Optionally, the non-woven fabric layer is laid on both sides of the woven mesh to form a sandwich configuration. The woven fabric and the non-woven fabric are combined together via knitting so that a part The organic synthetic filament penetrates through the laminated material and emerges from the lower surface of the laminated material and is laid next to it. The resulting laminate is then consolidated with an acrylate or styrene adhesive. Detailed description of the preferred embodiment of the invention Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economics So far the present invention will be described with reference to its exemplary embodiments. In one example of the present invention, a non-woven composition is combined with a pre-consolidated glass woven mesh or scrim to form a laminate. The woven mesh or scrim and the nonwoven are joined together via knitting in such a way that a portion of the synthetic filaments can extend through the entire woven layer. The synthetic fiber is preferably shrunk by applying heat before knitting. The nonwoven synthetic material may be a cut fiber, but a filamentous fiber is preferred. These filamentous fibers are also known as 'unconnected' (loop) fibers known to those skilled in the art. The fiber is preferably organic synthetic fiber. For example, the paper size is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) -6- 550171 A7 B7. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. 5. Description of the invention (4) Polypropylene, polyester, polyamide and other commonly used artificial organic fibers. The synthetic nonwoven material can be pre-consolidated by calendering or knitting. The woven mat may also be pre-consolidated with an adhesive. Suitable adhesives include polyvinyl acetate ' pure acrylates and other hydrophobic or hydrophobic adhesives. The knitting system is used to bond layers together, with a stitch density of about 30 to 50 / cm2. This laminated material is finally consolidated with an adhesive selected from the group consisting of a copolymer of acrylate, styrene, butadiene and acrylate. The proposed adhesives can be mixed with hard-plastic (d u r ο p 1 a s t i c) adhesives such as urea or melamine resins. Preferably, the laminate is cured by coating with about 5 to 35 weight percent and preferably 14 to 18 weight percent of an acrylate or styrene adhesive. In particular, the method can be performed by forming a spunbond non-woven fabric using the spunbond process described in DE-OS 24 60 755, the whole of which is incorporated herein by reference. Preferably, the fiber is selected from the group consisting of poly (ethylene terephthalate), copolyester, and more preferably polyester. Thereafter, the fibers were pre-consolidated by hot calendering, in which the nonwoven system was pre-consolidated by heat. Alternatively, pre-consolidation via knitting can be performed in which about 20 to 40 stitches per square centimeter is placed. The pre-consolidated filament nonwoven has a substrate weight of about 50 to 350 grams per square meter, and more preferably about 100 to 230 grams per square meter. Fiberglass webs or scrim woven fabrics are made by using continuous glass fibers such as along the warp direction (that is, the longitudinal direction), and along the weft direction (that is, (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page). Binding: 羲This paper size is in accordance with Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 mm) 550171 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (5) Horizontal) Use glass as warp yarn to make glass cut fiber better titer te X They are measured in grams. Of course, the warp yarns can be made of glass, so the fineness of the yarns can be selected to differ from 1 to 8 yarns per cm of powder, urea resin, or 30 to 50 needles of polyester. Synthetic nonwoven phase. In addition, the binder is finally consolidated with the above-mentioned glass fiber, and more preferably about 1 is the total amount of the weight-based phase. Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page. It is preferable to use cut fibers for glass filaments or cut fiber ribbons as weft yarns. The glassmaker has 330 tex to 660 tex. Those skilled in the art can easily confirm that d t e X or / 10, 000 meters or grams / 1, 000 meters can use cut yarns as weft yarns, warp yarns and weft yarns are twice less. On. The woven mesh is more melamine resin non-woven, and the square centimeter will be less than a millimeter / stroke. Laminated through. Preferably, the 4 to 18 weights are made for glass fiber cut fiber or cut fiber tape, and. A dense nonwoven network is particularly advantageous. Advantages are the selected weft yarns and warp. In the preferred example, the warp yarn density is preferably pre-consolidated with a binder selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl acetate and polyester. Place on the prepared weaving net and knit together with them. The polyester fine (mm / stroke) forward feed filament penetrates the glass fiber woven fabric to and there is a line of knitting adjacent to the filament, which can reduce the lamination and especially apply acrylate or The styrene adhesive binder is used in an amount of about 5 to 35% by weight. You can easily understand the dimensional woven fabrics and polyester filament nonwovens. The paper size is applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 mm) -8- 550171 A7 ___ B7 V. Description of the invention (6) (please first (Please read the notes on the back and fill in this page.) Although the final consolidation using the above-mentioned adhesive is used, the laminated material can also be consolidated with a reduced amount of adhesive, and the adhesive is completely omitted when necessary. For example, an amount of 10%, preferably 7.5%, and most preferably 5% or less may be used. Synthetic fibers can be processed at temperatures between about 140 and 220 ° C. As a result, subsequent processing of the laminate does not cause additional shrinkage of the filaments contained in the nonwoven. Synthetic fibers can be shrunk separately, so they can be performed before using them to make nonwovens. Preferably, the organic synthetic fiber is shrunk when it is in the form of a nonwoven or a corresponding layer. This contraction may be performed before mechanical or hydrodynamic means are intended to consolidate. Optionally, the nonwoven system shrinks after a corresponding pre-consolidation. The shrinkage is preferably performed by heating at a temperature of about 140 to 220 ° C. Printing of clothing by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs In addition, the shrinkage is carried out after the carrier nonwoven is bonded. However, the carrier shrinks before it is treated or coated with asphalt such as ground asphalt type materials, PVC, etc. For example, when manufacturing a roofing felt ', the carrier is guided through a hot liquid asphalt tank. In this way, the mechanical properties of the laminated material obtained by this method, and especially the delamination property 'can be improved. In addition, as a result of the fairly complete layer, the fire resistance properties have also been improved. The two-layer laminated material prepared according to the present invention can reduce the amount of glass fragments and dust, thereby avoiding injury to the operator and reducing the harm to the environment. Furthermore, less glass dust generation can provide procedural advantages during the final consolidation phase. -9- This paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) 550171 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (7) According to another example, a three-layer (ie, sandwich structure) Laminated wood. In particular, polyester filament nonwovens are used to form the upper and lower layers, and glass fiber woven mesh or scrim is used as the intermediate layer. The glass fiber woven mesh or scrim is produced by using continuous glass fibers' in the warp direction and glass cut fibers in the weft direction. The glass woven mesh is pre-consolidated with an adhesive before the synthetic nonwoven is bonded via knitting. The glass fiber may be selected from fibers such as E, C, mixtures thereof, and E C R glass, and suitable binders for processing glass weaves include polyvinyl acetate, starch, urea resin, or melamine resin. The filament synthetic nonwoven is laid on a pre-consolidated woven web and the layers are bonded there via knitting. If necessary, the polyester nonwoven is also pre-consolidated via knitting. The filaments contained in the first layer of non-woven fabric pass through the glass fiber woven mesh and pass through a second layer of polyester non-woven fabric optionally used on the other side of the glass fiber woven mesh, thus providing effective Fixation. According to this embodiment, the needle method used is a distance of about 2 to 4 mm between the needle point and the barb point. According to the method described above, a laminated material is manufactured for a two-layer laminated material. In order to avoid breakage or simply damage the glass fiber, knitting is performed by advancing at a forward feed ratio of less than 14 mm / stroke. The needle method used with the forward feed ratio of the needle drop can maintain a small draft. Piercing, as defined herein, occurs when the needle is pierced into the nonwoven, which occurs when the nonwoven is moved in the direction in which the layers are carried. The puncture occurring in the needle car of the preferred embodiment is preferably about 0 to 1 mm / stroke. In this way, the maintenance of the small buckle can provide an improved paper size applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) • 丨 ------------- (Please (Please read the notes on the back before filling this page) · Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economics -10- 550171 A7 B7 Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs nature. A laminated nonwoven material having three layers can be made into a synthetic nonwoven system having an area weight regardless of the area. The ratio of the area weight of the two synthetic nonwoven layers is preferably 1: 1 to 1: 5, more preferably 1: 1 to 1: 3, and most preferably 1: 1 to 1: 2. The present invention is further explained by the following examples, wherein the laminated material includes a nonwoven synthetic layer and a glass fiber woven layer. Example. A random fiber nonwoven was made by depositing polyethylene terephthalate on a conveyor. After that, the nonwoven was pre-consolidated by knitting and arranged at 33 stitches / cm 2. The nonwoven had an area weight of 183 g / cm². The nonwoven was laid on a glass woven web pre-consolidated with a melamine resin. The manufacturing of the glass woven web uses warp yarns including continuous glass filaments, and the fineness thereof is 1 3 6 t e X. Weft yarns are made of glass-cut fibers and have a fineness of 3 3 0 t e X. The density of the warp is four yarns / cm. After that, the two layers were combined by knitting at a feed ratio of 41 needles / cm 2 with a feed rate of 12 mm / stroke. Subsequently, the laminated material was finally consolidated with a styrene adhesive. The maximum tensile load in the machine direction is 5 1 4N / 5 cm at 3 2 · 4% elongation and 457N / 5cm at 35.8% in the transverse direction.
