Abstract

A ball point for a writing instrument including a body 10 of which the rear end includes a bore 11 designed for connecting an ink reservoir and of which the front end includes a housing 12 designed for receiving a ball 13. A capillary hole 14 connects the bore 11 to the housing 12 for supplying ink to the surface of the ball 13. The ink supply channels or spider legs 15 can be provided in any appropriate shape. The housing 12 receiving the ball is formed of a first bore 16 of a large diameter situated at the front end of the point, followed by a second bore 17 of a smaller diameter into which opens the capillary hole 14. The diameter of the second bore 17 corresponds substantially to that of the ball 13 and extends at least to the equator 18 of the ball 13. Thus, the ball housed in this bore and resting on its seat 19 is guided without looseness in the point.

Description

(請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂---------線丨為 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) -9 -548201 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (1) The subject matter of the present invention is a writing instrument, and more particularly, a steel ball pen. Existing steel ballpoint pens are provided with a tip or body 1 including a hole 2 for receiving a ball 3 placed on a seat 4. This tip contains a capillary hole 5 for supplying ink, and often has channels 6 or spider feet to ensure that the ink can be distributed over a large area of the ball 3. Figs. 1 and 2 illustrate this conventional tip having a ball; Fig. 3 illustrates a version of these tips having a ball in which the channel for supplying ink extends to the entire height of the capillary hole 5, so that the channel is opened above the ink reservoir tube 7. Regardless of the quality of the ink used (that is, whether it is thick or fluid), and its obvious command, especially the size of the capillary channel 5 and the spider feet 6, it is always difficult to guarantee the best ink flow at the same time, that is, 'Able to write fast but without creating stains or water cuts, and when the ball tip is not in use' there is no risk of losing ink, and the ball can be properly guided. In fact, when the ball is connected to the tip hole without a gap, the ink flow is often insufficient; when the ball is connected with a small gap, the ball pen is not in use, and there is a risk of releasing ink. Furthermore, the guidance of the ball is not very satisfactory 'and because the ball moves on its seat, the tip makes a noise when writing. When using the current ball tip, when the diameter of the ball is reduced, these problems will be magnified. The object of the present invention is to provide a ball tip for a ballpoint pen, which can eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages, regardless of the type of ink used Regardless of the size of the ball, it can also be applied to a ball with a diameter equal to or smaller than Q · 5 mm. Capillary holes -6-1 This paper size applies Chinese national standards ( CNS) A4 size (210 X 297 mm) 2 4 connection hole 1 1 The entry point 1 2 'to supply ink to the surface 3 of the ball 1 3. The ink supply channel or spider feet 15 can be of any suitable shape. The novelty of the ball tip is due to the fact that the entry point of the receiving ball 548201 A7 B7 V. Examination explanation (4) 1 2 It is composed of a large diameter first hole 16 at the tip of the tip and a second diameter 17 followed by a smaller diameter. 'The capillary can be opened thereon. Hole 14. The diameter of the second hole 17 basically corresponds to the ball 13 and extends at least to the bisector 18 of the ball 13. The same applies when the ball 13 is in the operating position within the tip. Therefore, the ball is The pressure can enter this hole, or it can stay in it with some tight friction, and is seated in the seat 19. When guided in a way without tip clearance, it can ensure a trajectory of a certain width 'comfortable and smooth. The diameter of the first hole 16 is substantially larger than the diameter of the ball at its bisector 18 by several percent or even tens of millimeters' when the end of the tip 10 is crimped to retain the ball 1 3 at When it enters within 1 2 'it will form an ink chamber 2 0 to provide additional ink retention in the ball's Encirclement makes fast writing possible. In this embodiment, the ink supply channel 15 or spider feet extend into this ink chamber 20 to supply the same ink with a sufficient amount of ink, in the case of a small-diameter ball tip. For example, less than 0.7 mm ', which is particularly beneficial. The difference in diameter between the first hole 16 and the second hole 17 differs from embodiment to embodiment, but is usually included in 1 percent. It is between 20 and 10 millimeters, and more preferably between 2 and 10 millimeters. Based on this arrangement and the ink zR chamber 2 0 with two holes 16 and 17 having different diameters, when the ball is guided without being loosened, it can ensure that the ink supply of 1 on the ball surface is far more than the current tip Big. This paper is fully compliant with Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 x 297 mm) (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) Order · Printed by the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Consumer Consumption Cooperative A7 B7 548201 5. Description of the invention (5) The writing comfort and writing quality achieved with such a ball tip are considerably improved compared to Xi Yakou's ball tip. More preferably, the spider foot 15 supplies not only the first chamber 2 1 as a general tip, but also the second ink chamber 20 as described. In the alternative version, this is no longer the case no matter what's happening because the spider feet 15 may not be able to extend behind the bisector of the ball 1 3, in which case the ink chamber 20 is slowed by the service of the ball The ground charge, though, still provides a larger ink surface to the ball than the conventional tip. In the third embodiment of the ball tip illustrated in FIG. 7, the body 10 also includes a capillary hole 1 4 ′ but has a larger diameter hole 30 at its front end, which is more than the ball 13 at the bisector 18 The diameter is several percent or even tens of millimeters. This hole 30 is received with its back part, connected to the capillary hole 1 4 and the insert 3 1, which can be pressed into the body 1 0. It has a central hole 3 2 and a hole with a diameter substantially equal to the ball 1 3 Corresponding holes 3 3. This insert 31 may contain spider feet to distribute ink on the surface of the ball 13. This arrangement also makes it possible to provide the ink chamber 34, which is equivalent to the ink chamber 20 of the first embodiment. The advantage provided by the first embodiment is to facilitate the manufacture of the tip by reducing the number of mechanical operations on the body 10 therein. The insert 31 can be made of a material different from the body 10 made of the ball tip, and this material can be more resistant to abrasion. In the version illustrated in FIG. 8, the insert 31 contains a spring-back bottom 35, which pierces the ball 1 3 'to the crimped portion located at the end of the body 10.
