方突出部を設け、該内方突出部により前記インキ
中継芯の前記インキ溜め室より前方に位置する前
部を固定するようなしたので、ペン先ホルダーと
インキ中継芯とは確実に固着できて、一般消費者
の使用時における危険性もなくなるだけでなく、
従来の如くペン先ホルダーの加締などによつて生
じる変形により、ペン先ホルダーの摺動が不良と
なつたり、またペン先ホルダーの筆記具軸筒への

ーとともにインキ中継芯や弁体を確実に一体的に

インキがペン先ホルダーの外壁を通じて不要に漏
れ出してしまうことの極力抑制できるので、筆跡
や手を汚したりすることも十分に抑制できる。
