Abstract

The present invention provides a polyoxymethylene composition whose heat-resistant quality, particularly the occurrence of die adherence during formation or discoloration during the molten residence in the shaper, and function defect by the occurrence of formic acid from composition are improved. Based on the weight of polyoxymethylene, (a) 0.01 to 3 wt% of steric hindrance phenol antioxidant, (b) 0.01 to 3 wt% of melamine-formaldehyde polycondensate, (c) 0.001 to 0.5 wt% of at least one or more metal-containing compounds selected from the group consisting of oxide or carbonate of magnesium or calcium and (d) 0.0001 to 0.05 wt% of at least one or more boric acid compounds selected from the group consisting of orthoboric acid, metaboric acid, tetraboric acid and diboron trioxide are mixed.
