Description

Description of the Invention (1) [Technical Field] The present invention relates to an e-commerce transaction, particularly an open e-commerce transaction system, an e-commerce transaction method, and a program recording medium using the Internet as a platform. [Technical background] In recent years, e-commerce transactions have been activated in China with the provision of communication infrastructure starting from the Internet. The so-called e-commerce transactions are carried out via the Internet or a dedicated network, and transactions between suppliers and consumers are called, and due to their convenience and speed, it is expected to have explosive popularity in the future. E-commerce transactions using the known Internet as a platform are personal, corporate consumers, who open the main page (HP) of a supplier or dealer store and form the desired product on their main page. That is, suppliers and the like open their own homepages on the Internet to display products there or direct designated products from consumers. Commodities are not only articles, but also programs, music, information, stocks, and patent rights. The consumer specifies the product and quantity to be purchased on his homepage, enters the consent of the product, the delivery location, the receiving method, the checkout method, etc., and presses the order button. When this order is sent to the supplier via the Internet, the supplier arranges to send the item or download it via the Internet when it is a program. Products can be delivered to companies or private residences, convenience stores or stations, and can be received at any other designated places. It is also possible to checkout between the Internet and financial institutions. 523693 V. Description of the invention (2) However, in the conventional information trading system, because the main webpage of the same place is used to display and order products, it has the following problems in a dynamic trading environment. The first problem is that when the product is changed, it is necessary to change the main webpage including the order S checkout part which is not related to the product information. In particular, there are too many commodities, and the life cycle of commodities is short-lived. Regarding the aspect of the main page, when the purchase and checkout part is changed, the main page containing larger product information needs to be changed. For example, the electronic parts of a semiconductor integrated circuit (IC) include tens of thousands of pages including detailed product information pages. The second problem is that if you want to set up a business channel with a business transaction form different from the conventional business transaction form (mainly the checkout method), you must also change the entire homepage. For example, it used to be a transaction object with a large company, and used a computer to manage the transaction content. However, when individuals or small businesses such as speculation are also added to the transaction object, or they have only been linked to the father of a chain company to a cooperative, this forms the The general situation of a company's dealings' is not a novelty in a near harsh trading environment. In such cases, changes in checkout methods and the like are accompanied, but it is desirable to respond with a more familiar system that does not change. However, in the above-mentioned conventional technology, when the transaction object to be managed becomes an unspecified majority, the management of the computer of the transaction content is extremely complicated, so it is actually difficult to cope with it. The third problem is that it is difficult to construct a transaction form that improves consumer service and seeks to promote trading opportunities. In order to improve the service to consumers and promote trading opportunities, for example, the competition may be diversified by the coexistence of multiple intermediary dealers, the inventory status of the products or the number of scheduled delivery days for immediate notification. According to the same purchaser -4- 523693 V. Description of the invention (3) The accumulated purchase amount or the price of the accumulated purchase price shall be reduced, and the purchaser shall grasp the delivery status of the ordered product, the guide of the related product, and the hint of the swap product 5. Keep the information distributed, choose the place where the goods are received, choose the checkout method, the auction of the goods out of stock, the follow-up of providing samples, etc. [Inspiration of the Invention] The present invention is implemented in view of the problems described above, and its first object is to provide an electronic commerce transaction system and method that flexibly respond to changes in commodities or transaction patterns. This is a link from the first main webpage. The hardware is realized in the form of a transfer of the processing control right from the retrieval / display server 31. Furthermore, on this second main webpage, the order receiving / checkout database 40 is used to accept and order items from the customer terminals 1, 2 for transmission, and at the same time, it is connected to the financial institution account management server 5 via the Internet 6 Checkout processing. The delivery database 42 is information required for ordering the stored items. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the delivery database 42 includes delivery information including the company name, the person responsible for the delivery, the destination, the delivery date, and the delivery date. -523693 V. Description of the invention (13) Table. The sending server 43 receives the sending party from the customer terminals 1, 2 and sometimes receives an instruction from the desired delivery date, and inherits the processing control right from the receiving order / checkout server 41, and determines the sending company by referring to the sending database 42. . Then, the delivery information server 7 of the determined delivery company contacts the items to be delivered, the destination of the delivery, and the date of delivery. When the delivery company's occurrence information server 7 decides the sender and the scheduled date, the sender's terminal 8 of the sender should contact the items to be sent, and when the sender and the delivery day are implemented, contact the sender information server 7 When the name of the owner is sent and the delivery date is scheduled. The delivery information server 7 contacts the customer terminal 1, 2 with the delivery company name, the delivery owner name, and the scheduled delivery date via the Internet 6, and writes the delivery owner name and the scheduled delivery date into the delivery database 42. Thereafter, when the delivery vehicle actually executes the delivery, the sender contacts the delivery company's delivery information server 7 from the sender terminal 8 to the delivery execution day, and the delivery execution day is subject to the delivery server receiving the contact from the delivery information server 7. The device 43 writes into the transmission database 42. In addition to a private home or company ’, you can also choose a convenience store or station. The order accepting / checkout server 41 performs the checkout processing with the financial institution account management server via the Internet 6. Next, with reference to the processing flowchart shown in Fig. 6 for the business transaction processing of this embodiment, the screen of the first main web page shown in Fig. 7 and the screen of the second main web page shown in Fig. 8 are explained. When the customer A wants to purchase the item, "first", browse the first main webpage (-15 of the figure 6-523693) 5. Description of the invention (14) Step S1). The customer A operates the customer terminal 1 and accesses it from various shopping centers provided by the customer A, or directly accesses the homepage of the manufacturer of the item. The first main webpage is shown in Figure 7. If the initial picture of the IC is shown, the 1C products of FET, bipolar, diode, etc. are listed on the product list. Although each product is sold for a price, it is accompanied by an indication whether it is in the auction. This is based on the supply and demand relationship of 1C, and sometimes it will be taken to the auction (more on this later). Customer A searches the desired product by product name on the list. Then, when it clicks on the display place of the special product, it jumps to the detailed information page of the displayed product, so the item information can be obtained on the page (step S2). The content of the article information is the sales information table shown in Figure 3. The customer A selects an item with reference to the item price information, inventory information, and exchange item information contained therein (step S3). At this time, the interchangeable product may be reviewed (step S4). The exchange product information may also include other products. Such interchangeable product information is convenient for customers. It is also taken to remind the exchange of products of other companies. The introduction of the principle of competition has the significance of stimulating the business sector of the company itself. The selection is performed in consideration of function, price, and delivery date (steps S5, S6, and S7). Alas, when purchasing multiple items, repeat the above. After selecting the items to be purchased, the customer A returns to the initial screen of FIG. 7, confirms that all purchased items are marked, and presses the " buy π button 201. Then, jump from the first main web page to the second main web page. As shown in Fig. 2, the control right of the process is from the retrieval / display server 31 to the order / checkout server 41. -16- 523693 V. Description of the Invention (15) Customer A reads the second main webpage (step) as shown in Fig. 8 and enters the order information (step S9). Referring to Figure 9, on the second homepage, "Order Form" is displayed first, so customer A enters the product name, unit price (only when bidding), and quantity. At this time, the unit price is displayed corresponding to the product name according to the sales item information table as shown in FIG. 4A.尙 ’When entering order information, the names of all purchased items may be automatically entered in accordance with the mark on the first homepage, or may be re-entered on the second homepage. Because "Consent Form" is displayed, Customer A has read the contents of it, and then presses the "Agree" button 301. The so-called consent is the person who records the conditions of use and the boundaries of the manufacturer's responsibility when using the 1C. Next, the screen is switched to a confirmation screen, and the name, address, and credit card number are automatically displayed after the buyer wishes to read the information sheet from FIG. 4B. Customer A confirms this and makes a correction. In addition, in Figure 8, the illustration is omitted, but it is the content of the distribution point information table in Figure 4C or the auction, and the content of the auction information table in Figure 4D appears to the receiving place of other items. Based on these screens, Customer A will be reminded of the accumulated purchase amount and the accumulated reduction in the number of purchases based on the inventory status and the number of scheduled delivery days. Inventory status refers to the inventory information from the distributor's information table. The number of delivery days is calculated by entering the "Order form" quantity and inventory information from the order accepting / checkout server 41, and the price reduction is made by the purchaser. The purchase history in the information table and the price information in the distributor's information table are calculated and displayed by the order receiving / checkout server 41. The collection place can be selected from private houses, companies, and convenience stores. -17-523693 V. Description of Invention (16), other designated places at the station.尙 'Figure 8 can also display a screen instead of entering a credit number to be deducted from the account' to pay the bill and collect cash. The customer enters 'all required items' and finishes the operation on the second homepage above, and presses the " Order " button 302. The order accepting / checkout server 41 is to update the purchase history in the purchase wisher information form from the order content, and at the same time transfer the control of processing to the sending server 43. The delivery server 43 refers to the delivery database 42 to determine the delivery company. Then, the delivery information server 7 of the determined delivery company contacts the items to be delivered, the destination of the delivery, and the desired delivery date. When the delivery company's delivery information server 7 decides the sender and the scheduled date, the sender's terminal 8 of the sender should contact the items to be sent, and the sender and the delivery execution day, contact the delivery information server 7 at the same time. When the name of the owner is sent and the delivery date is scheduled. The delivery information server 7 contacts the customer terminal 1, 2 with the delivery company name, the sender name and the scheduled delivery date via the Internet 6, and writes the sender name and the scheduled delivery date into the delivery database 42. Thereafter, when the delivery vehicle actually executes the delivery, the sender contacts the delivery information server 7 of the delivery company from the sender terminal 8 to send the delivery date, and the delivery execution day is based on the contact from the delivery information server 7. The transmission server 43 is written in the transmission database 42. This is for inquiries from customers when there is no delivery due to road congestion until the scheduled delivery date. Alas, the delivery is based on the designated place entered by the customer. -18- 523693 V. Description of Invention (17). The order accepting / checkout server 41 performs the checkout processing on the customer's account via the Internet 6 and the financial institution account management server 5. Next, a second embodiment of an electronic commerce transaction system and the like according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In Figure 9, the second embodiment of the present invention, it is known that the sales vendor 430-1, 430-2 ,. 430- (n ^ 2) and 1-to-1 2nd main page 452-1, 452-2,. .  . 563 -η is different from the first embodiment, and the sender 440-1, 440-2,. . . , 440-m (m-l;), can also be across a plurality of sellers. Fig. 10 is an outline drawing of the first main webpage in the second embodiment. It can be seen in comparison with Fig. 7. In Fig. 10, there are buttons 5 1 1, 5 1 2 for designating multiple dealer shops. And 5 1 3. Customer B can select a special dealer when operating customer terminal 2 to make an order. The price in step S6 or the delivery date in step S7 in the flow chart in FIG. 6 is also applicable to the second embodiment, that is, the significance of purchasing the service contents can be compared for each authorized dealer. The other points are the same as in the first embodiment. Therefore, only the order receiving / checkout server 41 and the sending server 43 in the second main page display sub-system 4 shown in FIG. The numbers are different. Therefore, FIGS. 3 to 8 can be applied to the second embodiment as they are, and the description of the operations is also omitted. That is, the order receiving / checkout database 40 and the sending database 42 shown in FIG. 2 are used in total for the order receiving / checkout server 41 and the full sending server 43. -19- 523693 V. Description of the invention (18) Even in the 1C industry, 1C shortages often occur. In addition, when the demand and supply relationship of 1C is in balance, there are also customers who want to get it earlier than others regardless of the high price. In this case, bidding is conducted. That is, a desired number of products are cut and sold from a bidder who suggests a high price. Based on this, customers can meet urgent purchase requirements, on the one hand, resulting in high profits for the sales side. In order to conduct the auction, in the first or second embodiment of the present invention, since the product is attached with * on the first main page of FIG. 7 and FIG. 10, it indicates that the product becomes the object of the auction. When customer B wants to purchase an item and opens the first main webpage of his premises, the product name of the item is appended with *, then customer B clicks to buy buttons 201 (picture 7), 501 (picture 10) The processing according to the flowchart shown in FIG. 11 is performed on the second main web page. Referring to FIG. 11, first, after the customer B performs user registration (step τ 1) ', the bidding information is viewed (step T2). The so-called bidding information is the content of the bidding information table shown in Figure 40, which includes other bidders, bid deadlines and other bid prices. Customer B reviews the bidding information and determines the bidding object (step T3). Then apply for bidding right (step T4). The bidding right is based on the order / checkout server 41, and refers to the purchase history in the purchase wisher information table (Fig. 4B) of the order / checkout database 40 to prioritize customers who have accumulated a large number of purchases. When the bidding right is not recognized (step T5), the procedure in step T1 (steps T1 to T6) can be repeated during the bidding period in the auction information table (Figure 40). When bidding right is awarded during the bid period (step T7), customer B loses -20-: ~: =:: = 1 ——__ 523693 5. Invention Description (19) Enter the bidding information. Specifically, enter the unit price in the order form shown in Figure 8. The seller is the total bid information of all the bidders (stored in the bidding information table), and the possible purchase amount of the customer is contacted by each customer on the second main page. Following the input on this second homepage, the confirmation operation is the same as that of the first embodiment described with reference to FIG. 8. Finally, the customer B clicks " Order " button 302 (Fig. 7) to execute the order. In addition, the following delivery and settlement are the same as those in the first embodiment. In the embodiment described above, the first main page is dedicated to the retrieval of item information, and the order is performed on the second main page. However, in this form, it does not hinder the first main page and can be used as an order form. That is, the order can be performed on both the first main webpage and the second main webpage. This system does not significantly change the knowledge system for searching and ordering item information on the same main web page. Furthermore, since a second main web page is provided, it can be used to add different order forms. Next, a sample supply system will be described. When customers such as development technicians want to use 1C experimentally, most of them want to get it quickly without going through a dealer's shop without going through complicated ordering procedures. The sample supply system proposed here can respond to this demand. Therefore, as shown in Figure 3, the sample information is included in the sales material information sheet. Customers who want to accept the sample offer click the sample request button on the second main page of the same premises as the first main page. Therefore, information such as the customer name, product name, day and time, etc. was recorded as sample providing information and sent to the sales department. The sales department department quickly sent the required samples to its customers. Then, provide information according to the sample, and then the S-party asks its customers ’to inquire about the origin of the subsequent samples, and at the same time continue to open the sale or improve the product. Alas, it goes without saying that samples can be shipped through dealer shops. In the above description, the object is a transaction object, but the present invention is not limited to this, and can be applied to programs, music, games, services, stocks, and the like. Furthermore, the e-commerce transaction method described above may be recorded in a computer-readable semiconductor memory in order to implement a program on a computer, and a recording medium such as a CD-ROM, a magnetic disk drive, etc. may be used to read into a computer and execute it. The program controls a computer with a retrieval / display database, a computer with an order receiving / checkout server, and a computer with a sending database as the above retrieval / display, order / checkout server, and sending server. Features. As described above, according to the present invention, the following effects are mainly obtained. In other words, the “first effect of the present invention is that the main webpage used for e-commerce transactions is separated from the transaction object as the search part and the order and billing part.” So when one part is changed, the other part is included There is no need to change the main webpage or to a minimum, so it can be used to provide e-commerce transaction systems and methods that can flexibly correspond to changes in commodities or transaction patterns. The second effect of the present invention is that when it is desired to set up a transaction channel different from the conventional business transaction form (i stomach is the checkout method), it is not necessary to change all the main webpages, so the existing business transaction is inherited as it is. Shape-22- 523693 V. Description of the invention (21) State, which can provide easy e-commerce transaction systems and methods for transactions with counterparties in bad trading patterns. The third effect of the present invention is the diversification of services brought about by the competition among multiple intermediate dealers. The status of the product inventory or the immediate delivery date is indicated, which prompts the cumulative purchase based on the purchase price of the same purchaser according to the purchase unit price of the purchase quantity. The amount may be reduced according to the price of accumulated purchases, according to the purchaser ’s own grasp of the delivery status of the ordered products, a guide to related products, prompting the exchange of products, holding the distribution of information, selecting a product collection location, selecting a checkout method, and the product Out-of-stock auctions, etc., provide e-commerce transaction systems and methods that build services to consumers and seek transaction forms that create buying and selling opportunities.
