1266683 玖、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明關於壓縮模製塑膠製物品之總成。 此類總成一般由主要公栓塞及互補公栓塞所組成,其係 共轴且相互驅動靠近以模製一定量及配置在互補公栓塞上 之塑膠材料,以便形成一物件。 當塑膠材料變形之步騾結束時,其需使主要公栓塞及互 補公栓塞相互倚靠,使尚未硬化之塑膠材料維持其形狀, 直到塑膠材料已穩定且形成一固體物件為止。 【先前技術】 在已知的模製總成中,為保持物品之輪廓,主要及互補 <公栓塞以相同之壓力相互倚靠以決定塑膠材料之變形, 涘作用力若持續過久將在主要及互補之公栓塞上產生有害 之機械應力,惟目前尚無方法使壓縮作用力變小至維持物 品輪廓直到其穩定為止。 【發明内容】 本發明目的為藉由提供技術上簡單且具有功能上有效之 方法,以排除上述已知模製總成之缺點。 在此技術目的之範疇中,本發明目標為提供一模製總成 ,其適合安裝在旋轉裝置中壓縮模製塑膠製物品,且包括 複數個模製總成。 利用一壓縮模製塑膠製物品之總成可達成此目的,該總 成由王要公栓塞及互補公栓塞所組成,且其特徵在互補公 栓塞由一軸柄、第一彈簧及第二彈簧所組成,其中軸柄由
