Hitherto, various liquid writing instruments have been known in which ink is supplied from an ink storage chamber to a nib made of a fiber bundle or resin by operating a valve body or by interposing a valve body for controlling ink flow rate. However, when writing with this kind of liquid writing instrument, when the valve body is operated to supply ink to the pen tip, the amount of ink supplied is unstable.
More ink than the directly required amount tends to be supplied from the ink storage chamber to the pen tip, and as a result, this excessively supplied ink cannot be held in the pen tip or the area near the pen tip, causing the outer peripheral surface etc. In addition, due to such phenomena, an excessive amount of ink tends to be ejected from the pen tip, so the width of the handwriting is not constant. This left room for improvement in terms of ink derivation and ink ejection properties, such as the lack of clear handwriting.

In order to solve these problems, various solutions have been taken for this type of liquid writing instrument, such as in Utility Model Publication No. 15851/1983, but nothing satisfactory has yet been achieved. At present, there are still problems in improving productivity by simplifying parts, etc.

This invention was made in view of the above circumstances,
We aim to provide a liquid writing instrument that solves the problems of the past, always delivers stable ink to the pen tip, has excellent ink ejection properties, and can be expected to improve productivity by simplifying parts. The valve body is pressed against the valve seat by an elastic body; a pen nib holder having a small tube nib protruding from the tip and disposed within the shaft; and the pen nib holder and the valve. An ink relay core placed between the body and the
The tip slightly protrudes from the small tube nib, the rear end is connected to the ink relay core, has a self-resilient force that is weaker than the elastic force of the elastic body, and is slidable within the small tube nib. A writing set integrally formed with the arranged ink guiding core; and an ink storage part arranged between the shaft and the ink relay core and having a slight gap with the ink relay core; When the part is pressed, the ink guide core slides, and then the pen nib holder slides in the shaft sliding hole, which activates the valve body and supplies ink from the ink storage chamber to the small tube nib. The gist of this paper is a liquid writing instrument that is characterized by the following features.

1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the present invention, and reference numeral 11 indicates a curved portion to provide a sliding force (self-resilient force) that easily bends under writing pressure to the rear portion. An ink guiding core made of a resin such as polyfluorinated ethylene, polypropylene, or nylon, or a metal such as stainless steel or carbon steel, integrally having a portion 11a, the ink guiding core 11
A small tube nib 13 made of metal, resin, ceramics, etc. with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance is protruded integrally or separately from the tip of the nib holder 12.
It is slidably inserted into the inside of the pen nib holder 12 and the small tube nib 13 with the tip slightly protruding. It is particularly preferable from the viewpoint of wear resistance of the pen tip to form the ink guiding core 11 and the small tube nib 13 from metal or the like.

The ink guide core 11 is made of nylon, polyester, etc. whose rear part, that is, the end of the curved part 11a, is fixed to the rear inner peripheral surface of the nib holder 12.
It is connected to the tip of an ink relay core 14 made of a fiber bundle such as acrylic, and the rear end of the ink relay core 14 is connected to a valve rod 15b having a valve body 15a, and a spring receiver 15c and a valve body 15a. The valve element 15a is brought into pressure contact with the valve seat 15e by an elastic body 15d having a stronger elastic force than the sliding force (resilience) of the ink guide core 11 stretched between the valve body 15a and the valve seat 15e. ,
At the same time, the ink guiding core 14 and the pen nib holder 12 are slidably resiliently disposed forward within the sliding hole 16a of the front shaft 16. In the above configuration, the small tube nib 13, the nib holder 12, the ink relay core 14, the ink guiding core 1
1 is integrally formed and constitutes a writing set S to simplify assembly.

In the above configuration, when a pressing operation is performed with the writing tip facing downward, the ink guide core 11 first bends against its own elastic force, slides and sinks into the small tube nib 13, and then becomes elastic again. When the pressure is continued against the elastic force of the repellent body 15d, the small tube nib 13, the nib holder 12, and the ink relay core 14, which are integrally formed with the ink guiding core 11 and constitute the writing set S, are released. It slides backward, and along with this, the valve rod 15b
The valve body 15a also moves rearward, creating a gap between the valve body 15a and the valve seat 15e. At this time, the highly viscous ink stored in the ink storage chamber 21 in the rear shaft 20 passes through the gap, passes from the ink relay core 14 and the ink storage section 17 to the ink relay core 14, and then passes through the small tube nib 1.
3. Here, when the pressure on the small tube nib 13 is released, the valve body 15a comes into pressure contact with the valve seat 15e again, and from then on, the curved portion 1 of the ink guiding core 11
For slight sliding movement back and forth by 1a (self-elastic force)
As a result, ink is always stably ejected from the tip of the small tube nib 13, making it possible to write.

In the first embodiment, a curved portion is formed at the rear of the ink guiding core in order to impart sliding force (self-resilient force) to the ink guiding core, but this is not limiting. As shown in Figure 3,
A simple rod-shaped ink guiding core 11' may be loosely inserted inside the small tube nib 13', and its rear portion 11'a may also be bent to provide self-resilient force (in this case, the ink guiding core 11' (The body 11' is held by the surface tension of the ink), and a spiral elastic part is integrally formed at the rear of the ink guiding core.
The elastic portion may also apply sliding force.

In the above embodiments, the ink relay core has its tip directly connected to the nib holder and its rear to the valve rod, but separate members may be interposed between the nib holder and the valve rod. It's good.

In this invention, when the writing tip is pressed, the ink guiding core slides, and then the pen tip holder slides inside the shaft sliding hole, which activates the valve body and draws ink from the ink storage chamber. By supplying the ink to the small tube nib 13 and the ink storage section,
The ink can be delivered to the pen tip in a stable manner at all times, resulting in excellent ink ejection, and the occurrence of ink droplets, etc., which was conventional, can be prevented as much as possible, and the writing width can be clearly defined with a constant width. In addition to being able to obtain handwriting, the small tube nib, nib holder, ink relay core, and ink guiding core are integrally formed to form a writing set, and the ink guiding core has self-resilient force. By providing this, it is possible to improve productivity by simplifying assembly and simplifying parts. Further, the ink storage portion has a small gap between it and the ink relay core, so that the ink relay core (writing set) can slide smoothly.
