Abstract

A method for continuous-time filtering in a digital CMOS process, which is characterized in using current mirrors to produce continuous-time filters in digital CMOS processes, the pole frequency being determined by the transconductance of an MOS transistor and the capacitance of a capacitor seen at its gate; in which the capacitance defining the pole frequency can be in any form, including a capacitor outside a chip.
