Abstract
Air supply system of temperature chamber is consisted of a supply fan, a driving motor for the fan, an inverter for changing a speed of the motor, a temperature sensor to detect a circulating air temperature, a fan control unit to give a signal to the inverter by controlling the speed of the motor corresponding to a detecting value of the sensor, an electric power source, and etc. A work room for installing electronic parts is controlled a constant temperature by circulating air heated by a heater. The speed of the fan changes corresponding to the room temperature, increasing the air and heat flow. Smaller size motor and fan can be adopted.
