種具有眾多發光二極體(LED)的冷凍裝 本發明係指 置之照明體。 ^市面上販售㈣,即可在可見及不可見範圍產生 = = 利用此舉,施加的電能最多會有35%被 轉換成=見先。然力,殘餘的高量紫外線及紅外線輕射成 分仍因》辰度南而使生物、食品和對紫外線敏感的物件受到 影響1另外,對於因而產生的高熱負擔,也須採取適當的 措施以減低其作用。為減低這種具有光化效應之輻射對食 品的影響,可行的作法是降低總照明,或選擇一種波長所 產生之光化作用較低的照明。該照明可利用發光二極體 (LED)產生。利用發光二極體,即可產生波長頻寬較窄的 單色光。這些已知發光二極體所產生的紫外光低,而所具 有的紅外光輻射也低。在冷凍裝置的領域,此舉可導致一 種急切想要的節省能源效果。另外,發光二極體的使用年 限也比習用的燈管長五到十倍。 如DE-U-2 9 7 1 5 1 5 7號專利所述之照明,即利用了這 些優點。在此文件中曾建議將眾多發光二極體以前後緊密 排列的形式設在一板面上的同一平面。由於該案申請人已 知發光二極體的照射角度甚窄,因而建議在與發光二極體 相隔一段距離處安排一種可讓光穿過而漫射的裝置。利用 此舉,即可以一種限定的方式而改良光的散佈效果。 另一種減低窄照明角度之缺點的做法是以某種配置把 適當的照明體安裝在冷凍裝置中,以便利用此法而達到一 種充分照明的光學效果。第DE-U_2 97 1 7 444號專利即曾

而被置於底板5上。因此,在底板5的側壁設有扣合凹口託 以供在頂蓋9側壁上成型的扣合舌片26卡入。底板5的底表 面附有種種不同的孔洞,其申一方面在中軸上設有種種的 圓孔1 0以供固定住底板,連帶把整個模組3固定在執條8 上。另外也設有種種的長形孔丨丨,以供引導電纜穿過。圖 中未顯示出的電纜連接,則是用來對彼此前後排列的模組 供電。該等模組d則可串聯或並聯。 在第二圖中處於覆蓋狀態之底板5的底表面上,可看 出在底板5的内側上設有若干直立的承載腹板6。該等承栽 腹板6的數目係以模組中所要裝設之電路板條7的數目為 準。在所示的較佳實施例中,共設有三個這樣的電路板條 7。匕們係沿著底板5的全長而設在幾個彼此按照適當距離 前後排列的承載腹板6上。在正常情況下,三個這樣的承 載腹板6便足可承載一條電路板條7。承載腹板7的上端是 個可讓電路板條7延伸的平面。從圖中可清楚看出,兩條 鄰接的電路板條7係被固定在二個平面上,該二平面彼此 圍出一個角度a。這角度大致應與發光二極體之照,射角度 的大小相當。於此,發光二極體的照射角度是以b表示。 利用燈光在通過透明罩2 〇時的折射,照射角度b即因而被 擴大,以致現在的照射角度相當於b,。 發光二極體的照射角度相當窄。就市面上所售的發光 二極體而言,其照射角度最大為2 2 〇。對於現今相當大表 面的照明,相應的做法都是對儘可能大的表面配置發光二 極體。為達到充分的亮度,便需使用大量的發光二極體。
555952 五、發明說明(5) 本發明不但顯示出一種能改良照明和減少發光二極體數目 的配置’也顯示出整個設計十分易於製造,構造可採用理 想的模組化方式,進而能使發光二極體的安裝牢固。另 外’不論是以個別或若干模組來組合成照明體均十分簡 單。 ^ 除了所示的較佳實施例外,當然另有其它種種變化可 行。尤其整個模組可以加寬,照明體也是如此。就此而 ° ’可將個別承載腹板6加寬,以便在各個與縱向橫切的 電路板條上留有可供容置二個彼此鄰接之發光二極體的地 方°另外,發光二極體的選擇當然也按照需求而定。較佳 的一種是應用現今可獲得的白光二極體,並按照需求讓它 們與適當顏色的二極體混合。因此,在要呈現新鮮麵包產 °σ的區域,可用白光和黃光二極體,或在鮮肉區要用照明 體時’則可用白光二極體與紅光二極體混合。 ^ 照明體1通常是被供以低壓直流電。原則上,可將整 /定器和變壓器整合到照明體内。然而,因為此舉會產生一 些廢熱,所以宜將這些組件設在照明體之外。
