Abstract

A method and system for removing moisture from the solid to prevent secondary contamination, including adsorption process using a suction unit to take in the moist air to be dehumidified; the water in the moist air is adsorbed to an adsorber and dry air is discharged to obtain the effect of dehumidification; adsorption recycling process using a heated air to desorb the water from the aforesaid adsorber so it can be utilized repeatedly to obtain the effect of continuous dehumidification; condensation process in which the desorbed hot air is guided through the channel of heat exchanger to proceed with heat exchange respectively with the air needed in the recycling process and air needed in the adsorption process so as to initially condense the moisture in the hot air into water droplets; and secondary condensation process in which the air previously through the heat exchanger is guided to pass through the low-temperature surface of a cooling unit which has a temperature lower than that in the heat exchanger so as to forming the residual moisture in the air into water droplets more thoroughly; the air is then discharged as dry air or heated to become the dry air needed in the desorption recycling process.
