[Use of item]; The item designed in this design is a vegetable processor that can cut vegetables and other sliced materials. ;[Design Description];The item of this design is a vegetable processor, which includes a slice width adjustment dial, a pair of frames, a movable support plate, a pillar, a slicing knife, a longitudinal knife, and screws. The slice width adjustment dial is located on the back of the movable support plate between a pair of frames. The slice width adjustment dial is screwed onto a post installed between a pair of frames to support the back of the movable support plate. The movable support plate moves up and down as the slice width adjustment dial moves forward and backward. The distance between the movable support plate and the slicing knife is scalable to adjust the slicing width of vegetables. The tip of the longitudinal knife forms a comb-tooth shape, and is set up at a predetermined position on the back of the frame with the tip facing upward. The longitudinal knife is pressed to both sides of the frame at the tip of the microtome using screws installed on the sides of the frame, so that the longitudinal knife is integrally fixed on the frame. ;1.
