Abstract

To solve a problem of a conventional water-soluble wiper sheet to be thrown away into a toilet and unable to catch relatively large waste and dust. This water-soluble multilayered wiper sheet has a water soluble surface sheet made of water distributing fiber and a water soluble back surface multilayered sheet. The above surface sheet is provided with multiple open hole parts passing through the layers, and the open hole parts are sealed at the interface part between the surface sheet and the back surface sheet. When using the surface sheet as a wiper surface, the relatively large waste and dust is caught by the open hole parts. Passing through of the caught waste and dust to the back surface of the wiper sheet is prevented. This wiper sheet has sufficient strength for use, and it can be thrown away into a toilet after use.

Description of the Invention (1) [Technical Field to which the Invention belongs] The present invention relates to a hydrolyzable sheet that is high in strength and easily dispersed by water flow. More specifically, it is a hydrolyzable sheet having multiple structures with excellent garbage collection capabilities. [Previous technology and problems to be solved] In order to sweep or wipe the skin, disposable sheets made of paper or non-woven are often used. In such a sheet, it is convenient to throw it into the toilet after use, and it is convenient to develop a hydrolysable product. However, even if it only has the strength to resist the rubbing operation, it will reduce the hydrolyzability, and the time for dispersing in the toilet in the cleaning tank will be very time-consuming, causing the drainage ditch such as the toilet to be blocked. In addition, in the sweeping around the toilet, there are many cases where the dirt containing water is wiped, so the sheet must have a strength that does not break even if it is in a state containing a small amount of water. In addition, from the viewpoint of its simplicity or working effect, the wiping sheet may be packaged and sold in a wet state such as a cleaning solution. Therefore, the hydrolyzable sheet has a drying strength sufficient to withstand the wiping operation, and a wet strength which is preferably sufficiently resistant to the wiping operation even in a state impregnated with moisture, and must be easily hydrolyzed when the flush is discarded in the toilet. As a hydrolyzable sheet, a hydrolyzable sweeping article disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3- 1 1 3098 has been disclosed. This cleaning article is a product on both sides of the hydrolyzable fiber sheet without a binder, and the hydrolyzable fiber sheet followed by a water-soluble binder is laminated and embossed. However, the size of the paper used for cleaning is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm). ------- (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) -4- Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 480163 ___ B7_ V. Description of the invention (2) In the product, 'to capture and compare Big trash and dust are very difficult. In addition, it is difficult to use because the surface is slippery. The present invention is to provide a product which solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and has a hydrolyzable sheet which is excellent in hydrolyzability and strength and has excellent garbage collecting ability. [Means for solving the problem] The hydrolyzable sheet of the present invention is characterized by having a multi-structured sheet having a hydrolyzable surface sheet formed of water-dispersible fibers and a hydrolysable back sheet overlapping the aforementioned surface sheet, and is provided on the aforementioned surface sheet There are many openings in the through layer, and the aforementioned openings are blocked at the boundary between the front sheet and the back sheet by the back sheet. At this time, the back sheet is formed of water-dispersed fibers and is provided with a plurality of perforated layers. The perforations of the top sheet are blocked by the back sheet, and the perforations of the back sheet are blocked by the back sheet. It is blocked by the surface sheet. It is better to use both sides of multiple sheets as the wiping surface. In addition, the hydrolyzable sheet of the present invention is characterized by having a multiple structure of a hydrolyzable surface sheet and a back sheet formed of water-dispersible fibers, and a hydrolyzable intermediate sheet that overlaps between these sheets and the back sheet. The front surface sheet and the back sheet are provided with a plurality of through-hole openings, and the opening parts of the front sheet and the back sheet are blocked at the boundary with the middle sheet by the intermediate sheet. Both sides of the multiple sheets become wiping surfaces. The hydrolyzable sheet of the present invention can maintain a relatively high strength because of its multiple structures. The shape of the sheet in water will be decomposed. In addition, since a perforated portion is provided on the surface of the sheet on the wiping surface, it is easy to collect and hold relatively large garbage and dust in the perforated portion of the sheet. In addition, since the opening portion does not pass through the back of the sheet, the collected garbage does not pass through the back side of the sheet, and does not contaminate the hand or bracket that supports the sheet. It is preferable that the fibers at the periphery of the opening portion erect feathers toward the outer side of the sheet. The sheet provided with the opening portion preferably includes a main body portion having a predetermined fiber length and a dense decomposition formed by fine fibers extending from the main body portion Fibrillated rayon of 700 cc or less. In addition, the mass distribution peak of the aforementioned fibrillated rayon fiber in the main body is within the range of the fiber length of 8111.181111 to 10mm and preferably the length of the fine fiber of 1mm or less occupies 0.1 to 65% by mass. The aforementioned sheet provided with the openings may be a non-woven fabric which is subjected to a water spray treatment. The mesh (mesh) of the entire multi-fiber fiber is preferably 15 to 150 g / m2, and the hydrolyzability measured based on JIS P-450 1 is preferably 200 seconds or less. The wet strength is preferably at least 1.1 N / 25 mm and the dry strength is preferably at least 3.4 N / 25 mm. [Embodiment of the Invention] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 (A) is a perspective view of the wiping sheet of the present invention, FIG. 1 (B) is an enlarged explanatory view of the structure of the wiping sheet in more detail, and FIG. 2 is the present invention shown in FIG. 1 Paper size applies to China National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 public love) ------------------- Order --------- (please first Read the precautions on the reverse side and fill out this page) -6- 480163 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (4) Enlarged sectional view of the wiper sheet. (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page.) The wipe sheet 10 in Figure 1 (A) is made of a separate sheet with a surface sheet 1 with openings 3 and a back sheet 2 with no openings. Overlaid. A plurality of opening portions 3 penetrating the surface sheet 1 are provided throughout the surface sheet 1. The surface 1S on the surface sheet 1 side having the opening portion 3 becomes a wiping surface during sweeping. Decomposing and expanding the structure of the wiping sheet 10 will become as shown in Fig. 1 (B). That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface sheet 1 with the perforated portion 3 and the back sheet 2 without the perforated portion 3 are overlapped, and the front sheet 1 is opened by the back sheet 2 without the perforated portion. It is blocked, and the opening portion 3 in the thickness direction is not penetrated in the wiping sheet 10. Such a multi-structure wiping sheet 10 is capable of hooking a large amount of garbage by the openings 3 appearing on the wiping surface 1S. In addition, the hooked garbage will remain in the opening portion and will not come off the back sheet 2. Therefore, during cleaning, the back of the back sheet 2 is supported by hand or a rag, etc., and can be used quickly without contaminating the hand or the rag. In addition, the wiping sheet 10 is hydrolyzable. Therefore, after being used in a wiping operation, the layers will be separated after being discarded in the toilet, and the sheet shape will be easily decomposed and hydrolyzed. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs The surface sheet 1 is preferably formed of fibers with good water dispersibility, that is, water-dispersible fibers. The dispersibility with respect to water has the same meaning as the hydrolyzability 'because it is in contact with a large amount of water and breaks the shape of the dispersing sheet between fibers. These fibers are more preferably biodegradable. If it is a biodegradable fiber, it will be decomposed even if it is discarded in nature. From the viewpoint of the balance between hydrolyzability and strength, the fiber length of the fiber is preferably 1 mm or more and 10 mm or less. The fiber referred to in the present invention refers to an average fiber length. This paper size applies Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (21 × 297 gong) Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 480163 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (5) As a fiber, it can be used from natural fibers and At least one fiber is selected from the group formed by the chemical fibers. Natural fibers include wood pulp such as coniferous or broad-leaved tree pulp, mara hemp, and cotton tree pulp. These natural fibers are biodegradable. Among them, coniferous kraft pulp or broad-leaved kraft pulp is particularly suitable because of its excellent water dispersibility. In addition, synthetic fibers such as regenerated fibers or woven synthetic fibers, synthetic fibers such as polypropylene, polyvinyl alcohol, polyester, and polyethylene acrylate, or biodegradable synthetic fibers, or polyethylene The resulting synthetic pulp. Among them, rayon is most suitable because it is biodegradable. It can also be used. However, even fibers other than those mentioned above can be used as long as they are sufficiently water-dispersible. Biodegradable fibers such as aliphatic polyesters such as polylactic acid, polycaprolactam, polybutene butadiene, polyethylenate, and collagen. Among the above-mentioned fibers, fibrillated rayon is preferably used. When the fibrillated rayon is contained in the surface sheet 1, the fine fibers extended by the fibrillated rayon will trap and retain fine dust, and therefore, the wiping effect can be improved. In addition, when relatively large garbage is collected in the opening portion 3, the fine fibers can prevent the large garbage from falling off the wiping sheet 10. Therefore, the garbage collection capability of the wiping sheet 10 will be greatly improved. In addition, since the fine fibers extending from the fibrillated artificial fiber are mainly in contact with other surfaces, the frictional force directly received by the entire wiping sheet will be reduced. Therefore, the surface of the hydrolyzable sheet of the present invention will have a high strength against friction. In addition, the microfibers of the fibrillated rayon will intertwine with the microfibers of other fibers or other fibers, and can obtain high strength due to hydrogen bonding. In addition, when a large amount of water is added, the aforementioned entanglement of the microfibers will be lifted, or the hydrogen bonding will be applied to the national standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) of this paper standard ------- ---- Equipment -------- Order --------- (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) -8- Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 480163 A7 B7 5. Description of the invention (6) It is easily hydrolyzed when cut off. The fibrillated rayon is regenerated cellulose, and the surface of the rayon is fibrillated finely, that is, the microfibers with a thickness of sub-neutrinos will be peeled from the body of the fiber (fibrillated rayon) to the surface The fine fibers are extended from the surface of the fiber body portion. Compared with the case where the surface of the conventional regenerated cellulose is smooth, the fibrillated rayon has a fibrous surface with a different structure. Fibrillated rayon fiber can be obtained, for example, by applying mechanical force when the rayon is wetted by water. There are methods of pulverizing rayon fiber in water with a crusher, using a pulper or fine crusher or The pulper disintegrates the thick and other methods. Fibrillated rayon is an artificial fiber that has been wet-spinned with high-moisture modulus viscose fibers, etc., and then treated with acid to make it fibrillated or solvent-spun rayon. In the process, mechanical force is applied to artificial fiberization. However, fibrillated rayon fibers can also be formed from regenerated cellulose which is typically wet-spun. When measuring the average fiber length distribution (mass distribution) that is weighted by the fiber length of fibrillated rayon fibers, the distribution will be divided into two major parts to form two vertices. The length of the fiber is the apex of the shorter side, that is, it contains the content other than the proportion of fiber length less than 1 mm, which is mainly the main part of fibrillated rayon, and the remaining content includes the fibrillation and extends. Microfiber or broken rayon. On the one hand, the 'fiber length itself of the main body part is slightly smaller due to the fiber length before the thick decomposition' or the end part of the main body part appears to be slightly longer due to the presence of fine fibers extending. Therefore, the quality of the fibrillated man-made fibers in the thick and decomposed fibrillated man-made fibers is in accordance with the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm). ----------- · Packing -------- Order --------- (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) 480163 A7 B7 Printed by the Consumers ’Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 7) In the apex of the points, the fiber length of the aforementioned main body part will be in the range of ± 0.5 mm from the surface fiber length of the rayon before the thick decomposition, and the detailed description is within the range of -0.3mm ~ + 0.1mm. The fibrillated rayon fiber of the present invention is such that the fiber long apex of the fibrillated man-made fiber main body portion and the fine fiber of the fibrillated portion are long and can be specified. In addition, in order to carry out the thick decomposition, the free dense decomposition generally used in artificial fibers is to completely pulverize the original fibers originally possessed into a state that is almost non-existent, and the fibrillation mentioned in the present invention Man-made fibers are different. In the present invention, the fibrillated rayon fiber is suitable for the case where the fiber length of the rayon fiber before the thick decomposition is 3 mm or more and 5 mm or less (the fiber length in the mass distribution of the body portion after the thick decomposition is as follows) 2.5 mm or more and 4.5 mm or less), when the thick state is decomposed into 400 cc or less, microfibers with a length of 1 mm or less occupy 0.5 to 15% by mass of their own weight (mass of the entire fibrillated rayon fiber). However, if the disintegration is performed by a pulverizer or fine crusher, the lower limit is 0.2% by mass when the disintegration degree is 400 cc or more and 600 cc or less. When the rayon fiber length before disintegration is 5mm or more and 7mm or less (At the apex of the mass distribution of the body part after thickening decomposition, the length of the fiber is 4.5mm to 7.5mm). When the thickening decomposition degree is 400 cc or less, fine fibers with a length of 1mm or less occupy 8 to 65 of their own weight. Mass%. However, when using a crusher or a fine crusher to decompose in a thick state, the upper limit may be about 30% by mass, and the lower limit may be 5% by mass. In addition, when the degree of thick decomposition is more than 400 cc and less than 700 cc, microfibers with a length of less than 1mm (please read the precautions on the back before filling in this page) One binding --- This paper size applies Chinese National Standards (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) -10- Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 480163 A7 --- B7 V. Description of the invention (8) The dimension accounts for 0.3 to 50% by mass of its own weight. However, the upper limit is 20% by mass when a crusher or a fine crusher is used for decomposition. In addition, when the disintegration of the thick substance is performed by a crusher or a fine crusher and the degree of decomposition of the thick substance is 400 cc to 600 cc, the lower limit is 2% by mass. 3 纟 'is suitable for the fibrillated rayon fiber of the present invention having a degree of decomposition of 700 ex or less. The degree of thick decomposition can be adjusted by the method of thick decomposition or the time of thick decomposition treatment. As the thick decomposition progresses (the number of thick decomposition degrees becomes smaller), the mass distribution of short fibers (including fine fibers) The proportion will become higher. When the degree of thick decomposition is greater than 700 cc, the amount of fine fiber formation will decrease ', and the effect of increasing strength cannot be expected. In order to form fine fibers in an appropriate amount, it is more preferable that the degree of dense decomposition is 600 cc or less. At this time, the increase in the strength of the wiping sheet due to the fine fibers becomes more significant. It is more preferably 400 cc or less. Also, fibrillated rayon with a decomposition degree of 200 cc or less, or even less than 100 cc (for example, 50 cc or 0 cc) can be used. In addition, the denier (fineness unit) of the fibrillated rayon is preferably 1.1 ~ 707dtex degree. If the denier is smaller than the lower limit of the aforementioned fibrillated rayon, the body portion of the fibrillated rayon will be excessively entangled, resulting in low hydrolyzability. In addition, when it is larger than the aforementioned upper limit, the adhesiveness will decrease and the productivity will decrease. It is even better to make it 1.2 to 1.9 dtex. Further, although the surface sheet 1 may be formed only from fibrillated rayon, since fibrillated rayon is relatively expensive, it is best to use other water-dispersible fibers together. In addition, the surface sheet 1 preferably contains highly water-dispersible coniferous pulp. The paper size is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 mm) ----------- Shang ---- ---- Order --------- (Please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) -11-Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 480163 A7 B7_ V. Description of Invention (9) . Because only the coniferous pulp is used to form the surface sheet 1, the strength will be low, so it is best to use fibrillated rayon and other water-dispersible fibers such as rayon. The fiber that forms the surface sheet 1 is preferably 70 mass % Or less. In addition, the degree of thick decomposition of coniferous pulp is preferably about 500 to 7500 cc. When the degree of thick decomposition is smaller than the aforementioned lower limit, the surface sheet 1 will become paper-like, making the feeling low. When the degree of thick decomposition is larger than the aforementioned upper limit, it is difficult to maintain the strength of the sheet. The above-mentioned fibers are used to form the surface sheet 1. The mesh of the fibers of the surface sheet 1 is preferably about 8 to 70 g / m2. The surface sheet 1 is a fiber sheet after papermaking or a non-woven fabric in which fibers after papermaking are water-jet-treated. The surface sheet 1 can be formed by applying a perforation treatment to the fiber sheet or the non-woven fabric in this manner. The perforation part 3 can be formed by any method. For example, there are a method of applying a water spray treatment, a method of using a punch, and a method of taking out a circular shape using a knife or the like. Among them, it is best to use a water spraying or punching machine. At this time, when the openings 3 are formed as if the fibers were extruded from one side of the surface sheet 1 to the other side, as shown in FIG. 1 (B) and FIG. 2, the return of the surface contacted by the water jet or punch On the side, a fiber-raised feather rising portion 4 is formed around the opening portion 3. This feather rising portion 4 is directed outward, and the surface sheet 1 is superposed on the back surface sheet 2 to improve the effect of removing dust, hair, and the like. However, the feather rising portion 4 may be overlapped toward the inside. At this time, since the feathers are erected, the opening portion 3 will not be blocked, so the use of this opening portion 3 will become a wiping sheet that has a high effect on the rubbish due to the hooked corners. In addition, the diameter (opening width) of the opening part 3 is preferably about 1 to 5 mm (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) -install ----- order ---- this paper size applies Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 Specification (210 X 297 mm) -12- 480163 A7 B7 Printed by the Consumers' Cooperative of Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 5. Description of Invention (10). When the opening portion 3 is formed by a water spraying treatment, the opening portion will become an elliptical shape or an oblong shape having a long diameter in the flowing direction of the fiber network. In this case, the short diameter is preferably about 0.2 to 3 mm, and the long diameter is preferably about 1 to 5 mm. The area of the opening is preferably 1% or more and 40% or less, and even more preferably 5% or more and 20% or less of the area of the wiping range. The density of the openings 3 is preferably 10 to 100 holes / cm2. Under the above conditions, a high garbage collection effect can be obtained in the wiping operation. The back sheet 2 is the same as the top sheet 1 and is composed of a water-dispersible fiber and a hydrolyzable fibrous web or a hydrolyzable non-woven fabric having a mesh of about 8 to 70 g / m 2. However, the back sheet 2 is not provided with an opening portion like the front sheet 1. However, the back sheet 2 may be formed of a water-soluble resin. Water-soluble resin flakes can be made of polysaccharide inducers such as polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl alcohol inducers, polyvinylpyrrolidine, methylcellulose, or starch, polypropylene, polymethacrylic acid, porous bacterial acid, and inducers thereof. , Polyethylene glycol and other polyether-based compounds. In the case where the back sheet 2 is formed in a resin sheet, it is preferably 5 g / m2 or more and 15 g / m2 or less. The thickness is preferably about 5 μm to 20 // m. The front sheet 1 and the back sheet 2 obtained as described above are bonded in a laminated state to form a hydrolyzable sheet 10. In the case where the back sheet 2 contains fibers, a small amount of water is contained in the boundary between the front sheet 1 and the back sheet 2 and the fibers are bonded by hydrogen under pressure by heating under pressure. Alternatively, the boundary between the front sheet 1 and the back sheet 2 may be coated with a water-soluble or water-swellable adhesive to join the layers. Examples of water-soluble or water-swellable adhesives include methylcellulose and hydroxyethyl (please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page). Description of Invention (11) Cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, etc. Inducers, polyvinyl alcohol, protease, polyacrylic acid, polyvinylpyrrolidine, isobutene and anhydrous marein acid, such as water-soluble polymers, starch dextrin, etc. In addition, the weight (mesh) of the web of the hydrolyzable sheet 10 is preferably 10 to 100 g / m2. If the weighing capacity is smaller than the lower limit, the necessary wet strength cannot be obtained. When the weighing capacity is larger than the aforementioned upper limit, the flexibility is lacking. In particular, when used for rubbing human skin, etc., it is better to make the fiber mass of 30 to 70 g / m2 in terms of wet strength or softness. In the hydrolyzable wiping sheet of the present invention, it is preferable that the average value of the roots when the breaking strength during drying is the product of the longitudinal direction (MD: Machine Direction) and the cross direction (CD: Cross direction) of the sheet is 3.4 N / 25 mm or more. The breaking strength (wet strength) is cut to a width of 25mm and a length of 150mm. When used for wiping the sheet, the tensile strength (N) is measured with a tensile tester at a fixed interval of 100mm and a tensile speed of 100mm / nnn. However, this is a measurement method of this method, as long as it is a product which is actually equal to this strength. In addition, it is considered that the hydrolyzable sheet of the present invention is broken when it is used in a wet state and wet when it is in a water-containing state. The strength is preferably such that the average of the roots of the product of the longitudinal direction (MD: Machine Direction) and the cross direction (CD: Cross direction) of the sheet is 1.1 or more and 25 mm or more. The breaking strength (wet strength) when wet was measured by impregnating a wipe sheet having a width of 25 mm and a length of 150 mm with 2.5 times its mass of water. However, this is only the goal of this method of measurement, as long as it has a product with this wet strength. And even better is 1.3N / 25mm or more. Even better is less than 200 seconds, or even better is less than 120 seconds. At this time, the hydrolyzability of the toilet paper was JISP450 1, and the hydrolyzability was determined based on the easiness of decomposition test. The main points of the tension test are explained. Hydrolyzable flakes cut into 10 cm in length and 10 cm in length are put into a beaker with a capacity of 300 ml containing 300 ml of ion-exchanged water, and the rotor is used for stirring at a rotation speed of 600 rpm. The dispersion state of the hydrolyzable sheet at this time was measured by visually observing the state with time. However, this is the object of such a measurement method, as long as it has a product having substantially the same hydrolyzability as this hydrolyzability. However, in order to increase the strength of the wiping sheet, an adhesive may be contained in the wiping sheet. The adhesive can be contained only on the top sheet 1, or the back sheet 2, or the top sheet 1 and the back sheet 2. The adhesive can be applied to the surface of the layer or sheet or it can be painted. It can also be mixed with the fiber when the adhesive is water-swellable. Examples of the binder include denatured polyethylene containing a certain amount of carboxymethyl cellulose, or alkyl cellulose such as methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, and carbachol, or polyvinyl alcohol, a sulfonic acid group, or a carboxyl group. Alcohol and so on. When the wiping sheet is used in a wet state and the aforementioned adhesive is used, it is preferable to contain an inorganic salt such as sodium sulfate or the like or an organic salt such as sodium tartrate. It may also contain an amino acid inducer such as a co-form of an acid anhydride having other superpositions such as acrylic acid, maleic acid-based resin and other compounds, or a formazan salt of glycine. Fig. 3 is an enlarged explanatory diagram illustrating the structure of a wiping sheet according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Description of the invention (13) Surface sheet 6. Intermediate sheet 7 Formed by lamination. The front sheet 5 and the back sheet 6 have the same structure as each other, and are the same as the back sheet 1 shown in Figs. 1 (A) and 1 (B). The perforated portion 3 formed on the front sheet 5 and the perforated portion 3 formed on the back sheet 6 are inserted into the center of the sheet thickness direction by an intermediate sheet 7 provided on the boundary between the front sheet 5 and the back sheet 6. Therefore, since the opening portion 3 does not penetrate from the surface of the wiping sheet 10A to the back surface, the two surfaces of the surface of the front sheet 5 and the surface of the back sheet 6 can be described as wiping surfaces. The intermediate sheet 7 can be formed of a fibrous web or a non-woven fabric equivalent to the back sheet 2 shown in Fig. 1A) (B). However, it may be formed by a water-soluble resin sheet in which the intermediate sheet 7 can be used for the back sheet 6 described above. In addition, the intermediate sheet of FIG. 3 on the hydrolyzable sheet 10 A may not be provided. However, at this time, in the boundary between the top sheet 5 and the back sheet 6, the opening part 3 of the top sheet 5 will pass through the back sheet 6, and the opening part 3 of the back sheet 6 will be blocked by the top sheet 5. Therefore, each of the opening portions 3 does not penetrate from the surface to the back of the sheet 10A. 4 and 5 are plan views of other embodiments of each hydrolyzable sheet according to the present invention. In the hydrolyzable sheets 10 and 10A shown in Figs. 1 and 3, although the openings 3 are provided on the entire surface of the sheet, the openings may be partially provided. For example, as shown in Fig. 4, the opening portion may be provided in a straight line on the surface of the sheet. The scope of the invention description (14) may contain other substances than the above compounds. For example, it may contain an oil agent or a surfactant, a bactericide, a preservative, a deodorant, a humectant, an alcohol such as alcohol, and a polyvalent alcohol such as glycerin, in order to easily adsorb dust. However, the aforementioned oils are sulfonated oils such as paraffin, synthetic oils such as olefin, and political oils. In addition, when the wipe sheet is used in a wet state, when the previously wet products such as water, surfactant, alcohol, glycerin, etc. are packaged, the wipe sheet should be sealed and sold without drying. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. The wiping sheets of the examples and comparative examples shown below were prepared, and the wiping test, the hydrolyzability and the wet strength were measured with respect to the respective sheets. Comparative Example 2: A wiping sheet laminated with a surface sheet 15 g / m 2 + of a middle sheet 15 g / m 2 + a back sheet 15 g / m 2 made of pulp only. The top sheet and the back sheet are wrinkled at a wrinkle rate of 50%. (Method of wiping test) As test dust, 110 mg of a product obtained by mixing soil and pulp was uniformly dispersed in a field of 50 cm x 50 cm. In this field, wipe the wipe sheet three times in vertical and horizontal directions. The soil or paper attached to the sheet will be sized to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 mm) ---------- -Equipment ------- Order --------- (Please read the notes on the back before filling this page) -18- Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 480163 A7 B7___ 5 5. Description of the invention (16): It is evaluated in five stages based on the amount of adsorption (the larger the number, the more it can be wiped). At this time, the respective adhesion amounts of soil and pulp were evaluated, and the respective evaluation points were multiplied by 3.5 for the total result. In addition, the degree of contamination on the wiping surface of the wiping sheet was evaluated in five stages corresponding to the contaminated area (the larger the number, the more it can be used in a large area). At this time, in order to aggregate the results, the respective evaluation points are multiplied by three. The total results obtained are shown in Table 1. (50 points at the highest point and 10 points at the lowest point) (Hydrolyzability) The hydrolyzability test is based on the toilet paper decomposition test of JIS P450 1. The detailed description is to cut the hydrolyzable fiber into a product with a length of 10 cm and a width of 10 cm, put it in a 300 ml beaker containing 300 ml of ion-exchanged water, and stir using a rotor. The number of rotations was 600 rpm to observe the time-dependent dispersion state of the fiber sheet at this time, and the time until the dispersion was measured. (Wet strength) The wet strength is measured by using a sample obtained by cutting the hydrolyzable sheet obtained by the method described above into a width of 25 mm and a length of 150 mm. As specified in JIS P8135, a tensile tester is used with a fixed interval of 100 mm and a tensile speed of 100 mm / nnn . The measurement was performed separately for the longitudinal direction (MD: Machine DkecUon) and the transverse direction (CD: Cross Direction). [Effects of the Invention] The hydrolyzable sheet of the present invention is capable of maintaining a relatively high strength because of its multiple structures. After use, discarding the flushed sheet and immersing it in a large amount of water will cause the shape of the sheet to decompose. In addition, since a perforated portion is provided on the surface of the sheet on the wiping surface, it is easy to collect and hold relatively large garbage or angstroms in the perforated plate. In addition, since the opening portion does not penetrate the back surface of the sheet, there is no case where the collected garbage is detached from the back surface of the sheet and contaminates the hand or the holder supporting the sheet. This wiping sheet has excellent drying strength and wet strength. After use, it is discarded and the layers are separated in the bathroom to easily decompose the shape of the sheet. In addition, the wiping sheet of the present invention can be composed of raw materials which are not harmful to human body.
