Abstract
【物品用途】 本創作物品係表面安裝型之照明用的發光二極體(LED),安裝在基板上之1個LED元件係配置在形成剖面凸形狀之基板的上面中央部,並由透光性之密封樹脂所封裝。再者,為了在本物品之底面將LED與外部電路進行電性連接及機械性固定,在前述基板之長度方向之兩端底部,分別設有銲接端子(陽極端子及陰極端子)。並且,在本物品之底面的基板中央部,設置有LED之散熱用的熱墊,且在前述熱墊之兩側設置有長方形的陰極標記。本創作物品係作為照明用之發光二極體,除了使用在一般之照明之外,亦使用在行動電話用按鍵照明或背光光源等。 【創作特點】 本創作係有關於一種「發光二極體」之外形設計。如參考圖(1)至(5)及A-A斷面剖視圖均為縮小視圖,其中配合參考圖(2)至(5)所示,本創作之本體係由上層半透明矩形之密封樹脂覆於其底層呈較薄矩形之基板而形成之矩形體。上述基板之兩側面係形成弧凹狀之電極,且由該兩側面呈現基板側面為大致「凸」字狀,而上述密封樹脂大致為倒「凹」字狀。上述基板底面具有縱向凸出帶狀阻劑及縱向凸出帶狀陰極標記,而介於上述阻劑與陰極標記之間為矩形之熱墊及位於阻劑外側旁為矩形之陽極端子與位於陰極標記外側旁為矩形之陰極端子。上述基板底面之四周邊則形成內縮之邊緣。如參考圖(2)及(3)係顯示上述密封樹脂具格形暗色部分為表示其半透明狀態。參考圖(4)及(5)則為本創作各部件之說明。由上述構成本創作整體造形精巧別緻,具新穎特異之視覺效果及創作性。
