Description of the Invention (I) The present invention relates to a tray, and in particular to an optical lens tray. The lens plate automatic mounting system does not require a lot of manpower, and can insert a large number of lens elements on the lens tray one by one to perform processes such as coating the lens element, or to transport the lens element, Storage, assembly, etc. Therefore, when a large number of lens elements are manufactured to assembled lens elements, the automatic mounting system of the lens elements can greatly improve the work efficiency and assembly accuracy, and can save considerable manufacturing costs to increase the profit of the industry. In the automatic mounting system of lens elements, the most common device is a robotic arm. The robotic arm is used to take and lower individual lens elements. The most common methods are vacuum adsorption and gripping. . The most important key to assembling a lens element using a robotic arm is how to accurately position the lens element, and at the same time accurately place it in a specified position, and even place the lens element upside down. In order to increase the effectiveness of the lens itself, or to protect the lens from external damage, at least one coating layer will be deposited on the lens. There are many known methods for coating a lens element. However, during the coating process, these lens elements must be kept in a fixed position for coating. It is known that in the coating process of an optical lens element, a nozzle is provided in a closed area, and the coating material is plated on the surface of the required coating of the lens element by evaporation or spraying. As mentioned above, there are many different design types of trays to effectively improve the coating quality of the surface of the lens element. Please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 at the same time. Description of the invention (2) and FIG. 3 respectively show a top view, a bottom view of a conventional optical lens tray, and a cross-sectional view taken along line I-I in FIG. 1, the conventional optical lens holder 474886 A7 B7 6 92 5twf. Doc / 0 0 6 V. Description of the invention (many) The components have been turned over. Of course, this is implemented when the shapes of the two sides of the lens are different, for example, one side is a concave lens and the other side is a convex lens. The shape of the front and back of the false right lens is the same, so to determine whether the lens elements on the tray have completed the turning operation, more complicated devices are needed to detect it, and therefore the manufacturing copy is improved. As mentioned above, the conventional optical lens tray has several disadvantages: (1) During the process of mounting or removing the lens element from the tray, the lens element is embedded in the convex seat in the holder, and the cylindrical surface of the holder is It can only be sucked by vacuum suction device. It cannot be gripped by grippers, and its use is limited. (2) During the coating process of the lens element, both sides of the lens element must be coated. Due to the mechanical arm Only one lens element can be inverted at a time, so the number of movements of the robot arm is increased. When some actions are incomplete, it will cause some lens elements to fail to achieve the inversion action correctly. In order to solve the shortcomings of the conventional technology, the present invention provides an optical lens tray for loading a plurality of optical lenses. The optical lens tray includes a tray, the tray has a plurality of brackets, and each bracket has a plurality of protruding lenses. A fixed tip is used to position the optical lens, and a conical hole formed by a conical surface is used to allow the coating material to enter and plate on the surface of the lens smoothly. In addition, a tray cover can also be used to utilize the positioning structure of the tray and the tray cover and the joint structure and the frame to prevent the coating material from contaminating the surface of another optical lens during the coating process. And cover the two trays respectively on the top and bottom surfaces of multiple overlapping trays to protect the light in the tray 5 I -----------I I ----- Order_ ! ί I line (please read the notes on the back before filling out this page) Printed by the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs's Consumer Cooperatives' paper size applies to Chinese national standards (CNSM4 specification (2.10 x 297 mm) 474886 6925twf.doc / 006 A7 B7 V. During the coating process, the surface of the lens element needs to be kept clean to successfully deposit the coating material on the surface of the lens element. They can be used during transportation or storage. Avoid adhesion of the inner lens element 450 to dust particles. It should be noted that the height of the frame of the tray and the tray cover must be greater than or equal to the height of the fixed tip and the positioning portion, so that the frame can completely cover the side seam between the two stacked trays, or the stacked trays and the Side slits between the tray covers to prevent dust particles or coating material from entering through the side slits, thereby contaminating the lens elements in the tray. In addition, during the coating process, due to functional and design needs, in the case of coating on both sides of the lens element, the robot arm can only flip one lens element on the tray at a time. Turning a lens element over will increase the number of manipulator movements and reduce production rates. In addition, if the turning action of the robotic arm is incomplete, it will also cause some of the lens elements to fail to achieve the turning action correctly. When the next coating is performed, the lens element will be plated on the incorrect surface, or it will occur. The phenomenon of repeated coating affects the yield of the finished product. Please refer to FIG. 12, which is a combination diagram of two identically structured trays stacked in opposite positions on the front side. Description of the invention (/ σ) When there are multiple fixed pins 526 on the tray 520, another one with the same structure The tray 510 is stacked on the tray 520 in which the plurality of lens elements 550 are accommodated with the positioning portions 511 and 512 facing downward. Positioning is performed by the fitting of the separate positioning portion 511 and the pair of positioning portions 522, and the fitting of the separate positioning portion 521 and the pair of positioning portions 512 and 522, and the fitting manner is described later in FIG. 14 Instructions. Therefore, when the two trays 510 and 520 with the same structure are overlapped with each other on the front side, the result of horizontally flipping both of them at the same time will cause each lens element 550 placed in the holder to turn over at the same time. The staggered alignment method of the bracket and the plurality of fixed pins corresponding to the bracket is also described later in FIG. 13. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the number of times that the robotic arm makes a slight turning action on a pair of lens elements. It should be noted that when the two opposingly engaged trays 510 and 520 are turned by a robotic arm, the precision of the turning action is compared with the precision of flipping the lens elements one by one, and a larger error can be tolerated. In order to explain how the brackets on the two trays in FIG. 12 are staggered to form a space for accommodating lens elements, please refer to the 13th circle, which is a schematic diagram of a group of corresponding fixed tips, and Referring to FIG. 12 at the same time, the plane 610 represents the plane where the fixed tip 516 of the tray 510 protrudes, and the plane 620 represents the plane where the fixed tip 526 of the tray 520 protrudes. Similarly, in order to explain in detail in FIG. 12 how the two trays use the positioning structure to position and overlap, so that the fixed pins of the corresponding brackets on the two trays are staggered and aligned with each other to form a space for accommodating the lens element, please Refer to FIG. 14, which is a combined schematic diagram of a group of positioning structures. Referring to FIG. 12 at the same time, the plane 710 represents the plane where the positioning portions 511, 512 of the tray 510 are to protrude, and the plane 720 represents the plane where the positioning portion 522 of the tray 520 is to protrude. The plane 710 has positioning portions 712 and 714 on opposite corners, respectively, and the plane 720 and the plane 710 have positioning portions 726 and 727 and positioning portions 728 and 729 at corresponding positions. When the two planes 710 and 720 move closer to each other, the positioning portion 712 will move to the dotted space 722 and the positioning portion 714 will move to the dotted space 724. The outer edges of the positioning portions 712 are joined to the outer edges of the positioning portions 726 and 727, and the outer edges of the positioning portions 714 are joined to the outer edges of the positioning portions 728 and 729, so that the two planes 710 and 720 can be positioned to each other. Therefore, when flipping the joined trays 510 and 520 in FIG. 12, it can be ensured that the trays 510 and 520 can be accurately positioned without the offset of the fixed pins 516 and 526. Referring to FIG. 4, two opposite corners of the tray 200 have separate and paired positioning portions 201 and 202, respectively, for fitting and positioning with the positioning portions of another tray of the same structure. (Please read the notes on the back before filling this page) 474886 A7 B7 6925twf.doc / 006 V. Description of the Invention (ί2) The fixed pins corresponding to one set of discs are embedded. This type of tray can be rotated 180 degrees to allow two sets of fixed pins to be staggered and aligned. The number of fixed pins must be an odd number For example, three, five, seven, etc., in design, the height of the fixed tip must be greater than or equal to the height after the lens element is loaded, which is the case in this embodiment. When the two trays are positioned relative to each other without rotating each other, the top surfaces of the two sets of fixed tips will be in contact with each other to form twice the space for accommodating the lens element. When turning over, the excessive space will easily make the lens element Flip in too much space. This solution is to design the height of the fixed tip to be half of the height of the lens element after loading, so that after the top surfaces of the two sets of fixed tips are in corresponding contact, the space for accommodating a lens element can be maintained. Please refer to FIG. 15, which is a schematic diagram showing the external shape of a lens element and a fixed tip of a tray according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The lens element 840 is mounted on three fixed tips 812, 814, 816. It should be noted that the shape of the fixed tips 812, 814, 816 is a cone, and the opening above it is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the lens element 840. Therefore, when When the lens element 840 enters the opening between the fixed tips 812, 814, and 816, a larger positioning error can be allowed. In addition, the shape of the fixed tips 812, 814, and 816 may be a cylinder. Please refer to Figure 16, which shows the flow chart from the forming to the assembly of the optical lens element when it needs to be coated on both sides. After the lens element is formed, the robot arm in the automatic mounting system will insert the lens element. Moving to the tray, this is the operation of loading the tray 1. After the tray cover is covered on the tray, the tray is transported to the coating chamber with the upper lens element, and the surface of the lens element is plated with a coating layer. This is the operation of the coating film 2. Take out the tray with the lens elements and the tray cover that have been coated on it, and remove the tray cover. Description of the invention (丨 3 ) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page), and then, with the cooperation of another empty tray of the same structure, flip the lens element 3 on the tray. After the lens element is turned over, cover the tray with the tray cover, and send the lens element into the coating chamber together with the lens element in the tray to perform the coating 4 operation on the other surface of the lens element. The trays containing lenses are stacked together, and the tops and bottoms of the stacked multiple trays are respectively protected by dustproof cover of the trays, and then transported to the assembly area for assembly 5 operations. After the supply of the lens components on a tray is completed, the used tray and the tray cover are recycled. After the cleaning process, the tray and the tray cover can be reused, which can save costs. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Due to the tray device of the present invention, including the tray and the tray cover, the lens components need to reach a certain structure during the process of transporting lens components, after being plated, coated, assembled and recycled. To meet the requirements of the manufacturing process without causing the tray or tray cover to crack or twist, and fail to provide a correct positioning position. Therefore, in addition to considering the low cost of the selection of the materials of the tray and the tray cover , And must pay attention to the strength and durability of the material. Therefore, in the present invention, the materials of the tray and the tray cover are organic polymer materials, or glass fiber may be added to enhance the strength of the tray and the tray cover. Or use the same material as the lens element for the tray and tray cover. In addition, in the coating process, in order to improve the accuracy of the coating, the gas in the diaphragm chamber must be evacuated to a vacuum state, because when there are residual gas molecules in the coating chamber, such gas molecules will prevent the coating material from being plated on the lens. The surface of the component or the thickness of the coating layer is uneven, especially the high paper size is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (2) 0 X 297 mm) 474886 A7 B7 6925twf.doc / 006 5. Description of the invention ( / 卞) Lens components with accuracy requirements. Such a situation may cause the lens components to fail to play their due role and become a missing part in the manufacturing process. Therefore, 'the trays and tray covers on which lens elements are loaded may release gas molecules due to the selection of unsuitable materials', that is, the outgassing of solids in the solid, which makes the vacuum in the coating chamber insufficient, or prolongs the evacuation. Time, increasing the cost of time. Therefore, in selecting the materials for making trays and tray covers, in addition to choosing low-cost reinforcing materials, it is also necessary to consider that the material itself is in a vacuum state, and there is a problem about outgassing, and low gas overflow is selected. Polymer materials such as Cyclo Olefin polymer or Cyclo Olefin copolymer. As mentioned above, in addition to selecting materials with high strength and low gas leakage to increase the structural strength of the tray, please refer to FIG. 4. The present invention provides a structure for strengthening the strength of the tray 200 without impeding the transportation and In the case of a coating process such as flipping, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 260 can be arranged on the tray 200, that is, on the front or reverse side of the tray 200, between the brackets 210 arranged in a matrix to form a strip protruding from the tray.
