523693 五、發明説明（1 ) 〔技術領域〕 本發明係關於電子商務交易、特別是將網際網路作爲 平台的開放式電子商務交易系統、電子商務交易方法及 程式記錄媒體。 〔技術背景〕 近年來，在我國隨著配備以網際網路爲始的通信基礎 設備，使電子商務交易活躍化起來。所謂電子商務交易 係經由網際網路或專用網路來進行，供應者與消費者間 的交易之稱，而由其方便性與迅速性，預測今後有爆發 性的普及。 以習知之網際網路作爲平台的電子商務交易，係爲個 人、企業的消費者，開放供應者或經銷商店之主網頁 (HP)，在其主網頁上形成訂購所希望的商品。亦即，供 應者等在網際網路上開設自己的主網頁，於該上展示商 品或引導從消費者的指定商品。商品係除了物品之外， 普及到程式、音樂、資訊、股票、專利權等。消費者於 其主網頁上指定欲購入的商品與數量，在輸入商品之同 意書、投送地點、領受方法、結帳方法等後，按下訂購 按鈕。 此訂購經由網路送到供應者時，供應者就安排發送物 品，或爲程式時經由網際網路下載。商品可選擇發送至 公司或私人住宅，便利商店或車站，更可於其他任意之指 定場所領受等。又亦可經由網際網路與金融機構之間進 行結帳。 523693 五、發明説明（2 ) 但是在上述習知之資訊交易系統，因同一處所的主網 頁進行商品之展示與訂購，在轉變爲動態的買賣環境下 有以下的問題。第1問題點，商品被變更時，需要變更包 括與商品資訊無關係的有關訂購S結帳部分之主網頁。 尤其是，商品數太多，商品之生命週期短時至爲深刻。 方面’有關主網頁之g了購、結帳部分被變更時，需要 變更包含更龐大的商品資訊之主網頁。例如，半導體積 體電路（IC )的電子零件時，包括商品之詳細資訊頁時有 涉及至數萬頁。第2問題點，欲設置與習知之商務交易形 態（以結帳方法爲主）不同的商務交易形態之交易通道時 ’亦需要變更全體的主網頁。例如，先前係與大型企 業等爲交易對象，用電腦來管理交易內容，可是將個人 或投機等之小型企業亦加入交易對象時，或從來僅與連 鎖公司至合作社之父易，此即形成與一般公司作交易之 情況’在當近嚴苛的買賣環境下就變成不是新奇者。於 這樣的情況，會伴隨結帳方法等之變更，但希望以不變 更習知的系統來對應。可是，於上述的習知技術，其應 予管理的交易對象變成不特定的多數時，交易內容之電 腦管理成極爲繁雜，故實際上之對應困難。 第3問題點，欲構築爲提高消費者服務與謀求促成買賣 機會之交易形態困難。作爲這樣提高對消費者服務與促 成買賣機會，例如，可列舉由複數共存之中間經銷商店 的競爭使服務變成多樣化，商品之庫存狀況或即時通知 交貨預定日數，因應於購入單價之提示，依同一購入者 -4- 523693 五、發明説明（3 ) 的累積購入額或累積購入次數之價格減價，依購入者本 身來把握訂購商品之發送狀況，關連商品之指南、互換 商品之提示、保持資訊之散發，選擇商品領受場所、選 擇結帳方法，由商品缺貨的競賣、提供樣品的隨動等。 〔發明之啓示〕 本發明係有鑑於如上述之問題點所實施者，其第1目的 係在於提供以靈活地對應於商品或交易形態變化之電子 商務交易系統及方法。 本發明之第2目的，係在於提供依照原樣繼承既存之商 務交易形態’容易化與使其不同交易形態的交易對方作 交易的電子商務交易系統及方法。 本發明之第3目的，在於提供提高對消費者的服務與促 成買賣機會容易化之電子商務交易系統及方法。 並爲了達成上述之目的，本發明第1之電子商務交易系 統’其特徵爲具有設置顧客用以檢索交易對象的資訊於 網際網路上的第一主網頁；依據上述檢索結果在顧客進 行交易時自該第一主網頁跳躍，且該顧客用以訂購、發 送、發送狀態確認及結帳之各處理設於網際網路上，與 上述第一主網頁不同處所的第二主網頁。 又’本發明桌2之電子商務交易系統，具有顧客用以進 行交易操作之顧客終端； 第一主網頁顯示用副系統；及具有第二主網頁顯示用 副系統’其特徵爲具備有：該第一主網頁顯示用副系統 ’具儲存父易對象資訊的檢索/顯示資料庫應答於自該 523693 五、發明説明（4 ) 顧客終端之交易要求來提示第一主網頁，在該第一主網 頁上藉由顧客終端與網際網路一邊通信，一邊自檢索/ 顯示資料庫來檢索/顯示交易對象資訊的檢索/顯示伺 服器，該第二主網頁顯示用副系統，具儲存用於訂購處 理及結帳處理所需要資訊之接受訂貨/結帳資料庫；由 該第一*主網頁之跳躍提不與第一*主網頁不同處所的第二 主網頁，該檢索/顯示伺服器繼承處理控制權在該第 二主網頁上，藉由該顧客終端與網際網路一邊通信，一 邊採用該接受訂貨/結帳資料庫進行自顧客終端之訂購 接受處理及結帳處理的接受訂貨/結帳伺服器；儲存物 品之訂購處理所需要資訊及物品之發送狀況資訊的發送 資料庫；及由該第二主網頁上之指示自接受訂貨/結帳 伺服器繼承處理控制樣採用發送資料庫來進行發送處理 及發送狀況確認處理的發送伺服器。 再者’本發明第3之電子商務交易系統，係具有顧客用 以進行交易操作之顧客終端；第一主網頁顯示用副系統 ;及第二主網頁顯示用副系統，其特徵爲具備：該第一 主網頁顯示用副系統，具儲存交易對象資訊的檢索/顯 不伺服益’及應合於來自該顧客終端之交易要求來提示 第一主網頁，在該第一主網頁上藉由顧客終端與網際網 路一邊通信，一邊從該檢索^/顯示資料庫檢索/顯示交 易對象資訊的檢索/顯示伺服器。 該第一主網頁顯示用副系統，係具用來儲存訂購處理 及紘帳處理所而要貧訊之接受訂貨/結帳資料庫；依伴 -6- 523693 五、發明説明（5 ) 隨自第一*主網頁之父易方指定的跳躍’提不與第一主 網頁處所不同的第二主網頁，從檢索/顯示伺服器繼承 處理控制權在第二主網頁上，藉由顧客終端與網際網路 一邊通信，一邊採用接受訂貨/結帳資料庫進行來自顧 客終端之訂購接收處理及結帳處理的對應交易對方之接 受訂貨/結帳伺服器；儲存物品之訂購處理所需要的資 訊及物品發送狀況之資訊的發送資料庫；及依第二主網 頁上之指示自該接受訂貨/結帳伺服器繼承處理控制權 ，採用發送資料庫進行發送處理及發送狀況確認處理的 對應交易對方的發送伺服器。 又，本發明第1之電子商務交易方法，其特徵係顧客於 設在網際網路上的第一主網頁檢索交易對象資訊，依據 該檢索結果當該顧客進行交易時從第一主網頁，跳躍到 設在網際網路上，且與該第一主網頁不同處所的第二主 網頁，於該第二主網頁由該顧客進行訂購、發送、發送 狀況確認及結帳之各處理。 又，本發明第2之電子商務交易方法，係在電子商務交 易系統中具備：儲存交易對象資訊的檢索/顯示資料庫 ;儲存訂購處理及結帳處理所需要資訊的接受訂貨/結 帳資料庫；及儲存物品訂購處理所需要資訊之發送資料 庫，其特徵爲具有：顧客進行交易要求操作的步驟；供 應於來自顧客之交易要求提示第一主網頁，在該第一主 網頁上與該顧客藉由網際網路一邊通信，自該檢索/顯 523693 五、發明説明（ 6 ) 示 資 料 1，在該網頁檢索所希望之製品，並確認其製品內容等 。決定購入時，按下第一主網頁151上之"購入"按鈕。 而由此輸入動作，使從第一主網頁連結銷售業者至經銷商 店（以下，記爲銷售業者）1 30之第二主網頁1 52開啓。顧客 就在第二主網頁上進行操作訂購手續。其內容傳至銷售業 者130，故銷售業者130即安排發送業者140將物品發送至 顧客。又，銷售業者130於物品之庫存不足時，向製造業 者120委託補充物品。 如此之本實施形態，係在個別的處所進行物品之檢索 與物品之訂購爲其要點。 依本實施形態，將物品檢索用之第一主網頁1 5 1直接由 其物品製造業者120來管理，有龐大的物品資訊之更新管 理以良好時序來進行的優點。又，物品訂購用之第二主 -11- 523693 五、發明説明（10 ) 網頁1 52直接由銷售業者1 30管理，故對接受訂貨結帳、 發送處理方法之變更有迅速的能應付之優點。其時，如 使管理的製造業者或只由銷售業者能管理，設置變更第 一主網頁及第二主網頁內容時所需要的ID資訊或通行字 資訊，分別儲存於主網頁之處所也可以。 尙，所謂「處所」係爲了提供資訊或功能所設，具有 網際網路上之邏輯的場所位址之服務程式或資料的檔單 位之稱。因而，可知在不同的處所則場所位址就成爲不 同。 第2圖表示本發明電子商務交易系統之一實施形態。例 如電子零件，特別是假設1C之銷售交易系統者，第一主 網頁處所與第二主網頁之處所爲不同。於第2圖，2名購 入希望者A、B之顧客終端1、2，與第1主網頁顯示用副系 統3，與第2主網頁顯示用副系統4，與金融機構戶頭管理 伺服器5藉由網際網路連接。又，發送車終端8，係藉由 發送資訊伺服器7連接於第二主網頁顯示用副系統4。 顧客終端1、2，係希望購入物品時由物品購入希望者（ 顧客）操作的終端。’此等之顧客終端1、2，至少具備經由 網際網路用以存取於第一主網頁顯示用副系統3及第二主 網頁顯示用副系統4之輸入裝置，及用以顯示應答存取結 果之顯示裝置。尙，顧客終端1、2，係爲包含個人電腦 或可攜帶者以簡易終端也可以。又，作爲購入希望者A、 B的顧客，亦爲企業，亦爲個人都可以。以二人者係爲說 明上之單純化，購入希望者數不用說有幾百人都可以。 -12- 523693 五、發明説明（11 ) 第一主網頁顯示用副系統3，係應答藉由自顧客終端1 、2之網際網路的存取，用來提示第一主網頁，於其上檢 索銷售物品資訊藉由網際網路作爲顯示於其顧客終端 之物品製造業側之副系統。此副系統3具備檢索/顯示 資料庫3 0及檢索/顯示伺服器3 1。 檢索/顯示資料庫30，具有儲存成爲交易對象的銷售 物質資訊之銷售物品資訊表。此銷售物品資訊表係具體 上如第3圖所示，包含物品ID對應表、物品價格資訊、庫 存資訊、互換性資訊及樣品提供資訊。 所謂「互換性資訊」，係其物品與具有互換性的本公 司製品或其他公司製品資訊之稱，用以謀求方便的資訊 。亦即，由互換性資訊可立即知曉互換品，故購入預定 品之庫存數量少，顧客容易決定代替案者。尙，對於樣 品提供資訊於後述之。 檢索/顯示伺服器3 1，係應答藉由來自顧客終端1，2 之網際網路6的存取，提示第一主網頁，其後從檢索/顯 示資料庫30檢索銷售物品資訊，藉由網際網路顯示銷售 物品資訊於其顧客終端。 第二主網頁顯示用副系統4，應答於來自第一主網頁 的顧客終端1，2之物品訂購，同時進行發送處理結帳處 理。此副系統4具備接受訂貨/結帳資料庫40，接受訂貨 /結帳伺服器4 1、發送資料庫42及發送伺服器43。第二 主網頁可設複數，可指示顧客究竟要開放那一第二主網 頁。接受訂貨/結帳伺服器4 1與發送伺服器43，係分別 -13- 523693 五、發明説明（12 ) 設於每一第二主網頁。 接受訂貨/結帳資料庫40，儲存進行訂購處理及結帳 處理所需要的資訊，具體言之如第4A、4B、4C及4D圖分 別所示，具有銷售物品資訊表（與第3圖相同）、購入希望 者資訊表，經銷處資訊及競賣資訊表。 購入希望者資訊表如第4B圖所示，包含購入希望者之 名稱、地址、購入履歷及結帳戶頭資訊。購入履歷係由 於記錄其購入希望者所購入的物品，用於通知關連其物 品的製品之指南，或其物品之保持資訊。 又，經銷處資訊表如第4C圖所示，包含經銷處名，價 格資訊及庫存資訊。競賣資訊表如第4D圖所示，包括投 標者，投標期限及投標價格競賣係於半導體業界往往使 其得以發生，顧客欲以比其他顧客迅速得到1C時，或至 1C物品不足時所採取的措施。 接受訂貨/結帳伺服器41係因應於自顧客終端1，2之 指示，開放與第一主網頁處所不同的第二主網頁。此係 從第一主網頁之鏈接，硬體性以所謂從檢索/顯示伺服 器3 1之處理控制權移轉的形態來實現。而且，在此第二 主網頁，使用接受訂貨/結帳資料庫40接受來自顧客終 端1，2之物品訂購以進行發送，同時藉由網際網路6連接 於金融機構戶頭管理伺服器5來進行結帳處理。 發送資料庫42係儲存物品之訂購所需要的資訊，具體 言之如第5圖所示，具有包含發送公司名，發送擔任者名 ，發送對方，發送預定日時及發送實行日時的發送資訊 -14- 523693 五、發明説明（13 ) 表。 發送伺服器43，收到自顧客終端1，2之發送對方，有 時受到發送希望日時之指示時，從接收訂貨/結帳伺服 器4 1繼承處理控制權，參照發送資料庫42決定發送公司 。然後，對所決定發送公司之發送資訊伺服器7，連絡應 予發送的物品，發送對方及希望發送日時。 發送公司之發生資訊伺服器7,決定發送擔任者及發送 預定日時，對其發送擔任者之發送者終端8連絡應予發送 的物品，發送對方及實行發送日時，同時對發送資訊伺 服器7連絡發送擔任者名及發送預定日時。發送資訊伺服 器7藉由網際網路6將發送公司名、發送擔任者名及發送 預定日時連絡於顧客終端1，2，同時，將發送擔任者名 及發送預定日時寫入發送資料庫42。 其後，發送車實際實行發送時，發送者從發送者終端8 對發送公司之發送資訊伺服器7連絡發送實行日時，而發 送實行日時，係由受到自發送資訊伺服器7的連絡之發送 伺服器43寫入發送資料庫42。除私人自宅或公司之外’ 亦可選擇便利商店、車站等。 接受訂貨/結帳伺服器41 ’又’藉由網際網路6在與金 融機構戶頭管理伺服器之間進行結帳處理。 其次，對於本實施形態之商務交易處理’參照第6圖所 示處理流程圖，第7圖所示第一主網頁之畫面及第8圖所 示第二主網頁之畫面說明之。 顧客A欲購入物品時’首先’閱覽第一主網頁（第6圖之 -15 - 523693 五、發明説明（14 ) 步驟S1 )。其係由顧客A操作顧客終端1，自提供的各種購 物中心存取，或直接存取於該物品製造業者之主網頁。 第一主網頁係於第7圖，如表示物品爲IC時之初期畫面 之槪略，FET、雙極的，二極體等之每一 1C品種，登載有 製品之一覽表。各製品雖爲定價售出，但是附有顯示是 否在競賣中。此係於1C之供求關係上，有時亦會至競賣（ 後詳說之）所作措施。顧客A在一覽表上依製品名檢索所 希望的製品。然後，卡嗒聲其特品之顯示地方，則跳躍 到顯示製品之詳細資訊頁，故在其頁可得到物品資訊（步 驟 S2)。 物品資訊之內容係如第3圖所示銷售物資訊表。顧客A 就參照包含於其的物品價格資訊、庫存資訊及互換品資 訊來選擇物品（步驟S3 )。其時，亦可對互換品加以檢討（ 步驟S4)。於互換品資訊亦可包含其他製品。這樣的互換 品資訊，給予顧客方便。亦取於提示其他公司製品之互 換品，係導入競爭原理有刺激本身公司之該事業部門的 意義。選擇係分別考慮功能、價格、交貨日期來進行（步驟 S5、S6及S7)。尙，購入複數之物品時，反覆以上之處 理。
