581841 五、發明說明(1) 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係提供一種並聯式混合動力單元,主要係利用 行星齒輪差速機構結合内燃機、發電機、電動機與輸出軸 在一動力單元中,並結合一蓄電裝置,藉由電子控制模組 選擇適當之操作模式,控制内燃機、發電機、電動機與蓄 電裝置之作動時機,達到能量管理之目的,同時藉由電子 控制模組調整發電機與電動機之轉速,使内燃機運作時能 維持在固定轉速,達成無段變速之功效。 【先前技術】
按,一般來說,所謂之混合動力傳動單元,是指内燃 機等以燃油為動力來源之動力系統,與電動機和發電機等 以電力驅動之動力單元裝置在同一動力單元中,視單元之 需求而決定使用燃油或電力系統時機,使系統達到最佳之 表現,其主要形式包括有串聯式混合動力單元與並聯式混 合動力單元兩種。
就串聯式混合動力單元來說,其主要係以内燃機直接 驅動發電機,使之產生電力供給一個或多個電動機產生動 力,並以一個或多個蓄電池儲存多餘之電能,此一動力單 元之動力流是符合理想的,但是内燃機無法同時與電動機 帶動輸出軸,系統輸出之扭力與轉速皆由電動機來決定, 若電動機不勝負荷時,内燃機亦無法提供任何幫助。 而並聯式混合動力單元則沒有上述串聯式混合動力單 元之缺點,其係以一内燃機,一電動機,及發電機組成, 與串聯式混合動力單元主要不同的差異點在於,此單元能

    1 、一種並聯式混合動力單元,主要結構具有··一蓄電裝
