Description

15 invention belongs] The present invention relates to a fuel injection device module used in vehicles such as locomotives, and more particularly to an electric motor that is driven by its output shaft to be introduced from a fuel tank. A fuel pump that boosts the fuel pressure and feeds it to the nozzle, and an injection pressure regulator that adjusts the fuel pressure that is fed from the fuel pump to the nozzle, are integrated and improved. [Prior Art] A related fuel injection device module is known as disclosed in Patent Document 1. (Patent Document 1) Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2 0 0-2 9 7 7 1 1 [Summary of the Invention] (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In a vehicle equipped with a fuel injection device module, it is known that The module is arranged between the engine and the fuel tank. Therefore, a high unit price high-pressure fuel conduit needs to be arranged between the nozzle installed on the engine and the fuel pump of the fuel injection device module, which is an obstacle to cost reduction. The present invention has been made in view of the foregoing circumstances, and an object thereof is to make a high-pressure fuel pipe between a nozzle and a fuel pump obsolete, so as to achieve the effect of reducing the cost of the fuel injection device module. (Means for Solving the Problem) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the first feature of the present invention is that the electric motor drives the output shaft to boost the fuel introduced from the fuel tank and pressure-feeds the fuel to the nozzle. Fuel pump and fuel injection module integrated with fuel injection nozzle for adjusting fuel pressure of nozzle 312 / Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92-11 / 92124315 6 1237676 nozzle from this fuel pump, in which A nozzle holder for holding a nozzle is formed on a module body on the fuel pump, and in this module body, a fuel pump, an injection pressure regulator, and a nozzle are communicated with each other in accordance with this first feature. The main body of the group forms a high-pressure fuel pipe that has a conventional connection between the pump and the nozzle. Therefore, the high-price fuel pipe and its piping operation can be omitted, and the purpose of the cost of the fuel injection device module can be achieved. Furthermore, in addition to the first feature, a second feature of the present invention is that the mold body is provided with a roll-over shutoff valve that blocks the fuel between the fuel pump and the nozzle as the vehicle rolls over. According to this second feature, when the vehicle is overturned, not only does the engine stop moving quickly, but even if the nozzle is detached from the engine or the nozzle is held away from the nozzle, the overturn blocking valve can be used to prevent fuel from flowing outside. . Furthermore, in addition to the first or second feature, the third feature of the present invention is a fuel pump which is integrally combined with a fuel filter and a cleaner through which fuel introduced from a fuel tank is passed. According to the third feature, the fuel filter forms a constituent element of the fuel injection device, and the piping between the fuel filter and the fuel pump can be discarded, because the fuel filter is only required to filter the fuel upstream of the fuel pump. A low-pressure low-pressure type is sufficient, and the effect of reducing the cost of the fuel injection device can be obtained. 312 / Invention Manual (Supplement) / 92-11 / 92124315 Injection integration, the shape of the high-pressure fuel reduction group through this way can be self-separated module for filtering, and because module 7 1237676 [Embodiment] The embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the preferred embodiment of the present invention shown in the drawings. The fuel injection device module M F will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 to 7. 8 312 / Invention Manual (Supplement) / 92-11 / 92124315 1237676 The fuel injection device module MF series is equipped with: electric motor 1 0, 1 1. fuel filter 1 2. nozzle 1 3. injection pressure regulator holding Valves 15 and 16, and overturn blocking valves 16. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the electric motor 10 is a brushless type (brus 1 uses a cylindrical wall 17 a that is integral with the motor case 17 inside the motor case 17 and divides the outer peripheral side in a waterproof manner. The stator chamber 18 and the inner sub-chamber 19 contain a stator coil 20 in the stator chamber 18, and a rotor 21 in which a permanent magnet 2 2 is fixed on the periphery during rotation. A cylindrical partition wall 1 7 In a, a bearing sleeve 23 arranged in the rotor portion is integrally formed, and an output shaft 21a of the rotor 21 is rotatably supported on the bearing sleeve 24 via a bearing member 24. A fuel is coupled to one end surface of the motor case 17 Pump 1 1 2 6 6. The pump casing 2 6 is an outer casing divided by the inner casing 26 6 a and the outer casing 2 6 a with a sealing member interposed therebetween. The body 2 6 b is composed of an outer casing 2 6 b which is fixed to the motor casing 17 by a plurality of pieces to form a state holding the body 2 6 a with the motor casing 17. The output shaft 2 of the electric motor 10 1 a is the front end of the pump chamber 28, and 30 is connected to the front end of the chamber 28. The fuel pump 11 constructed in this way is a friction type (Wesc 〇 in the housing The outer surface of the body 2 6 b is integrally provided with: a suction pipe 3 1 for feeding the fuel chamber 2 8, a steam discharge pipe for sending out the fuel from the pump chamber 28, and a steam discharge from the pump chamber 28 3 3. That is, the discharge pipe 3 3 is connected to the place where the pump chamber gas is more easily discharged through the small hole 3 4. 312 / Instruction Manual (Supplement) / 92-11 / 92124315 Fuel pump 4. The cleaner element 37 constitutes the above-mentioned fuel filter 12 and is connected to a fuel supply connection pipe 38 which is integrally formed on the filter case 36, and connects a fuel supply extending from the fuel tank T. The tube 39 allows the fuel in the fuel tank T to flow down to the fuel filter 12 using gravity. As shown in FIG. 7, the module body 40 connected to the above-mentioned delivery pipe 3 2 and the steam discharge pipe 33 is fixed to the bracket 4 1 protruding from the side of the motor case 17 with bolts 4 2. . The module body 40 is provided with the above-mentioned nozzles 1 3, an injection pressure regulator 14, a residual pressure holding valve 15, and a rollover blocking valve 16. The residual pressure holding valve 15 is constituted by a well-known check valve. The inlet hole 44 formed in the module body 40 of the overturn blocking valve 16 is connected to the above-mentioned delivery pipe 32. In addition, the exit hole 45 of the overturn blocking valve 16 is also connected to the injection fuel passage 46 formed on the module body 40, and the injection fuel passage 46 is connected to the nozzle 13 and the injection pressure side by side. At the same time, the regulator 14 is provided with a residual pressure holding valve 15 for preventing the fuel from flowing backward toward the delivery pipe 32 side in the injection fuel passage 46 more upstream than these. On one side of the module body 40, a nozzle holder 47 for holding the nozzles 13 is integrally formed. The nozzle holder 4 7 has a mounting flange 4 7 a corresponding to the support flange 5 a of the suction pipe 5 described above. When the mounting flange 4 7 a is joined to the support flange 5 a by a bolt 4 9 At this time, the fuel injection portion of the nozzle 13 will be inserted into the nozzle mounting hole 50 opened in the support flange 5 a and face the air inlet 4. As shown in FIG. 4, the injection pressure regulator 14 is formed of the following components: 10 312 / Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92-11 / 92124315 1237676 has a valve seat 6 2 adjacent to the injection fuel passage 4 6 and The regulator body 61 formed by the module body 4 Ο, the valve seat 6 opposite to the seat 6 2 housed in the regulator case 6 1, and the valve member 6 3 is provided in the direction of the seat socket 6 2 An elastic pressure adjusting spring 6 4 and an adjusting screw 6 5 screwed on the adjuster 6 1 to adjust the pressure adjusting spring 6 4 to set the load; the adjusting case 6 1 is returned by the fuel in the module body 40. The passage 66 is a fuel return connection pipe 67 integrated with the module body 40. If the delivery pressure of the fuel 11 (that is, the pressure of the injection fuel passage 46) reaches a predetermined value, the valve member 6 3 leaves the valve seat 62 and discharges excess fuel out of the joint housing 61 to thereby inject the fuel. The pressure of the fuel passage 46 is kept constant. The excess fuel discharged from the regulator case 61 is advanced toward the flashback path 66. The above-mentioned vapor exhaust pipe 3 3 is opened in the middle of the fuel return path 6 6 and is connected to the fuel return connection pipe 6 7 to the fuel delivery 68 reaching the fuel tank T. Referring again to FIG. 1, on one side of the throttle body 6 Equipped with electric unit 70. This electronic control unit 70 controls the nozzle 1 3, the electric motor and the signal based on the inputted number of engine N e, engine temperature (such as lubricating oil temperature) T e, oil degree Th of throttle body 6 and crank position Cp. The operation of an ignition coil (not shown). Therefore, during the operation of the engine E, the fuel in the fuel tank T flows down from the supply pipe 39 and reaches the fuel guide pipe 38 of the fuel injection device module MF, and then flows into the filter of the fuel filter 12 The filter elements 37 in the tank 36 are filtered. In this way, the filtered fuel is sucked into the 312 / Invention Manual (Supplement) / 92-11 / 92124315, which is integrally connected with the valve to the valve housing, and is connected to the material pump. The fuel inlet is boosted by the rotation of the pump rotor 30 due to the combustion in the pump chamber 28 of the fuel pump 11 1237676 and the pressure is fed from the delivery pipe 32 into the injection fuel passage 46. During this period, the vapor generated in the pump chamber 2 8 of the fuel pump 11 will be discharged out of the vapor discharge pipe 3 3 and reach the fuel return path 6 6. The high-pressure fuel sent to the injection fuel passage 46 is supplied to the nozzle 13 through the overturning blocking valve 16 and the residual pressure maintaining valve 15 and is then injected from the nozzle 13 to the air inlet 4. During this period, the excess fuel passing from the injection fuel passage 4 6 through the injection pressure regulator 1 4 will pass through the fuel return passage 6 6 at a relatively high speed, and the injection effect will be introduced from the vapor discharge pipe 3 3 midway. The vapor can therefore promote the emission of vapor. Accordingly, if the steam is removed from the fuel pump 11, the nozzle 13 can be supplied with fuel in a good condition that does not contain steam. The vapor that exits from the vapor discharge pipe 33 through the fuel return path 66 is returned to the fuel tank T through the fuel return pipe 68 together with the excess fuel, and is separated into gas and liquid in the fuel tank T. If the operation of the engine E is stopped and the electric motor 10 is stopped, the fuel pump 11 will stop the fuel delivery, and the residual pressure maintaining valve 15 of the fuel injection path 46 will be automatically blocked to prevent the injection. In the fuel passage 46, fuel flows from the nozzle 13 side to the fuel pump 11 side. Therefore, the fuel at a predetermined pressure can be continuously maintained at the inlet side of the nozzle 13. Therefore, even if the engine E restarts, the nozzle 13 can still be immediately Fuel injection improves startability. Next, the above-mentioned overturn blocking valve 16 will be described with reference to FIG. 8. As shown in FIG. 8 (N), the overturn shut-off valve 16 includes: 12 312 / Invention specification (formerly formed on the module body 40 in an oblique upper left direction with the locomotive M standing upright) (Supplements) / Required 11/921 M315 1237676 Cylindrical first valve chamber 5 5 and a cylindrical second valve chamber 5 6 formed on the module body 40 taking the opposite attitude toward the upper right direction; An upper end of the first valve chamber 55 is connected to an intermediate portion of the second valve chamber 56. First and second valve seats 55a, 56a are formed at the upper ends of the first and second valve chambers 55 and 56, respectively. At the lower end of the first valve seat 5 5a, an outlet pipe 3 2 connected to the fuel pump 11 is opened. An inlet hole 4 4 is formed at the upper end of the second valve seat 5 6 a. The first and second valve chambers 55, 56 contain ball-shaped valve bodies 57, 58 which can be seated on the first and second valve seats 55a, 56a, respectively, and the first and second valve chambers The lower ends of 5 5 and 5 6 are closed with bolts 5 9 and 60. Therefore, in the upright state of the locomotive M, as shown in FIG. 8 (N), the first and second valve bodies 57, 58 will leave the first and second valve seats 55a, 56a due to their own weight and stay in the plug body. 5 9, 6 0. Therefore, the inlet hole 44 and the outlet hole 45 will be electrically connected, and allow the fuel supply from the fuel pump 11 to the nozzle 13. However, if the locomotive M is overturned to the left or right, as shown in FIG. 8 (L) or (R), it will appear as the first valve chamber 5 5 or the second valve chamber 5 6 overturns. Slightly horizontal, the first valve body 5 7 or the second valve body 5 8 will be seated on the first valve seat 5 5 a or the second valve seat 5 6 a with this inertial force, and the inlet will be blocked under any circumstances Between the hole 44 and the exit hole 45. According to this, if the first valve body 57 or the second valve body 5 8 is connected to the first valve seat 5 5 a or the second valve seat 5 6 a via the seat, the seat connection state will pass through the inlet hole 4 The fuel pressure on the 4 sides is maintained. Therefore, even if the nozzle 13 is detached from the engine E or the nozzle holder 4 7 is detached from the nozzle 13 by the overturning of the random vehicle M, the overturn blocking valve 16 can be used to prevent the fuel injection path. 4 6 out of fuel. However, the fuel injection device module MF is integrally connected to the fuel pump 1 1 and the outer casing 2 6 b on the electric motor 13 312 / Invention Manual (Supplement) / 92-11 / 92124315 1237676 Motor 10 The mold body 40 is set, and the residual pressure maintaining width 15, the injection pressure regulator 14 and the overturn blocking width 16 are set in the module body 40, and a nozzle holder holding the nozzle 1 3 is integrally formed. The seat 4 7 is formed in the module body 40 to form a fuel injection passage 4 6 which communicates with each of the injection 1 3, the residual pressure holding valve 15, the injection pressure regulator 14, and the overturn blocking valve. Therefore, the special module body 40 will form a high-pressure fuel conduit that is conventionally used to connect the fuel pump 11 and the nozzle 13. Therefore, the piping operation of the high-pressure fuel conduit of a high unit price can be omitted, and the fuel injection device can be greatly reduced. Efficiency of module MF cost. Moreover, because the overturn blocking valve 16 is combined in the module body 40, when the locomotive M is overturned, the operation of the engine E can be quickly and automatically stopped, even when the nozzle 13 is detached from the engine E or the nozzle clamp. In the case where the holder 4 7 is detached from the nozzle, the overturn blocking valve 16 can still be used to prevent the fuel from flowing outside. In the fuel pump 11, the fuel filter that is connected to and filters the fuel from the fuel tank T is integrally connected. The fuel filter 12 is a constituent element of the fuel injection device module MF, and the piping between the fuel filter 12 and the fuel pump 11 can be discarded, and because the fuel filter 12 is a fuel The fuel upstream of the pump 11 is filtered, so only low-cost low pressure is sufficient, and the effect of reducing the cost of the fuel injection device module can be obtained. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various design changes can be made without departing from the scope of the gist thereof. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the first feature of the present invention, because it is attached to the electric horse 312 / Invention Manual (Supplement) / 92-11 / 92124315, the nozzles of the 16 series are related to the work factor and 13% are formed. The fuel pump 14 is a fuel pump driven by its output shaft to boost the fuel introduced from the fuel tank and feed it to the nozzle, and to inject the fuel pressure that regulates the fuel pressure fed from the fuel pump to the nozzle. A fuel injection device module in which a pressure regulator is integrated, wherein a nozzle holder for holding a nozzle is integrally formed on a module body coupled to a fuel pump, and a fuel pump is formed in the module body. The injection pressure regulator and the nozzle communicate with each other. Therefore, the module body forms a high-pressure fuel conduit that is conventionally connected between the fuel pump and the nozzle. Therefore, the high-price fuel conduit and its piping operation can be omitted. It can achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of the fuel injection device module. In addition, according to the second feature of the present invention, in addition to the first feature, the module body is provided with an overturning block that blocks the fuel passage between the fuel pump and the nozzle with the vehicle overturning. The valve prevents the engine from automatically and quickly stopping when the vehicle is overturned, and prevents the fuel from flowing out even when the nozzle is detached from the engine or the nozzle holder is detached from the nozzle. Furthermore, according to the third feature of the present invention, in addition to the first or second feature, the fuel pump is integrally integrated with a fuel filter that filters the fuel introduced from the fuel tank, so the fuel is filtered. The fuel filter forms the constituent elements of the fuel injection device module, which can dispose of the piping between the fuel filter and the fuel pump, and because the fuel filter filters the fuel upstream of the fuel pump, only low-cost low-pressure type is required. This is enough to obtain the cost reduction effect of the fuel injection device module.
