經-部智慧財產苟員工消費合作社印製 4 6 44 8 8 A7 __B7_____ 五、發明說明(1 ) 本發明關於一種具有螺絲之骨髓釘,用以將骨髓釘固 定在骨頭內 '其設多個凹部供螺絲插設,且近端可附近一 握持件來協助骨髓釘之插入及拔出1並在近端設有外螺紋 '及/或內螺紋來固定握持件。 此種骨髓釘已爲習知,如歐洲專利E P 5 6 5 2 1 6案中所揭示者。 近接端置放一釘帽之骨髓釘亦爲習知,釘帽係設在骨 髓釘插入骨頭之骨頭孔附近,且釘帽一方面做爲用於外移 或偏向的器具之定位器,另一方面用來保護垂直於骨髓釘 軸線延伸的穿孔,防止組織生長到穿孔內,使器具不用額 外步驟即可螺固定位。 今曰骨髓釘係與導引器具一起使用,導引器具係設計 來確保最多數目的固定孔或槽被佔據而無需X光控制。爲 此理由,植入件係例如在一端內螺紋及一嵌片部。過去這 些重要區域在很靠近骨髓釘這一端處和另一端一樣都要固 接。 此缺點變得更明顯,例如在股退化打釘(亦即從膝蓋 )時,此外’其大多適用於骨頭的下面三分之一部分之骨 折,很多骨折延伸到骨髁,僅能在骨髓釘端部下方2 0至 3 Omm固定之植入片無法適用。 尤其是將骨髓釘從髖部植入股骨時,外科醫生無法直 接目擊釘.點進入骨頭內,只能靠觸摸感覺》這些情況最有 幫助者爲不僅能轉動釘帽也能將釘帽握持定位之器具,此 一機構亦應能用於螺釘和骨髓釘本身。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公愛) -4- -----------1"裝------訂·--------線 (請先閲^背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 464488 Λ7 B7 五、發明說明(2 ) 本發明之目的在於提供一種骨髓釘,其最近端能夠固 定。 依據本發明’此目的之達成係藉由在骨髓釘最近端設 置一個與骨髓釘軸線垂直之缺口,並在近端設螺紋,供設 對應螺紋之釘帽螺入。釘帽在其內側表面設有對正該缺口 之穿孔,供另一支螺絲插入。 其他實施例在申請專利範圍附屬項有所描述。 以下參照圖式說明本發明: 圖1爲骨髓釘近端槪示圖。 圖2爲釘帽部分剖面圖。 圖3爲釘帽一實施例外觀圖° 圖4爲骨髓釘一變化實施例。 圖5和6爲釘帽實施例詳細圖。 請 先 閱 讀 背 之-注 意 事 項 再 5裝 本 頁 訂 線 經濟部智慧时產局員工消f合作社印製 元件對照表 1 骨髓釘 2 螺紋 3 缺口 4 釘帽 5 穿孔 6 內螺紋 7 號、碼 8 下切 9 平坦點 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) 經-部智慧財產局員工消費合作社印製 4 6 以 8 8 A7 ______B7__________ 五、發明說明(3 ) 1 0 型件 14 凹部 12 銷 13 內螺紋 請參閱圖1 ,骨髓釘1 —端設螺紋2及一缺口 3,'釘 帽4在橫向於骨髓釘和釘帽縱軸方向設一穿孔5,釘帽4 尙有內螺紋6,釘帽座則以一號碼7標示。 骨髓釘1在螺合釘帽之前以平常方式插入並固定。之 後移走標準導引器具並代之以釘帽導引裝置,供釘帽螺入 骨髓釘’使骨髓釘端部到達釘帽內表面正前面或靠在釘帽 內表面。釘帽導引裝置設定釘帽相對於最外面近接缺口之 角度’以排除錯誤定位。之後可利用導引裝置導引桿的穿 孔來鑽設螺孔,再插入螺絲。依此方式,螺絲可固定在骨 髓釘最近端,確保在該位置之可靠固定。 釘帽可設一型件9或1 〇 ’確保釘帽導引裝置之正確 定位。 如圖3所示,釘帽可設包栝一下切8之突起或耳部, 因γγπ ί米用適當導引裝置’下切8允許釘帽不僅能被轉動也 能被握持定位=圖3,5 ’ 6爲釘帽實施例外觀圖,其特 別有一平坦點9和一凹部1 4 ’二者均能固定導引器具位 置並協助螺合在釘帽上。 本纸張尺度適用中國國家標準(Ci\JS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) -6- -------------裝--------訂---------線 (請先閱後背面_之汊意事項再填寫本頁)
