Abstract

An active matrix type liquid crystal display device comprises a thin film transistor panel and a color filter panel with liquid crystals holding in between. Multiple protrusions are formed on the color filter panel to define the panel gap. The protrusion is made from the column composed of three color filter films laminated to display color for pixel elements. The protrusions provide uniform gap between different panels and excellent picture quality because no spacing grains are contained among liquid crystals.

Description of the invention (1) " The present invention relates to an active-array liquid crystal display device, particularly to a pole structure and a transparent panel in a liquid crystal display. A conventional active-array liquid crystal display device generally includes a pair of transparent panels, including: an active-array panel, a switch-off transistor (thin-film transistor) and a pixel 2-pole, and a color filter panel. The two panels are packaged together with one panel = two, with the liquid crystal layer sandwiched between them. The liquid crystal is injected between the panels under reduced pressure. The gap between the panels is first subjected to negative pressure. Then, the entrance of the two or two electrodes is immersed in the liquid crystal, and the liquid crystal is slowly introduced into the panel gap because the panel gap is different from the & ^ Φ ί ΐThe liquid crystal display device controls the light transmittance of the liquid crystal by applying a voltage between the two panels in order to rotate the liquid crystal molecules between the two panels. ^: Recently, some liquid crystal display devices use a lateral electric field. In fact, when the liquid crystal is injected, the gap between the panels results in the edges of the panels after the connection. The area is large. This gap difference can be corrected in the additional step of sealing the liquid crystal injection to tighten the pressure on the panel surface. However, the force may cause the panel gap to be unbalanced, resulting in a change in the color image of the display panel, and thus the brightness and color of the picture. Qualitative change Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a main circuit between a thin film transistor panel and a color phosphor panel: for a uniform gap, which can reduce the change in brightness and color image. An array liquid crystal display device includes: a first and a reverse, and a liquid crystal, sandwiched between the first transparent panel and the second transparent

The trial manufacture of a liquid crystal display device according to the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is used for a gap test and a characteristic test. The test results show a uniform gap between faces and small color image changes. Because the structure fluid contains spherical spacers, the problem of light leakage is reduced and the daytime surface is rough. The transparent insulation layer 22C made on the color filter panel 12A can be made of 醯 imine resin, acrylic type. Resin, inorganic silicon oxide, inorganic: and similar materials. Since the fixing layer 24 is made of plastic material on the top of the pole 26, the thickness of the fixing layer 24 can be ignored after the thin film transistor panel nA and the color filter panel 12A are bonded together. Therefore, the thickness of the anchor layer = does not affect the panel gap. 9 Please refer to FIG. 6, which shows an active-array liquid crystal display device according to the second preferred embodiment of the present invention. The structure is similar to the first preferred embodiment except that the pixel electrode and the common electrode structure of the electric field can be obtained. . In this example, the pixel electrode 3 of the f element element has a base element base 30 and a source connected to the thin film transistor 25, and a plurality of element electrode strips 30b are horizontally drawn to each other. The element electrode base 30a extends. The common electrode 29 of each pixel element has: a dipole base 29 & a pixel electrode strip 炻 extending away from the thin film transistor 25 near the edge of the day element element, and a plurality of common electrode strips 29b and the day element electrode 30? The mutual electric field is placed in the wrong element / the electric field in which the celestial electrode 30 and the common electricity are parallel to the thin film transistor panel 11A. The other structures including the arrangement and material of the rods are similar to those of the first preferred embodiment. The test piece of the liquid crystal display device according to this === preferred embodiment also shows a gap and bismuth with excellent surface uniformity], from 504601 V. Description of the invention (8) Small afterimage. Although the present invention has been disclosed in the preferred embodiment as above, it is not intended to limit the present invention. Any person skilled in the art can make changes and retouches without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection of the present invention The scope shall be determined by the scope of the attached patent application.
