1317690 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係涉及於包裝袋領域,尤指—種有視窗之袋膜。 【先前技術】 按’依現有細之使用’常見有透明與非透明之材質兩種 其中非透明材質的包裝g具較佳之雜設龍鍵間,故可提供 產品最佳之價值性,如鋁鉬或紙袋…等即為最佳之例子,而隹了 鲁’非透_材質’為考量到展售時朗容物能吸引消費者的目=於 因此-般會於袋膜本體之-面或兩面設有一透明之視窗,以供消 費此直接觀看内容物’因此設有視窗之袋膜現已常見於各種包事 物。 然而,現有透明視窗之結構如則〇113、_伽6及 丽7_7號專利卿,其·主要結構銜賴—般之娜職外側或 内側貼合,然·種方式,賴對於需要防氧氣、水氣之内容物 # 並不適用’因為-般瓣膜均有針孔般之細微孔洞,故此種結構 顯然易造成内容物於選擇上受到限制。 且塑膠膜於貼合時’不管雜職式或乾式,均亦造成谬水 •滲入於外層之紙膜層或其它具有吸水性之材料當中。 SI此近來有業者提出另-種結構,請參照漏⑽⑽咖號(簡 稱236號案),236號案主要之結構包括·· 藉由-印刷膜與-覆蓋膜貼合,形成第—貼合膜,再於第一 貼合膜開設孔洞,再利用-透明膜貼設於該第一貼合膜之印刷 1317690 膜’即完成第二貼合膜’其透瓶相對該印麵與覆蓋膜之孔洞 的部分即形成有視窗可供目視穿透。 在236號案中’該印刷膜即為一般之基層,因此先於内侧貼覆 一覆蓋膜,再於最外合-透賴,如此可避倾合膠與覆蓋 臈貼合時,膠水由孔洞滲入外層材質之情形產生,但此種結構之 第二貼合膜(透賴)乃貼合於紙材料印刷膜外層,以致喪失了 基層選用較具質感之紙材意義; 再者,雖然在236號案之說明書及申請專利範圍中分別提到其 可採用乾式或濕式貼合’但’眾所周知,乾式貼合時,因為於外 層已事先形顏制,轉胁壓合時亦與該貼合縣合,且易 造成膠水由孔洞滲出,造成外表之不她,又再者,其对請專 利範圍所提出之濕式貼合(淋膜)方式,顧縣考量上述問題 避免自黏情形,而必需採用霧輪戦自黏之情形,而這當然亦造 成該第二貼合默表面相對魏、贿,形成霧峨,而無法成形 一亮面具視窗之袋膜。 7 有鏗於此,提供-種解決上述問題,並同時達到實用亮面之 袋膜’因此’本發明提供如下文詳細說财所述具峨性的具有 亮面視窗之袋膜及其製造方法。 ^ 【發明内容】 本發明主要係提供—種具有視窗細及其製造方法,其步驟 包括’首先將-表層貼合-隔膜層形成—外層,再將外層之^層 1317690 印刷上所需之圖樣;該外層並利用刀膜,開設一貫穿表層及隔膜 層之穿透部;-内層係由一高阻隔性薄膜貼合一塑膠内膜所形 成’該外層與内層並利用乾式貼合,其中,於貼合時可利用一言 阻隔性薄膜設置於穿透部之位置,防止膠水透過而形成自點狀, 因此可形成一具有亮面視窗之袋膜者。 本發明與習知技術之結構功效比較: 1、 本發明之具有視窗之袋膜及其製造方法,其利用一高阻 • 隔性薄膜之設置,而具有提高袋膜之氣密層級,達到防水氣渗入 之目的。 ;〆 2、 本發明之具魏窗之細及絲造方法,聽利用將外 層及内層採魏式貼合’因此於貼合過程中可#由—阻隔膠膜設 置於穿透部,而可防止膠輪上之膠水黏住該内層,進而達到一種 亮面之視窗部。 . 一 3、本發明具有視窗之細及其製造方法,其結構僅需利用 # -高阻隔性薄膜,即可達到較習知結構更佳之防止水氣、氧氣渗 透之較佳氣密功效,相當符合成本效益。 【實施方式】 , 參照第―、二圖所示,本發明具有視窗之袋膜,其主要包括 心膜本體(1),純本體⑴底端設有—底部⑺),頂端近 開口處依需求得增設一夹扣層⑽),另該袋膜本體⑴係由一 外層及一内層所構成,再參照第二A及第五圖所示,其中外層⑽ 1317690 包括有一表層(11)及一貼合於表層之隔膜層(12) ’此部分可採用 濕式或乾式貼合,於外層(1〇)之適當處並設有一穿透部(40); 又如第二A圖及第四圖所示,該内層(20)則由一亮面之高阻 隔性薄膜(21)及一塑膠内膜(22)貼合而成,此部分亦可採用濕式 或乾式貼合; 該外層(10)及内層(20)係由隔膜層(12)及高阻隔性薄膜(21) 之相對端面以乾式相對貼合,内層(20)相對於外層之穿透部(4〇) • 處’則形成一亮面之視窗部(50)。 續參照第三圖及配合第四至六圖所示,其中本發明之製程包 括: A、 外層(10)貼合:選擇一所需之表層(11)材料如鋁箔電鍍 膜、鋁箔、紙膜、不織布膜…等等,再將該表層經由濕式或乾式 貼合一隔膜層(12),該隔膜層(12)主要係避免膠合時,膠水直接 接觸外層造成滲出且藉由隔臈層可增加外層之結構性,令外層之 • 材料於選擇時更具彈性; B、 印刷:該外層(1〇)可經由印刷而於表層⑴)之表面形成一 圖樣部(30),增加其產品之多變性; .
