Jl!_B7_ 説 ζΤΓΤ) 本發明係有關將局部電鍍裝置中之粘住於被電鍍物之 多餘電鍍部予以剝離之裝置,特別是關於不致損害施加於 長件引導框架表面必要部位之局部電鍍,而可將粘住於不 需電鍍部位之多餘的電鍍部有效地予以剝離·去除之裝置 按,引導框架之局部電鍍雖在引導框架表面之路島部 或內部導線先端部等之必需電鍍部位施以A g、A u、 P d、S η或該等合金等之局部電鍍,但將其粘住於不需 電鍍部位之多餘電鍍部以電解或非電解予以剝離·去除。 引導框架需要剝離多餘的電鍍部則是雖在局部電鍍處 理時密封不需電鍍部位,亦由於自密封構件間隙侵入電解 液,導致如圖7所示,在引導框架1背面或側面等不需電 鍍部位會粘住多餘電鍍部2 4,而不除去之,緊密性較弱 多餘電鍍部卻易於剝落,以致如導線間(插腳間)過窄即 會相互接觸形成發生功能性不妥之原因。 尤其如最近,由於半導體晶片之高密度化致引導框架 亦多插腳化·細緻化,多餘的電鍍部之剝離·去除已成不可 欠少,致已有若干之多餘電鍍部剝離裝置之提案。 例如,(a)雖是就短件引導框架用,則已有專利第 2 9 4 4 9 6 3號公報之圖1 1所記載者。其係將引導框 架被電鍍面之表面予以朝下令通過電鍍處理槽,促使移動 於設在剝離液內靠近頂部之供電用滾輪與設在靠近槽底部 之陰電極板之間,將引導框架背面等之多餘的電鍍部予以 剝離·去除。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 i#. 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 -4- 500838 A7 B7 五、發明説明(2) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) (b )就長件引導框架乃有日本特開昭6 1 — 1 3 4 0 4 8號公報及日本實開平4 一 1 3 0 4 5 0號公報所記載 者。前者與上述同樣,前者爲致使移行於僅在引導框架被 電鍍面之反側設有陰極板之多餘電鍍部剝離槽內予以剝離 •去除者。後者則是令移行於不僅引導框架被電鍍表面連 所對應背面亦設有陰極板之多餘電鍍部剝離槽內,而將陰 極板位置自引導框架表面予以離開適當間隙,且與背面以 較接近間隔予以配置者。 復又有(c)上述特許第2 9 4 4 9 6 3號有關之發明 。此雖亦是將引導框架表面朝下予以移行於電鍍處理槽或 多餘電鍍部處理槽。卻藉在剝離槽內將引導框架搭載於平 坦輸送帶上予以移行,俾使朝下表面之局部電鍍抵觸密封 於該輸送帶表面,而將朝上之背面多餘電鍍部予以剝離· 去除。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 然而上述(a)者,在多餘電鑛部剝離槽內靠近底部之 陰極板附近且與其呈對面狀態爲引導框架底側之朝下表面 ,致背面多餘電鍍部比及其表面所需之局部電鍍更處於容 易剝離之條件。因此欲充份進行多餘電鍍部剝離時,所需 局部電鍍膜厚會變薄,而有產生電鍍不均之問題。 又上述(b)者,雖能將粘住於引導框架背面等多餘電 鍍部予以剝離,卻同時亦會剝離所需要之局部電鍍。故欲 充份剝離·除去該多餘電鍍部時,乃有連需要之局部電鍍 亦被剝離相當多之問題。 另上述(c )者,雖是關於短件引導框架,但亦是可適 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) •5- 500838 A7 B7 五、發明説明(3) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 用於長件者之技術,係將捲成線圈狀者予以解開,以coil to coil之方式予以移送於電鍍處理槽·多餘電鍍部剝離槽內 即可。此時由於在剝離槽內朝下表面之所需局部電鍍被平 坦輸送帶予以承受密封,故比及其以前之多餘電鍍部剝離 手段,更能保護需要之局部電鍍而有效地剝離·除去該多 餘電鍍部。 爰是本發明係以提供一種以異於上述(C )之構成,將 長件引導框架表面之局部電鍍部位確實充份予以密封,不 致影響需要部位之局部電鍍,可將多餘電鍍部更加有效地 剝離·除去且尙可趨小設置面積的局部電鍍裝置中之多餘 (無爲或無用)電鍍部剝離裝置爲目的。 【解決課題之手段】 I ·本發明局部電鍍裝置之多餘電鍍部剝離裝置之第 一,係在電解剝離槽具有特徵。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 即在將爲被電鍍面之表面2朝下之長件引導框架1, 以驅動滾輪牽引依序移行於各處理工程,而進行前處理, 電鍍處理,後處理等之局部電鍍裝置。 乃於令供電部5所供電之引導框架1予以通過以剝離 多餘電鍍部之電解剝離槽4內,將外周面2 0爲橡膠製平 滑狀密封用滾輪6配置在與前滾輪7及後滾輪8所呈三角 形狀頂點位置,並使自靠近底部送入口 9所送入引導框架 1經由前滾輪7底部外周面,將該經電鍍表面2以面接觸 狀態捲纏於密封用滾輪6外周面,之後再經由後滾輪8底 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) M規格(210X297公釐) -6 - 500838 A7 B7 五、發明説明(4) (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 部外周面自靠近底部之送出口 1 〇予以送出,且在上述密 封用滾輪6上方位置橫向設置陰極板1 1同時,於引導框 •架1自送入口 9經前滾輪7到達密封用滾輪6及經過密封 用滾輪6後再經後滾輪8至達送出口 1 〇之各路徑,如被 覆於經電鍍表面2似予以裝設覆蓋板1 2,1 3。 I I ·本發明局部電鍍裝置之多餘電鍍部剝離裝置之 第二,除上述第一者之特徵外尙在供電部具有特徵。 即在將爲被電鍍面之表面2朝下之長件引導框架1, 以驅動滾輪拉引依序移送於各處理工程,而進行前處理· 電鍍處理·後處理等之局部電鍍裝置。 係於令供電部5所供電之引導框架1予以通過以剝離 多餘電鍍部之電解剝離槽4內,將外周面2 0爲橡膠製平 滑狀密封用滾輪6配置於前滾輪7與後滾輪8之呈三角形 狀頂點位置。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 並使自靠近底部送入口 9所送入引導框架1經由前滾 輪7底部外周面,將該經電鍍表面2以面接觸狀態捲纒於 密封用滾輪6外周面,之後再經由後滾輪8底部外周面自 靠近底部之送出口10予以送出。 又在上述密封用滾輪6上方位置橫設陰極板1 1同時 ,於引導框架1自送入口 9經前滾輪7至達密封用滾輪6 及經過密封用滾輪6後再經後滾輪8至達送出口 1 0之各 路徑,以如被覆於經電鍍表面2地予以裝設覆蓋板1 2, 1 3,且以供電部5將外周面爲金屬製平狀供電用滾輪 1 4配置於前滾輪1 5與後滾輪1 6之呈三角形狀頂點位 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) 500838 A7 _____B7 五、發明説明(5) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 置’而引導框架1則經前滾輪1 5底部外周面被以面接狀 態捲纒於供電用滾輪1 4,然後下降經後滾輪1 6底部外 周面再移行至其次處理。 III·本發明局部電鍍裝置之多餘電鍍部剝離裝置 之第三,則於無電解剝離槽具有特徵。 即在將爲被電鍍面之表面2朝下之長件引導框架1, 以驅動滾輪牽引依序移行於各處理工程,而進行前處理· 電鍍處理·後處理等之局部電鍍裝置。 此係在促使引導框架1通過以剝離多餘電鍍部之非電 解剝離槽4內,於與前滾輪7及後滾輪8所呈三角形狀頂 點位置,配置外周面2 0爲橡膠製平狀密封用滾輪6。 並使自罪近底部送入口 9所送入引導框架1經由前滾 輪7底部外周面將被電鍍表面2以面接觸狀態予以捲纏於 密封用滾輪6外周面,之後再經由後滾輪8底部外周面自 靠近底部之送出口10予以送出。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 且自具送入口 9之前後壁1 8經前滾輪7外側周部至 密封用滾輪6附近及自密封用滾輪6附近經後滾輪8外側 周部至具送出口 1 0之後側壁1 9,如被覆於引導框架之 經電鍍表面2地分別予以裝設覆蓋板1 2,1 3。 在上述各構成,所謂長件引導框架1,係爲被捲成線 圈狀之長尺寸者,隨著解開線圏予以移送於電鍍裝置內, 經各處理槽處理後再次被捲成線圈狀。又所謂局部電鍍, 則是在引導框架1之表面2之內部導線部或路島部(Island )之所定部位施加A g鍍金,A u鍍金,P d鍍金,S η 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210X297公釐) -8- 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 500838 Α7 _ Β7 五、發明說明(6 ) 狀之長尺寸者,隨著解開線圈予以移送於電鍍裝置內,經 各處理槽處理後再次被捲成線圈狀。又所謂局部電鍍則是 在引導框架1之表面2之內部導線部或路島部(Island ) 之所定部位施加A g鍍金,A u鍍金,P d鍍金,S η鍍 金,或該等之合金鍍金之謂。 該局部電鍍裝置乃將引導框架1之表面2朝下,如上 述捲纏於驅動滾輪(省略圖示)加以拉引,依序使經過前 處理槽·局部電鍍處理槽·後處理槽等進行局部電鍍處理 者,而以一後處理設有無謂電鍍剝離裝置將無謂電鍍由電 解或非電解予以剝離·去除。 內設於無謂電鍍剝離槽4之前滾輪7與後滾輪8以及 密封用滾輪6中,至少密封用滾輪6爲呈平狀。在此所謂 滾輪呈平狀則是如捲纏平面輸送帶之傳動輪之圓筒狀滾輪 之謂。又各滾輪6,7,8均以例如氯乙烯,聚丙烯,聚 乙烯氯化物,聚四氟乙烯纖維,氟化樹脂等之合成樹脂予 以製成呈具有耐剝離液性及絕緣性。 又,前滾輪7及後滾輪8雖被設於剝離槽4內靠近底 部位置,卻使各周面底部可與其他處理槽之搬送位置略呈 同一水平地被設成對應於前側壁1 8靠近底部所設送入口 9及後側壁1 9靠近底部所設送出口 1 〇之高度。 密封用滾輪6爲其外周面2 0具密封用彈性乃呈例如 矽酮橡膠製,並在上述前滾輪7與後滾輪8之間可呈三角 形狀地被設置於上方中央位置(參照如圖1 ,圖2,圖3 等)。該等各滾輪6,7,8以互相不接觸程度予以接近 ----------I I- --------^-----II--^ . ,圖2,圖3)。 各覆蓋板1 2,1 3無論是電解剝離或非電解剝離, 均被設成剝離槽4內所送入之引導框架1至達密封用滾輪 6及其經過密封用滾輪6後再被送出槽4外之間如被覆於 引導框架1之經局部電鍍之表面2 (請參照上圖1,圖2 ,圖3 ,圖5 ,圖7 )。 即,各覆蓋板1 2,1 3於電解剝離之剝離槽4,係 被設置於自該剝離槽4之前側壁1 8之送入口 9附近經前 滾輪7外周部至密封用滾輪6近傍及自密封用滾輪6近傍 經後滾輪8至後側壁1 9之送出口 1 0附近(參照圖1, 圖2 )。 於非電解剝離時,則設置於自接近或連接於具送入口 9之槽之前側壁1 8經前滾輪7外周部至密封用滾輪6近 傍及自密封用滾輪6近傍經後滾輪8外周部至接近或連接 於具送出口 1 0之後側壁1 9即可(例如參照圖3 )。上 述各覆蓋板1 2,1 3之材質如同上述各滾輪6,7,8 一樣,可形成爲如氯乙烯及其他之具耐剝離性液之合成樹 脂製。 又,電解剝離時,雖在剝離槽4內之上述密封用滾輪 6上方設有陰極板1 1,唯材質與習知同樣形成爲不銹鋼 ,P t,或碳(carbon)製即可。其形狀雖設成沿密封用滾 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) I 裝 訂 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -10- 500838 A7 B7 五、發明説明(8) 輪6外周之彎曲狀較佳,然而呈水平狀亦無妨。 同樣電解剝離時乃設有供電部5,其被設於剝離槽4 之前·後方至少一方位置,且如同上述剝離槽4內之前滾 輪7,後滾輪8,密封用滾輪6,由前滾輪1 5與後滾輪 1 6及供電用滾輪1 4所成,該供電用滾輪1 4被配置於 呈三角形狀頂點之位置(參照圖2 )。該各滾輪1 4, 1 5,1 6至少其中供電用滾輪1 4呈平狀,而將該供電 用滾輪14外周面形成爲不銹鋼,Cu,或Ti等金屬製 〇 在上述本發明有關局部電鍍裝置中之多餘電鍍部剝離 槽,進行自長件引導框架1剝離多餘電鍍部時即如次。 本剝離裝置不關是電解剝離或非電解剝離,由驅動滾 輪拉引之長件引導框架1均以經電解表面2呈朝下移送過 來。電解剝離異於非電解剝離乃在剝離槽4前·後方之至 少一方所設供電部5予以供電再移送。 到達剝離槽4內之上述引導框架1係自前側壁1 8之 靠近底部送入口 9被送入,在剝離液2 1內將朝上之背面 3抵觸於前滾輪7底部外周面,沿外周面再向上彎曲朝向 密封用滾輪6。 上述引導框架1接著以經電鍍表面2面接觸於密封用 滾輪6之一側靠近底部外周面,以密接狀態被捲纏移至靠 近上部後,再彎曲經另側靠近底部外周面朝向下方,然後 沿後滾輪8底部外周面彎曲,並朝向後側壁1 9之送出口 10。 本紙張尺度適用中周國家標準(CNS ) 架表面2之所需局部電鍍不被露出於剝離液2 1中致不被 剝離,僅露出於剝離液2 1中之背面3等之多餘電鍍部 2 4會被電解或非電解地予以剝離·去除。 尤其在本多餘電鍍部剝離裝置,不關是電解剝離或非 電解剝離,剝離槽4內之密封甩滾輪6係位於三角形頂點 位置,引導框架1內之捲纒於該滾輪6之外周面2 0之前 方或後方部份則呈卡蝕於下方後滾輪8或前滾輪7下部外 周面之狀態,且該引導框架1被施加以驅動滾輪之拉力下 (參照圖1 ,圖2,圖3 )。 因此,引導框架1內被密封用滾輪6捲纒部份即作用 以向該密封用滾輪6軸心方向之力s . t ·或向下方之力 ,致經電鍍之表面2被強力壓住於橡膠製外周面2 0,而 呈面抵觸之密接狀態(參照圖5 )。於是,在剝離槽4移 走時之引導框架表面2之所需局部電鍍2 3即被確定充份 地予以密封,絕不會剝離。而僅附著於背面3等之多餘電 鍍部2 4會由電解或非電解予以剝離·除去。 在上述電解剝離,通過最近於密封用滾輪6上方之陰 極板1 1位置者爲引導框架1露出之背面3,故以背面爲 中心之多餘電鍍部2 4會被有效地予以剝離·去除。 另外,在該多餘電鍍部剝離裝置係在被送入於多餘電 鍍部剝離槽4內之引導框架1至達密封用滾輪6及經過密 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐〉 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -12- 500838 A7 ___B7_ 五、發明説明(1() 封用滾輪6後至被送出槽4外之各路徑上,如複覆於引導 框架1分別設有覆蓋板1 2,1 3。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 因此,剝離槽4內之引導框架表面2除與密封用滾輪 6面抵觸被密封以外部位位亦呈被被覆之狀態。當於電解 剝離時,引導框架表面2藉該覆蓋板1 2,1 3自陰極板 1 1被予以遮蔽呈被電氣性隔離,故不會有所需局部電鍍 2 3被剝離之情形。 上述覆蓋板1 2,1 3在無電解剝離時,乃被設置於 至接近或連接於具送入口 9之前側壁1 8之密封用滾輪6 近傍及自密封用滾輪6近傍至具送出口 1 0之後側壁1 9 接近或連接之部位。 因此,該覆蓋板1 2,1 3內側之剝離液2 1由於不 易循環·更換,致引導框架表面2之面抵觸於密封用滾輪 6被密封以外部份,亦同樣在通過剝離液中該所需局部電 鍍2 3幾乎不致被剝離。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 又在電解剝離時,以供電部5如將平狀供電用滾輪 1 4配置於前滾輪1 5與後滾輪1 5之呈三角形狀之頂點 位置,則引導框架1同樣於在上述多餘電鍍部剝離槽4內 之各滾輪6,7,8之情形,係被捲纏於供電用滾輪1 4 外周面而接受拉力F (參照上述圖2)。 因此,引導框架1中之被捲纏於供電用滾輪1 4部份 呈被該滾輪1 4之軸心方向力七或朝下方之力所強力拉引 以面抵觸狀態移動(如圖6所示)。於是可確實又充份對 於引導框架1進行供電,而可實施更加有效之多餘電鍍部 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210Χ297公釐) -13- 500838 A7 B7_ 五、發明説明(1) 2 4之電解剝離。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 且上述剝離槽4內,不關是電解剝離或非電解剝離, 乃如上述在內部將密封用滾輪6配置於前滾輪7與後滾輪 8之呈三角形狀頂點位置。因此可將該剝離槽4之長度設 成其內部所設上述各滾輪6,7,8直徑之兩個乃至三個 程度之短,比及習知呈設置面積較小(如圖1,圖2,圖 3所示)。 又,自上述多餘電鍍部剝離槽4之送出口 1 0所送出 引導框架1則被形成接受其次處理後被捲成線圈狀。 〔實施例〕 圖1乃至圖7爲顯示本發明有關局部電鍍裝置中之多 餘電鍍部剝離裝置之實施例。雖均是將長件引導框架1以 驅動滾輪(省略隱示)拉引移送,依序予以通過前處理· 電鍍處理·後處理之各工程,但在此乃在A g之局部電鍍 槽後方設置多餘電鍍部剝離裝置。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 首先,在圖1,圖2,圖3乃至圖7顯示電解剝離時 之多餘電鑛部剝離裝置。當電解剝離槽4係包括前、後側 壁1 8、1 9之各側壁高度形成較高,其內部將電解剝離 液2 1裝入至上部,且在前側壁1 8與後側壁1 9之靠近 底部位置與其他各處理槽呈相问搬送水平1地設有橫長細 縫狀之送入口9及送出口1〇。 如圖1 ’圖2,圖3所不,上述剝離槽4內乃將氯乙 烯製平狀前滾輪7與後滾輪8以及密封用滾輪6配置成該 本纸張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公羡) 一 -14- 500838 A7 B7 五、發明説明(li 密封用滾輪6位於頂點位置之三角形狀。 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項存填寫本頁) 即,該前滾輪7以其底部外周面一致於上述搬送水平 I地被橫設於剝離槽4內之前側壁送入口 9內方,並使其 底部外周面抵觸於引導框架1朝上之背面3而予以移行, 再令其朝向上方之密封用滾輪6。 又後滾輪8則被設於後側壁1 9之送出口 1 0內方, 且使其底外周面抵觸於自密封用滾輪6下降之引導框架1 朝上之背面3而予以移行,再令其朝向送出口 1 〇。 上述密封用滾輪6係在外周面2 0層壓有矽酮橡膠板 ,並被設於前滾輪7與後滾輪8之中央靠近上部位置。各 滾輪6,7,8在均被設成同徑大小,並被橫設於互相不 致接觸之接近位置。 於是,經過前滾輪7底部外周面之引導框架1即上升 ,馬上抵觸於密封用滾輪6 —側之靠近底部外周面,並如 圖1 ·圖2 ·圖5所示以強力面抵觸狀態予以捲纏移向,之 後自另一側之靠近底部外周面直接朝向後滾輪8之底部外 周面。 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 在上述,當引導框架1以面抵觸於密封用滾輪6之外 周面2 0被捲纒時,經局部電鍍之表面2確實被予以密封 。引導框架1被捲纒於密封用滾輪6之外周面2 0之角度 雖以至少1 8 0度以上爲較宜,唯在此係被設定成約 2 6 0度左右,致雖是小設置面積之剝離槽4,亦由於面 抵觸範圍較廣可獲得充份之密封面積。 1 之引導框架1至達密封用滾輪6及經密封用滾輪6後被送 出槽4外之間之該引導框架1之經電鍍表面2予以電氣性 遮蔽者。 在此,係將具耐剝離液性氯乙烯製之如圖7所示剖面 呈门字形而兩內側具折疊緣部1 7之覆蓋板1 2,1 3, 如圖1 ·圖2所示,分別設於自剝離槽4之前側壁送入口 9近傍經前滾輪7底部周面部至密封用滾輪6 —側底部外 周面附近,及自密封用滾輪6另側底部外周面附近經後滾 輪8底部外周面至後側壁送出口 1 0附近。. 5爲顯示供電部,在此之供電部5如圖3所示,係類 似在上述剝離槽4內之位置關係,由前滾輪1 5與後滾輪 經濟部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 1 6以及供電用滾輪1 4所形成,且以供電用滾輪1 4爲 頂點之三角形狀位置關係予以配置。該供電用滾輪1 4呈 爲外周面具導電性之不銹鋼板而被抵觸於引導框架1。 ‘在該供電部5,引導框架1被捲纏於供電用滾輪1 4
