formed so as to protrude in the product direction in the product accommodating portion by rotating the product holding member, so that the second product is supported by the product holding member from the lower side of the product accommodating portion. In the state in which the product storage unit is held, the lowermost product is opened from the product storage tribe in this state, and the product unloading device is characterized in that it is provided with the product holding member. The auxiliary member is protruded in the accommodating portion and locked to the second article from the bottom, and the auxiliary member is formed to be longer than the product holding member in the depth direction of the product accommodating portion. 1345181 Therefore, the auxiliary member that is locked to the second product from the lower side of the product accommodating portion is formed to be longer than the product holding member in the depth direction of the product accommodating portion, so that the product accommodating portion can be obtained. The second product is stably held in the depth direction of the product storage unit from the lower side. The support shaft 19a extends in the downward direction. In other words, when the fall prevention plate 19 is covered with the one end side in the width direction of the front surface opening portion of the product storage portion 1 and the fall prevention plate 19 is rotated rearward, the opening portion of the product storage portion 1 can be opened. . The unloading unit 20 is inserted into the unit main body 2 1 in the first partition member 11 , and opens and closes one of the opening and closing plates 22 of the lower side of each product storage unit 10 , and corrects the product storage unit 1 in each 1345181. The pair of product holding plates 23 support the pair of slide plates 24, the auxiliary plate 25 attached to the product holding plate 23, and the rotation of the opening and closing plate 22 downward by the product holding plate 23 moving freely in the vertical direction. The rotation restricting plate 26 in the substantially horizontal position, the motor 27 that drives each of the opening and closing plates 22 and the product holding plates 23, and the cam member 28 that protrudes the product holding plates 23 in the respective product housing portions 1 are formed. The unit main body 21 is formed of a frame-shaped member that covers the front surface, the upper surface, and the back surface of the unloading unit 20, and is opened at both side surfaces in the width direction. Further, reinforcing members 2 1 a, 2 1 b that connect the front end side and the rear end side of the unit main body 2 1 are attached to substantially the center and the lower end side of the unit main body 21 in the downward direction. Each of the opening and closing plates 2 2 is disposed at a lower end of each of the product accommodating portions 1 , and one of the respective end sides is rotatably supported by the unit main body 21 via a support shaft 22 a . The opening and closing plate 22 is formed so as to extend in the depth direction of the product accommodating portion 1 to form a laterally long side surface of the unit main body 21, and a reinforcing rib 22b is formed on the lower surface thereof. At this time, a plurality of recessed portions 22c of a honeycomb-shaped hexagonal shape are provided on the lower surface of the opening and closing plate 22, and each of the reinforcing ribs 22b is formed between each of the recessed portions 22c. Further, a spring 22d is attached to the support shaft 22a of the opening and closing plate 22, and one end of the spring 22d is locked to the upper surface side of the opening and closing plate 22, and the other end is fixed to the unit body 21 side. That is, the opening and closing plate 22 is biased downward by the spring 22d. Each of the product holding plates 23 is disposed above the opening and closing plate 22, and the upper ends are rotatably attached to the lower end side of the slider 24 via the support shaft 23a. On the upper end side of the product holding plate 23, a pair of bearing portions 23b through which the support shafts 23a are inserted are provided, and the respective bearing portions 23b are arranged at intervals in the width direction. A contact portion 23c where the cam member 28 abuts is provided between each of the bearing portions 23b, and the contact portion 1345181 is formed to be inclined rearward. Further, the product holding plate 23 is provided with a long hole 23d in which the mounting auxiliary plate 25 is elongated and spaced apart from each other in the width direction. The slide plate 24 is movably provided on the unit main body 21 in the up-and-down direction, and an operation pin 24a for moving the slide plate 24 in the vertical direction is attached to the upper end side. One end side of the operation pin 24a is inserted into the long hole 24c of the operation panel 24b provided in front of the unit main body 21 so as to be movable in the vertical direction, and the operation hole 24c is provided in the long hole 24c so that the operation pin 24a can be engaged and moved toward each other. The direction is arranged with a plurality of grooves 24d spaced apart. In other words, when the operation pin 24a is engaged in any of the grooves 24d, the position of the product holding plate 23 in the vertical direction can be changed. The auxiliary plate 25 is formed of a flat member, and extends to the depth direction of the product accommodating portion 10 to form a laterally long side surface of the unit body 21. At this time, the auxiliary plate 25 forms an elongated shape longer than the product holding plate 23 in the depth direction of the product accommodating portion 10. The auxiliary plate 25 is provided with a pair of mounting pieces 25a that are engaged with the long holes 23d of the product holding plate 23 and are spaced apart in the width direction. As shown in Fig. 6, each of the mounting pieces 25a is along the auxiliary plate. Inside the 25, it is bent in a substantially L shape. In other words, each of the attachment pieces 25a is inserted into each of the long holes 23d of the product holding plate 23, and when the product holding plate 23 is moved on the front end side, each of the attachment pieces 25a is engaged with each of the long holes 23d, so that the seventh piece is As shown in the figure, the auxiliary plate 25 can be fixed to the product holding plate 23. The rotation restricting plate 26 is formed in a substantially semicircular shape, and the lower side of each of the opening and closing plates 22 can be rotated in the horizontal direction. That is, as shown in Fig. 8, when the rotation restricting plate-10-1345181 is located on both sides of each of the opening and closing plates 22, each of the opening and closing plates 22 restricts the downward rotation by any one of the rotation restricting plates 26. Therefore, when the rotation restricting plate 26 is rotated on the side of the opening/closing plate 22 of either side, the other opening/closing plate 22 releases the above-described rotation restriction and rotates downward, so that the lower surface of the product accommodating portion 10 is opened. The motor 27 is disposed on the upper portion of the unit body 21 to be configured to be able to rotate forward and reverse. The drive shaft 27a extending all the way to the lower end of the unit body 21 is connected to the motor 27 via the gear unit 27b, and the drive shaft 27a is rotatably supported by the reinforcing members 21a, 21b of the unit body 21, And the lower end 'is mounted with a rotation restricting plate 26. That is, the motor 27 is connected to a control unit (not shown) of the vending machine, and the turning operation is controlled by the control unit. The cam member 28 is formed of an elongated member having an oblong cross section, and is attached to the drive shaft 27a so as to be integrally rotated. At this time, the cam member 28 is formed such that the drive shaft 27a is displaced toward one end side in the longitudinal direction of the transverse section, and a part of the circumferential direction (the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the transverse section) is brought into contact with the product holding plate. The first abutting portion 28a on the contact portion 23c of 23. The second abutting portion 8 8 that is in contact with the lower end side (front end side) of the product holding plate 23 protrudes in the radial direction from the lower end side of the cam member 28, and the second abutting portion 28b is The abutting portion 28a protrudes in the same direction. In the carry-out unit 20 configured as described above, the partition portion 2 1 c is disposed on the back side of the unit main body 21, and is inserted into the first partition member 1 1 from below, and is fixed to the first partition member 1 by screws or the like. 1 on. At this time, both side faces in the width direction of the unit main body 2 1 are covered by the side faces of the first partition member 1 1 , and the opening and closing plates 22 of the unloading unit 20 and the product holding plates 23 are corrected from the first partition member 1 1 1345181 The opening portion 1 1 a is exposed to the outside. When the product A is carried out from the product accommodating unit 1 在, the motor 27 of the unloading unit 20 is rotated to rotate the rotation restricting plate 26 as shown in Fig. 14 . At this time, the cam member 28 rotates together with the rotation restricting plate 26, and the first abutting portion 28a of the cam member 28 abuts on the contact portion 23c of the product holding plate 23, so that the product holding plate 23 is on the side of the product accommodating portion 10 The upper abutting portion 28b of the cam member 28 is moved downward to the lower end side of the product holding plate 23. Therefore, the product holding plate 23 protrudes from the product accommodating portion 10 together with the auxiliary plate 25, and the auxiliary plate 25 is locked to the second product A from the bottom, and the product A is held in the product accommodating portion 10. At this time, the product A held by the product holding plate 23 is not only the first abutting portion 28a of the cam member 28 that is in contact with the upper end side of the product holding plate 23 but also the second abutting portion 28b of the cam member 28. Supported. Thereafter, when the rotation of the rotation restricting plate 26 is continued, the rotation restricting plate 26 releases the rotation restriction of the opening and closing plate 22. As shown in Fig. 15, the opening and closing plate 22 is rotated downward by the spring 22d to make the product The lower surface of the accommodating portion 10 is opened, and thus the lowermost product A is dropped and moved out. When the product carrying-out device 'changes the product contained in the product accommodating portion 10 to another type of product having different outer diameters, etc.' and adjusts the protruding position of the product holding plate 23, the operation pin 24a of the slide plate 24 is used. It suffices to move the product holding plate 23 up and down in any position. In addition, when the product accommodated in the product storage unit 10 is changed to another type of product having a different length and the like, and the depth of the product storage unit 10 is to be adjusted, the product is separated as shown in FIG. Part 1 6 Move to any position in the front and rear direction -12- 1345181 Correct the unit. The product carrying-out device according to the present embodiment includes an auxiliary plate 25 that protrudes in the product accommodating portion 10 together with the product holding plate 23 and is locked to the second product A from the bottom, and the auxiliary plate 25 is formed in the product accommodating portion. Since the product A is longer than the product holding plate 23 in the depth direction of 10, the product A can be stably held in the depth direction of the product accommodating portion 10, for example, even in the depth direction of the product accommodating portion such as a PET bottle. Long-shaped goods can also be moved out in good condition. Further, since the auxiliary plate 25 is formed into a flat shape, the auxiliary plate 25 is not enlarged in the thickness direction. Therefore, there is an advantage that the auxiliary plate 25 is used without hindering the downward movement of the product in the product receiving portion 1. Further, since the auxiliary plate 25 is detachably attached to the product holding plate 23, the auxiliary plate 25 can be provided in accordance with the need, so that the versatility can be improved. Fig. 16 to Fig. 19 show another embodiment of the auxiliary plate, Fig. 16 is a perspective view of the auxiliary plate, and Fig. 17 is a perspective view of the main part of the carry-out unit after the auxiliary plate is mounted, Figs. 18 and 19 A side view of the product holding plate and the auxiliary plate. The auxiliary plate 30 shown in the same figure is formed of a flat member extending in the depth direction of the product accommodating portion 10, and is formed in a horizontally long shape on the side surface of the unit body 21. At this time, similarly to the above-described embodiment, the auxiliary plate 30 is formed to have a longer elongated shape than the product holding plate 23 in the depth direction of the product accommodating portion 10. Mounting pieces 30a extending up to the front side of the unit main body 21 and the front side of the -13-345181 correction are provided at both ends of the auxiliary plate 30 in the width direction (the depth direction of the product accommodating portion 10), and each mounting is performed. The piece 30a is rotatably supported on the support shaft 31 projecting on the front surface and the back surface of the unit body 21. In other words, the front end side of each of the attachment pieces 30a is provided with an engagement portion 30b that is rotatably engaged with the support shaft 31, and the engagement portion 30b is detachably formed in a substantially U shape on the support shaft 31. . Further, the support shafts 31 are provided at a plurality of positions different from each other in the vertical direction of the unit main body 21, and the auxiliary plate 30 is attached to any of the support shafts 31. In the present embodiment, when the product holding plate 23 protrudes in the product accommodating portion 10, the product holding plate 23 abuts against the lower surface of the auxiliary plate 30, and the auxiliary plate 30 is rotated about the support shaft 31, and is kept with the product. The plate 23 protrudes from the inside of the product accommodating portion 1A. Therefore, similarly to the above-described embodiment, the auxiliary plate 30 is locked to the second article A from the bottom, and the article A is held in the article accommodating portion 1A. Further, when the product holding plate 23 is moved in the vertical direction, as shown in Fig. 18, the auxiliary plate 30 attached to the lower support shaft 31 is removed from the support shaft 31 as shown in Fig. 19 When it is attached to the upper support shaft 31, the auxiliary plate 30 may be moved up and down together with the product holding plate 23. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the auxiliary plate 30 is attached to the support shaft 31 provided on the unit main body 21, and 'the abutment of the product holding plate 2' is made to rotate about the support shaft 31. Therefore, it is not necessary. The new structure of the attachment auxiliary plate 3 is provided on the product holding plate 23, so that the structure of the product holding plate 23 can be simplified. Further, the support shaft 31 is disposed at a plurality of positions of the complex-14-1345181 which are different in position from each other in the vertical direction, and the auxiliary plate 30 is provided so as to be attachable to any of the support shafts 31, thereby assisting The plate 30 moves in the up-and-down direction together with the product holding plate 23, and the outer diameter dimension of the product can surely correspond to the case where the protruding position of the product holding plate 23 is adjusted in the up-down direction. 20 to 23 are provided with restriction members for restricting attachment and detachment of the auxiliary plate 30, and Figs. 20 and 21 are perspective views of the auxiliary plate and the restriction member, and Figs. 22 and 23 are side sectional views thereof. The restricting members 32 shown in the drawing are respectively disposed on the front and rear end sides of the unit main body 2, and are formed by bending the plate-shaped members so as to cover the respective support shafts 31. The front side and the back side of the restricting member 32 are respectively provided with locking pieces 32a extending in the axial direction of the support shaft 31, and each of the locking pieces 32a corresponds to the upper support shaft 31 and the lower support shaft 31, respectively. In the manner, each is placed in the upper and lower positions. That is, each of the locking pieces 32a is disposed above the support shaft 31, and has a predetermined interval D in the vertical direction from the support shaft 31. In the above configuration, when the auxiliary plate 30 is removed from the support shaft 31, as shown in Fig. 22, the auxiliary plate 30 is rotated all the way to the predetermined rotational position about the support shaft 31 (the auxiliary plate 30 is substantially horizontal). When the auxiliary plate 30 is moved in the radial direction of the support shaft 31 along the locking piece 32a of the regulating member 32 in this state, the support shaft 31 is separated from the U-shaped open portion of the engaging portion 30b and released. The support shaft 31 is engaged to disengage the auxiliary plate 30 from the support shaft 31. Further, in the normal unloading operation, the auxiliary plate 30 is not always rotated to the rotational position at the time of the removal (the auxiliary plate 30 is substantially horizontal), so that the auxiliary plate 30 is located outside the rotational position at the time of removal, such as In the modification of the present invention, even when the auxiliary plate 30 is moved obliquely upward, the engaging portion 30b is locked to the locking piece 3 2 a of the restricting member 32 and is restricted from moving toward the engagement releasing direction. Therefore, the engaging portion 30b does not move away from the support shaft 31, so that the auxiliary plate 30 can be surely prevented from accidentally falling off. Further, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment shown in the drawings. For example, the product carrying device provided on the spiral column may be applied to a handle provided as a switch member and a lock handle as a product holding member.
