1342372 100年丨月2〇曰 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 力容器裝 力容器裝 本發明是有關於一種結合感應識別技術之壓 置,特別是有關於一種利用無線射頻識別標籤之壤 置。 【先前技術】 目前’對於曰常所見之壓力容器,諸如桶裝瓦斯、— 瓶或氮氣瓶等,一般皆會於這些容器表面貼附或嘴塗护氣 出示其來源、期限、成份等内容。舉例來說,桶裝瓦 份家庭、各類攤販及餐廳而言,仍是不可或缺之必須品,' = 知之桶裝瓦斯於其提把上多以錨釘方式將一銘板釘附其1 面’此銘板上記錄桶裝瓦斯之相關資訊,如出廠日期、&amp;用 年限、空重、總重、製造廠商、檢驗曰期等等,乍看之下, 桶裝瓦斯之資訊當能一目了然,惟其缺點在於釘附其表面之 銘板係為可拆換,往往不肖廠商於分裝瓦斯時,為了降低成 本等考量’將已屆汰換之桶裝瓦斯上的銘板拆卸,另換上其 他銘板充當仍在使用期限内之桶裝瓦斯’或直接更換標藏欺 瞒使用者,既造成困擾也隱藏潛在危險。 有鑒於習知技藝之問題,為了能夠兼顧解決之’本發明 人基於多年研究開發與諸多實務經驗,提出一種結合感應識 別技術之壓力容器裝置與系統,以作為改善上述缺點之實現 方式與依據。 ’ 【發明内容】 5 H42372 1〇〇年丨月2〇日 有鑒於此,本發明之首要目的就是在提供一種結合 識別技術之壓力容器裝置,以解決先前技術中壓力容^上: 標籤的易於拆換或清除所造成掩蓋壓力容器逾使用壽^ 換問題。 / 根據上述之目的’本發明提出—結合感應識別技術之壓 力容器裝置:其包含至少—壓力容器本體以及—感應識別標 籤。壓力容器本體其表面具有_容納腔室,感應識別標藏係 設置於容納腔室中’並包-記錄晶片及_通訊單元。記錄晶 片係用以記錄壓力容器本體之一狀態資訊,其中,當一讀取 器讀取感應識別標籤時,讀取器發出—感應^別訊^,使通 訊單元傳輸狀態k说至Ί買取器加以判讀。(當诵部置开应讀取 器在一適當之感距時,藉由通訊單元所發射出^射頻G號, 與讀取器所發射之射頻訊號相互感應產生一無線收發機^, 進而記憶晶片内之狀態資訊藉由此無線收發機制發送至讀取 器讀取該等狀態資訊。) 壓力容器本體係為一壓力鋼瓶,且更可為—高壓鋼瓶。 而感應識別標籤係藉由一黏膠膠合於容納腔室内。且感應識 別標籤係為一無線射頻識別標籤,且係由一可耐高低溫二喷 砂、防水與防火或其他可抗抵惡劣環境影響之材g所製。壓 力容器本體容納一内容物,且内容物可為一液化石油氣、一 氧氣、一氮氣或其他氣體。狀態資訊可包含出 期^容 物含量、檢驗單位名稱。通訊單元可為一4廠:期步:τ 而讀取器更可依附於一添加裝置上,且該添加 加 氣搶。 由於感應識別標籤係可黏附並固著於壓力容器本體之表 面,不易拆換,並可作為壓力容器之身份識別之用,進而克 100年1月20曰 服關於習知如附於壓力容器上之銘牌或標籤因易於拆換,而 掩蓋壓力容器逾使用壽限的汰換問題。 • 此外,本發明之次要目的係提供一結合感應識別技術之 壓力容器裝置,藉由設置一感測單元,以偵測壓力容器裝置 中所存儲内容物之狀態變化。 根據上述之目的,本發明提出一結合感應識別技術之壓 力容器系統,其包含一壓力容器本體、一感測單元、一感應 • 識別標籤及一讀取器。壓力容器本體其表面具有一容納腔 室,感測單元係設置於壓力容器之表面,用以偵測壓力容器 本體内之一内容物之狀態,以產生一偵測結果;感應識別標 蜮係設置於容納腔室中,並電性連結該感測單元,感應硪別 標籤包含一記錄晶片及一通訊單元。記錄晶片係用以5己錄壓 力容器本體之一預設狀態資訊以及由感測單元所傳輸之偵測 結果,且讀取器於讀取感應識別標籤時,可發出一感應識別 訊號,使通訊單元傳輸預設狀態資訊及偵刺緒果至讀取器加 以判讀,並可藉由讀取器更新預設狀態資訊,經由通訊單元 ^ 之傳輸以回寫至記錄晶片以作為下次讀取之判別。 其中偵測結果係為一含有殘餘容量之訊號’預設狀態資 訊包含出薇日期、内容物初始含量、檢驗單位名稱及有效日 期。而感測單元可為〆機械式感測器或一電子式感測器。而 所謂偵測存儲於壓力容器本體内之内容物的狀態,其係可包 含重量、壓力、溫度或其他物理性質。進一步地,本發明所 述之系統更包含提供〆設於壓力容器本體之供電單元,且供 電單元係提供感測單元及感應識別標籤所需運作之電力。而 供電單元可為一電池戒一無線充電單元,且無線充電單元係 用以接收可轉換為電力存儲用之電磁波。感應識別訊號可為 7 1342372 100年1月20日 射頻说说 細之說明如後。 【實施方式】 以下將參照相關圖式,說明依本發明較佳實施例之結人 感應式識別技術之壓力容器裝置及系統,為使便於理解了; 述實施例中之相同元件係以相同之符號標示來說明。 請參閱第一圖,其係為本發明之結合感應式識別技術之 壓力容器裝置方塊圖。圖中,壓力容器裝置10係包含—壓力 容器本體11及一感應識別標籤12。壓力容器本體η之表面 具有一容納腔室110。感應識別標籤12係設置於容納腔室11〇 中,並包含一記錄晶片120及一通訊單元121。記錄晶片12〇 係用以記錄壓力容器本體11之一狀態資訊122,當一讀取器 13讀取感應識別標籤12時,讀取器13發出一感應識別訊^ 14,使通訊單元121傳輸狀態資訊122至讀取器13加以判 讀。此傳輸過程進一步言’係當通訊單元121與讀取器a 在一適當之感距時,藉由通訊單元121所發射出之射頻訊 號’與讀取器13所發射之射頻訊號相互感應產生一無線收發 機制,進而記憶晶片120内之狀態資訊I22 ’藉由通訊單元 121經此無線收發機制發送至讀取器13讀取該等狀態資訊 122。 壓力容器本體11係為一壓力鋼瓶,且更可為一高壓鋼 瓶。而感應識別標籤12可藉由一黏膠膠合於容納腔室110 1342372 100年丨月Μ日
